241  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Fiat - this is how I see the future on: June 24, 2018, 11:12:32 PM
But most people cannot afford to get paid in Bitcoin, not even 10% They are not traders, they also don't know about the market, getting paid in bitcoin and then watching the price crash is certainly not anyone's pleasure.

It's optional, it's not forced upon you. If you think it's not smart to ditch fiat then you simply don't.

To add; no one will just blindly accept getting a chunk of his wage paid in Bitcoin. Those that go for this option know what they do and know what risks they expose themselves to, which is why they only stick to a lower percentage. These people don't have any direct use for that lower percentage and accept that the fluctuations might push the price lower.

The only situation where it's not optional is when you work for services generating revenue solely in crypto, but still, you're not forced to work for any of them.

Im just saying its something too complicated for the average joe. Also your boss would probably not want to pay you in bitcoins either. Bitcoin is not seen as a currency anymore so we should really focus on that instead of trying to make businesses and people adopt it.

Try looking into OPU labs. They actually have a serious team of professionals and a working product which is  a great asset.
243  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to get rid of emotions when trading on: June 24, 2018, 11:05:32 PM
At the end of the day no one is going to get rid of emotions entirely. Its mostly about controlling them. Best way is to have a strategy and follow it.
244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - First Buy Signal on: June 24, 2018, 11:04:00 PM
Upssss...
Btc price up 6.5% in only 2 minutes  Grin
Max

Oops bitcoin down 70% in the last 6 months. Its clear that people in this market are extremely hopeful and naive. Everyone seems to think that bitcoin will grow forever.
245  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin comes around on: June 24, 2018, 11:02:37 PM
prediction does not mean 100% true. and also the market is difficult to predict accurately. but all this there is a game of big players who want to monopolize the market.

This is probably their last chance because if Bitcoin rallies again it will end at 40 or 50 thousand USD and the chance to window to buy belo 10,000 USD will close forever just like it happened with 1000 USD. Many of us forgot about it but 1000 was a price people were dreaming of for years. Now it seems to be so low that we aren't expecting it the worst bearish scenario. 10,000 is going to be the new 1000 in 2 years.

Or maybe bitcoin never recovers. You cant say that forever, i hope you realize that anything will come to an end. Bitcoin cannot keep rising forever. People keep saying that but eventually there is going to be a time where bitcoin reaches its ATH forever and will never surpass it again. Who says that didnt happen already?
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins dip what to do? on: June 24, 2018, 10:58:16 PM
all altcoins goes down rapidly are we seeing the coins disappear?
what are the things we need to do?
this are just questions running to our heads now that the coins
are going down, we see reds everyday since 2018 enter all the bad things happen
feel free to share your thoughts on this

If you are in loss just hold onto it now. No point in selling, it’s just a matter of time when market will come back and raise, just be patient, because you aren’t losing your money as long as you don’t sell.

Thats exactly what a beginner would say. No point in selling? Are you serious? This is why this market is so stupid, people here dont understand that it might not rise agaim, ever, no matter how patient you are
247  Economy / Economics / Re: Can human stupidity affect the movement of the market? on: June 24, 2018, 10:56:22 PM
This is the only market that is so heavily affected by news which sometimes are actually quite irrelevant. Its mostly because this market is filled with unexperienced investors who cant control their emotions.
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Strategy on: June 24, 2018, 10:54:30 PM
The best strategy for joining the best signature is by choosing a nice and trustful manager. You can choose a promising ico before you can join on bounty signature. Read their whitepaper and check their dev, if they are active on social media and on telegram.

Nah. Just treat it like if you were an investor in that ICO. Also is better to diversify and participate in many bounties at the same time minimizing the risk
249  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin comes around on: June 24, 2018, 06:24:44 PM
Back in February I remember a whole bunch of dudes saying buy bitcoin, it's an amazing price of $6000 and you'll never see a chance like this again, it will just go up from here and you will be kicking yourself. Then it did indeed start going up over the coming months, it even reached $11000, nearly double they were saying, you've missed the boat.

But look where we are now. We are at the same February low of $6000. My point is history, and prices, all repeat themselves. Opportunities do come round again. I can say to those people that said to buy in Feb that we are at the same point, and the same opportunity is there again.

(Or is it? I know a whole load of people are saying it's going to fall below $6000 and may even reach $5000. So there will be opportunities. Feb was not a special time).

Uhm, actually they don't. In february it went from 6k to 12k. After that it crashed again to around 6k, that time it only recovered up to 10k. This time if ''history repeats'' as you say, we would have to see a recovery lower than 10k, possibly 8k. Your argument is a fallacy.
250  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beginners Guide To ICO Investing on: June 24, 2018, 06:23:00 PM
Use google, you can find plenty of guides to invest in ICO's there. People aren't going to help you much here, most of them don't know what they are talking about. A good tip that I can give you is to look for ICO's that have products or at least prototypes ready.
251  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [HIGH PAY] List of Social media bounties [Up to 3000$ monthly] on: June 24, 2018, 05:28:29 PM
Interesting. Is there any value for those tokens ?. How do you tell you have earned that amount of $$ ? looks like scam to me
If something sounds too good to be true, it is too good to be true Wink, its a scam like most ico's.
Don't be reckless with money while beeing unable to think clearly when vision of huge gains paralyze your mind.

This particular case it is but it is possible to earn 1-2k per month just with bounties, the right ones can easily give each 500$ or even more, obviously the risk is that they might not succeed. I got around 300$ for one bounty once and I was only participating on twitter and I didn't even participate the whole campaign.
252  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best path to be a profitable, investing or trading n cryptocurrency? on: June 24, 2018, 05:25:38 PM
Both is best. I personally believe that if you are going long term you should still be aware of technical analysis and how the market works short term. Also I wouldn't really like to hold for years, sure in the past it seemed like a good idea but you always reach a point where bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies can't go any higher, maybe that point was last year, maybe new coins/tokens will take over. I think it's best to invest in new coins/tokens right now, more upside potential.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins dip what to do? on: June 24, 2018, 05:22:58 PM
The best solution is to detach altcoins from bitcoin. If exchanges had fiat pairs with all the alt coins, we wouldn't need bitcoin and the whole market wouldn't collapse at once like now.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An ICO That Is Worth Keeping For Over A Year on: June 24, 2018, 05:21:31 PM
I usually don't. Most of them have great ideas but the hard part is to actually implement them. Tokens without a working product or at least a prototype are very risky. On one side you have a lot of potential for a lot of gains but on the other the team might not be able to make it, even if they are not scammers and genuinely trying to make the product work. So normally what I do is wait a few months, check how the team is doing and then consider holding for so long.

Pd: it usually doesn't happen.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in crypto long-term? on: June 24, 2018, 02:11:02 PM
If the blockchain technology of a project is constantly developing with great innovations to the market then considering a long term investment to it is a very good option for investors as growth to is foreseeable. This is just like in the real world market where market shares to big corporations are being bought because of the foreseeable innovations that they can produce.
This is why the value of bitcoin keeps increasing, many people think that since bitcoin is the oldest coin that all the new coins have better technology and this is simply not true, the technology of bitcoin is superior thanks to the developers which are always improving the wallet and the code of bitcoin, and their latest update in which are working promises to change bitcoin forever.

At the end of the day they can always fork bitcoin a few times and be back at the top. That's what people don't understand. Personally, though, I would like other coins to also have their moment of glory and not depend entirely on bitcoin.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - First Buy Signal on: June 24, 2018, 02:09:31 PM
Of course another shitty post from someone who has no idea. Clearly we are in a downtrend, approaching RSI below 30 on the daily charts again, last time the bounce was pretty bad, this time the RSI will probably extend further, maybe even touching 20 before a bounce, for me the clear buy signal would be if the bounce is strong, meaning a lot of volume and a candle like the one on 6th of February.
257  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bad news for Bitcoin on: June 24, 2018, 02:06:46 PM
The current situation does not seems good at all so anything you can say got to be believed by the people as the price of bitcoin is really tumbling a lot. We are at 5900 now jeez i was not expecting that. And even at this price there is no crazy buy order it seems no one wants bitcoin anymore.

The problem is that you are looking at the price too much. There are other important things about bitcoin and the crypto market. G20 regulations are going to be set in July this year at most, I believe a lot of people are waiting for that, it could be a strong bullish signal if good news come from that. Other than that, always keep in mind that 3 years ago bitcoin was worth nothing and even 1 year ago Bitcoin was barely around 1k
258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A little bit of doom and gloom is due on: June 24, 2018, 11:27:40 AM
I'd rather have that than artificial pumps and dumps. There are a ton of overvalued and undervalued coins simply because they all follow bitcoin. I agree that in the near future, the average joe wont be investing in bitcoin anymore, maybe ICO's but those are being heavily regulated. At the end of the day you don't need them for the market to grow, stocks and normal business only have private sales and IPO's and they still succeed.
259  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Fiat - this is how I see the future on: June 24, 2018, 10:40:23 AM
not every people in the world can manage to earn cryptocurrency so people will be still using fiat in the future.

The world is changing rapidly. There are more and more businesses where employees can choose to get a part or even everything of their salary paid out in Bitcoin. I personally wouldn't go as far as completely accepting Bitcoin as salary, but I am open for a 10% monthly Bitcoin payment. In most cases I buy Bitcoin on a monthly basis already, so it would only make things more convenient for me. It would directly stimulate people to start spending their coins since it's less likely to be considered an investment. I definitely would spend them where possible....

But most people cannot afford to get paid in Bitcoin, not even 10% They are not traders, they also don't know about the market, getting paid in bitcoin and then watching the price crash is certainly not anyone's pleasure.
260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some people in crypto still wish the downfall of Bitcoin? on: June 24, 2018, 10:38:28 AM
it is called FUD and the purpose of it is to try and bring the price down and the reason for it is because they want to buy bitcoin.

the thing is many people know the fact that bitcoin market is still small and can be influenced a lot by the decisions that people make. and sometimes these decisions are based mostly on drama and what they read online. but generally it is from the news they read like the hack news, or some adoption news (as an opposite way which leads to rise) not some random idiot's comment on a forum.
with that mistake they start spreading bullshit about how price is falling so that they can buy more of it.

And don't forget shorting, you can profit from the market downfall if you are shorting. ''it is called FUD and the purpose of it is to try and bring the price down and the reason for it is because they want to buy bitcoin.'' However if that's really the case then you don't have anything to worry about, they would only want to buy bitcoin if the know it's going up again.
