1601  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Yeah, Obama tapped his phone. Nobody thought he'd win. Now the country is fukt. on: March 15, 2017, 03:55:21 AM
I don't think Obama can order the FBI to wiretap on Trump. There are no source that alleges Obama personally order it and it would be illegal it is?
So for me this is not true. I think what Trump is accusing is that maybe the US government tried to monitor communication before Inauguration Day, But I guess Obama has nothing to do about it may FBI do it for political reasons, because Trump and Russia, a hostile foreign country, had something to do to sway the result of the Presidential Election. But for me Obama is not involved in this wire tapping.

Common sense. You get a cookie.

The Breitbart/Fox News/some blog with storm, eagle, or Patriot in the title crew doesn't get that this isn't a Presidential power. They also apparently don't get that the agency with this power, the FBI, was hostile to the Obama administration (this is Comey we are talking about). No way in a fresh hell that the same guy that basically fucked the election for Hillary, is gonna allow Obama to get dirt on Trump through illegal means. If there was any surveillance, which hell the fuck yes there was, it was with the wishes and blessings of a federal judge, the only body that can grant a warrant with this scope. That means there was smoke, if a warrant was granted against a possible presidential candidate. And we all know the saying about smoke.
1602  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trumps Travel Ban? (Round 2) on: March 15, 2017, 03:48:00 AM
Trump just put forward his executive action on the Travel Ban, and as we all know the first one faced legal blockade from the 9th circuit of Appeals.

....he went forward and changed a couple things on the executive action and put a new one in order....

An efficient way to get the job done don't you think?

He missed Saudi Arabia.  That country's religious ideology is the root cause of all the ISIS like behaviours.

From where I stand, he is not doing his job.  If the objective is to fight terrorism, he should start with Saudi Arabia.

That is where the terrorist ideas and money originates.

Targeting Saudi Arabia will be a strategic mistake. Considering the amount of investments done by the Saudis in the US, antagonizing them will be suicidal, both economically and politically.

Thank you. We were in bed with them since the Obama administration, it's too late to hop out and hurry home at this point. Despite 911, Obama was beyond reluctant to allow legal liability to pass to Saudi Arabia. He PRA tically begged Congress not to allow SA to be legally culpable for one of our most agregious attacks at home beyond Pearl Harbor. With that being said, I see the same ass kissery in the Trump administration, specifically with the reluctance to list SA as one of the 'banned countries' included in the Muslim ban (it's a Muslim ban. Be real). Anywho, I don't really agree with banning any country from visiting the US (visitors = money and stupid to ban an entire country because of a few citizens.) If we are gonna ban a motherfucker because of state level reputation, then start at known antogonist, like NK or RUS.

1603  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: March 14, 2017, 02:01:58 AM
This wont hapen, its impossible such value at bitcoin, bitcoin might reach 20k-50k dollars for single unit but above those i really doubt someone will support such prices, would mean almost 10% more new bilionaires without any effort.
To reach $20-$50k itself not realistic, because if something gets a much increased value compared to all the currencies as well investment assets the system should be able to give cent percent outcome which is not possible. If you consider gold one can assure with its value backed system that the growth might happen.

Have to agree. If we get this much confidence in bitcoin, I feel we would be using other cryptos, and the total market capitalization wouldn't be so focused on bitcoin (or whatever happened to her the price so high). Also, fees become an issue at this point, if it's feasible to send a single satoshi (hell, it's worth a buck) will we need sub satoshi bitcoin values to address the fees? Even at a one satoshi fee, we are looking at a 100 percent commission on transactions, which is absolute insanity.
1604  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: March 14, 2017, 01:57:59 AM
It's really not worth it to get paid in btc. This usually is online work, which, unless highly skilled, really doesn't pay that well. Besides the signature campaigns, which pay pretty decent qt qn appropriate level, you are much, much better off working a job and purchasing your bitcoin. Sell something even. But faucets and other fractional sources of bitcoin won't get you too far.

You could even donate blood, and purchase bitcoin. But there is a reason faucets exist: you provide more value to them then they do for you.
1605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Rejected : ETF on: March 13, 2017, 12:09:04 PM
I assumed this was in the bag; this is rather disappointing. What was the Stated reason for said rejection? And I wonder if this is the sign of a more bank friendly political climate (notice the roll back of Dodd Frank, and the loosening if regulation on Wall St). I hope we don't lose progress with the current administration.
1606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After all bitcoins mined on: March 13, 2017, 12:04:55 PM
If we actually make if that far, if indeed bitcoin still persists after all those years; we would have gone through a great many halvings, and developed extreme confidence in the protocol. The price should be through the moon at that point, and although it sounds crazy to me now, fees would be a sufficient incentive to keep the network going.
1607  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: March 12, 2017, 02:29:25 PM
Bitcoin has glaring holes in its usability and security at its present state. Easy to steal, easy to fuck up, we need to do a lot more to make bitcoin a more viable choice for electronic transactions (given how convenient it is to swipe a bank card and type in a pin). Bitcoin will never replace cash (they serve completely different functions). But, given how tiny adoption is right now, and how congested the network can get, it seems the most serious problem bitcoin will face is the scaling issue.

WOW,

Wikipedia?

joke.

LOL, is there something wrong with Wikipedia? I know the fake news and all... Maybe we should check Breitbart. Grin

Naw I'm joking, Breitbart is shit.
1609  Other / Off-topic / Re: world without bitcoins......!!!1 on: March 09, 2017, 10:41:21 PM
A world without bitcoin would do just fine. While I absolutely love bitcoin, the world was doing just fine before 2009. Bitcoin should never replace fiat. They are two entirely different beasts. For some transactions, cash is a superior medium of exchangr, mainly because of the privacy and non volatility of tender.

And, you at least need a sharp or blunt object, or a gun, to steal cash. Bitcoin is hard to secure, especially in light of how pourous our everyday devices are, security wise.

A recent racism activity and we have seen similar incidents before also.Even some cops are racists who take undue advantage of opportunity and shoot immigrants and blacks.
Has the country now became totally unsafe for immigrants?Trump move to prevent/reduce immigration was appreciated by all of us because it was meant for betterment of country and to increase jobs prevent crimes...But this crime looks as racist activity and not for any good advantage. Are such activities still supported and considered as for good of the country?

America is not a racist country in the present, but it was before when they massacred thousands of american indians. America today has become much better than it was before treating all races with care as long as they are not a hindrance to their goals and agendas. America is not discriminating the muslims when they banned muslims from getting in the country. There are reasons for that and you will know the answer when you can determine why those immigrants are not taking shelter on Arab countries.

I'm assuming you either:

Don't live in the US
Certainly don't live in the South
Live in the bluest state imaginable, in a plastic bubble, under a rock.

1611  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sweden returns a call to the army in connection with the threat from Russia on: March 09, 2017, 09:38:15 PM
Although I hate to see any kind of draft, one of the duties of living in a place is being prepared to defend it against foreign aggression. With that being said, I find it highly unlikely that Sweden will actually go to war with Russia, so the worse that will come of this is that alot of young adults will get a salary, a free resume builder, and discipline. The armed forces aren't for me, but they do build character and discipline. I'm for anything that builds a better person. And soldiers put their lives on the line for defense of home, which I have the utmost respect for.
Why do you think that the Swedes will go to war with Russia? The Swedes want to be able to protect themselves from the Russians. Russian strain of the whole world. These aggressive orcs threaten everyone.

I don't think you read me loud and clear. I didn't say Swedes wanted war, I agree that beyond the shadow of a doubt Sweden does not want to be occupied by Russia. That's a given, there are parts of Russia that don't even want to chill with Russia.

I said the youngins will get some benefit from the discipline that the military provides. And, some pocket change, and a nice resume.

Olympics 100m final :

Seems race has an impact on physcial performance so why not intelligence?

No, culture and environment do. Race is not a real construct.

Meet the actual best runners in the world:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rarámuri_people

The Tarahumara word for themselves, Rarámuri, means "runners on foot" or "those who run fast" in their native tongue according to some early ethnographers like Norwegian Carl Lumholtz, though this interpretation has not been fully agreed upon. With widely dispersed settlements, these people developed a tradition of long-distance running up to 200 miles (320 km) in one session, over a period of two days through their homeland of rough canyon country, for inter-village communication and transportation and hunting.[11]

Also, catch up with modern scientific consensus:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Race_(human_categorization)

. Race is the classification of humans into groups based on physical traits, ancestry, genetics or social relations, or the relations between them. First used to refer to speakers of a common language and then to denote national affiliations, by the 17th century race began to refer to physical (i.e. phenotypical) traits. The term was often used in a general biological taxonomic sense, starting from the 19th century, to denote genetically differentiated human populations defined by phenotype.

Social conceptions and groupings of races vary over time, involving folk taxonomies that define essential types of individuals based on perceived traits. Scientists consider biological essentialism obsolete, and generally discourage racial explanations for collective differentiation in both physical and behavioral traits.
1613  Other / Politics & Society / Re: WikiLeaks publishes "biggest ever leak of secret CIA documents" on: March 09, 2017, 09:22:29 PM
I really don't get the surprise or outrage at this. Fuck yes, I want the CIA to be able to do all the shit in this document, and more. I want them to be able to see through fucking walls, to be honest. Y'all don't get this privacy shit, so let me break it down.

YOU ARENT THAT FUCKING IMPORTANT. The government is not trying to spy on regular people. There are more people than analysts, exponentially so. there is no way they have the time or resources to listen in on individual citizens in a meaningful way, because there is a whole nations worth of communications to sort through, every 24 hours. If you feel some kind of way about 'radical Islamic terrorism', then why would you feel some kind of way about our government having the tools to catch said terrorist?

So unless you are:

A international drug dealer
A self radicalized crazy head
A spy
President Trump

you really aren't cool enough for the government to be spending money to watch you look at interracial porn and read the forum.

This is was not a win for the common guy. Far from it. This is a huge blow to our national security, in the face of growing conflict with multiple nations. And the timing is suspect, giving the growing scrutiny on the intelligence community after Trump's seemingly erroneous accusations.

Unfortunately if you weren't a jew or a communist or homosexual in Germany in the 1930's you had nothing to worry about either.
Human history is littered with examples of those in power doing very bad things to innocent people.

https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Martin_Niem%C3%B6ller

While I agree with your conjecture, we must also agree that the political climate and state of militarization is no where near that of Nazi Germany. It was known and expected, that "undesirables" were under enhanced scrutiny. They were being actively rounded up and killed. And while I can say we are moving towards this under our current administration, these two things are not the same.

And yes, there are extremely bad actors out there. Which is why I prefer for our intelligence services to have the capability to be able to defeat them.
1614  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The real impact of the Vault 7 CIA data leak on: March 09, 2017, 09:14:21 PM
They should've think of that before making these tools In the first place and using them to spy on innocent people. I haven't seen the source codes of these tools but If they are easy to compile and use, then we should expect chaos to happen.

Who said they were using these tools on innocent people? These tools seem to be clearly designed for use against foreign actors. The Patriot Act is still quite alive here, the FBI or appropriate agency will simply detain you and search your shit, most likely not giving it back when they are done. We live in a police state damn near already. They don't need to be coy.

There is absolutely no need to use these tools against citizens, and  if they were used, they would still require a warrant. The uproar about this is much ado about nothing, and should be directed at the fact that we, the United States of America, has just lost its entire technological advantage against the world.

Because it would be naive to think that every other major state actor doesn't have the same, or worse. We aren't even the best and brightest at cybersecurity. But now, we are certainly last. And the terrorist now know how to avoid being caught. It's organized into a wiki for them.

And as a side note, because I'm tired of hearing misinformation, the Weeping Angel exploit requires physical access to the device. So unless a shady looking cable repairman has came to your crib, with a van with satellite dishes, you probably are safe.

And, the government doesn't want to watch you watching Modern Family in your underwear.
1615  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: March 08, 2017, 11:36:48 PM
For right now, bitcoin. Honestly, I don't even think bitcoin will outperform gold on like a, 25/week average, but volatility will see 1300 btc before gold sees the same. Especially when the stock market corrects, after all this enthusiasm over possible deregulation and corporate tax cuts on Wall Street. With that being said, I have never seen gold, btc and the USD move in lockstep like this. Something is going to have to give, and for once, I think it's going to be the USD instead of BTC. With the current state of the Union, the USD isn't quite the sure bet it used to be, at least for investors.

Like Buffett said, it's silly to bet against America.
1616  Other / Politics & Society / Re: I have a better solution to the illegal alien issue. Let's jail the employers. on: March 08, 2017, 02:47:26 AM
But at present, the US population is growing at a rapid pace, naturally. The births still outnumber the deaths by around 1.4 million.
This may be true for some short period of time, but in long run it will follow fertility rate. BTW, most growth comes from latinos and not whites.
In Western Europe the same situation - most births comes from immigrants.

Open question to all the white males on here. How do you feel about this? I noticed a lot of commentary in the blogs I read, I was not aware that some of White America is afraid that minorities will outbreed them. I think everyone will be mudbloods eventually, this is what the Lord intended (check out hybrid vigor if you think I'm a loon). But as a majority that is threatened by multiple minorities, can someone genuinely explain how they feel, that has an opinion on the matter?
1617  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Muslim athlete initially banned by Trump arrested for child sex abuse in US on: March 08, 2017, 02:30:15 AM
It's reasonable to ask that question to one of those damn evil clerics that Muslims think can answer and interpret all questions relating to the Koran.  I only answered directly a ridiculous question by Greenbits about "which part of Sharia law do I object to."

Of course, many other parts are extremely objectionable.  But the point of my comment is that the Koran and hadiths attempt to control an individual's life down to the most minute detail.

I'm not kidding about this, and they don't want to tell you about it or let you find out about it.

A religion is meant to provide motivation, hope and compassion to the humans. But if it dictates each and every fine details of our life, by saying that we should do this, and we shouldn't do that, then it can no longer be called a "religion". It is more like enslavement or servitude.

All of the Abrahamic faiths have pretty rigid tenats to follow, if you are Orthodox/traditionalist/conservative. I think Judaism has it the worst. Would you consider the practice of Judaism slavery? They have very strong edicts on diet, appearance, and behavior. In fact, being the stewards of the old convenant, I would say they probably had the worst of it. The Lord was quite specific in the covenant he has with them.

Ultra-Orthodox Jews are only a small minority (<10%) of all the Jews, and the progressive Jews doesn't enjoy a cordial relationship with them. And from what I have heard about the Ultra-Orthodox Jews, they are as bad as the Muslims.

Well, what do you believe about Evangelical Christians? Same conservative stance, but with Jesus on deck.
1618  Other / Politics & Society / Re: You eat pork you look like pork on: March 08, 2017, 01:57:44 AM
Muslim are peace lovers and very respectful of other cultures and traditions as they like there groups to respect their traditions too.

Yeah sure.... I have heard this at least a million times. Muslims are all peace lovers and respectful of the infidels. It is the fault of the other people that they behave in an aggressive and rude manner.

What percentage of Muslims are terrorist, out of the whole? Or more importantly, where are these jihadist sons of bitches come from?!

Let me help.

Information from Terrorism in America After 9/11 found that 190 US-born citizens have been charged with, or died while carrying out, jihadist terrorism since 2001.

That number tops the list and far outstrips illegal immigrants (eight) and refugees (twelves).

So, by your logic, are all Americans terrorists?

This is was not a win for the common guy. Far from it. This is a huge blow to our national security, in the face of growing conflict with multiple nations. And the timing is suspect, giving the growing scrutiny on the intelligence community after Trump's seemingly erroneous accusations.

You may have a mild point in some respects if there were any indication that the CIA has ever worked for 'Americans' at all.  Everything I can see is that the focus of many, if not most, of their projects are done for the benefit of a handful of wealthy elites and the entities which are important to this class.  Mostly corporations and 'foundations.'  As these entities become more 'multi-national' and 'globalist' the arguments that the CIA somehow benefits most Americans vanishes still farther.  The term 'help' means different things to different people.  Some red-blooded American social engineers find it very helpful to have a lot of heroin available in inner cities for instance.  Or to have an 'ISIL' at all.

As for these tools, they might help catch a pedo ring, but then they have to let the creeps off scott-free else they lose their electronic toys.  I would suggest that spending resources on old-school gumshoe techniques would be a lot more 'helpful' to Joe Sixpack (and his kids) than these tools.

Nextly, any genuine threat is not going to be ignorant about device security.  If anything such a target will turn these tools back on the CIA which is modestly easy to do given the nature of data processing.

You did hit the nail on the head in pointing out that the tools are great for making sure that your sponsors remain in power and their opponents don't have a chance.  That is exactly what I figured would happen.  I remain amazed that Trump pulled it off in spite of everything stacked against him.  Including significant parts of the CIA.  (Other parts, or former parts, may have helped him significantly however.)

(I would clarify that certain elements of the CIA do seem to do a valuable job and do it reasonably well, but I'm far from certain that they even constitute a majority of the operation.  Most CIA workers themselves probably don't even know, and curiosity about this is probably not at all welcome.  That suspicion comes from my experience in large organizations in the private sector which are compartmentalized by accident as much as by design.)

Why would the United States government need a sponsor again? For money?
And why would the CIA have an issue with Trump? He's a perfectly normal, law abiding citizen, no? So easy for the 'deep state' to kill him before he got into office, with all the 'liberal tears' that were shed. Yet he's still breathing, and racking up one of the most impressive disapproval ratings in the history of the office.

Yeah, big brother and such.

I used to believe in the Illuminati. Then I realized that people are assholes, and if you get enough evil assholes in a room trying to rule the world, suddenly, it isn't so easy to agree on who gets China and who gets Sweden.

You are describing a monolithic evil, in a government with multiple political platforms.

If you ascribe to this philosophy, think about the motivations of the actors you accuse. Money is the motivator, correct? Why would the United States government want to remove any tax paying constituents? They pay the bills, provide the organs, are slavesnto the elite, whatever your kink is. But for one of the most funded organizations in the actual Planet Earth, so funded we don't even actually know how many funds they get (black budget), so powerful that we can kill foreign heads of state with impunity, well, why would that behemoth be in bed with mere mortals?

You are confusing the intelligence community with Congress. The House and Senate are the star fuckers. They need sponsors to pay their bills. Pretty sure we would just inflate the money supply instead of losing operational security by accepting donor funds.
1620  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Big: Donald Trump claims Obama spyied him, claims this is Watergate-level event on: March 08, 2017, 01:36:50 AM
Planet Earth. The 3rd rock, if you will. But since I have had my head under a rock apparently, when I missed solid evidence of Hillary Rodham Clinton being a lesbian. Surely you can point me to this prolific evidence? I imagine you should be able to provide lots of links, from reputable sources, no?

Will this work?

http://www.politico.com/gallery/2013/07/how-close-are-huma-abedin-and-hillary-clinton-169489?slide=0

I don't have any private videos showing Hillary having sex with Huma, if you only want videographic evidence. Seems like they didn't stored their private pics and videos in iCloud.

I read Politico about 6 times a day (literally), so I was surprised you chose this source. So I read the article (looked at the pictures mostly, not alot of text). I didn't really get a lesbian vibe, more of an asshole vibe from Hillary. Huma is floating around the background holding some shit for Hillary (giant bag, papers). Reminds me of Anne Hathaway in the 'Devil Wears Prada'. But nah, this is no more close than I would expect two females that have been working together for almost a decade to behave. And Weiner is seriously, seriously into poon; I'm thinking he wouldn't have married a lesbian. This is not a one chick dude. At one point, she was putting out, even if that may have changed.

Unfortunately, this won't work. Any other sources?
No offense but your logic above bolded does not hold.  These people are after power and control, marriages of convenience are likely quite common.  That certainly includes the Bill/Hillary and the Weiner/Huma ones.

Google Hillary lesbian, have fun.  It's been an open secret for decades.  Numerous cases Bill Clinton has said this.

By the way when I mentioned this I wasn't disparaging Hillary, but just noting that no I don't want a lesbian POTUS with a Muslim squeeze from the Middle East.  That stinks to high heavan.

LOL, so you would rather have a reality television host, that won't release his taxes or divest, but you are afraid of a lesbian with decades of political experience, that has actually served in the White House?

What's your beef with lesbians? I thought Rebuplicans believed in meritocracy. If she does eat box, how would that affect her ability to lead? I wanted Bernie, but either one of them has more experience that the POTUS.

Are you that afraid of a woman, bro?

And don't you think it's odd, how we got leaks on Flynn and Sessions, but this damning evidence that would certainly sink the Clintons forever, make them out to be the AntiChrist you guys paint her as (she just a really rich old white woman as far as I see), has never surfaced after all these years?

And if she is lesbian, she keeps her shit tight. Trump can't even have pissplay with sex workers without fucking it up.

So, I think I favor the ninja lesbian over the failed businessman. Maybe we wouldn't have all these leaks. Running a child sex ring (ROFL, you guys are on that shit) must make for a shrewd ship.

Trump could suck dicks on camera for Scooby Snacks. I could give a single fuck. I just want someone with policies that make fucking sense. Put Bill back in that bitch. He wasn't even that fond of us, Blacks, but at least we wouldn't be buddy fucking Russia and calling our intelligence agencies and media the enemy. Got caught getting his dick sucked, and lied about the shit, but still wasn't derp enough to accuse the media of being the enemy. And when the Monica shit was going down (which was childhood popcorn) the media was not friend of the Clintons.

Hell, I'd take Bush Jr again, for 3 more terms, at this point.

DAMN!!!

YOU'D TAKE BUSH JR?

HEY, BRO.

You afraid of a businessman POTUS?   (Lol...)

No, Id rather take a guy that wants to 'make love with OBGYN' then a guy that has lied to half of my country about his intentions. As cement block fucking dumb as Bush was, we had none of this scandal, none of this international condenatiom. He fooled the fools, selling the lie that trickle down economics actually works. I'm mad because I see the same person that Hillary is accused of being, the same pandering to corporate interest, the same corruption, but because he makes the weak feel safe by spouting rhetoric about building a fucking wall, and getting a convenient boogeyman (foreigners). If you were going to get a Hillary with a dick, you might as well have taken Hillary. She is a politician. Agent Orange is an insult to a proud democracy, that, while not perfect, is ours. We let the puppy shit the carpet, and noone wants to clear it up.
