2381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: little knowledge about gambling - before I knowing bitcointalk.org forum on: January 26, 2022, 01:27:10 PM
The right advice for gambling is to have enough capital and choose the right time there are the right times so you can earn more and go for a jackpot. The key to success is finding that window and earning more rewards than every game you play choose different times of the day or night and look for the winning percentage to get on your way. You need to be careful and vigilant about spending all your money never be too greedy and never lose all the wins in one day.
Sometimes it's not especially if you're a greedy one, even if you have the huge capital at hand that wouldn't be enough to get you earn more or hit a jackpot. It feels like it's more on the luck side of the player to get a jackpot. Greediness on whether you are on the losing or winning side is the root to being broke in gambling, never gets old.
2382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling In Crypto on: January 25, 2022, 09:27:50 PM
Recently I have started to gamble with crypto, and other coins. Looking to speak with anyone who has had similar experiences. I find it much more effective than gambling with fiat. Let’s use this thread to discuss pros/cons and how us users can improve it!
Had a recent similar thread in here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5380746.0 but it was locked, I got the vibes that it may be locked as well by the moderators. If not, then best to discuss with.

I've already answered on that thread that cons always outweighs the pros and for sure most will agree with me. If not as well, you can have your opinion.
2383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 25, 2022, 07:37:06 PM
When he plays bad, the coach should not allow him to continue messing up, that's the role of the coach, put the players who contribute and not to mess with the team. If the coach was Greg Popovich, he would certainly bench Westbrook if he is shooting bricks.
Exactly, it's on the coach responsibility to act what's good for the whole team, there are other point guard that can play that role even LBJ can do that, though I doubt it this time around. Good thing it's just Vogel and not Pop and I think the notion to replace Vogel was the better decision the Lakers management may do, just an opinion.
I'm with you mate, I really think so too that Frank Vogel should be replaced by another coach with different approach and tactics because surely the Lakers now is a hot mess. Frankly, Vogel has the full responsibilities and the right to scold every player that isn't making their part and contributes to the team, especially WB for not playing seriously. Also, Howard needs some more minutes with or without AD on the court as it could really help them in their defense.
That's been quites discussed here a lot about Vogel's replacement and how Howard still sitting more in the bench rather than putting minutes on the court. We don't know what's the hindrance that Howard isn't giving enough minutes and playing time but if he does I think he may contribute more to the team, the recent stat he makes was nice considering he has given few minutes on the court.

And The best advice I could give to someone who wants to start gambling is probably to never start gambling to win. It's definitely the worst approach that in the long run leads to the financial ruin of any novice gambler.
But we can't deny the fact that almost all who dives into the world of gambling was into the money they can get if they win something. I think a few only think of the leisure and the fun and most of those who might get into the fun are those whales or rich or those who considers it literally as it is. Other percentage may just getting into gambling because of the bonuses and promotions.
2386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: On which esports you place bets on: January 25, 2022, 02:59:46 AM
Recently, I was asked by one of my clients to check out which esports betting bitcointalk users are most interested. I wasn't really aware of esports betting much. Because I really don't gamble a lot. Can you please share which esports you used to place bets on? It would be a great helping hand to find out the right one. Client was interested in offering bonus for bitcointalk users.
The NBA live 2k e-sport game, I use to bet on that but too rare these days when I have more time at work. The funny thing it started is when I accidentally bet on it thinking it was the real game from NBA but to my surprise that it ended up quickly and I realized it was just a game played by players. I don't know if it's popular but I think it's best as well but too dependent on the player too and I don't know lot of NBA live e-sport players though.
2387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to become a dapp developer. on: January 24, 2022, 09:55:32 PM
Hello everyone, I know this is a little off topic, but I would like to become a dapp developer. My dream would be to work for a reputable crypto one day as a developer. What are the best resources and ways out there to become a dapp developer. I am currently learning Python and will soon start learning JS and would like to learn solidity next. Just not sure what is the best way to learn it. I appreciate any sort of help.
I think to become one you should have a lot of programming languages to cover with and not just a few, base on my observation on dApp developers that I know in some projects. It always comes with grit and persistence if you want to achieve things and remember as well about consistency if you want it badly. It isn't about as well to do lot of stuff but start taking small tasks and let it progress over the course of time.

We always have lower chances to win in every contest, but the main point is that we should not lose our hearts if the prospects are low. Just participate in every contest and always hope to win. Every contest has some terms and conditions which increase your chances to win. Follow that conditions and increase the chances. Talk about my experience well I won many competitions because I always follow their Facebook and Twitter pages. I mostly keep myself updated to increase my chances.
It's always is, that's the competition and we win and lose, it's like gambling as well but it's fine at least you prove to yourself and you tried. Those your talking about following isn't some kind of competition, it's more like some giveaways and more on the luck side if chosen.

^^ That's why AD is still the missing link in the puzzle for the Lakers.

He is still on the injured list so they are terribly missing his services right now as others that is expected to help Lebron is not stepping up or very inconsistent.

Only Lebron is doing very hard for the team, but we all know that he can't do it by himself. Malik Monk only scored 7 points , THT 5 points. And those two should be like at least 15 each in this game to help Lebron.
They definitely need AD if they wanted to even join the playoffs but if he misses a lot and the struggle continues, I doubt if they can do it. It hit differently this time even if they got some huge players on their team, I think they're overrated.

LeBron isn't a problem some of his colleagues are and hope it changes if Davis comes to play once he healed from injury.

Sometimes the merit is one of the main reason why other submit their arts since there are generous forum member gives a good amount of merits on the submissions made by the participants so even if they didn't win in the contest still their effort has been paid off due to the merit they get.  Maybe some other didn't expect with the prize since there are so many talented forum users join the contest.
Definitely not. I'd say it's always the tempting prize pool from Roobet art contest that most participants joins this event. As far as I'm concern, I think the merit involvement in the art contest is already diminishing especially if we talk about Roobet. Well, you may be correct on that notion but I'd say as a participant from the past is that I'll always eye the cash prize no matter what besides if I win I'd let it gamble it on the site too but I'd take some to cash out, that's a hard fact.
2391  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Conflicting news tungkol sa pag gamit ng Binance P2P at UnionBank! on: January 23, 2022, 11:20:39 AM
Just stumbled upon a slightly related news tungkol sa UnionBank at base dun sa statement ng Senior VP nila, mukhang may balak silang ma-involve sa Play2Earn community at sa pag bigay ng loans sa scholars at managers [more control?]: UnionDigital Intends to Serve the Play-to-earn community, to Partner with YGG

2392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the potential of the Polygon? on: January 22, 2022, 02:33:59 PM
Hello,
I know in the cryptocurrency of the world, it is almost impossible to estimate the price, but I want to know the users and experts opinions about the price and the potential of the Polygon in the future. Please share your opinions.
I'm thinking it still the best L2 out there considering the faster transaction and cheaper withdrawal. The Polygon NFTs are getting into trends too so that will drag the price of MATIC too. This isn't some kind of financial advice but I'd say it's the best altcoin out there that has huge potential.

Indeed no one knows if polygons can reach $100.
But in my opinion polygons (metic) are a bit difficult to reach $100 for the next 1 year, now the price of polygons is difficult for us to predict, even very, very cheap.
A prediction of $100 within a year is unrealistic tbh and I don't think even in the next 3 years it will reach that height, that would take a $100T market cap I think for the whole market to reach that for polygon considering it stays on the top.

A lot of thread similar to this has been made already for this proposal, you can check the links below. There's an even older proposal that been made way back 2013, yet, we haven't seen it yet. Moreover, I think the only thing this may possible is when the epochtalk site is up and running, nothing more.

2394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Tether (USDT) supported gambling platform? on: January 22, 2022, 10:54:21 AM
Talking about Tether in gambling it is almost Similar to fiat gambling with very little volatility margin when sighting the difference. Bringing in Tether to gambling is more like a wasted stake because you wouldn't get more value for your wins it's like the usual fiat gambling. Tether is only profitable with exchanges except for gamblers who don't really like the crypto gambling options
Well, that's always subjective to gamblers since not at all can handle crypto volatility and I don't think it's such a waste at all. It's not about the value after but rather fiat gamblers wanted there gains being stable since the crypto market fluctuates much. I can't seem to follow your opinion about tether being profitable on exchanges only, it doesn't much make sense. Gambling is to win on the house not that you should win as well to the whole market.
2395  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $30k the bottom for this dip? on: January 22, 2022, 08:06:17 AM
The entire cryptocurrency market is on a blood bath level most cryptocurrency witness a higher percentage of price drop which have turned so many analysts to speculate the next stop price before the bull run, if you have been flowing up with recent price actions it show Bitcoin losing almost 7% of it price falling back to 38k and have been struggling to maintain that price level up till now.
Will the 30k price benchmark be the next bottom line before the rise?
We've already seen bloodbath and this isn't new in the market but I don't think that we will see like the 2018 scenario. The market is lengthening and with huge institutions and investors coming at play I'm just confident that we may strong region on either the 30k or if not then make that last 2017 ATH be the strongest support. Anyhow, I wouldn't call this a struggle but likely an opportunity since crypto market always comes up strong whenever we see these kind of moves. WAGMI.

2397  Economy / Speculation / Re: Under $39k, what's next? on: January 22, 2022, 04:15:02 AM
As always buying the dip, we've seen how market been a downer but it always goes back up stronger. $20k is what I'm expect to dip with this rally but who knows actually? No one could know what's next but at least I'm not a noob investor anymore being paranoid over -50% correction, I've seen worst.

Buy the dip of course, but also constantly buy at regular intervals for as long as you have an income.

Take a look at this calculator and see what would have happened if you had DCA for the last 5 years.

https://dcabtc.com/

Thanks for the link.

Just in, El Salvador purchase 410 more bitcoins amid the crash, I think it's like an angel and I would be surprised if even Microstrategy do the same or other prominent maximalist in the crypto industry. The strong support we got for now was the Elon Musk/Tesla buy zone and I think that's the huge support we've got.

Let's we discuss about some profitable coin for 2022. No doubt Bitcoin the favourite coin for all-time investment. Besides Bitcoin, which coin will be the most profitable for 2022?? I think Ethereum You?
Since this is an altcoin board expect responses that it will be altcoins even if it's top 1000 and up in the CMC or Coingecko. I'm new to this site but it looks like Looksrare is on that list to be the best NFT marketplace that may boom this year or even this month or upcoming month/s. I am not a financial advisor and I don't give any financial advice but you may do your own investigation or research on this token.

Was it all that? You want us to subscribe on your mailing list then we will expect some news soon? Well, I think we do wait good thing it's just a secondary email I inputted.

It's just a red flag I think if you wouldn't have any communication on the community since just above this response you already got a complaint over it. Not gonna expect huge but make sure you communicate more to the community, just my two cents.

OP promises to bring huge for the community but look at him he is not logged in for the last 6 days, I wonder if he still reading all our comments or even aware of this feedback, he should at least post if there is delay of the launching and we'll understand but we are made to wait for nothing, he better be sure it's really huge and something we have not seen before.
Well, that sounds fishy but should be fine to give the OP a benefit of the doubt since it's just a week but if it continues I think we shouldn't expect more. Moreover, I'm concern with my email and to those who subscribe on their mailing list if what will they do on it, hoping those who input it was just using secondary emails.
