241  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your opinion on the highest /lowest value of bitcoin in 2020? on: January 24, 2020, 03:39:18 PM
I think we already had a low for this year around $7500.  I expect to high to be at least $25,000 by the end of the year because of the halving.
I think $25k at the ending of this is an over estimation, let's just say that 2020 ending we may see price between $10k-$15k.
Just like what many is hoping for, this price increase can be as a result of the Bitcoin halving. Though, I still feel there won't be much effect. If price ever increases as a result of the halving in May, it will decrease again as many people will want to sell for the gain.
242  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Options is a bit overwhelming for me. Any Suggestions to make it easier? on: January 24, 2020, 09:52:18 AM
Logic of trading is simple, you have to buy something and sell it for profits when you see the profit.Cryptos are too volatile so your asset value can increase or decrease every minute which is good for someone to make profit but all they have to do is keep their profit margin as low as possible or make their trading time more longer.
As he is a beginner, it might sound more simple than to actually practice it. That's the one thing about trading is that it's easier to say it than to make an actual profit from it.
I think his perfect shot is to demo trade for sometimes before actually trading the real coins.

OP, there are so many shitcoins in the market that you can use for that. Trade with them first before jumping into trading with reputable coins.
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pornhub Adds Tether Stablecoin as New Crypto Payment Option on: January 24, 2020, 07:42:44 AM
This is not the first time that they are adding digital currency to their payment list. In as much as we all are saying that it's beneficiary to the growth of cryptocurrency, let's not forget too that this step will be a good growth to to Pornhub industry too.

Everyday, there are thousands of Pornhub accounts with users credit cards information hacked. It makes no sense paying for $5-$10 fee and losing $1000s of money in your account.

Moreover, watching porn is what most people like do in secret. Thus, they like to be anonymous. The digital currency offers that. So it's a win win situation; they need cryptocurrency more than cryptocurrency needs them.
244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrities using Bitcoin today? on: January 23, 2020, 11:37:41 PM
I think many celebrities to use Bitcoin ut most don't do it explicitly because of the stand of the government concerning it. Moreover, as an asset they may not want to disclose how much they own of it because of security purposes.
Also, I think then there was some footballers then that are paid in Bitcoin: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.investinblockchain.com/these-two-american-football-players-want-to-get-paid-in-bitcoin/amp/ and also a NFL player.
245  Economy / Economics / Re: Chinese New Year - Crypto Market on: January 23, 2020, 10:31:16 PM
Well the stand of the Chinese on Bitcoin in 2015 is very different from the present. Especially now that the Chinese government has their restrictions on this digital coin. Moreover, isn't it high time we stop linking Bitcoin with the Chinese. World New year and the festival period are gone, why will it be any different from this. Not trying to sound negative but some analyst online are always trying to create tension where there shouldn't be one.
246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Running an online Bitcoin gambling website on: January 23, 2020, 09:09:58 PM
There are so many resources online that could help you such as this; https://www.gamblinginsider.ca/legal-online-casinos/ but still, I agree with what the other user stated above. Get a lawyer in your state to help you handle this to avoid any future issues. The lawyer should also help you out on getting a licence. At least, if not for anything, having a licence guaranty trust from users.
247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So...Is Bitcoin the ultimate coin that does not need more development? on: January 23, 2020, 07:50:49 PM
No technology stays like that without update. It part of the things that makes it better. Therefore, there is alway room for Bitcoin to grow and that's when there is more adoption.
Also, there are possibilities of seeing more coins which are way better than Bitcoin but with the low quality coins emerging from ICOs I don't think there will be anyone sooner.
248  Economy / Speculation / Re: Start buying on: January 23, 2020, 06:00:54 PM
It has nothing to do with Bitcoin halving though but people tends to panic of not buying Bitcoin when the price start to increase. Just because the price moved from $7k to $8k, some people are asking if they should buy or wait till the price reduce. I don't get it, during the time the price was below $8k and even $7k, was it not a long wait? Reluctant to act can be damaging. Even if we scream buy now, some still believe the price will go lower for them to buy.
249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling cashback services? on: January 23, 2020, 04:11:30 PM
Don't think any gambling site will ever implement this sort of service or reward. Instead they might give the users some BTC to pay with if they are constant players and members.
Cashback rewards is more like giving the player the 'gain' of the gambling site because when the player lose, the sites earns. Anyway, I do like to see you create one if you really think it will work out. Do update us when you are done.
250  Economy / Economics / Re: Ok. Number of Bitcoin transaction increased double. Expect price increasing? on: January 23, 2020, 02:57:03 PM
Bitcoin transfer times are getting longer. I am not very happy with this situation. But bitcoin value is increasing. People's interest in bitcoin is growing. For payments instead of Bitcoin, XRP or Eth can be preferred.
I think the transaction delay may be what is pissing some people off, and that because they are not implementing the use of Lightning Network. Most people don't even know it exist yet they complain of slow transfer. This is why every cryptocurrency enthusiast should read deeper about Bitcoin before engaging in it.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone trading Stellar coin? on: January 22, 2020, 11:54:56 PM
I believe in this coin for a reason and not just because an analyst predicted or anything related to that. From the way it was structured and set up, you could tell it will do well in the coming years.
Well, I don't trade them, I hold them for better days. I feel there are better days to come aside trading. Moreover, its not easy following up the trading charts; it tiring.
252  Economy / Economics / Re: Thoughts on the World War 3 and its possible impacts on future? on: January 22, 2020, 10:47:40 PM
It's funny that everyone says pretty controversial things. Some are sure that in the event of a global global military conflict, cryptocurrencies will be a priority, while others say the opposite.
Personally, I believe that if all of us turn off electricity, then we will return to the Stone Age, where we will not have time for cryptocurrency.
Moreover reason we don't hope to see a world war 3. There is nothing fun about it. Many believe that if there is one, cryptocurrency price especially Bitcoin will rise. But what's the need of having a raised price in Bitcoin when everywhere is in conflict. When electricity is down, spending Bitcoin becomes difficult.
253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here dream of achieving their financial goal in life through gambling? on: January 22, 2020, 09:35:44 PM
The only way I see myself achieving financial independence via gambling is only via lotto.
There are minor chances but a good amount of money for the winner. All other gambling games are just a waste of money - you can't be profitable from them.
Wining through lotto may sound easy but unfortunately, to win from it isn't easy (not a bit). There are millions of people out there who believe they will become millionaire through this. Who will win? Who will loss?
Or else you have done lots of calculation to determine the number or luck smile on you. Nevertheless, I still think it's a waste of time.
You may try your luck and
254  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Cost $ 25,000 by 2021? on: January 22, 2020, 08:57:51 PM
$25,000k in 2021 seems very fair and quite possible. Though my expecting are more than that, I am looking at 35k come ending of 2021.
It can be possible to reach this price this year, especially when there is a turn in the market. Bitcoin halving is coming on May, many believe there will be a price increase, hopefully it might reach that price then.
Though, I still have the perception that the halving won't cause much changes in the price. Yet I still want to look on the brighter side.
255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Much Money You Need To Win To Stop gambling, Is This Possible. on: January 22, 2020, 07:44:02 PM
The answer revolves around the reason for the gambling.
Better matured minds who gamble for fun do  not according to how rich or poor they are, but just to make the invoke seriousness into the game as their is a target. Those who gamble to survive, even if you give them big money or they win ,yet they will not quit, money is never enough for anyone. Only a very wise one will leave and find a new life. But the foolish addict will keep on until he looses it back.
No matter the reason for the gambling. People tends not to be contented enough to stop, especially when they are wining continuously. They will fix a day or time to stop but when they loss, they try to recover it back. This just keep elongating non-stop. Its only when the person makes up their mind to play once or twice and quite without playing again.
256  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price. Will go up? or Will go down below $8600? over the night on: January 22, 2020, 11:18:02 AM
I am guessing you are among those that were waiting when the price was low to get lower before buying. Recently, I feel no one can specifically tell anyone whether to buy or not. The decision is yours, you can either choose to buy or not. You don't have to let anyone decide for you since it has to do with your money.
But buy with money you are willingly to forgo, it doesn't necessarily have to be 1btc, some satoshi can do and remember not to expect a quick return.
257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real reasons to Why do you gamble? on: January 21, 2020, 10:43:02 PM
We're playing because we desire to win some money, but the most important thing once we're playing is to be wise once we win we can stop playing and return tomorrow. Also, maybe if something is going on well that day people might feel more enticed to gamble as they would believe that they have higher chances to win even though that is completely false. It's all literally just in peoples heads. The fake beliefs and fake hopes.

Ya, most times superstition and gambling tends to work together. Many people believing that if their day is right and going fine, so will their gambling wins. For some people, it might work, for others the entire opposite. So, it's still about the money.
258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here dream of achieving their financial goal in life through gambling? on: January 21, 2020, 09:58:26 PM
The only one that can make a living through gambling is the gambling house itself. Most Gamblers lose more money than winning. And I don't think it's a good way to earn a living since it's uncertain. Saving money is more chance to get a living
I do say "investing" money instead of "saving" money. Money saved in a bank don't really grow expect the few penny interest from the bank. At the same time, investing money in gambling isn't right too.
Also, though many have made millions through gambling, on lottery precise but still, its not for everyone though. There are some who have made quite a lot of money in gambling too but it took them years of fails and practice to get it.
Those "wasted" years is what most people can't endure or have time to spare.
259  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC which price it's heading next? on: January 17, 2020, 11:58:18 PM
Everybody, of course, hopes bitcoin will continue to grow. So they're able to benefit. Yet Bitcoin's value is actually stable at $7000. Hopefully the start of the new year later bitcoin will start pumping again and reach a $13,000 price. And almost all Bitcoin investors expect Bitcoin to hit $20,000 in May 2020 after Bitcoin's half down. Ideally in the bull market, 2020 will be the year.

There is no way the price of Bitcoin will continue to grow without a price dip. If we see that continuous price pump without a fluctuations of price dip, its an unhealthy sign for the market.
Moreover, giving an exact price of 20k when Bitcoin half in May is still uncertain. We are not sure if it will pump the price to that exact amount. We are not even sure if there will be a price pump. Nevertheless, we look at the brighter side.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you prefer to hold for more than a year? on: January 17, 2020, 11:38:09 PM
Ethereum is a big no for me, I keep saying it, it is a wastr of time holding it when I did. For two years my lose was bigger than the gain. And moreover, it was not only about the gain, little new development are been done.
I hold mostly Bitcoin, Japanese Ethereum and few other  altcoins. I really have high hopes for them and the changes they will bring in the long run. Most importantly seeing more people transacting will this coins will be great joy.
