1161  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Will bitcoin disappear in the future? on: April 09, 2018, 09:29:45 PM
Its quiet uncertain; bitcoin may disapper, or it may not disappear. It may be surprising but you should know that in cryptocurrency, everything is sort of uncertain. It is not as if cryptocurrency will disappear totally. Even if bitcoin stop being, another cryptocurrency may take over to become the top popular coin but bitcoin will always be remembered. When all this are just my personal predictions.

1163  Economy / Speculation / Re: I know we all feel sad - let's cry here on: April 09, 2018, 05:06:19 PM
In as much as this sounds funny to me I still feel quite intrigue how some people still feel hopeless when i see hope. When there are so many reds in the coinmarketcap website or any of it alternative. It shouldn't be a period of time you regret or go into depression for investing in cryptocurrency, it should be seen as an open opportunity that enable you purchase your favorite coins in a very low price.
1164  Economy / Economics / Re: If the government supports bitcoin instead of the existing currency. on: April 08, 2018, 10:17:49 PM
It won't be so easy for some government to support Bitcoin, it will take a lot time before all governments accept it and that's if they become open minded with cryptocurrency especially bitcoin. But I doubt if putting into exit the usually contries currency for bitcoin will be possible. Yes, bitcoin is the future but I don't think any government will give national credits to cryptocurrency other than their countries note.
1165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have been offered to become bounty manager for a ICO? My account is newbie. on: April 08, 2018, 09:42:00 PM
In my own opinion, I believe whoever that hired you to do the job must have trusted so much in your skills. For me, forum rank is just a mere word and it shouldn't make you feel you can't. If you know how to do your job perfectly and those working under you are happy, they will easily recommend you and  your rank will increase. There are some legendary members who are worst! In handling bounties.
1166  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you identify crypto projects that are scams? on: April 08, 2018, 07:28:17 PM
Its difficult to know unlike the prior period when ICO started out, back then most project have purpose and intends to solve a problem but right now, its as if  all project are all scams. Most developers are into ICO because of the money they will make out of and nothing more. Well, you can still find a good ICO just try making research of the developers to know that they are truly who they claim to be.
1167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is forbidden for Muslims on: April 08, 2018, 05:53:33 PM
I don't have much knowledge about Religion, but surely freedom (with responsibility) and having full control over your money isn't something bad/evil.
Also, buy/sell Bitcoin isn't gambling if you're know what you're doing, especially if you know about Bitcoin's potential (or profit potential) Roll Eyes

I agree to this. I don't really believe about Cryptocurrency been a bad or an evil thing but i believe that the reason why the mulism are terming it as a bad thing is because maybe there is no regulation and most scammers are using bitcoin for their evil need. And they feel that involving in it or possessing it would be going against their religion rules and regulation.
1168  Economy / Speculation / Re: A hope on: April 08, 2018, 04:48:10 PM
Well, its not every investor that seems to have hope recently, a lot of investor are very discouraged recently because that bitcoin has come to an end. In cryptocurrency investment, an investors must learn how to be patient before they goes into cryptocurrency investment. Emotions can be very high because of the inconstant price in the coins, some people even ends up been depressed.
1169  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Trezor or Paper Wallet? on: April 08, 2018, 06:12:38 AM
Well, there is no way to check and know if my device had previously been tampared with. The hardware has always been on my possession. I have never lossed it, though I have recklessly placed it on places i shouldn't. And I perfectly trust my family members. But I can't say for my colleagues whom I always travel with.

Anyway, I will follow your procedure. Hey HCP, thanks man for putting me through. Its unfortunate we don't get notifications for replied post, my replies would have come sooner. I just thought i should check out this thread before I begin. Glad to see your reply  Smiley
1170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and investment - different discussion on: April 08, 2018, 05:41:18 AM
Do you think they really care if you make huge profit from the so called investment websites? They don't. They just want to make money by marketing those websites. So its left for you as a gambler to make good decisions to either invest or not to invest. Though, some of those website may not be what they say they are but some of them are genuine. It all matters if you have the money to experiment with them.
1171  Economy / Economics / Re: its not about how much you invested, its when you should invest? on: April 07, 2018, 04:48:02 PM
I think they both works together. Normally one might want to invest in the perfect time; that is when other investors are selling, they will hold their coin for the big sell but if the investor is investing with a very little amount of money, the interest or gains won't make much difference. And it also depends on the price of coin you are purchasing. You will need much money to buy coins that $10 than a coin that cause $0.06.
1172  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: XAPO now completely mobile, locking me out of my account! on: April 07, 2018, 03:56:02 PM
XAPO had gone mobile a very long time ago, I guess you are just knowing recently. Don't blame them, but they are trying to look out for you. And it definitely don't make sense if you say you don't have a mobile phone. If you really want to get  your fund back (that's if you haven't find a solution to it) simply follow their advise and connect with a trusted family member's phone number. Since you won't be using the app again after you cash out your coin, there is nothing else to loss then.
1173  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hackers ? on: April 07, 2018, 11:03:14 AM
Are there a lot of hackers now in the crypto's world ? I mean, it a place not totally safe, because of it's quit new.  Do you think hackers can change the crypto economy for their own benefit ?

Of course,  its the usually thing to see hackers in any projects that has involvement with money. They are good at seizing that opportunity. And not only cryptocurrency because scammers are everywhere in our society, there are in any business establishment, they are in the government too. Its pretty surprising  but its the truth. In crypto, one have to strive hard to protect themselves because its hard to see who to blame.
1174  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to make a successful project? on: April 07, 2018, 07:42:34 AM
I think the first thing to bear in mind when setting up an ICO is to try solving a problem through blockchain technology. Though what you listed above its somehow right but its bitter to state that a very high percentage of ICOs developers are into creating ICOs because of their selfish interests. They don't really care about solving a problem or anything like that, they just want to make money out of it.
1175  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price flatlined over the last 20 hours - manipulation evidence? on: April 07, 2018, 06:34:56 AM
first of all stop using coinmarketcap.com when you want to check the charts. their charts is an average price with a long interval of updating so it is not accurate at all. also their interface makes it hard to see what is really happening. this site is only good for finding links and general information about different coins, nothing more.

secondly you say "I have never seen something like this before". maybe you need to look at charts more often because although bitcoin is considered volatile we still get near stable periods like this enough times. and this is not exactly a flat line either. it is a 6% up and down in 24 hours!

Exactly, I can say same thing for coinmarketcap. It was before that one can trust them but now, I don't think they are genuine or trustworthy any anymore. There are lot of sites like Coincodex and Onchainfx were one can check up on coin charts. And OP, I cant fully say if its a major manipulatolion but if you have been a long time investment, trust me, this chart will look familiar to you, and you won't say 'you have never seen anything like that before'. Even recently, last month precisely, there have been a similar chart like this, it no new thing.
1176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges on: April 06, 2018, 08:46:50 PM
Why Monero seems its the only coin that is booming or has  a constant green in coinmarketprice is because it is constantly used in the dark web. Do you know the amount of coins that are purchased daily in dark web for buying illegal products? That a coin is constant green does not make it a perfect coin. And I doubt if Monero will ever beat Bitcoin in becoming a top coin.
1177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you need licence to open up an online Bitcoin Casino? on: April 06, 2018, 08:18:08 PM

Running a casino with a license isn't always a guarantee that the casino isn't going to scam people.
There are also enough examples of Bitcoin casino's that are operating without a license without scamming people.

Stuff like this should really be reviewed by an actual lawyer.
That's right, running a casino license isn't a guarantee of good casino because most people can go to the extreme of scamming people and setting up a casino with fake license. But yet, we still need to differentiate a good casino from the bad. If only all casino owners can use their TRUE identity to open  the casino so that they don't get to run with people's money.
1178  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which trading platform with cryptocurrency to choose?! on: April 06, 2018, 02:32:22 AM
There is no exchange that will give you hundred percent security because you also should contribute to your account security through the way you secure it. Of all the exchanges i know, i have effectively used Bittrex and Binance. These two are considered among the best exchange. But from my experience with both; Bittrex support is awful and can't be of any help on emergency situation. So i suggest you should go for Binance.
1179  Economy / Economics / Re: What IF? on: April 06, 2018, 01:57:16 AM
Its not a new thing for some business  to have secret investors that gathers to push up a business for their own gain. I used to think this was never possible but now, I tend to think that there are major manipulators who are whale investors that are manoeuvering the market for their own interest. Even this days most of them are openingly declaring that they will be buying more coins to pump the price.
1180  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Overall view of why April is crucial for crypto on: April 05, 2018, 01:29:23 PM
April is important in cryptocurrency because it has gradually increased. It's going to be a lot of investors. thanks.

We can't be so sure if there will be so much investors this April cause we dont really know the turn Cryptocurrency particularly bitcoin; its just unpredictable. Every month is important to cryptocurrency and not just Apirl. If there will be less FUD and probably more FOMO then this month will better than the three previous months this year.
