501  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin freelancing is dead? on: October 24, 2019, 01:13:27 PM
I think it's because many people don't know about it yet; I mean they don't know of the possibility of paying freelancer with Bitcoin.
I have seen where people get paid in bitcoin to do certain freelance work but this work don't usually comes from freelancing sites. It's mostly an agreement with two people.
OP, if you can set up a site that accepts freelancer for Bitcoin payment like the mentioned above, it will be a good think. Just market it vigorously to draw attention.
502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Loan to buy Bitcoin? on: October 24, 2019, 05:40:46 AM
Generally, getting a loan just for buying Bitcoin is something I won't advice anyone to do particularly for someone with unstable income.
But in your case, I won't say you shouldn't go for because you mentioned that you can pay the loan with your stable income and alternative income.
Before you pick the loan, I suggest you tell yourself if you really want to do this, if Bitcoin go below 1k, you won't freak out as you will be paying for a loan even with the accumulated interest and no gain at all from Bitcoin. if you can visualize this pain and willingly to survive it.. Then you are good to go.
503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to restrain yourself at a small loss and not spend money. on: October 24, 2019, 03:40:28 AM
It still results to be being self conscious and addition of self restrictions.
Set out a specific amount to gamble with and this budget shouldn't be spent instantly. Put it little by little.
When you lose, don't try depositing more money or keep on pushing on. Just call it a day.
It may sound as easy as said but constantly practising helps a lot.
504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will Be 1M$ if all countries Ban it on: October 18, 2019, 10:25:01 PM
I understand the point you are trying to arrive at but the way you are placing it tend to be misleading somewhat.
Bitcoin is not like any commodity that when scares will come with high price.
When countries ban Bitcoin, many people would not want to own it as it will be termed illegal.
The reason why Bitcoin reached 20k on 2017 was because of high adoption. Therefore, adoption of Bitcoin brings increase in price.
505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin and casinos on: October 18, 2019, 09:22:52 PM
there is no local casino in my city but I know a lot of big casinos that accept cryptocurrencies like 1xbet not just bitcoin but even tron and eth and some other crypto
I checked out 1xbet on Google and it shows its an online gambling site.
OP was actually referring to offline casinos but if the one you are talking about is an offline casino. Then your state must be quite ahead.
I haven't seen offline casino that accepts cryptocurrency in locality yet but if one is established, then its will be a welcomed development.
506  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price is controlled not just manipulated but controlled on: October 18, 2019, 08:25:51 PM
Of course, the price of Bitcoin is been controlled, but it's not controlled by man made bot or some specific people but by me and you; we the traders and investors.
Though whales contributes too but we investors and traders manipulates or controls the price of Bitcoin through FUDs, FOMO ad panic selling.
507  Economy / Economics / Re: Any ideas of what we lack in crypto world? on: October 18, 2019, 07:22:07 PM
Bitcoin not be control by any one and any country, many country want to banned bitcoin because they want to stop how bitcoin popular with higher price and become bitcoin legal transaction if could control how bitcoin price. Bitcoin only manage by investor when holding price is higher and when selling price of bitcoin become down, many country try to manage bitcoin with power control to make bitcoin have higher price.
I doubt if this will not happen. With the way Bitcoin is spreading, I don't think the government will ever let it be independent. They will always want to be a part taker, that is if we don't want Bitcoin to be completely banned worldwide by various governments. Only regulations from state government of different countries will make it be with us.
508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: October 18, 2019, 06:32:30 PM

If we research in the internet, we will see a lot of people claiming they are winner in sports betting and they are selling their system to help gamblers, please don't fall for that as that is likely a scam attempt. We can only be successful in sports betting by our own, so don't rely to other people.
I see this alot of this on the Web, usually pity those who fell for those scams. Anyone who truly has a wining system for sport betting and wants to sell it or wants to teach someone is a pure scam. If they really have such thing as they claim, they won't want it saturated.
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stupid mistake newbies still do till date on: October 18, 2019, 05:46:54 PM
I don't even think they know that they are making this type of mistake.
Normally, many noobs are not truely aware of what Bitcoin or cryptocurrency is all about and it segments.
Crypto adresses and private keys looks alike but they don't know. They just know they have to submit something that has letters and numbers.
510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is never going to be extinct on: October 18, 2019, 01:25:34 PM
Do not put your faith in anything, If you have a portfolio diversify it. Nobody knows how long P2P, Banks, Crypto will last.

Imagine the people who sold their houses and bought BTC. I think it is better to have a place where to live than invest all of your fortune to one thing.

When People make irrational investment plan or action, it shouldn't be blamed on the investment but on those who refuse to differentiate their needs from their wants. So those who sell their house to buy Bitcoin should be blamed and not on Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is a new technology and people are always tasty for such technology, so it is not something that will come and go off like that. I believe in it future and what it will brings.
511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the Faith of Casino business owners? on: October 18, 2019, 09:29:13 AM

Online gambling is not easy to detect by the government, they continue to operate or partners in other country that are allowed to operate gambling businesses usually business minded people knows what to do in scenarios that they are ban. There are tons of gambling sites now. I wonder if its ban in their country too.
At the bold, it will be more illegal if the owner of the sites is in the country where the ban is effective but claims it is online just because they think the government can't detect them.
They might be lucky to get away with it in under developed countries with less effective technology but in develop countries with heavy technology like China and the others, catching them is quite easy.
512  Economy / Economics / Re: Can not believe 5 years ago you could of bought one whole bitcoin for this much! on: October 18, 2019, 05:00:10 AM
Many users are until now regretting why they did not accumulate bitcoin last 2 years and 5 years. like everyone said they missed an opportunity to have gold or more than gold. but, we still have time because we don't know what happen in next 5 years. maybe the price of bitcoin will double or triple, no one can say that.. if we spread how bitcoin can really do we can contribute on bitcoins growth while we still holding. every huge company now are getting to know more about bitcoin, so what are we waiting for? better to do something now.
If price of Bitcoin has been the same since 5 years ago till now, a lot of people won't have paid attention to. The bitter truth is that price increase is another thing that brought adoption not even about the technology behind it.
513  Economy / Speculation / Re: How to predict Bit coin price. on: October 17, 2019, 09:21:40 PM
]

or buy some books, the following book i recommend:
1. Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets: A Comprehensive Guide to Trading Methods and Applications by John J. Murphy
2. Market Wizards, Updated: Interviews with Top Traders by Jack D. Schwager
3. Way of the Turtle: The Secret Methods that Turned Ordinary People into Legendary Traders by Curtis Faith

fundamental is about basic bitcoin, news, adoption, etc. you can learn basic by reading book, the following book i recommend:
1. Mastering bitcoin
2. Bitcoin from beginner to expert
3. The little bitcoin book

Seriously... Books?
In no doubt those books sounds interesting to read but I just feel that one can't get all the information about Bitcoin price prediction from it but instead add or spark up more information about Bitcoin generally.
Reading is good.. Yes but crypto price prediction is something that has to be more practical.
514  Economy / Economics / Re: Millennial generation are screwed! on: October 17, 2019, 07:10:40 PM
First they spend more time on video games than any other generation, an average gen millennial spend 8 hours on games everyday! Ridiculous!

They basement dwellers

They deep on student loan

They no saving

They have no job security
These has to do with how an individual set his/her life and the present society is not helping at all.

Now they spend more money on bitcoin than all generation!
Because they are lucky to exist in the era when Bitcoin was created.  Perhaps the next generation will break this record.

It never get bored millennial has been on the headlines since the god know when it all began.

Can crypto make millennial more screwed or otherwise? Let’s discuss!
With the present happenings and how Bitcoin has exposed and initiated a system where there will be less control of individuals monetary aspect, I do say they are the more fortunate generation thus not screwed.
515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If You Win Big Will You Remember Your Losses on: October 17, 2019, 06:17:53 PM
seriously tahts really true I won 100 $ today and I remember that I lose 10 $ every day there some days where I lost 50 $ I was very happy but when I remember I lose I wasnt that happy  anymore even today I lost 50 $
I am guessing you won that $100 then you played it back which resulted in you losing $50, and that's the number one mistake you made. When you won, you should have withdrawn your winning and not putting it back cause its more like being greedy.
Moreover, instead of playing everyday, why not play weekly after every lose or winnings, by this there could be a reduction in loses and you won't be addicted.
516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hated Personalities in the World of Bitcoin on: October 17, 2019, 02:21:23 PM
You can't talk about the most disliked personality in the cryptocurrency industry without calling John McAfee. And the good thing is that he seems to enjoy it.
He is a businessman who knows how to hype a business for personal gain and I think almost all business person do this but just don't overdo it.
Looking at it in another perspective, the more you hate him, the more followers he has.
517  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A new place to Trade crypto on: October 16, 2019, 10:30:34 PM
Okex has been around for quite some times now. Glad you used it and it worked for you.
However you should be skeptical of clicking on exchange ads cause some of them are scams.
It is through this media that hackers get to hold of your.
518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: October 16, 2019, 09:58:16 PM
Honestly, it is difficult to play in casinos that are crowded because it is very difficult to move and it is irritating that you can't even focus on the gambling game that you are playing, so i only play when there wasn't any a lot of people in a casino for me to enjoy and focus myself from playing gambling.

Every live casino is usually always crowded and these people enjoy every game, if it really makes it out of focus surely the casino will be quiet.
If you want to focus, don't play at the casino, play online casino. In that case you can freely relax, calm and focus. But it must be remembered that the atmosphere will subside with direct casinos.
There are offline casino that are less crowded like the one OP showed. The location where it is sited can make less crowded.
This is just too much...
He is right though, concentration will be quite difficult. It's unfortunate, one might feel the urge of gambling offline instead of online.
519  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we looking at Bitcoin down to $5K? on: October 16, 2019, 09:22:40 PM
I hope bitcoin will not reach less than 8k$, the year 2019 is coming to an end and still, bitcoin has no sign of getting up. The market is still fragile and unstable, long term investment is sure for now.

I thought bitcoin in 2019 is similar to 2017's bull run.

We have two months to go before the ending of this year, so anything can happen.
The market is still very unstable and has keep fluatulating but it's still the best time for any interested investors to buy.
We may not see the same price we saw in 2019 but hopfully the remaining two months will come with a price pump.
520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin can not become a global currency on: October 16, 2019, 08:40:18 PM
Any altcoin that will emerge with these features you mentioned will only be used for wealth accumulation during ICO and not for a long time usage not to talk of currency.
Bitcoin signify decentralisation and that's what drew people to it and is still drawing.
Money laundering has always been there since the history of cash flow, so it didn't start from Bitcoin and won't stop with it.
Moreover, so you should know, every Bitcoin transactions is not hidden but explicit.
