1641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Houston Texans become 1st NFL team to accept crypto for ticket sales on: August 17, 2022, 08:24:05 PM
I think I've read something before like this but with another sports. Or it's just with the owner of the team that's also mining crypto, maybe that was Mark Cuban and was his team Dallas Mavericks in the NBA had proposed accepting payments in bitcoin for tickets?
Actually they're just second to fill that one, it was Sacramento Kings at first as an NBA franchise that accepts and mine cryptocurrency (though it was Ethereum that they're mining), they're also the first to pay players and staffs in crypto. You can read the article here (though there are separate articles stating the salary of staffs and players): https://www.sportspromedia.com/news/sacramento-kings-cryptocurrency-mine-ethereum/. For Dallas, they're not just accepting Bitcoin but Dogecoin as well.
1642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real most rewarding Crypto Casino? on: August 17, 2022, 07:27:15 PM
You shouldn't only looking by the reward or to good to be true promotion, because that's advertisement mostly from brand new casino without any reputation. Can you accept the risk if the casino will turn become scam and when you're win, you can't withdraw your money since they're accusing you without any reason? Think about it. IMO I would be better to stick with an old and trustworthy casino with less promotion rather than the unknown casino with huge promotion.
Exactly. It's the way sometimes casino marketing that will hook you to play with but if they're trustworthy and proven, it's a totally q different thing. We never know who's going to turn into a scam, the best you can do is not putting huge amounts of balance in casinos, that's your hedge against them.

Ang tanong lang kung negative sila rito at ang kanilang alam was more on remittance, financial services, play to earn terms (as per the article), paano nila matutugunan ang edulasyon para rito? Not that na limited lang ang knowledge nila rito but seeing it as negative ay talagang may epekto sa kanilang pagtuturo about crypto.
Syempre mas ok na pagaralan den nila ito since super lawak ng cryptocurrency and marame ang pwede magawa dito, if limited lang ang knowledge nila I think basic info can still be a big factor as long as nasimulan na, they can still improve later on.

1645  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: August 16, 2022, 01:14:52 PM
Thats nice hit from your free spins congrats.
How much did you actually spend before hitting the free spins?
You're lucky with just a small bet you win a total of $1k.
I just did a few spins and then kept buying features, I think I spent about $80 before getting Max Win. I was also quite surprised to see the results I got, on other sites I usually have to spend more before getting Max Win (this is a natural thing and should be). Maybe I just got lucky to get max win by spending a little money.
Congratulations! Truly luck was on your side. Well, don't chase more wins I guess as advice sometimes it's like a chasing losses kind of stuff and that dopamine given by that jackpot may still be on your mind. I guess you know it, but just a bit of a reminder. Congrats on your win that was like 13x of what you spent on getting features.
1646  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin doesn't like high inflation either on: August 16, 2022, 06:28:20 AM
I think it cannot be denied at this point that Bitcoin could actually be affected by the state of what makes up the traditional economy. Bitcoin, although labeled as a hedge or a non-correlated asset or simply an alternative, is actually very much affected by the things that affect stocks and fiat currencies. Wars, high inflation, rising interest rate, recession, pandemic, global supply chain problems, and other macroeconomic factors are actually affecting Bitcoin.
Additionally, market cap is still low, we also know how volatile crypto in the first place. So, macroeconomic factors are still have huge participation to the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Through time when market cap is huge, can we say that Bitcoin is really a hedge against inflation?
1647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 15, 2022, 09:16:14 PM
I agree, Kyrie and KD could be gone tomorrow, or they will not be gone at all, and we do not have any idea until it happens. I still think that fully healthy Nets for a whole year could end up being great. Last year, at the start of the season the talks were about Lakers vs Nets finals, with harden instead of Simmons obviously, we all saw the result of that.

Harden has left, Simmons is injured, Kyrie and vaccination etc etc all destroyed Nets, and Lakers having one of the worst years of both AD and Westbrook together caused them to be terrible too. So I am not expecting the thing this year, it is going to be a revenge year for Lakers, and Nets could stay healthy and be a lot better if they stay together.
With all the drama that happened? I think Nets would be best if they try to give way of those who wanted to leave instead of keeping them, that will surely hurt the team. They are fine as a team but to deal with behaviors over something is far more great if it will escalated, mind me that will just keep growing. For Lakers, I think they're wrong when they fired their head coach, it should have been within the players that doesn't get along.
1648  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: waiting to buy lower? on: August 15, 2022, 08:39:42 PM
Any good investor of cryptocurrency know very well that the best time to buy cryptocurrency is when the price is low and the if the price is low and you buy and hold it for long time when the bullish market or coin he will make your profit and that is why some people do not say coin them bought to a lower price all my cryptocurrency market goes up they always allow it to stay for 2 years or 3 years before they will sell it because the longer the coin is in their custody the more people currency is having another potential
Everyone knows that but not everyone knows how to timing the market. Holding for it like years will surely be profitable but we never know if it will be the same as it goes by, maybe it will extend how we can profit or it will decrease over time. For me BTC is still has that potential to have some good returns.
1649  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino can play a role in changing fortune? on: August 15, 2022, 02:22:30 PM
.. He had only $5,000 when he entered a casino with a depressed mind. His destiny was revealed. He earned about $27,000 with in a week. Smith come back to FedEx headquarter and invest his money on his company even though his money was not enough to run the company but with his hard work and enthusiasm he arranged to send all the parcels. in this way he established his company.

This is really a good success of smith as well as FedEx with the favor of Casino. By the way, i am not sharing it to encourage anyone to the casino.
This is one rare success story coming from gambling but this is something that must not inspire people to gamble so they can set up or salvage their company, the guy has a combination of character and luck, if he has a weak character and is easily swayed he'll just turn to gamble to make money but he opted to work on his company to make it to the top with hard work and determination, I admire his determination more than his decision to turn to gamble.
Well, everyone can be Smith but it really takes a lot of risks and work ethic to be his kind, and not all who gambles got the same mindset as him. Luck was likely a huge part for his success throughout but as others favorite saying, "we make our own lucks".
1650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Profitable are Gambling Bots? on: August 14, 2022, 06:05:17 PM
Using bot or not in my opinion is the same. If you are lucky then you could earn profit using bot which I'm sure you guys know that bot is only used to bet on the site automatically for a period of time. If you are unlucky then even if you use bot then if you lose all your money or most of it then you lose. If the bot you use could change the outcome then it is cheating in my opinion or exploiting a bug/problem in their site.
I don't think so, bit was designed to be more not be inclined in the emotions compare to what humans can do. The use of bot isn't solely used for that options it has more different use cases. Lucky and unlucky might be the focal point of your argument but for a bot that decides it all, that's a different thing.
1651  Economy / Gambling / Re: I Have a Question ~ Are 1xbit Campaigners Playing on 1xbit? on: August 14, 2022, 03:42:19 PM
No one will trust a member that promotes scam that can hurt other people and steal their money with several unresolved accusations, am not sure if those participating in that signature play on that casino if they do then they should have spoken up on this thread or other related threads with proving that the casino fairly pays players. So far there has not been any evidence of that so I will say they just promoting the casino for the pee nuts they're paid weekly.
Exactly the point of the masses of those who responded in this very thread. I can understand if it the player is promoting a more trusted and proven casino but with 1xbit in the line, it's a doubtful stuff to even know. Well, if checked, most of their members has those trust issues and just my guess those are even alt accounts that joined the campaign. Just my guess but the possibilities are endless.
1652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Sentiment Poll for August on: August 13, 2022, 01:49:44 PM
As of now, ETH and BTC's current price action is def not sideways.  Look at the chart, ETH broke out twice.
My bad ser, I'm not that referring on your daily timeframe, I'm referring it for the weekly candles. Sorry for breaking that bubble but sometimes we hit the unexpected and you could be right or I could be wrong or the other way around.
1653  Economy / Gambling / Re: I Have a Question ~ Are 1xbit Campaigners Playing on 1xbit? on: August 13, 2022, 10:21:48 AM
I think this question isn't for 1xbit alone but to all who promote casinos on their signature profiles. For me, I will surely get the gist first about the site because it would be a shame if I'll be question how's the site and why do I choose to play their, that's just my take for a legitimate casino and by far has few accusations and whatnots.

For 1xbit, I doubt if most of the user plays on their site. I think it wouldn't be close to 50% if I'll be asked on how many users who participated on their campaign that plays as well in their casino. They may try but with the payment goes directly on their personal wallets, I really doubt if they happen to play there.
1654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Sentiment Poll for August on: August 13, 2022, 07:40:32 AM
Update:

As the time of this writing we already top at $2k especially on Binance exchange. Looks like it's just in the early week of August before it happens, I wouldn't be surprised if we go down again, this will be sideways movement not just for ETH but also for BTC.
1655  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you had to move from your nation to another nation, which would you choose? on: August 13, 2022, 06:05:31 AM
Is that a must if you become a millionaire because of crypto? As far as I know, most who are into crypto wanted anonymity, unless that country isn't crypto friendly, you really need to go elsewhere. Here in the Philippines, we're more like in the grey area, so, most likely I'll prefer to stay, plus the benefit of cheap cost of living compare to other nations.
1656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Sentiment Poll for August on: August 12, 2022, 02:18:33 PM
It has been days since the time of your posts but I think the answer of me will still be "Yes". I think it will test that wick from the early month of 2021 and few hundreds away until we do hit that 2k area. It's not a huge feat to break for ETH considering some considers it as a catalyst this September with the scheduled merge for the network.
1657  Economy / Gambling / Re: Online casino. What's the reliability of the technology? on: August 12, 2022, 11:12:29 AM
In a provably fair game, simplifying, you have 49% of probability to win and 51 to lose. With these chances is actually difficult to win, especially in the long run. But in the other type, the shady gambling sites/apps, you never know.
I'd say maybe 40% lower on some shady sites. I stumble upon a thread questioning the reliability of a provably fair casino system and I think most of it isn't that fair base on the arguments presented by users. I think only a few percent of online casinos out there are using this kind of system, a hundred if I'll be asked.
1658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 12, 2022, 05:29:54 AM
Speaking of the Celtics… After the passing of Celtics legend Bill Russell the NBA has said that no player for any team will ever be given the number 6 ever again. That makes Bill Russell the first NBA player to have his number retired league wide. A pretty huge deal as there are only so many numbers. I’m sure the entire season will be filled with tributes to Bill who was a championship machine when he played.
I think Bill Russel really deserved that kind of treatment, the underrated GOAT. I think a new kind of category of award will be named once again for him, that's just some wild guess of mine. I think LeBron will wear the number 23 again this time though those who currently wear it can keep it in them. Out of respect, I think he will wear number 23 this time around.
1659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If the Governments Planned to Keep the Limited 21 Millions BTC in Their Custody on: August 11, 2022, 10:56:51 PM
I don't think there's even a plan for that, it already escalated worldwide and I don't think all government in the world would ever keep it on them. If they can take it, it will surely by force, the thing is they should have to buy it instead of using it in force, I wonder if they wouldn't see a protest if this happen.
1660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 11, 2022, 03:32:35 PM
"Brooklyn Nets reportedly asked for Jaylen Brown AND Jayson Tatum for Kevin Durant. " Most celtics fans already hated the previous report of Jaylen Brown + picks for Kevin Durant and with these recent reports. I'd say if it goes through, there'll be riots across Boston. Seems very unlikely that this goes through.
If there's Splash Brother in the West with Curry and Thompson, these dudes can be compared to them in the East. Not that of splashy threes as the Warriors player but these two can lit up the arena when they get into the zone. Of course, the fans will be angry if this will gonna happen, this is too much of a show for Boston Celtics Basketball if they grant this one. Yeah, they want to scale with the likes of KD but with the current state of NBA where they chase superstars, it ends in disaster, just look at LA Lakers, and Sixers now.
