You made a token and now you want to sell it? Not only that, you are also looking for free listing on an exchange. I might be wrong, but it seems like you don't know how all these works, you don't just create a token and list just to make money, because that is what it means. First, your token must have a value, and to have value the community will need to believe in it, through reading your whitepaper to understand what it is all about and how good it is, thus once you have built your platform to an acceptable height, you can go for public sale, get the funds, list on an exchange and continue developing your project, therefore the more you work on it, the more users sees the potential in it, the more it value grows.
So you did everything all wrong, and I doubt if there is anyone who is willing to throw away his money by buying a token with no future potential and from every look of it, you just want to make money off people, but sorry people are now wise.

I think the whole mistake started from you talking to the impersonator on telegram. Once you have an issue and visit the telegram group of the project in question, you are bound to be messaged by scammers and before responding to any of them, make sure the username is same with that of the admin in the group, moreover it is a common practice to know that, no admin of any group will message you first. Secondly, you are meant to know that, your private key is very important and hence you should be careful of where you import it, if you are importing it a website or whatever by the project, then make sure you get the link to the website, mobile application etc from the admin in the group, and not from any other place or person.
Lastly, I am sorry to say this, but you have been scammed because you let down your guard, therefore abandon the wallet because it has been compromised and henceforth, stop chatting with people who message you first on telegram especially when it involves solving an issue.

How can a project promise such ROI? How will they maintain it? The truth is, we have seen a lot of projects like this, they promise a lot in other to get investors and the funds they need, but after that, all the promises will be left hanging with none ever achieved. I think it is better the team focuses on offering something they can easily back, something they can easily work on and something that will make them last long term, not something that will make them look desperate and of course gives a bad idea towards them; hence considering what happened during the ICO era, I would be careful with whatever this project team are offering because it doesn't look realistic to me. 

This is another proof that price predictions or speculations hardly works and hence people should be careful the way they go about investing, in which I think that best way is always to invest what you can afford to lose. Talking about this coin, the All Time High according to coinmarketcap was 4 months ago at the price of $0.3169 and till date $0.5 has not been crossed let alone approaching $1 hence taking us back to the Importance of investing because we find something worthwhile in a project not because of speculated prices. Lastly, I don't know much about this coin but to achieve that price will require a lot of hard work from the team, and if the team gets their works in order, they can try to leverage this bull season to achieve a new All Time High, in the same way, the need more exchanges in order to attract more traders and potential investors who can positively change the price.

It is always easy to state personal speculations or predictions about a coin we hold or finds attractive, with the bid to place it in a good position for more users to buy, but yet, the final power lies within the team and what they are willing to do. To understand this more, many people have made many speculations about their desired crypto, but how many of them were even achieved and what is the role of the team towards making the project attain a new height.
Personally, I think everyone should be careful this season, because it seems a lot of attention are on Bitcoin and some other top coins, which means that, people will most probably go towards where it will favour them. I am not saying your speculation is not good, but In my own case, i will tend to be careful this period.

Much has not been heard about this coin for a while now so if nothing much is been heard about them or if the team are yet to put in more work towards features which will attract more users and of course impact the price positively then I think no much growth will be witnessed when compared to other top 100 coins. In my own understanding, one of the factors that makes a coin to appreciate in value is when potential users or investors are seeing what the team are capable of doing, what they are working on and it's long term effects; it is true that BAT has made a name for itself, but yet it needs to maintain that name through more Improvements and so on.

There are too many DEX now which will make a trader or investor wonder which is genuine and secure and which is not, even to the extent many of them are now trying to run one airdrop or the other all in a bid to get more traders, but the concern is, how long will they last? That's by the way, going to the business at hand, I would say Uniswap. The reason or reasons are, Uniswap took time to build its reputation, and this is what attracted a lot of new projects and today it has one of the biggest trading volume, and every traders knows what that means. Secondly, Uniswap is highly sort for now, how? Most times, we see in project groups people asking the team when listing on Binance or other top exchanges, that same scenario is now played out, that is, investors and community members now ask project team when listing on Uniswap. And lastly, Uniswap has a pretty decent interface thus making trading easy as well.

Let me start with your title, the answer to the question is YES, investing in crypto is a very good idea and those who believed in its potential early last year, held on to good coins are enjoying the benefits now, take a look at the prices of Bitcoin, Ethereum etc, if it is not a good idea, then they wouldn't have grown to such an extent, with even more room for growth. But however, investing in crypto comes with certain conditions such as, understanding the risks, investing what you can afford etc.  Secondly, it is not too late and thus you can buy crypto but however, I would be of the opinion that you wait for a while more for price correction to take place, because the prices are very high now, as you might end up buying thae top. Furthermore, most exchanges now makes it easy to access crypto with the condition that your country is supported by them.

The rate of upcoming projects currently, makes it hard finding a new gem because a good number of them are out to collect from you, and that's it. Also, I think as a newbie you might want to start from top 20 in coinmarketcap to do your research, although most coins are up already hence you can wait for a little dump to buy.
However, if you want to check out "new gem", visit this forum and browse through the altcoin section, you will see some projects, visit each of them, research about the team, idea, community etc, if it suits your curiosity then invest but however, once you see a good profit, just sell off because most new projects are good in giving short term profit alone.
And the most important fact is, don't forget to Invest what you can afford to lose.

Now looking at the current moment, what can be said about DeFi projects? Are they really a threat to major coins ? I believe the answer is quite clear. DeFi made a huge hype and that is why many people made a lot of predictions and so on, but it is kind of funny to think that DeFi projects are capable of plunging Bitcoin and other top altcoins in a downward movement. DeFi made quite a good hype and of course enriched many people but currently the hype is gone and many of them are now finding it hard to grow, many of them are being exploited by hackers and most upcoming ones are turning to scams, which brings us back to the ICO era.
Nevertheless, in my own understanding, that a new trend starts is not enough reason to think it will lead to other top coins dumping, hence as you invest and listen to what people say to hype whatever they believe in, invest wisely and know when to take your profit.

You see, this is why it's being said that the cryptocurrency space can't be predicted because there are many factors which can to a big extent alter the price of a coin in a negative way, such as fud and so on, hence not good to predict or rather take most predictions serious. I believe this predictions was made when XRP was showing signs of good growth but no one thought the current issue it is facing will surface, thus as it stands now, XRP is also facing delisting from exchanges which further goes to affect the long term price of XRP as well as the future. Therefore, in a nutshell, XRP is not heading to $1 nor does the future looks interesting, it is just clouded with issues hence when these delisting starts the price will likely drop further. In my own opinion, until the issue with SEC is solved, XRP will likely face more price drop.

That's quite true, the current bull run threw a lot of light towards many projects that we see them charging higher and aiming for the top 5, top 10 etc, however that would likely be a tough competition between LTC and DOT as both are trying their best, but it is also good to take note of the good features of DOT and unrelenting efforts of the Polkadot team. However, i think it is good that these coins challenges each other for that top 5 or even top 10 so that, the team will know that there is always work to do and the only way to remain on top is by offering something worthwhile, something workable and some attractive to a lot of people.
The crypto space is now getting tough and it's obvious it is now time for project team to put in their best or watch others overtake them and push them down.

I think it will be better I start by saying that the hype witnessed within DeFi months ago has dropped hugely, that is, the way people sort for it has reduced to a whole lot because of the unfriendly experiences within them such as the hacks etc, not only that, the scams are getting much as well. So I strongly believe that in a bid to leverage every opportunity to gain more Bitcoin or whatever desired cryptocurrency this 2021, we should endeavour to carry out our own research in order to be on the safer side. Lastly, you will have to pay more attention to most upcoming DeFi projects because many of them are not worth the effort and time.

To the best of my knowledge, I think this will depend on the type of altcoins. Before it used to be this way, Bitcoin pumps and all altcoins dumps because people or investors tends to sell most of their altcoins to Bitcoin in order to gain more, and also, when Bitcoin corrects all altcoins dumps as well. But nowadays, looking carefully at the market one will see that, when Bitcoin was increasing in price, few altcoins or rather top altcoins were increasing as well but at a slower pace, and when it's about correcting few altcoins also picked momentum to grow even more as seen in the case of Ethereum. So I think, the price correction of Bitcoin will only give more altcoins room to grow, but like I said earlier, it will depend on the altcoins which I can say will be top altcoins.

As time goes on, more is being seen in DeFi projects, if it is not scams then it is hacks amongst others, thus begging the question of, the similarities of DeFi with ICOs as of then. All these that are happening in DeFi also happened to ICO, hence where most people will be careful enough to find out the truth for themselves through researching these upcoming projects others will be moved by hype, overlook their due diligence thus getting scammed.

To be sincere, in as much as I don't hold Tron but looking at the list, it is the only coin worth buying and holding for that long because the CEO is very active and Tron blockchain is finding more interesting uses such as USDT being sent through Tron blockchain which comes with little to no fee; so to a reasonable extent Tron will last that long.
As for Vechain, the platform looks slow with development and much is not heard about it currently, hence I doubt the tendency or seriousness of the team to make it last for 2 years; although something can still happen, but however, Tron is quite better.
And lastly, XRP, to be frank, the future of this coin is uncertain and unclear, on one hand, XRP is facing an issue with SEC and on the other, exchanges are delisting it hence no one knows what will become of it at the end, so you can just ignore it for now.

Was EOS not among the blockchain platforms people predicted will be better than Ethereum, but nowadays nothing is heard about it as it used to be, at least for a blockchain project which aims to be on top, there needs to be some sort of engagements, developments, activites etc that are meant to be happening within the platform, but nothing rather it keeps dropping in coinmarketcap. Also, asking about the future of EOS, I think it would be a tough one because many blockchains platforms are coming up now, and they looks very serious, although it can be seen as early stage seriousness but as time goes on we will know; what I am trying to point out is, with many other blockchains platforms climbing to the top, EOS will likely have a tough time competing with them. Moreover, just like Ethereum whose team finds it worthwhile to upgrade their platform and keep it going, EOS team can also look for a development which will bring them back to the attention of people and hence growing even more.

Even with the high Bitcoin dominance, Ethereum has really tried its best to cross $700 although it's ATH is still far. But however, if the market continues this way this year, and Bitcoin dominance drops a little then we can see a high rise in its price. Also, Ethereum and some other coins are proofs that, even with Bitcoin growth, they can still grow although it won't be much as expected but at least something positive can be seen. Lastly, I still think another good scenario which will contribute a lot to the price of Ethereum as well as seeing it possibly hitting its ATH is the forthcoming Ethereum 2.0.

Using the current status of the DeFi ecosystem as a ground for my answer, I don't think going for most DeFi projects are worth it. Just like in the ICO era where many exited scam, same is happening with DeFi, it is even getting worst as many of them are getting hacked which brings a big question to the growth of a system which aims to offer decentralized financial services and how it will protect its investors. Also, I think it will cost more, for many people to start seeing DeFi as a gamer they thought it would be. Lastly, assuming all is normal, I wouldn't still go for many DeFi projects when the market is favouring some types of altcoins such as Ethereum, hence that's where my funds would go.

Many projects nowadays doesn't go straight into launching, rather they first start with promotions to advertise and showcase themselves through this forum, it means that, to easily get a new project which is about to launch, looking for investors for Pre-sale or private sale, you can still get it there through visiting the altcoin section; hence once you come across them you can check them out to know what they offer. I think many of the websites you used before now are longer working because of the end of ICO. Nevertheless, be more careful out there, as a lot has changed and many upcoming projects are not really worth it at the end, some are just for quick profits and not for long term holding.
