1641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: DeFi on Bitcoin, is it possible? on: May 14, 2021, 02:58:12 AM
It is possible and there's already WBTC or Wrapped Bitcoin which is dedicated on it. And the valuation of 1 WBTC is just the same as the price of bitcoin.
1 WBTC = 1 BTC and whatever the price of bitcoin, it will also be the same as wrapped bitcoin. With the stacks that you've introduction, seems like 12% is a good average APY but in anyway that could still be changed right?
1642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another insane win!! $ 1B mega million jackpot on: April 10, 2021, 02:03:19 AM
One of the biggest mistakes that a lot of lottery winners make is that they end up spending most of that amount on expensive real estate. But due to their inexperience, they fail to notice the annual charges that needs to be paid. The property tax can amount to 2% to 3% of the total value of the property, and on top of that maintaining such luxury properties in a good condition require a lot of funds. In 10-15 years, the property can cost as much in annual charges as its original purchasing price.
Those expensive real estate can still be said as an asset which for me is a good thing that a winnee has spent on their money. That is considered as an asset if they will use that expensive real estate for rental and its value will appreciate overtime.
It is better if they spend it on that thing rather than things that will depreciate even if they are not financially good in deciding what to buy and what to keep.
1643  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Hashflare on: March 30, 2021, 12:06:16 AM
I thought that they've already closed down after the bear market. It's ironic that they don't want to help you but on their About Us says that they're happy to answer.

If you have any questions regarding the services of HashFlare or mining in general, our team will be happy to answer.
1644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Main] Bitcore- BTX - New algo is online! on: January 19, 2021, 02:41:45 PM
Many alts are pumping, any idea or analysis when we'll see BTX be the same as them?
1645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins on: January 12, 2021, 12:13:17 AM
Don't day trade if you are still new. Whether you have big or small money, the chance of losing is higher because you're just starting out. But if that's okay for you to lose a lot of money because your day trade, depends on you. If you have a lot of money in MKR, hold it just like how others are holding their bitcoins.
1646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: December 23, 2020, 09:17:44 PM
0.3 was dip price. it will make 2x when they will agree with sec.
dont panic and sell xrp from this dip price
$0.27 just now. I want to buy this dip but very possible that many exchanges will close their xrp trades and might delist it to their exchanges to avoid further sanctions that might be thrown to them by just having xrp.
Big sell of from XRP its down by -19% in 24 hours after this lawsuit news I wonder what will the the future of XRP now? I heard that all exchanges that currently trading XRP might also get sued by SEC or maybe as a trader its a good opportunity to buy at dip,
That's what I think, good time to buy but doubtful at the same time with that worry that might impact the exchanges too.
1647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO, IEO, IDO, STO which best? on: December 13, 2020, 10:49:27 PM
I've missed that IDO and never heard of it but with the meaning of it, is it one good crowd funding to invest? and also STO?
IEOs are the most secure so far. I can't find an error in your logic.
The big exchanges are very interested in these offers. If it is Binance, small exchanges will soon be interested in them too. But risks will always exist, so be careful...
There's no security with IEO, the security is just it's about to be listed and pending to be traded on the exchange that supports it. Other than that, I can't see that security you say.

Hi mate, is there no more chance to be eligible for payment for participants that were lately accepted like me? if there's no more chance, it's ok mate. Nice working with you and thanks for accepting me.  Smiley
1650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [OPEN]🔥Daily Crypto Giveaways🔥 🔴450XRP Signature Campaign🔴Earn up to 40XRP🔥 on: December 07, 2020, 10:56:07 PM
Noted, Destination tag is only needed for some wallets as it requires it. I'm also using an Atomic Wallet for escrow for the campaign funds. Please do note that atomic wallet requires an unspendable XRP of 20 XRP on their wallet.

I'm using atomic wallet and it doesn't have a destination tag for its XRP address.
Yeah, thanks mate. I just want to inform it to have no problems with informing you about the tag. It's sad that this bounty campaign has to end quickly. Thanks for putting me on-board.
1651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a scam? on: December 07, 2020, 10:53:45 PM
Having that explanation, you lost half of the price of Litecoin in based market's price. Is your friend working for that exchange or he has no idea what happened to you?
It only takes a few seconds to know this was a scam. The website is poorly designed, doesn't have a certificate, they have the word "sex" in their website name, and they use a cheap .vip domain. How many more red flags did you need to see before you determined this was a scam? $12k is a big loss but I can't really feel too sorry because it was such a stupid mistake for you to trust them with any amount of money.
Correct. The domain was even suspicious.
1652  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: EXECUTION of crypto arbitrage? on: December 07, 2020, 10:04:50 PM
The institutional markets are finally coming in crypto and it's just a matter of time but it's been said that they're coming. And for arbitrage opportunities? I don't think that you'll be happy to try it. Your chosen exchanges might put you into delay with your transfers.
You know the market is very volatile and could make you even lose that quick with split seconds. But if you successfully done it once or twice, I don't think that you can do it again perfectly but I'm not saying that it would be closed and no more opportunities left.
1653  Economy / Economics / Re: I lost my job, how about you guys? on: December 07, 2020, 09:31:30 PM
I've just finished a contractual job during the rush of covid-19 a few months ago. And I'm very much grateful to have it as it's hard to look for a job by that time. Well, the contract's done and I have to find another job again.
@OP, same is the story with many of us (including me) and I'm actually a freelancer, but my workload went down gradually since this pandemic took place. My industry has been hit badly due to this and I believe it's not just me, but even if we talk about some dancers, singers, side dancers, side actors, etc. they are facing the worst days of their life and are needy of any help they could get to even manage their food these days.
Correct. Those day to day basis job prospects were the ones that badly affected by the companies that cut jobs due to the limited operations or temporary closure. Even in airlines, we all thought that it's one of the best industries in the world yet they also suffered.
1654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price in 2020. on: December 07, 2020, 09:02:06 PM
Nearly 5x of gain from the time this thread was posted last year. And that's a very encouraging throwback to see and those who have no patience in watching Ethereum's price.
This type of thread should be seen by them and even those threads that showed Ethereum @ $80.
1655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin investment brokers on: December 07, 2020, 08:24:32 PM
Brokers are not perfect. They can also make your portfolio lose depending to their take with the market. It's your money so hold and work on it instead of others working on it.
I think is well-worth it in the long run to invest in your education and take responsibility for your positions. Just my 2 cents. Smiley
Agreed. You will enjoy more the run if you're the one handling your portfolio and growing it through your own hands and decisions.
1656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't trust Tether (USDT), it's very dangerous! on: December 07, 2020, 08:01:11 PM
Not only that, there's also a chance that their address might be blocked or frozen by Tether itself. Yes, that happened and if you'll search it through google. You'll see handful articles about it.
And if that's for real that they've only got $0.74 instead of $1 then that's a serious problem that they might be stopped wholly by the US government soon.
1657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [OPEN]🔥Daily Crypto Giveaways🔥 🔴450XRP Signature Campaign🔴Earn up to 40XRP🔥 on: December 07, 2020, 07:37:14 PM
I'm using atomic wallet and it doesn't have a destination tag for its XRP address.
1658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What affects the most in making timely decisions in the world of Crypto? on: December 07, 2020, 07:36:08 PM
It is the emotion, if that hits you. You can make very bad decisions.
Timing and precision is also very important in my opinion. Indeed, emotions are one of the factors that influence us in making decisions, but if it's already profitable, why don't we do it right away? and don't wait. our power in analyzing a situation and also the precision or timing is very useful here
Because of greed. You can't do the right thing when you're too greedy and that makes someone who's already in profit to doubt himself.
And in return of it, he wants to make more progress and increase in price of the token he holds than selling it at profit.
1659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptopia on: December 07, 2020, 07:07:58 PM
I've heard of it somewhere so if you've received an email from their domain, means that they are taking action into it.
Looks like there's still hope for those lost funds during the hack on their exchange. But I don't think that they'll ever come back again in operation. If that's part of the process of funds retrieval, then follow the procedure.
1660  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too much HODLing stealing opportunities? on: December 07, 2020, 03:49:40 PM
It is true that too much holding eliminates the opportunity to get a profit, because we really have to be able to have a sell target.
I don't think so. It doesn't lose the opportunity. What if you've held since 2018 and you still hold it until today? that's too long for some people.
Will you consider that as a lost opportunity for making profit? if the price of bitcoin you've bought is $3000 and held it until $19000. And the same for early this year for the month of March. Bought it around $4000 and held it for several months until it has reached $19000.

Anyway this year's hodling is profiting for many that did. It went so deep as you mentioned to 3,000 and within a year, it had a profit of 16,000 which is a great profit . The internet business and transaction are becoming the easiest way to have some financial freedom if you learn to strike with given opportunity just from home.
It did for me and I'm also a holder. There are ways to become financially free but with cryptocurrencies, you need to have a strong hands.
Weak hands have no place for this market and you're likely to lose. And that's why holders always gets rewarded through our patience.
