Bullshit! Why is my address not listed?? I can't believe they spent 15 days on bonus correction and failed again  I sent an email to bonus@sonm.io on June 17th and never got any reply... SONM, I'm still waiting for some feedback to my request.  i have the same problem. and i dont trust them anymore. so i will give some red trust i think. but to whom? do you know the accounts of the team members? they deserve much worse than a red trust if they don't come and give some explanation EDIT: just went on slack and the community account claimed "There are edge cases" (sic)... LOL, they are f*cking comedians... slack? do they help you there? if i understand you right they just post excuses. mhhh they give you canned answers there, some of which complete bullshit, the rest pretty void and useless... so nothing I would define as "help" |

Indeed, I'm "displeased" by the poor quality of the job the team's being doing so far, considering they couldn't even manage to fix the issue with the bonus in 15 days. You keep saying it's because they have to do it manually, the team is too small (as if that was an excuse rather than a sign of failure to allocate adequate resources on the job) and blah, blah... Yet I can't figure out why a dev's team which aims at building a worldwide supercomputer is not able to write some code to calculate the bonus, based on transaction's timestamps and BTC price history from any decent exchange. I see many people concerned about SNM falling on exchanges, yet the situation must be read the other way around: it's the price that's crashing because the market is concerned about the unprofessionalism, unpreparedness and inadequacy shown by the team so far. Are you trying to get ban in Slacks?  As I pointed out before, this thread is not moderated, luckily  True. I spoke to my team and honestly I might have banned you also if you called me unprofessional. You came in you were clearly displeased about the current state of the project. They answered your questions to the best of their ability. You were still displeased. They tried to illustration a point you misunderstood and called them unprofessional. I am going to unban your account because no one here holds a grudge. Please understand that my team is trying to do everything we can to assist the you. We are here to help.
Please post everything where they illustrate the point to when I got banned and let people decide was it me or your team was on a power trip. There was someone else who right wrote at the same time as me questioning your professionalism. Fact is you cannot act like an ass and do as you please when you are representing the company. To have the team leader endorse this type of behavior. Sonm needs to change their community team. Overpaying by a mile. I've been eager to spot some trace of professionalism from SONM team since the ICO started. The funny thing is that somebody here suggested to open a new moderated thread bacause of "FUDers"... That's ridiculous. A self-moderated thread would be the worst choice for showing transparency, openness and goodwill, as are reasonably expected by investors, and would look like a convenient way to get rid of legitimate criticism on the excuse of fighting FUD. I'm no FUDer at all, and think anybody can spot FUD and tell it apart from criticism. Yet as any other investor who put their coins into this ICO, I feel totally disappointed by the very unprofessional behavior the team has shown so far, by the lack of communication, the non existing support, let alone their TWO WEEKS long struggle to sort out the mess with bonus and bounties... We have the full right to express without censorship our criticism and concern about the present situation, actually I see the same concern in the market itself, as shown by the current lower price. I'm long with my tokens, so I tend to disregard short term fluctuations, but I'd expect some sign of real commitment and a more professional attitude by a company which raised over $40m, and still has to prove they're able to fulfil their promises. i dont wont to read the last pages. but after reading you post in think that the devs are still silent and nothing had happened. or did they deliver something? The only relevant entries I see on their blog since the ICO, are about a short Roadmap Overview, which points to the very same document they already published as their white paper. So nothing new for the past two weeks, except they are still manually calculating the bonus to apply to non-ETH payments, as their system didn't work during the ICO. |

Regarding the mail. We all have our mails with the domain name, I just prefer gmail, its the fastest way the people can reach me (+ I am using google docs of this address to calculate the bounties,...).

On your website I read "Who we are? We are distributed team of enthusiasts." That tells very little about yourself... Who are the Curators? How many are there? What kind of experience and technical expertise can they show, in order to prove their ability to assess the validity of a project? How can you ensure your judgement is free from any conflict of interest? Etc. Etc. I know it may look like I'm playing the devil's advocate here, but I'd like to point out those considerations above are not specifically related to this Notary project, rather to your ICO Tracker in a broader sense. |
