2301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOcritic.org looking for ICO reviewers on: November 15, 2017, 04:55:00 PM
In reality ICO's should be pooling money together in the beginning so that they can actually pay people in BTC or ETH. The chance of you getting a good review for your token/coin is very low. Just my opinion, when I see a company do something like this I automatically wont invest. If your project is not good enough to spend your own money on it, then others wont want to spend their money buying the token. You need to get some skin in the game. This just sounds like another project that is just trying to take advantage of a token or coin offering.
2302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: November 15, 2017, 04:47:04 PM
Ethereum has a very strong community of people, as you have said they have "failed" multiple times. Yet people are still holding on for dear life. It is not even the coin that I am investing in mainly, the ethereum developers are very smart and will get us out of the current mess. Which leads me to believe ethereum will be a very profitable long term hold as it has been.
2303  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Speculation thread on: November 15, 2017, 04:44:37 PM
Bitcoin still remaineth the top Cryptocurrency. I don't see iit being overtaken at least in the nearest future.
With the way Bitcoin is going now, it's likely to hit $10k by Q1 next year.

I am not saying bitcoin will die tomorrow, I am just saying I think it is very possible a government will create a digital currency that is very competitive with bitcoin.
2304  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin fell by to 30%? on: November 15, 2017, 04:40:12 PM
What are you referring too? When did bitcoin drop 30% recently?
2305  Economy / Services / Re: Purchase an ad spot on my bitcoin transaction accelerator - perfect for crypto! on: November 15, 2017, 04:33:40 PM
Have you done any advertisements before? Do you have the click rates, demographics of users etc? How are you advertising your site, are you promoting it and trying to grow it?
2306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit2x cancellation discussion on: November 15, 2017, 03:22:28 PM
Video analysis : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9XlstCRTLM

It will be very interesting to see how the price of bitcoin is affected, I know a lot of people that bought into bitcoin because they wanted the "free coin". It is currently up around 2% however the news is so new that people are likely still analysis it. I know I am personally glad they didn't go through with it, and am very happy with the way the crypto currency community is involved. I like the idea that the community/miners/investors etc can reject it.

What are your thoughts on it?

You can vote if you were for or against it here : https://twitter.com/cryptoassetnews/status/928439080714670080

I am really taken back by their decision to suddenly cancel it, I was aware that the segwit2x was not getting much support but that would lead to cancellation is a surprise, last night post the cancellation it shot up and then it's settled lower, now I feel there will be selling as people who brought for free coins shall sell it, however I feel price could boom also as people would now move into it with more freedom and without worry of fork.

I just like the fact that peoples opinions were able to play a role, and it is not dominated by 1 person.
2307  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Speculation thread on: November 15, 2017, 03:02:04 PM
Ideally speaking, bitcoin should have hit the $10,000 mark. We are getting very close now so if we don't get too many setbacks over the course of the next year, $10,000 should be a very probable price range. Hopefully by then we are able to shrugg off the whole Bcash situation. I also hope lighting network will be finished and ready to deploy. It would be a great implementation to get nearly instant transactions for basically free (so no excessive transaction fees).

If those three events we're to happen, or if we come very close to achieving these goals I feel like 2018 would be a more than successful year for bitcoin.

What would justify a $10k price which would leave the market cap around 166,801,370,000 market cap

2309  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin drop during the upcoming Holidays? on: November 15, 2017, 02:53:36 PM
It is a interesting topic, will people cash in there bitcoin to buy presents? I do believe the price might drop a little bit, but I dont think it will be very dramatic. I mean, if you are investing in bitcoin and need the money to buy things then you are not a very smart investor.
2310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Leftover ICO Tokens? What happens to them? on: November 15, 2017, 04:35:10 AM
Most ICO's cover what they plan to do with the coins in their whitepaper. Most of them "burn" the coins so that they are no longer in circulation. Others will sell it on a exchange if it is not sold in a presale. Depends on the coin really.
2311  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Be careful when you received this email! on: November 15, 2017, 04:32:12 AM
Scammers have gone very far to still information, very sad. Hopefully no one will fall for this, would be awful to lose coins.
2312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum heading to the moon? Speculation Thread on: November 15, 2017, 04:30:39 AM
bitcoin, with a much large maket cap went up 7-8x this year

What does that have to do with ethereum?
2313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What upcoming ICO's are you most interested in? on: November 15, 2017, 04:29:42 AM
I am losing interest in ico now cause most ico having little profits, the price is often lower than ico price after hitting exchange, so i think if we really look forward to one project, we may buy the coins on exchange

Most ICO's dont really even have a function outside of being a tool for raising funds. So you are basically donating instead of "investing" when you buy into 90% of them.
2314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could Enjin coin reach a $100m Market Cap?? on: November 15, 2017, 04:27:51 AM
For the coin that recently appeared on the coinmarketcap, it has excellent turnover of more than $ 2 million. This shows interest in the project. I think for her there is a chance in the next six months with such interest to rise to 100 million on capitolization

How could you justify a $100m market cap with the information that we are given?

2316  Other / Off-topic / Re: Crypto Currency Youtubers on: November 15, 2017, 04:22:47 AM
Are there any "influencers" youtubers who work with crypto currency?

What do you mean by this?
2317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for Advisors and Team Members to join our project on: November 14, 2017, 09:09:17 PM
It would be helpful if you listed compensation for the positions. Whether that is via your coin or some other form of payment etc

Also you should outline requirements for the positions, and maybe a job summary.
2318  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Speculation thread on: November 14, 2017, 07:17:55 PM
In case you weren't already aware, there is an entire sub-forum devoted to the topic of this thread:

I didnt see that, I will have a mod move this, thanks
2319  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to make a bitcoin Rpg Game on: November 14, 2017, 06:24:56 PM
You will need to learn how to code/program and model. As well as integrate bitcoin or another crypto currency into the game itself, while having a good understanding of marketing and advertising to get your video game off the ground. A good rule of thumb would suggest you will go 1 year without making profits, so this is a project you would really need to be dedicated too. Often times people will buy prefabs or assets to implement in there game if they dont have the specific skill themselves, which could be expensive depending on how well the game will be. Good luck,
2320  Economy / Speculation / Re: HOW LONG WILL BITCOIN CONTINUE TO FALL on: November 14, 2017, 06:22:10 PM
Evaluate the coin yourself and then you will figure out a price that the coin is worth and can invest accordingly. Bitcoin got pumped artificially and so now it is coming down, there was really no reason it should have increased so much. So with that said, it has to come back down. In the future it can rise though if upgrades or news comes out.
