What I do is, I try to be active on crypto communities such as bitcointalk and a couple of subreddits.
I also find using crypto news aggregators much easier -- naturally, cryptopanic.com is one of the choices but I found myself using bitcoinmonkey.org more cause I really liked how easier it was to customize my feed. Too bad they don't have a dark mode yet and auto-refresh of feed but last time I check their ANN, they said they were willing to do these.

First of all, we should have been informed somehow about these fees and changes to the regulation. When I gave my consent and accepted the terms and conditions of registration on hitbtc, there was no such problem of inactivity fees. They were introduced later without being announced in any way.
I hate to defend hitbtc but I don't think so. Inactivity fee was actually introduced couple of years ago so if you have been charged for the first time on 10-10-2023, it would mean, the clauses for inactivity fee were already present the moment you registered because accounts are considered inactive after 6 months. On a different note, hitbtc has been displaying shady practices for years and they remain fine up to this day lol. They have also been ignoring multitude of scam accusations posted about them on different places. So honestly, even if you have a case on this one, it's likely you won't get your money back.

I don't recommend exchanging on exodus. I'd like to preface this with: exodus has partnered with third party exchanges so they're not actually the ones holding your funds during the exchange. The problem is, they don't let you choose which exchange to use and they have a lot of obscure platforms on board. To err on the side of caution, you'd would wanna avoid these obscure exchanges. Not to mention, there are already cases of people who encountered shady behaviour from one of exodus partnered exchanges, for instance: EXODUS + N.Exchange = SCAM | STAY AWAYIf crypto to crypto trades, you have exch.cx however, they only support a limited number of cryptocurrencies. Perhaps you could find more on kycnot.me or find someone trusted on Currency Exchange board. For crypto to fiat, you have agoradesk.com (more choices on kycnot.me as well) but you'd have to convert your alts to BTC first.

As for the minimum bets, it's 0.1 BNB
Minimum is on the high side imo -- it's trading for around 40 bucks. I would suggest a much lower amount so it's more accessible to people. Also agreeing with the ANN thread suggestion. A nice infographic as a headstart would be nice but since a signature campaign has started, I guess it's on the way?

So from what I understand, identity verification is mandatory otherwise we won't be able to withdraw. When a user deposits the amount exceeding EUR 2000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount at the spinarium.com website (hereafter - “website” or “platform”), then it is compulsory for him/her to perform a full KYC process.
During this process, the user will have to input some basic details about themselves and then submit /upload/pass 1) Proof of ID 2) Proof of Residence 3) Remote personal verification That's a bummer then, it would be nice if players are able to test the waters first with no mandatory KYC. People can be cautious on giving personal documents to platforms who are not at well-known level yet. PS: I suggest making use of spaces so the fine prints are much easier to read.

Sadly, it doesn't look like public archives has the 'deleted letter' that's readable or if there's anyone who knows better who would like to continue the dig? First off, nothing on the typical places like wayback machine and archive.today -- tried with both old and new reddit The pre-deleted post was on unddit but the letter was on an image so it doesn't count again lols, see: https://undelete.pullpush.io/r/gambling/comments/1b51kyk/dear_eddie_and_stake/The closest I could find was this misplaced and extremely streched out image from google lol, https://images.app.goo.gl/X47iNFW3zMJSdckHA -- cmiiw tho, but the date + the blurry "dear eddie" sorta matches

Their fiat business will be active. Will just shut down the crypto casino. It's sad, they just started the brand only 3 months ago if I'm correct and now decided to shut down.
That's good to hear. Also, I never noticed this before but they also have a couple of cryptocurrencies on justcasino.com, though the number of restricted countries remains huge unlike the .io one which was heavily sized down. Also its better for OP to close this thread to avoid any conflicts or misconceptions about what currently happened to them.
It wouldn't be too bad to keep the thread open -- after shutting down -- for closure. If anything, one way to solve misconceptions would be through discussions. Discussion wise, there is still a room seeing how justcasino.io is still functioning and has not sent out winding down announcement yet.

Thank you for your response. Have you personally used any of these services? Are they completely secure? Only agoradesk since robo and bisq had no volume for my locale when I tried them but they're all reputable exchanges in bitcointalk especially those scored 9-10. This website has a through review of them, see: https://www.athena-alpha.com/p2p-crypto-exchange/You can also search each of their ANN thread on bitcointalk through ninjastic.space/search Does the money transfer directly from the sender's bank account to my bank account?
Yeah, because it's p2p, you're trading with the user and not the exchange. Be careful of mind tricks though, ofc there will be scammers as well.

|

Yeah, there are a couple of privacy respecting p2p exchanges out there, see: https://kycnot.me/?t=exchange&q=&fiat=onBut don't expect the prices to be competitive like those in centralized/custodial exchanges. I say, consider it a pay for the extra privacy.

I guess, I'm thankful for it but I try to not develop a false sense of security in custodial platforms so if there are multiple valid accusations with malpractice, it's likely I'd be treading cautiously/avoid it.
Emphasis on valid cause each case could be different and there is no platform out there with 100% buttery smooth perfomance rate with every users. Problems are bound to happen as they gain more players and that is why we must look into each case -- what was the problem, how it was solved, etc.

Good evening! We had a conversation that lasted for days. they said he could help me for Payback. He said he can help me recover the fund. I wanted to write what happened in detail. I had to open an account at Kraken.com and another at Titaniumwalet.io. We talked on WhatsApp. The condition of the transfer was to pay 8% of the investment value, $1892. I told him if it can be paid in installments then I will pay $100 and transfer $1000. With the next installment, I pay 1000 USD and transfer 10000 USD..,... In a few days, Luca my broker, He said that everything was stolen. so I can get to the bottom line, but this is the condition and I have to pay. I have attached a screenshot of the WhatsApp chats.
No suprises there as it was a typical scam from the get-go. For the 2nd time, it appears you have allowed remote access to your device since I'm seeing anydesk from the conversation again. It's extremely dangerous op -- they can install malware, access and copy your data, look for accounts logged in on your browser etc. Your device needs to be cleaned and you must secure your other accounts. Please also tell us you will stop entertaining random PMs or calls from strangers... because there's a good chance they will keep coming back just like this time.

Admittedly, I can be the forgetful type that's why I have multiple backups -- this is also useful in case one gets destroyed for whatever reason.
I also try to regularly refresh my memory of their locations similar to what I do with a few passwords and PINS I have to remember lol. So far I have never lost track of my seeds though this do not include the empty wallets -- tbh I only have vague idea about the empties lol.

Sad to hear that they're shutting down. Hopefully, this is only true for their crypto arm justcasino.io and their other brands remains fine. I just wanna thank JC for good couple of weeks, it was fun playing while it lasted ✌
Also, new update about the contest: I got informed that justcasino wants to shutdown the business. Since I haven't been informed how long they will be functioning, I would like to announce the end of the competition with the following rules-
1. If no one submits anymore entries, current participant will be the winner accordingly. 2. You can still submit entries which you have already played (not submitted yet). 3. New submission will be accepted but I'm not anyway liable for anything unexpected. Play at your own risk. 4. Will accept submission till 03rd March 2024 UTC time.
Emphasis on the new deadline as some may have planned to post on 4th or 5th.

At that time there was so much online saying they were a scam and going through the legal system where they pleaded guilty.
This is more than enough reason to stay away op. I looked at their case and it's a textbook scam so there is no reason to trust them again, see: https://www.justice.gov/usao-nj/bitclubOn another note, I was pondering on the possibility that this could be initiated by a different scam team riding on bitclub's name 🤔 They are now asking for $100USD (can only be paid in bitcoin) to reactivate your account to get access, I don't know why they won't just let you pay with what is already in your account. Yet another common scam scheme and you have answered yourself. It's ponzi scam so we can't expect a request of withdrawal of funds/account activation to work the same way as legitimate businesses.. and if law enforcement managed to recover some remaining assets and give back a portion to the victims, it is certain that bitclub aka the scammers would not be personally processing the claims lol.

I don't see any information about the new rules, due to the possible amount of acceleration during the time period. After the successful acceleration of one of my transactions, I was not allowed the next one, neither the next hour nor the next day(after 00:00)..? Do you remember if the stats for remaining free slots remained zero at 00:00? this happened to me multiple times many weeks ago and I could not submit any entry since website was returning submissions are full so I had suspected viabtc was temporarily suspending the hourly resets 🤔

I think not discipline since if he think about that maybe he already withdrawn his winning even if he see x50 or x100 gain. But since he's a risk taker then he can able to manage to get that x1000 which is totally insane win. Imagine how eager he is to win that and luckily every luck fall in his side then achieve that one.
Hahah I'm not that much of a risk taker, sadly. That day, my priority was to land a decent multiplier for the contest so I cashed out near that range. Despite letting the 1000x slip through my hands, it was still a good day for me since I ended up almost tripling my deposit and achieved my set goal that day, cheers 🍻. But I was not lucky though, Lol, and when you think you will get to that, suddenly, "kapoot" and so back to zero again. Until such time that I outgrow this game. But with this kind of competition from Justcasino, I might try it again and see how my luck will be.
I LOL'd at "kapoot" The contest is set to have 10 winners BTW so there's a good chance you'll land a place ^^ I'm not even sure we'll get more than ten entries tbh.

So if anybody has been using Kraken or Binance would give some comments how smooth it has been with these exchanges ?
Smoothness can be dependent on each case since some accounts get flagged under kyc/aml policies. I suggest to also take into account your aimed used cases. BTW, if you wanna hear opinions from fellow locals, perhaps you could find a couple in Español (Spanish) local board -- quick search returned spanish as the most spoken language in the area.

The odd thing is that when I wrote down the wallet ID / password etc I also wrote down my usual email address.
This however they say is not linked to the wallet.
Surely Blockchain.com have a legal obligation to re-instate my email address (as I have all other security info)?
Sounds like you did your part of backing up important information. Is there any chance you also have your wallet file -- the aes.json file? From what I can remember from old articles, folks had the option to download the file, send it to cloud providers and in their email account -- any chance one of them rings a bell?
