2161  Economy / Gambling / Re: Online Gambling at Real Slot Machines on: April 28, 2019, 01:14:55 PM
I have a few dozen slot machines on occasion. Since I know gamblers, I also know their negative attitude towards online casinos. In this regard, I thought that you can organize a game on real slot machines over the Internet. I tried to connect the game board - it turned out that this problem can be solved. You can play online, on real slot machines and bet Bitcoins or Eth. What do you think about this idea?

That would be great, I mean I usually gamble slot games in the past and I think the way that you will be able to control them or play them online, well at a real slot machine is so awesome. So, how can we "insert" or play on it? Do we first make a wallet on the site and we will be making a deposit on it? If you already have a site please post a link here.
2162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about the gambling site's having a promotion? on: April 28, 2019, 10:30:33 AM
I will gamble if that is the case especially if it is receiving the percentage of the money you lost. That would be great since you are still trying that site's services and games. Though I don't like gambling on a lot of sites since I am minimizing the time I am using on gambling and sometimes transacting your BTC or crypto currencies on other sites takes some time.
2163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The ugly side of Bitcoin on: April 28, 2019, 10:20:54 AM
Consume a lot of energy he says but right now there are a lot of sources of energy that don't really use the usual gasoline or maybe coals. We now have renewable sources of energy, the popular example of it is the sun, the wind even the rain are said to be one. We humans are the main problem and not Bitcoin mining, we start pollution and global warming.
2164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin and online transctions on: April 28, 2019, 12:38:54 AM
We can't blame them if they don't want to accept Bitcoin as a payment method. We all know how volatile it is and it will be hard for them to keep up with the changing price of it, there are also transaction fees and the transaction time that might take their services down. There are some though that don't really care about volatility and I salute those.
2165  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price in December 2019 on: April 27, 2019, 10:15:48 PM
Basically no one knows the future, but with the movement of the bitcoin price improving, it is possible that bitcoin can reach 10k by the end of this year.

That is why we make an educated guess, we might call it a prediction but I know it is an educated guess. We based it on the facts that we know and our experience the reason it might be close to what might happen. I guess I will be seeing $6K or $8K at the end of the year, there are a lot that can affect the price and I think this year will just lay or ready the best year which wil be happening next year.
2166  Economy / Economics / Re: How Bitcoin Turns Wasted Energy Into Magical Internet Money on: April 27, 2019, 04:02:25 PM
I know mostly people are wasting energy in mining. But i think there will be a solution where we can mine without losing any energy. For example making electricity with the help of Solar panels system. But it required highly invest. I think only it reduce the waste of energy

I don't know about that though, I think it is not that of waste. There are a lot of miners that are using Solar Panels and I think that is helping reduce that energy consumption. We are using a lot of coal, oil and other sources of energy that can destroy the our environment, and they will pointing at Bitcoin now? Talk about bias.
2167  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Amazon accept crypto if Bitcoin skyrocket again? on: April 27, 2019, 02:48:44 PM
We should wait some more times for such kind of news. In my opinion Amazon will accept bitcoin when price will be in a stable range. Bitcoin price is not so high at this time and not stable too. Hopefully within few days, it will be a payment method on Amazon.

Well, what we can do right now is to hope and pray that it does happen since I know a lot of people are using Amazon to purchase or buy things and Bitcoin and other crypto currencies will surely make the payment method or transaction easy. The problem here is that I don't think they will accept that so quickly since we all know how unstable or volatile it is.
2168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The longer you play poker the better you become ? on: April 27, 2019, 02:23:02 PM
What do you think can be a consistent winning player on this game? is this game of skills or luck?
the longer you play more skills you get?

It applies to everything you do, not only poker, you can become a better poker player but that does not mean you can win all the games, because luck still plays the crucial factor here, but you will have become good at how to hide your feeling.

Sometimes experience will help the player which one to throw and which one to keep, luck will always play a major role in gambling, most of the people will think positive if they win through gambling but it will really them to gamble again and again. We need to very careful and we shouldn't panic about the situation.

"Sometimes experience will help", he says. Since we are talking about poker, a game that doesn't really require that luck and mostly on skill and experience, that is really funny. Luck doesn't always play an important role in gambling. There are types of gambling if you don't know or if you are really gambling, I hope, there are luck-based games and skill-based games. It is quite understandable there so I don't think I need to explain all that.
2169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let me introduce "Ending Game" on: April 27, 2019, 01:42:52 PM
This is the first time I have seen this concept, betting on the end one digits score seems like pure luck in basketball, I can't really see myself place any sports bets here.
It's more looks like a lottery than a sports gambling, so I guess it can be a popular way to put a bet on a game.

Its not like any others sports bet games which you only have two options whether you bet for your team or the other. In this kind of game, its more like a sports-lottery game because its based on the ending scores which cannot be predicted and the odds is more difficult because its 1:100 rather than 50/50.

That is right, these game usually requires a lot of luck in order for you to win. I had a lot of times betting on my team at the time and I can't even win, I win once but that kind of suck since I paid it all to my debts. The bad thing about this is it requires a lot of luck, it is not that bad as a lottery but it is close to it, I think this will just bore rich gamblers since the person making the list of the bets gets all the money when no one wins or have a right bet, well, it is the usual ending, that person gets the money.
2170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I gamble for my WEDDING? on: April 27, 2019, 01:12:25 PM
Should I gamble with the one I have?

Are you kidding me, man? That is bad. I know you are kind of desperate to get that money but I don't think gambling will help you. First off, if you want to get married, you should've been able to save money for that, for me that just means you are rushing things and you did not even plan this whole thing up. Lastly, if you really need it, just make a loan or borrow money. You have a lot of friends for sure that you can borrow to and there are a lot of banks you can have a loan to. You don't need to rely on gambling sites, you should, believe me, I've been there.
2171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin stops bank runs - own your keys! on: April 27, 2019, 12:43:09 PM
That is just great. That is the reason we are our own banks. We own the BTC we have and take care of it. We should always check our keys and seeds that might be taken by hackers. Be careful on putting your cryptos on exchanges since we don't really know how they are managing or planning behind those sites or apps.
2172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's value after being more recognized and accepted globally. on: April 27, 2019, 12:15:11 PM
That is weird. The price of Bitcoin usually goes up when it is recognized and accepted but if that is the case I guess the ones that can manipulate the price in the market is the reason. Whales might be behind it but I don't think they have a goal for that. I think it is just that it is recognized by a lot of people but still, only a few of them use it.
2173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin fake money? Think again! on: April 27, 2019, 10:15:58 AM
I would love to discuss these with my nephew but I don't think my words will get through him. He is a lovely and kind nephew it's just that he doesn't want to do something that he doesn't want or he has no interest in. He likes to earn money but he does it in his own way that also made me proud of him. Though I hope I can get through him like that.
2174  Economy / Economics / Re: How cash is becoming a thing of the past | DW Documentary (Banking documentary) on: April 26, 2019, 11:56:11 PM
I know we already know this since the technology, crypto currency leads there. I am not saying that it is the one that made that path or start that path but what I am saying is that it all leads there. Cards are being so popular especially mobile transactions. This is a thing now but we should always remember that there are still a lot of people that will prefer cash than this.
2175  Economy / Economics / Re: Forms of converting cryptocurrencies into cash on: April 26, 2019, 10:30:11 PM
Just like in subject. How do you converting cryptocurrencies into cash? For example in Poland I can convert in so-called bitcoinmat from page shitcoins.club. I don't know how is it in other countries, so please reply. Thanks Smiley

In our country, we use a certain exchange/wallet called coins.ph. With the use of it, everything about bills is really efficient and so easy. Whatever we do using Bitcoin, they will automatically convert them into fiat. For example I will be doing a cash out, the BTC I will be sending in the bank will not be BTC anymore but already fiat since banks don't actually accept Bitcoin in our country.
2176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on an insect fight? on: April 26, 2019, 09:36:07 PM
There’s no insect fight here in my place but if its available online where its more convenient then I will bet since its fun to see insects to have their fight and its quiet rare to see that. Though insects have the right to live, i think there’s a culture where its ok to gamble with insects.

It is survival of the fittest, that is how they live. Be killed or to kill, if they will not be killing other insects, they will die since that insect wil kill them. It is like we are putting these insects into slavery and letting them fight like gladiators in a stick or a bottle. It may be a cruel representation but that is the closest
2177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let me introduce "Ending Game" on: April 26, 2019, 03:15:21 PM
This is very popular game in the Philippines, as far as I can remember, I used to bet on it late 80's if I'm not mistaken, but never win. We all know that Philippines loves their basketball and someone invented this sort of game. This is pure luck based kind of game, I don't know if this game has 'migrated' though. So it won't attract that much attention if ever someone ported this game online. But yeah, it brings back memories to bet and watch the game live on TV with friends and see if you won. You will even hear your neighbors shouting or cursing because a player miss a free throw that could have given him the winning numbers.
Im just about to say the same thing. In our younger days we used to bet on this guy that just ask us if we want to make a bet on ending. At first I was confused and a bit worried with my money since guessing the last digit of their scores is really hard but the thing is, I usually support and cheer more my favorite at that time, Ginebra, well it is a PBA team that is so good at that time. As far as I know that is now illegal in our place and a lot of people already was caught because of this.
2178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What causes a person to become intensely addicted to gambling? on: April 26, 2019, 01:55:39 PM
Plenty of free time. This is because during your free time, you are more likely to find something that will entertain you which in this case can be gambling. When you have plenty of free time, it wouldn't matter so much for you thus your self control could become weak.
That’s why you have to spend your free time well so you will not get addict. The eagerness of every person to make easy money makes them more addict and since gambling is a great way to win big money they tend to do it more often. Addiction can ruin your life and everything, control yourself now.

But think it this way. If you will be spending your time on gambling, your free time, that would also make you addicted since that way of passing the time will become a habit of yours, will be a hobby, and will turn to addiction. If you are using it in your free time, be sure that you can still gamble what you can afford. You might regret it if you don't.
2179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin could be used to pay for Bills, load and for travel in the Philippines on: April 26, 2019, 01:22:22 PM
It is not still applicable directly to use bitcoin in any transactions such as paying bills and others, you have to go through coins.ph to exchange it  and through coins transferring it to your local philippine wallet then you can already use it in paying your bills.

Are you even reading the OP? it is already said there.

that's amazing, is coins.ph the local exchange in Philippines?

It is. There is still a lot of room for improvement and developments but for me it is great. With this exchange, some transactions are easy to do since we can send BTC without charges. We can pay bills without going outside, with these we can brag Bitcoin to my friends and obviously the exchange.

It's really great. But the question is how much profitable thing for you. Because bitcoin is such a precious cryto coin. You better to hold it. Who knows one day it will rise 100000$ per coin. Wink

It is your choice though. Do you want to spend it? That is fine, it is yours and you don't need someone telling you that you should save it or hold it. Unless you really need it, then why don't use it right? I know that it is better to hold but it is not that bad using the advantages of this payment method right? Who knows, it might be the reason of its popularity here in our country.
2180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins stolen from bitfinex in 2016 move to new wallets on: April 26, 2019, 01:00:56 PM
This should be really a warning to people that likes to save or put their investments or crypto currencies on exchanges. I know that these exchanges or trading sites are doing their best to secure your cryptos but we all know how hackers can be so smart and can still get through their securities. I know that it is hard but we should be able to take care of our investments, it is also for our own good.
