I stop when i have lost all my gambling money(i set aside .2-.4 btc for gambling), then wait for months before i start gambling again lol. Since i knew abou bitcoin and online gambling, i have target to lose or win. like i lost 50% of my bankroll or win 30% of my bankroll i'll stop for thats time, but sometime i lost control and stop after lose all my bankroll too.
