1781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling just for fun? on: September 12, 2019, 01:14:48 PM
There are some people gamble and lose. if you ask them why do you gamble? They will answer you "just for fun"
They know they are loser in long term and no strategy works, but continue to gamble for fun.
How can enjoy something that you know you will lose? Is losing money really enjoyable? Isn't there any other entertainment you can enjoy?
I think these people are still hopeful of winning back previous losses or they are addicted. Gambling cannot be just for fun. There are many free games too.
There is difference from lose ad spend,if someone satisfied with the way they spend their money for gambling activities and they enjoying it then you no need to worry about the losing part.

Now I'm confused to spend and losing your money in gambling now. You gamble, you lose your money that is true but that also means you spent your money in gambling that is why you lost your money. But I think it is better to have fun in gambling really, since at least, you are having fun.
1782  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the US Government Trying To Control Crypto? on: September 11, 2019, 10:55:53 PM
This might be a possibility but I think their main reason is because they want their own platform in the US, though maybe that is the only reason. Even that means a lot of US users, that just means US have a lot of users and nothing else. I don't want to relate or connect this to US government, since we are talking about an exchange.
1783  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Puzzle ... Free money to the first to solve it. on: September 11, 2019, 11:40:29 AM
Again these puzzle. For me it is better to engage in trading than solving riddles

What's wrong with it. I am not good with these kinds of puzzles that is why it is educating me since I can read the ways or solutions people that can crack the puzzle. If you are not interested, you can read other threads. Hope these wise men can crack the puzzle tho. Im rooting for you all, and hope you can update this thread regularly.
1784  Economy / Economics / Re: Trade war Influences on cryptocurrency on: September 11, 2019, 10:40:00 AM
U.S. trade war with China may only have a slight impact on the development of crypto prices. It will probably have an impact on the economy in every country. The Bitcoin movement is influenced by demand and acceptance. So this price of Bitcoin can also rise very high because of the large demand, but if the reception is small, the price will decline sharply.

So how can you connect that on the trade war? It is true that bitcoin's price depends on demand and acceptance but when it comes to the trade war, how is that connected? That is the reason I don't think bitcoin will be influenced or be affected by it.
1785  Economy / Economics / Re: Your Source of Investment Money? on: September 08, 2019, 01:46:50 PM
My source investment from daily working, I work every day and save it to use for investing in bitcoin and altcoin. Some time I got much profit with my investment and many time I get lost.

I think you should also save your salary since, you see, your salary is a stable source of your income, that is great. What is not great is that you are putting your money into a risky state, I know that you want to have a profit out of that money but don't put it all there. Focus on what you have and if you have a profit, that is the only amount you will be using to invest again. I also use some of my salary to invest but that is a small amount
1786  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Martingale strategy increase your chance of winning? on: September 08, 2019, 01:05:51 PM
If the winning chance is smaller then using martingale strategy then it won't increase your chance winning but your chance of earning profit may increase. If you play on a gambling site and you can set the winning percentage then it's clear that the winning percentage will never be increase.

Martingale strategy is not really aimed to give you winnings if you will be thinking about it. If you win, you will be getting back to the normal bets you had, which is smaller than the bet you are doing if you lose. This strategy is usually for those people who want to avoid losing in gambling that is the reason why if you want to win, don't use martingale since it will just eat your balance quickly than you expected.
1787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Own Version Of Martingale Your Opinion on: September 07, 2019, 10:52:11 PM
I am pretty sure this is the martingale I am doing and I did not do well with it for months. I did that with some small funds I left in that wallet and I am done betting in just some minutes. Martingale really is so risky since you are doubling up the risk everytime you lose.
1788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Finding the person who has received 1 billion dollar is likely possible on: September 07, 2019, 04:20:01 PM
A lot of huge transfers has already done and I don't think the government will be looking at this. Also, I think the site has the right to hide the identity of their customers, despite a huge amount of bitcoin transfered, the site might already checked this and see no problems.
1789  Economy / Economics / Re: Jobs Created by the Blockchain & Bitcoin on: September 07, 2019, 03:38:55 PM
It is good that new professions have appeared. People who learn first will benefit greatly. Because the technology is developing very quickly and there are not enough specialists.

Not just professions but new technologies will emerge through this door of new possibilities. New gadgets, new things can be based of the blockchain. I just this is used more by developers all over the world so it can be utilized. Bitcoin might give you profits but the blockchain can give a lot of things to us.
1790  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Smile-to-pay - facial payment technology in China on: September 07, 2019, 03:02:29 PM
I did remembered a video in China about a surveillance camera that can identify a person and can even give some information about thay guy, even a old photo of him. Maybe that is connected here and as far as I know they already fixed the problem where the camera can mistakenly identify other people's faces. This might be a good payment technology but I look serious despite knowing myself I am smiling.
1791  Economy / Economics / Re: Trading on: September 07, 2019, 02:22:48 PM
We have a thread for that, its in the Trading section. If you really want to invest here, better come prepare since you migjt be shocked to how fast this market moves. Another thing is that since it is decentralized, there are a lot of scams and frauds happning here.
1792  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many times have you gone against majority on: September 07, 2019, 01:33:30 PM
Did this a lot of times. Simce I am already risking my money in gambling, why not just take it to these level, at least I lose or not I am having fun and that is important. Did this on a Basketball game first, can't remember the specific teams, all I know is that I am drunk and I lost. I am suffering a hang over and regret the next morning.
1793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: September 06, 2019, 12:40:22 PM
Gambling is known to be a form of investment with high risk. To be gambling as a profession, you must be self-disciplined, not be too emotional, accept that you can't win everything, don't spend much on a stake.
You can also make extra income from selling your predictions to people.

There are a lot of people with this classifications but I don't think that helped turn off their greediness towards winning and obviously, money. Gambling should just be a way to have fun not hope for a great profit.
1794  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Martingale strategy increase your chance of winning? on: September 05, 2019, 12:06:37 PM
I do not know the calculations but I do know that it will not help you to win or get back what you had lost. It is to gamble for fun than to earn money because we all know that we will end up losing, at least if we are having fun, that don't really matter.
1795  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not ignore the small profits in Bitcoin investments. on: September 05, 2019, 11:09:03 AM
I must agree with you, but there are some things that prevent you from getting enough profit from trading bitcoin every day. The main problem is the exchanges and their high fees

I don't think that is a problem since you will not be cashing out your balance that easily right? Let's say that you trade another crypto currency, day passed and you earned $10, will you quickly trade and cash out? That easily? No, obviously that balance will stay at that site and you will continue to trade, continue to buy and sell on that site.
1796  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Adoption: First Ever Bitcoin Movie Storms Chinese Cinemas In October on: September 04, 2019, 05:47:27 PM
This is very good news. Through the movies, you can also transfer information to the masses. I think that many who will watch the film will want to know more about bitcoin.

To be clear, there are a lot of movies about bitcoin, you can just search them and you can transfer a lot of information about it. This movie is said to be about the blockchain, not bitcoin.

Will any famous Chinese actors act in this movie?
Maybe Jacky Chan or other...

I don't know. Jackie Chan is from Hong Kong which was pro west oriented.

I think he is not in the movie. If he's there they will obviously show him to get more interest or hype from the viewers.
1797  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin get banned worldwide? on: September 01, 2019, 11:06:14 PM
Why would they ban it? I mean even if they ban bitcoin people would still use it since despite it not being completely anonymous, there is still no way they can track a user and an address completely that easily. I think they would just let it be there, them just ignoring it until it dies.
1798  Economy / Economics / Re: WHY 21 MILLION BITCOIN CANNOT SERVE THE WHOLE WORLD on: September 01, 2019, 10:01:08 PM
Yes, the total supply of bitcoin can serve the world, if it was 5,000,000 TS. The sotashi will keep expanding or going up in price as more and more people start using it like we saw a huge price leap in 2017, that is how it works. soon thousands of dollars will just be able to buy a little fraction of satoshi. Not everyone in the world actually have real money, some just have substance and money keeps exchanging hands.

I don't think we even need to talk about the whole population of the world since not all of them are fond and willing to use bitcoin. Some hate them, some are thinking that it is a scam. They have their reasons but most likely, not all of the people can use this kind of technology. Despite that it is easy to use.
1799  Economy / Economics / Re: Can not believe 5 years ago you could of bought one whole bitcoin for this much! on: September 01, 2019, 08:44:42 PM
We missed many chances to make a fortune with cryptocurrencies. After Bitcoin, Ethereum and so many powerful cryptocurrencies launched their ICOs and many people earned a good amount by just hunting their bounties, or investing small amounts during the sale. Now the chance is lower, because the number of promising projects is decreasing.

Well, scams and still numbers of ICOs are some of the reasons why ICOs are decreasing and it is true that you willnever again duplicate that history since you can't make a crypto so high again like those cryptos. For now I will just hold, who knows that it might still be doable, it might still happen, again.
1800  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: September 01, 2019, 06:43:39 PM
For me it's like choosing long term and short term. Wherein that's why sometimes there are some ppl prefered to bet in some lottery because of the high possibility to obtain quick money in a short time. yes we can say the risk were the same and activities but you know its very quick to earn than other betting options.

I don't know what you're talking about but lottery has the lowest possible chance of winning among the categories of gambling. Some even say that the possibility of you being hit by a lightning is higher than winning in the lottery. People are just attracted to it since it has a high price pot.
