Is it just me, or is +12% just peanuts for such big news? Probably too spoiled lately...

Looking at today's charts, I'm asking myself, am I the only one who's in urgent need of a vacation?

In case you're wondering: it's going downhill on the right side Lips sealed Grin

edit: I even forgot how to post images, so yes, urgent need for vacation...
248  Other / Meta / Re: Why my posts are deleted on: February 08, 2021, 08:45:10 AM
I don't understand why friends1980 is silent about it.

Yeah I discovered that a while ago but I'm silent about it, because he doesn't deny it's his alt. And you simply can't plagiarize yourself, an alt being also yourself.

So imo this is not a case of plagiarism.

(contrary to earlier posts for which no ban has followed)

I'm just waiting for BBQcoin to make a comeback. It's due.

Namecoin is going to supersede DNS any day now...

Man, that brings back memories. What ever happened to Eligius and those "shelved shares"?

Elections in Holland next month on the 17th of March. Looking at the polls, this may be the momentum Wilderscoin has been waiting for since 2017. Cool

Yes you are completely right, I was on a shit reporting drive and mixed up your avatar with that other Bitvest participant Indymoney god dammit shame on me! Hope my publicly apologizing here (+per PM) is sufficient to you, it won't happen again!

I know these feelings, i constantly mix up messages and messengers when names are involved. But this is a different story.

Maybe unrelated:

The following statements might not be directly connected, but the emotional quality of most discussions has changed quite much in here
(...)

I think shitposters think the other members are retards and therefore I treat them in the same way. If I had not make this mistake, I would have treated PP's post as a discussion topic, not as an activity boosting post. So I feel sincerely very bad about insulting him. It would not have happened IRL, because in that case you have a real face before you, and not an avatar.

Sitting in front of this laptop too often since March 2020 certainly has not refined my sense for nuance, you're completely right about that and you're sharing some emotions I can relate to, and I'm sure many of us, and this stupid mistake is therefore quite confronting. Kudos for sharing this and for what it's worth +10 WOs Merit, OOM.

Cool

edit: However, I try to apologize if I said something to you in the past that upset you. Although I know you will not accept that Smiley

Sure, apology accepted.

Now stop posting shit.
254  Other / Meta / Re: Why my posts are deleted on: February 07, 2021, 07:30:05 PM
But this is very interesting to me. I feel that you have a special interest in me. Smiley

When I exposed you the first time, you literally called me a liar.

A few days later you admitted and begged for forgiveness. The real liar was exposed. Cheesy

As for my special interest in you, I'm afraid it's far less romantic. As soon as someone reports you once, you remain on that person's report list for a month. As soon as the spammer posts new spam, I report it, and we're back to square one for a month.

So I'm going to have to disappoint you, I have no special interest in you. It's simply the way report listings work on this forum. After all the time you've spent on these boards, I'd have thought you'd know how this works, but it seems you don't... Smiley

So you'd disappear from my report list if you'd not be spamming for a month. Which you fail to do.

TL;DR: You're posting a lot of shit and you're doing it constantly.

What if the manager is a spammer? If you visit the Bounty section, you will notice many managers there who are immature. (...)

I think 90% are indeed spammers and children. Many of those bounty campaigns look like kindergartens.

In that case, you shouldn't participate, but there's already enough posts and warnings about that. Wink

I myself would be happy to know that as a bounty hunter, I would not only clean up the forum by reporting, but would also be rewarded by getting a bigger share of the bounty.
256  Other / Meta / Re: Why my posts are deleted on: February 07, 2021, 07:03:39 PM
OP - your posts are one long run on sentence.  All of the "ands" and "buts" and "cause" show you post thoughts as they occur and tie them together when you get another.  We can't help you if your intention is to post as fast as possible.

Here is a guide on sentence structure; I didn't have time to find a simple one.

I am definitely the same user Cheesy

Seriously, Vod, this really is the same dude, you can't be taking this seriously... Grin We've been discussing him and his alts every so many months, but for some reason no-one bans these accounts.
257  Other / Meta / Re: Why my posts are deleted on: February 07, 2021, 06:55:42 PM
It doesn't matter if your posts are long or short. If you post non-sense content, which as it seems you do, then your posts will get deleted. And yes, non-sense is related with bad grammar. I hardly understand what you're trying to say, and once I do, it is clear that you're spamming for your signature campaign.

Quality is what matters, not quantity.  Wink

I am using Google Translator Cheesy
There are definitely a lot of people like me whose English is not good & strong.
So is the only solution to delete the posts of people who dont have strong grammar?
Yes this is also one reason if you have no strong grammar then mods can delete your post after reporting because I also face this problem in last few days.

No, you do yourself too much credit, your posts are deleted because you're simply a shitposter, like OP.
258  Other / Meta / Re: Why my posts are deleted on: February 07, 2021, 06:36:49 PM
Hello friends
I know this is not a good place to ask this question, but when i Publish a new post, most of my posts are deleted after a few days.
I follow all the rules and dont create spam posts and sometimes I get merit for these posts.
But the same posts are deleted by the manager.

(...)

so if you have experience please help me.
I do not want to be limited.

Hi guys, don't even bother spending your time on this guy. Smiley This person cannot be trusted in any way.

He's just another alt account from F_Societys, who is a lying, cheating and plagiarizing account. He made the other accounts because his account received negative trust. Just check his profile to find confirmation, and here's a detail of his negative Trust.

Most of the Merits he has received, he has given to himself by using his other accounts.

The only reason he's posting this in the Bitcoin Discussion boards, is because everyone in the Merit boards already knows he's a liar and therefore, he already knows what the answer will be Wink

Feel free to do as you wish, but life's short and you'd rather want to spend your kindness on people with better intentions. This guy knows very well what's wrong with his posts. Wink

Cheers!

PS: Prepare for a lot of whining about honesty and about how God will punish us all after this post. Grin

I just hope that God will judge between you and me. (...) And we will see where God will take us. Angry Angry

edit: I'll ask the mods to move this to the Merit boards and then we'll see what happens Smiley

You think shit posting have a room on this forum? I'm sure moderators will remove such posts and if they get too constant moderators will ban such accounts, also it's bounty managers job to reward stakes to those shit posters or not, since they are the ones in charge of paying bounty hunters for their work

Sure. And pigs fly.
260  Other / Beginners & Help / Bounty hunters, report spam to receive higher bounties on: February 07, 2021, 05:36:28 PM

I think the time is right to explain something that some bounty hunters do not always seem to understand or realize.

If you're participating in a bounty campaign, part of the bounty goes to signature campaigns. At the end of the bounty, the number of posts is counted, and every participant receives his part relative to his number of posts.

This means: the more shitposters and spammers have been accepted in this campaign, the smaller your part will be.

Let me make this clear this with a very easy example:

As you can see, these sig spammers and shitposters run off with a part of the bounty. Sig spamming is theft. They run off with the part that other bounty hunters deserve to have for respecting the bounty rules and for having written nice and interesting posts.

So what should you do to avoid having your part of the bounty stolen by sig spammers?

Report every shitposter in your campaign:

1. send a PM to the campaign manager
2. post a warning in the campaign thread
3. report every shitpost, using the report button, which is this:

Have fun and fill your bags, bounty hunters!
