2401  Economy / Speculation / Re: Supercycle or Halving cycle still? on: January 10, 2022, 11:33:27 PM
The dip today looks like it's not yet which some speculators are actually saying the price could be up by June this year as well or it may extend to a year like in 2018 bear market. Is the bear cycle also repeating?
We will gonna find that out soon. If we're going to have bloody months then that would confirm the bear market is in but as long as we're staying above $40k then nothing special about the bear market.

People are exaggerating the corrections as it seems really disappointing and thinking that it's already the hellish bear market that we don't like to see. But just as the 2018 bear market, it would be seen likely from 2nd-4th quarter.
2402  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If we follow the 2013/2015 patern, the price will reach a new ATH only in 2027 on: January 10, 2022, 10:35:38 PM
I think if we would follow base on the history charts, it would be predictable and easy to just win all over. It is not that easy, it's not just base on the previous charts.
It might have been different this time and look how the market have grown so much, it could be the same as that but maybe not today.

There are factors and it really affects the price changes. It is no surprise that it could be an ATH later or tomorrow, with in just a small span of time.
It's the normal behavior of bitcoin that will show us new ATHs surprisingly. And even in the past, it had shown the same but those patterns and cycles, we don't know if from this point of time, they'll still be the same.
2403  Economy / Gambling / Re: VR online casinos? on: January 10, 2022, 09:34:52 PM
The metaverse is on it and for sure VR is tied up on it.

Well, we can avail those gadgets if needed if we really want to be part of it. We can make a way for buying that like saving some portion of our salary.

It's like actually a gift that we can save for ourselves only if you think that it's going to be fun when you actually have it. And before purchasing, it's before to see the long term use of it.
Yes, absolutely! I eagerly hope that in the future these VR/metaverse related equipment will be more affordable, because, unfortunately these days, the amount of products and their access (because of the money) are limited.

I imagine VR is something similar to the internet in the 80s/90s, few people had internet at that time and nowadays it is totally accessible. I think VR could be something like that.
It's for their test phase and to see if the demand would be that much high after releasing a limited amount of their supply. But everyone wants to be part of anything that's related to VR and Metaverse so I think it will click somehow.

Saving up something for some another new experience but still dealing with gambling? I dont see for it to be worth but rather a double spending or expenses yet  you are eager on

saving for VR then you do still ending up on doing gambling which i dont see for it to be worth or something that do really benefits you out but if you do really go for real experience

then its your choice to make because if you do really look on the better side of things then you wouldnt really see this as a good call.
You may not see it as worth it but we all have different likes and views when it comes to the new tech that we see. We may do it just for the experience and eventually like it.

No one forces to do so and only those who likes to afford will definitely afford and thus, there are people that's part of their target market and there are those that are not.
2404  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Company on: January 10, 2022, 08:37:11 PM
With the response gotten on this thread so far, stockbrokers are not reliable for trading and at that am going to discard any form of promotion from such companies and focus on developing good and workable trading skills that will guarantee slow but steady trading profits margin rather than risking my funds to a broker.
You can do that and if there are brokers telling you that can do the trading for you, what can you do for yourself if they can do that to others?

There's a likely that these scammers are hiding behind a so called "broker" company for them to be trusted by the innocent victims that they're targeting.

In reality, only newbies are becoming victims of them and those who are too greedy not to decline such offers.
2405  Economy / Speculation / Re: [POLL] Will Bitcoin dip below $40K? on: January 09, 2022, 11:41:54 PM
Luckily, it didn't dip below $40k.

That only shows that we've got the support.

But if we're not going to time it and put a limit on it, very likely that we might see it go below $40k. It's only a matter of time and if it won't be recovering back to $43k since it hasn't broken that wall there.

We might see it below $40k.
2406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice on what to consider when making an investment ? on: January 09, 2022, 10:37:42 PM
Usually check each of their social media platforms if they've got a lot of users, the real users with interaction. Like in their telegram channel or discord server.
Telegram interactions can be engineered these days, you must be cautious too. Dubious projects can recruit multiple users to push conversation on their channels, Interactions on telegram and discord channels are indications of good projects but not full assurance. If you feel that you may be biased in your research and decision, that is unsure of your judgement after researching, employ the help of a third party professional whose judgement is sound to help in your decision making process.
Yes, that's why I've said about real users.

I think we have an idea to figure out if those conversations are too obvious and they're fake conversations just to attract investors. It's common for those projects that are coming out in the market daily.

They're looking for their PR team to do the thing and hire people just to make their channels very active. But, it's better if you'll investigate first to see if those interactions are for real.
2407  Economy / Gambling / Re: VR online casinos? on: January 09, 2022, 09:32:42 PM
Not that really expensive for those 1st world countries that are always first in these technologies. Well, during the releasing time, they would certainly go up with the price as it is new in the eyes of every consumer.

But eventually, when the demand gets lower, price will also become lower. I've seen about the news of Disney that they'll launch also a metaverse/vr world without the use of any gadget as requirement, this could also be applicable into VR casinos soon.
Hmm, you're right @jossiel, unfortunately the country where I live these types of products are extremely expensive, and they become totally unfeasible to purchase at their launch.

I believe VR technology will be successful soon, places, video games, poker, casinos and other relevant subjects and games!
The metaverse is on it and for sure VR is tied up on it.

2408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin close to becoming totally irrelevant for most "normal" people?? on: January 09, 2022, 08:21:22 PM
It's only you guys that you're becoming less interested in bitcoin because you're looking at the price as it goes down. That's normal and many people in the past did the same thing. When it's on the top, they were all excited and happy and when they see the reality of volatility, they've became disappointed.

Those examples that have bought at low, you can also take that example like after hitting $20k, many have bought too at that top and then the bear came and they sold at losses. But if they happen to become patient for those years and held on just like what everyone is saying "HODL", they're able to see their money back at $20k and even more from 2020 up to this year.
2409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Unexpected Pi Network news on: January 09, 2022, 07:20:56 PM
Are you sure about that? Because this is the note that it is showing;

Note: This coin is not listed on Binance for trade and service

How it could be on binance if it's telling us that it's not listed there. Yeah, probably it got that logo and link on binance but it clearly says that they have not listed the token per se.

They should have removed that to avoid confusion.
2410  Economy / Gambling / Re: VR online casinos? on: January 08, 2022, 11:52:59 PM
Indeed where you live, anyway, in the future the gambling world will use this, but until now the price is still very expensive.
Yes, you're right @nigthcrowd, I believe that even in developed countries these types of products must be expensive.
But I believe that all over the world these types of accessories have gone up in price, I believe because of inflation and massive printing of money around the world
(Of course this was not the determining factor, but it caused this increase in products/services).
Not that really expensive for those 1st world countries that are always first in these technologies. Well, during the releasing time, they would certainly go up with the price as it is new in the eyes of every consumer.

2411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will owning 0.01 BTC really make you rich? on: January 08, 2022, 10:53:07 PM
There's the other thread: Do you guys think 0.1BTC is enough to "make it"?

Well, I think that's more plausible having that amount than what the title indicates. That's 10x more than the example that's given by op on this thread.

Yes indeed owning 0.01btc can make you a millionaire if you can be patient enough to hold on to your coin following the high volatility rate of Bitcoin and how much investors are trooping into Bitcoin causing a high demand in the crypto asset. Achieving this with 0.01btc would determine how patience and discipline you can have when it comes to investment
How long you're going to wait until 0.01 btc becomes a million? Bitcoin has to be $100M/btc for that 0.01btc you're holding to become a million. Not impossible but I think that we're still far from that point.
2412  Economy / Economics / Re: Akon City.Is Wakanda the real world version? Can it help the African economy? on: January 08, 2022, 09:55:43 PM
Before having a conclusion.

We have to wait and see it in operation. Because having a conclusion without seeing the application of this Akon City, we might eat those words back especially if they're negative and then we get to see that it has improved the lives of people living there.

It is still on development and who knows, maybe this is better than the metaverse hype that we're seeing right now or it could go worse than the result of ICOs and other crowd sales, no one knows.

Usually check each of their social media platforms if they've got a lot of users, the real users with interaction. Like in their telegram channel or discord server.

You'll eventually get to see if the interactions are for real and they're really answering questions that should be brought as communication is very important while they're starting out.

As for the token distribution, it's always that the devs have part of it. Look if the cut they have is justifiable and the utility of that token is also important.
2414  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to trade btc without kyc on: January 08, 2022, 07:53:26 PM
I don't recommend to do trading in those exchanges which do not require KYC. But If you want to do that, you can trade in Kucoin without KYC, you just have to make account verify email and phone number/2FA.  There are some limits in kucoin for non KYCed users, so must check them before trading.
Kucoin isn't requiring KYC so you're suggesting a contradiction of what you're telling about not advisable to trade on exchanges that don't require KYC.

Although most exchanges are seen to be going there anytime soon that they might enforced KYC to all of their customers. Just like what binance did, they're one of the exchanges that's known to have a non-kyc policy and then surprised us with their forced KYC.

I agree.

Since most of the exchanges are now requiring KYC, there's no other way but to do KYC, I mean binance requiring KYC doesn't bother me at all because they are the best exchange so far since I've started trading in cryptocurrency. Kucoin ain't that bad either but I will recommend binance for their overall good service. It's better to put your funds somewhere you think it's safe and in good hands.
In the case of binance, we're already there and there's no other option but to just comply to what they like.

If you don't comply, you're not able to trade. As for these exchanges that don't require it yet, they might do the same thing as what binance did. They're all following the steps of binance and it's possible that they may ask for the same.

But, for the meantime, while they're not asking for it, you can enjoy using them like kucoin.

2416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Internet is down on Kazahstan, Bitcoin Hashrate drooped, Price affected? on: January 07, 2022, 09:27:09 PM
Connection to the price drop? Maybe yes and no.

I'm more curious why there's a need to touch the internet if the rally is all about the gas prices. But if the connection to the price drop of bitcoin is due to the hash rate, then eventually, as usual, it will recover.

I didn't even know that there's riot and protests that happened there and if I haven't seen this thread, I'm total ignorant of the current political issue there.
It's certainly frustrating, since there isn't a direct answer regarding what caused such drop. Is it concerning? Yes, is it worrying me? No, well, not yet. Waking up to such a drop is definitely scaring, I'm aiming for long-term returns, thus, I am not too worried yet.

Despite not being too affected by the situation, I'm hoping that the market recovers in the following weeks
We should get used to these fluctuations every time we wake up. I've experienced these drops several times after waking up and yeah, it's shocking and not a good morning as it may seems.

But what's concerning is the situation of their economy and the people there, we know that bitcoin will eventually recover and no matter how many FUDs or factors that makes it low, it will really go up again.
2417  Economy / Gambling / Re: Minesweeper.Games | The Best Bitcoin Minesweeper | No KYC on: January 07, 2022, 08:22:33 PM
That is one game available on Windows OS that popular in its era.
I have never won a minesweeper game in windows and still don't know how to win on it and now, I've seen a casino that has it as a game.

Winning a "minesweeper game" on windows have no benefit as you will not win any money when you win a "minesweeper game" on your PC.
However by winning the game at Minesweeper.Games, you can earn big and easy money.
Yes, there's no benefit and I've trade it for so many times and that's why I think if I try to play on this game with bet, I probably just going to easily lose that money.

I have never won a minesweeper game in windows and still don't know how to win on it and now, I've seen a casino that has it as a game.
Don't worry about this. They don't work the same way.
In this game, it doesn't matter on which box you click. It relies entirely on luck while the windows games relies on logic.
Thanks, so it's completely working differently from the original windows pc game.

Winning a minesweeper needs luck as that game is based on chance so I understand how hard to win that game.
I do not know if there is a strategy or method that can help us win, so I consider enjoying the game without any intention to win.
Well, if it's said to be a luck based type of game then there's no way to strategize your gameplay on it to win. As said, you rely on your luck.

If @OP and his team can have good promotions on his site, I am sure it can remind those who have a good experience playing Minesweeper on their computer and will test it while they will also have a chance to win.
Yes, it depends on your luck to win the game because Minesweeper is a game based on luck so without having good luck, you will not have a big chance to win.
Budget plays a part in it and if they don't have that much of it, they need to be active on this thread and answer all of the queries and suggestions that are given to them. Since they're still quite new, they already are taking attention of the interest of everyone.

These are a good start for what you're looking for.

https://www.coinbase.com/earn

https://coinmarketcap.com/earn/

As you've mentioned about faucets, then you're good with these earn tasks that will earn you some altcoins after finishing the task that's given on particular coins that are listed there. Faucets aren't paying that much and I think these are way better than that for you.
