2521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good News!!! on: August 23, 2018, 09:57:12 AM
It was hyped with their marketing and its going to be the same as other exchange tokens. ICO's today are the same with their goals of reaching soft and hard caps.
other than this project is there any suggestion i could invest.
I suggest bitcore and bitcoin.
2522  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] TOKENS MARKETPLACE on: August 23, 2018, 09:36:38 AM
Wow thats nice trivia. Good to know that you have been reviewing if there are ICO's oken getting listed on your marketplace.

We also rely on community to point out to scams and also promising new projects! Users are most welcome to share with us their opinion on current ICOs Smiley
Very well done, if all exchanges are like you and listens to the voice of the community there can be a big reduction of scam coins.

Thanks! Glad you support our idea Smiley
Definitely we should, there are many scam coins out there that are listed because of the fee without conducting any deeper review if they are worthy to be listed. And good to see that you are doing this.
Although we review projects we list on the website, we always advise our users to conduct their own research as well! As you have noted, there are many scam coins, and we can't vouch for any of them to be legit. Unfortunately, you can't be too careful in crypto world.
But that doesn't mean that you shouldn't invest, cause there are plenty of fantastic projects out there that deserve the help of the community!
I'm against with those scam projects and if you think that we can't be too careful in the crypto world, we have to. Agree with the part that everyone is free to invest with those fantastic project and those should be supported. And as long as you're doing your part on your platform of eradicating those scam projects at least of not going through your marketplace, I salute your market.
2523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: it's time to buy ethereum on: August 23, 2018, 09:10:35 AM
Wow that's cheap, any conclusion and analysis on why it will go down to $80?
Probably not LOL It's just another speculation without any back  Grin
I'm just waiting for his analysis on how did he came up with that idea that ETH will go back to $80. It's the same with those people that are calling bitcoin can possibly go down below $1,000 though we can see it stably running to $6,400 ~.
Agreed with what you said that this is a call to buy and that guy I'm asking his conclusion on how he came to that idea won't reply here, just look at his post history.
2524  Economy / Speculation / Re: Aug 23 ETF Deadline... on: August 23, 2018, 08:34:31 AM
^^ in the end it doesn't matter how many of these ETFs come and get rejected and go.
And on the other side, there are people who are remains hopeful for the remaining Bitcoin ETF proposals. It doesn't mean that this is the end of the world for the crypto market and have some flash back last year with the past proposals.
it all depends on how people think about them and how hyped up they are about each of these.
The only reason why people wanted to approve those proposals is they think institution money will come in to the economy.
2525  Economy / Speculation / Re: No rise in the price of BTC in this August 2018 on: August 22, 2018, 12:01:24 PM
Very bad news for BTC holders. BTC price is not moving upwards in August 2018. Looks like the rest of the days of August will be in downtrends for BTC price chart. The red is dominating green for all altcoins. Looks like another panic month for longtime holders.
That's your perception if that is a bad news, as a holder if the price falls that's an opportunity to add and fill my bag. But you are looking to it as something negative. If you don't do something while we are at that not so good price then you'll keep on thinking that these dips are very negative. Color wars? don't look at the charts so you won't look at those reds and you'll save your time as well.
2526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: it's time to buy ethereum on: August 22, 2018, 11:34:26 AM
No, market will go down, until eth touch 80
Wow that's cheap, any conclusion and analysis on why it will go down to $80?

2528  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: coingarden.ca - Free Bitcoin Portfolio on: August 22, 2018, 09:57:10 AM
Are you practicing your HTML/JavaScript lessons? Your website looks pathetic and you shouldn't be revealing it to the public at this stage. I'm glad you are open to suggestions but the interface is hideous. It will only make people go away from your site and never come back.
I agree with Joel, your website needs improvement though you are creating a very helpful free crypto portfolio. I logged in with that free demo and you really have to fix your front-end, after logging in those list of coins below is quite good and the chart above I think its need to be re-align.

I will look into the column alignment.

You said: "the chart above I think its need to be re-align"

By "chart" did you mean the "topbar" where it is white writing on a black background above everything? If so, I know that that area only looks correct on a wide monitor (+1280px)... otherwise it wraps. I don't know how to fix this, but I will look into it.

If by "chart" you meant the pie chart above the table chart... please let me know what needs re-alignment.

Thanks for the response.

I think I get it: The pie chart labels have lines which connect their name to their wedge in the pie. When I have a lot of coins, the wedges are very small and the lines become very tight and get cut off by one another.

If this is what you are referring to. I am aware. I do not have a solution without learning more about the javascript module I am using. Or there may only be a custom solution. For now, I am settling with a rainbow color coding which allows the names to be lined up based on the color of the line approaching them.

The eventual goal is to upgrade the pie charts to display more clearly and provide releavent popup information when hovering and drill down data when clicking.
Sorry if I'm late of replying to this post, yes I'm talking about the pie chart. If you don't have solution for it right now it's okay as long as you are improving and is accepting good reviews that will do.  Smiley
2529  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin hit $60k in 2019? on: August 22, 2018, 09:25:16 AM
$60,000 is a better prediction that others who are thinking of 6 digits by that year.
Im not sure about exact date, but this is possible. But why in July? I think big bullrun will be in March next year. And a little less in this year.
Have you read the article? if you do you'll get the answer but I'll answer you, its an analysis.
2530  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin, Who really wins? on: August 21, 2018, 10:23:53 PM
Why we need to have winner? bitcoin has been declared as the king of crypto's so there's no need for us to argue on who's the winner or what coin's the loser.
"who wins?"
what does that even mean? you mean among altcoins and bitcoin? that is not even a competition! they are there to fill the pockets of traders with more bitcoin...
He wants to start an argument but it caught my attention as well. I think I've seen the same thread before.

I see OP doesn't compare everything.
He's asking and that question has comparison between two or more, I bold the part of his question but its unclear on what he's comparing with the winner/loser.

My ETH funds were stolen and I am sure I didn't give out or handled carelessly the Mnemonic phrase, JSON file, private key nor the key store. Please I want to know ways by which a cryptocurrency wallet could be hacked.
What are the websites that you visited recently? My suspect is you just became careless and you logged in to a phishing link though you said that you are careful of not giving out your keys, you are still vulnerable to log in to a fake site / phishing site that you aren't aware if you are in a hurry or you just really don't care of that site you are logging in. Like what has been said, you probably downloaded something that contains malware that affected your computer that allowed the intruders to touch your files on your pc.

I've checked this marketplace and it seem to have a very nice interface but I didn't like that you are listing a lot of tokens.
Do you undergo a process before putting a token into your marketplace?
2538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Beginner's Luck on: August 17, 2018, 04:28:30 AM
I can barely remember the first time that I gamble but I'll share one of my experience when I was a beginner way back then and became lucky to win a poker table with my uncle. This didn't happened on a casino its like a relatives-friends game. I'm just watching and my uncle let me have a sit and asked me if I know how to read and play with the cards. Since I've been watching many times, I said yes and he let me get the hand for many times and luckily I've got 3 streak wins.
2539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to make a decision to buy coin with this market situation? on: August 16, 2018, 10:37:56 AM
I don't wanna hurt your feelings mate, but you need to understand that you should do it by yourself don't ask someone on how and which coin that you must invest, because it's too risky for you to make an decision on what the others say. Do your own research, analyze carefully the coins.
There's nothing wrong of getting some tips on what he must do with the current market situation and that happens usually if someone is doubting his decision making. But I reckon what you said that he should stand on his own and start making his decisions firmly base on what he knows.
Experience is the best teacher so don't be discouraged if you failed in your first tries.
2540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: HitBTC a scam?? on: August 16, 2018, 10:16:49 AM
Few will say that hitbtc isn't a scam and they have been using it without any problem. I haven't used it because of those reviews that are very discouraging so if you think that they aren't trustworthy with their exchange just don't use them and find a better exchange that has your coins listed.
