We cannot compare between slot games and sports betting because both are completely different from the aspect of luck.
I mean slot games are games that come from casinos and slot games themselves are designed using RNG, which means random numbers will come out and we can't predict wins.
On another aspect, slot games use RTP which allows gamblers not to spend their balance too quickly.
For sports betting that comes from a sportsbook, the results can be more predictable, even though the final result sometimes does not guarantee victory.
But at least at sports betting you can make predictions that make it possible to get big wins.
And in slot games you don't have to need a professional gambler to get maxwin because this is truly a random number, it's just that the game has a few techniques not a strategy to get a big multiplier to get small or big wins.
As i explained, the reason i am using them instead of sports betting is, i don't need to wait, with combo betting i would need to wait for days and i am not often even seeing every game. But putting %5 in a slot machine i don't need skills. I will be exactly in same position as everyone else and upside of winning lot with small bet can be as high as life chancing.

If you are good at betting on sports, you really should do that. I was merely explaining why slots can be attracting to me. I like sports betting as well but i want to watch the game and in order to win big with small bet i will need to do combination bets. And waiting for results can be frustrating when i have small attention span.
2082  Economy / Gambling / Re: Information of Crypto Casinos License and KYC requirements on: March 27, 2023, 07:12:58 PM
Almost every casino here has a gaming license in Curacao or data processing license in Costa Rica. These licenses don't mean anything since anyone here without a criminal record can get a license in Curacao for under $20k USD within 6 weeks and less in Costa Rica.

The only reason the casinos ask for KYC is a way of not paying.
In Curacao all the casinos work under a sub-license under one of the four master licenses. In the UK and US, licensing is strict. It's not that way for bitcoin casinos.
That sounds like a conspiracy theory and only applies to scamming casinos. Real reason with legit casinos is that they are complying with AML laws. They are checking every account they are suspecting og faul play and are required by law to freeze their accounts and contact officials.

And if they want to handle fiat money in the future and be operational it would be foolish from them not to complain with AML laws, because why would they risk their existence and wouldn't do that?

I see definitely ARB going over polygon ath marketcap at some point,

I might add that it's not only based on my feelings about it but the collective emotion and it"s on hype phase as coinmarket has listed it most trending in both 7 days and 24h timeframes.

This means ton of free advertising slowly affecting people and before we know it, it will be on FOMO-phase.

Only slight problem i see is that governage model is never going to be as hot in terms of tokenomics game theory.

2084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Branding FOR FREE on: March 26, 2023, 11:10:01 PM
Well if you are working for totally free of charge that's understandable. But what's the catch? Why are you doing this for free?
For example if i wanted your services, i wouldn't obviously "hire" you as you are not taking any money, but what would you require from me if i wanted to order branding from you?

Well, actually I just want to fill my portfolio with some works related to crypto, and I could make up some fake projects and make design for it, but I want it so that people can click some link and see that the work was real and people really use my design. and I actually wanna practice on some real case but don't want to promise certain level of quality and speed, I wanna do it in my own pace.

so if your project is in the very beginning, and the budget is tight, my proposal is just perfect for you
Just to clarify few things, would you accept any crypto related job or are you just picking the ones you like? Also branding is a number of things, are you doing facebook and other social media covers? Just still pictures or gif type animations? Are you doing vector or bitmap graphics? Can you use blender and other 3d softwares or is everything make in 2d looking like 3d?
Logos, concepts, business cards? What are your limits? What will you do and what won't you do?

Would you sign us to have full copyright ownership of the files you provide or is this more of like anon hobby design?

I might have few microcap projects but i would just like to know more.
2085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stay humble and go your own way (invest in yourself) - the best strategy of 2022 on: March 26, 2023, 09:59:28 PM
I ignored the trends except the ones i found before they were trends. I didn't avoid the noise and even though i needed to sell during the crash it all went for things i really needed or my kids needed. I learned that just working out in the gym and eating healthy with a plan keeps my head cool and i am not as worried about the markets.
Even though there were some pretty close calls when price of electricity rocketed.

Now i am poorer but definitely more capable to deal what's coming, and i know from experience that there are going to be more opportunities in life to invest as i have constantly buying just a little more. And i can always leverage trade if i want to risk more.

The only conditions are minimal revisions, complete freedom, and an undefined timeframe for completing the work.

Actually if i understand correctly what OP is trying to say, he/she is referring to patterns human emotions will cause to price and market activity.
Let's take for example Elliot Wave tehnical analysis style. It looks for patterns in crowd psychology and that's exactly studying emotions of everyone involved in the market.
Listening your own emotions can be very enlighting as you can pretty much assume that if you are experienced trader. That most of the people are going to experience more fear later then you and more greed later than you. That's helpful to know when you are placing your orders
2088  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Arbitrum Token Initial Price Speculation on: March 26, 2023, 08:15:34 PM
Pure speculation, there is already a lot of comparisons happening between other layer 2 networks that did airdrop before like Optimism.

Check this photo:
This is mirroring the market cap of other chain networks, this is just speculation or prediction. The majority of people really predict the price could be around starting at $1 - $5. So, let's wait for it.
I also love the airdrop distribution because there are only a few people who got big sizes.

I see definitely ARB going over polygon ath marketcap at some point, when ever the bullrun starts it will climb there matic is, so i see ton of room o grow. i have bought 1.4 and 1.3 and keep on dollar averaging this slowly as i didn't get the airdrop. People who are selling their airdrop, i don't understand their reasoning, after all they have used this and know how powerful it is.
Maybe they think they can catch the falling knife but that definitely wouldn't be my tactic with arb right now
2089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chasing looses Vs Finding closure: Any difference? on: March 26, 2023, 08:04:32 PM
When you are losing enough it brings ton of adrenaline and you are less able to make rational decisions. Then people usually just play more and increase the bets and justify their irrational bets by reasoning like that. In reality it would be better to cool off. Gambling isn't going away and you are not in a hurry. Dealing with those emotions first lets you make more informed decisions.

I know it's hard to control as many of us are in here because of that rush. And losing is just another side of that rush.
2090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Circulating supply matters to you? on: March 25, 2023, 11:57:49 PM
What is the fair percentage of a total max supply that are in circulation that can make you invest in a project? It is fine to avoid a project that has low circulating supply? Why? What about if the project is a brand new project and the use case is killing it?
But price compared to it matters a lot as that defines the marketcap. Number itself (of circulating supply) can be anything, big of small, that doesn't matter. There can be even ton of digits after it, it doesn't matter either.

But calculating marketcap via circulating supply can be misleading if you don't know the token issuance rate and max supply. Because issuance rate could flood the market with too much tokens for market makers to handle. That would mean inflation and total crash.

Fundamentals (as token use cases) is whole another subject.
2091  Economy / Gambling / Re: How succesful will AI projects be to win the house? on: March 25, 2023, 11:47:33 PM
With chatgpt getting good amount of data and resources then it can somehow give a good advice in which team will likely to win but it isn't 100% because as I always said, there is alway a variable that no one can predict, and can greatly affect the input of the match.  But if all goes well with the statatistics and data, then AI can sure give boost to our chance of winning a sports bet.  Though AI advice will always be in vain in a luck-based game.
The advise that these AI will give you is just scrapped over the internet, The only good thing about it is it's more accurate on the question or suggestions you are asking compared in googling it. Unless the AI is a gambling dedicated, I don't think it will help you a lot in processing the winning on gambling. I'm speculating that those gambling dedicated AI is more mathematically program to win or to have a greater chance of getting the chance of winning. Remember that casino owners is aware of the fact that AI can disrupt their casino, Let's see how they can act or what moves are they doing to carefully repel those users who are using AI to win their gambles.
Well obviously it won't be 100% accurate but neither am i and it sure can scrape way more information and combine and compare then i could even comprehend in a ways i couln't have even thought of.
And this development of them is only going to accelerate, so i am not even kidding when at some point it's not only match results it can predict. And that's kind of scary thought as we never had this kind of tech before. It will be used for gambling and trading first but that's just the start.

Hi guys, have you already had a chance to assess the new slots that have appeared on the platform BetFury?

Happy Apples by RedTiger (max win: 6,186x)
The Wildos by Thunderkick (max win: 6,250x)
Cash Streak by Endorphina (max win: 4,000x)

Happy Apples is a nice addon, that's on my favourites on other casino and quite pleasant to play, even smoother than sugar rush.
That made me look other slots by Red Tiger and it's my favorite slot provider now. All the games seem smooth and interesting (Well as interesting as slots can be), and definitely addictive.
So if you like that you should definitely check other Red Tiger slots.
2093  Economy / Gambling / Re: How succesful will AI projects be to win the house? on: March 25, 2023, 06:39:11 PM
Most of us are aware of how powerful AI is today since AI existed on every part of our lives now. Though with the hype of AI today, I think there developers who aim on making an powerful AI that is sole purpose is to win on casinos. This kind of AI should be the one that casino be ready for. I believe that casino owners know that sooner or later, There will be an AI that will interact with their casino and they should be ready on it by driving them away or not allowing them to win in their casino. AI can be too powerful and we can see how can AI on that is made on our current generation is now performing. I just believe that AI should be regulated as they can interrupt our daily lives soon if those become over powerful that we humans can't control it anymore.
They might change games where counting cards give you an edge against casino, but most of the games are build so that casino has an edge, so it's just mathematically impossible for any ai to cheat the system. But now that programs like chatgpt can get online and run programs, i am pretty sure they give a good edge when it comes to betting sports. But winning in those aren't really "beating the house", it's just beating other gamblers and most likely will mean more less desirable winning ratios.
2094  Economy / Speculation / Re: BitMEX Founder Arthur Hayes Predicts Bitcoin To Reach $1 Million Within 2-3 Year on: March 25, 2023, 06:28:38 PM
People are most likely listening to him because of the bullish predictions. But they don't remember that guy has been making too bullish predictions whole this time.
He also predicted that Eth would be $5000 by march 2023 because of the merge. Why are people listening advices from someone who has make so bad choices he ended up in jail is beyond my understanding.
2095  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Can divorced couple reunite?? - please share experience on: March 25, 2023, 04:45:55 PM
This days There are diverse news of broken marriages all over the world, with little news of reunion. Lately my friends uncle just resurrected an old relationship after 1 year in divorced zone. but on every disagreement with his new fiancee, He keeps reminding us about the positive side of his ex wife. This leaves me with the thought that he will still take her in if there is a chance, but such incidence is rare in our society, But I wonder if it is forbidden. I need more idea on this
Forbidden? In where and by whom?

But answer to the question is that every couple is different and not every coulple have same answer to that question.
But the question one would need to ask is: What has changed so that it would work this time?
There's usually a very good reason for breakup and if something fundamental hasn't changed, like personal growth and attitude towards the partnership. Then same problems as last time will appear to deal with. And most likely they will be dealed with same way, by divorce.
2096  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Crypto: The World's Greatest Scam" (youtube) on: March 25, 2023, 04:26:27 PM
Comments are hilarious too as i expected: Crypto it's bad because "you can't buy car with it" because "It needs to be converted into the US dollar first.".
Funny. I guess gold and stocks are bad and a scam too since you need to convert them to fiat money until you can buy something with them.

Also the argument that scammers are using crypto just tells us that it's working, even scammers want to use it. Criminals usually are using tech that works, you can't blame them for doing that.

For, I am thinking of opening a business for my wife with the tangible profits I have made from Bitcoin, I would have dropped a picture of my electrum wallet balance but I will not because I don't think is either advisable to do so.
I am pretty sure you don't regret spending money to your family. Especially when you are giving them a change to open a business. No matter where bitcoin goes from here, if you are in profit and have a change to do that, definitely do so. Just don't sell everything for it.

And i can't think any situation it would be wise to share your wallet balance. I know it's tempting espcially when you have reason to brag with it. But just remember that's the only upside if you are doing it and there are ton of downsides if you share it.
2098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arbitrum Hype on: March 23, 2023, 11:49:14 PM
I just got this from my group in telegram. Someone earned lots of money

I saw that so many people were also earning 100k $ - 1 millions $. Most people are also earning thousands of dollars on average from arbitrum airdrop. Retroactive airdrop has become one of the biggest way to make money as big as you can.

The fact that if airdrop must not be underestimated. There may be another airdrop will be coming. ARB is one of the biggest airdrop right now. I expect some will come soon.
Oh man, i have made more than $10k+ with one airdrop and thought that was a lot. I am assuming that this person had several wallets he/she had been using. I've also seen a lot of people trying to make sure they get metamask token airdrop if that ever comes and i have made some moves to make sure i get at least one too. I guess i could use arbitrum for that task as there are no real fees to speak of.

2099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arbitrum Hype on: March 23, 2023, 09:39:33 PM
I couldn't resist and bought in at $1.3. It was my plan to try to get it cheaper, but i definitely see future potential so much in this that rather just dca it down then see it magically jumping to next ath every day. I would kick my feet so hard on the wall as this was the one thing i am sure about. It's just too good not to go up at least next to Uniswap. I am thinking this could be one of those creating insane hype link early days of LINK.
2100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are Casino Sites Cheating Us? on: March 23, 2023, 09:21:46 PM
Most of the time I play Blackjack & Dice.  I have always noticed that when I bet a large amount I am a loser when it comes to Dice.  Also in case of Blackjack when I bet big amount I get wrong card due to which I lose the bet. On the other hand when I bet small amount I win in case of Dice and if I bet small amount multiple times I win multiple times.  In Blackjack, when I bet small amounts, I am always get good cards and win the bets. Thus the cycle continues.  I have noticed that it is not an easy thing to withdraw from having achieved something great. I always gamble for fun with small amounts and lose them but I don't care. But I started playing blackjack yesterday with $1k and noticed that the casino sites are somehow cheating us. I lost my $1k yesterday. through Blackjack. What do you think about casino site algorithms?  Are they cheating with us?
I am not sure where you play but that sounds like a confirmation bias as you are vague on the stats and haven't included any data. Not that sampling wouldn't be big enough to jump any conclusions anyway.

If a game would be rigged, it would be noticed by ton of players and whales wouldn't just play that game if they were losing all the time, so it wouldn't make any sense for casino to implement such a cheat system. Also casinos get audited and that kind of anomaly would show up in total stats.
