2541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I cursed? on: July 27, 2018, 01:35:49 PM
I don't know if I am cursed or something. If I sell a coin now from airdrop/bounty few days later that coins increases much that you will regret selling. If I hold a coin from airdrop/bounty again that coins price decreases much that you will regret not selling right away. I'm confused now whenever I sell the price increases and when I hold the price decreases. Am I cursed?  Cry
you're not cursed, its just that you dont really know how to read the situation, you must understand the flow of the market before you invest or hold. and you must learn to become patient.
2542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2000$ for Alt Investment for 1-2 years on: July 27, 2018, 01:18:32 PM
Hi. I have 2000 usd for investment. It's not enought for BTC or ETH, my target is some Alt with cheap price.
Can you suggest me some alt coin ?
Better if can format like this one :
1. Name of coin : 500usd
2. Name of coin : 300 usd
3. Name of coin : 1200 usd.

With or without reason to buy is ok.

Very appreciate with your help. thanks.
I think its better if you are the one who will search for better altcoins to be hold, because it is your own investment, but I will still mention some good altcoins like tron, eos, and ethereum.
2543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are stakes? on: July 27, 2018, 12:41:40 PM
Hello all,
I have a quite stupid question...
People always say XXX stakes to reward in their bounty program. So what's a stake? My understanding is that is this the project token? So we just avoid saying the names of different tokens by saying just STAKE for them all?

For example, if I get 1 stake for QASH, means that I get 1 QASH; if I get 1 stake for Tezos meaning I get 1 XTZ?

Thanks guys!!
stake is the number that is given to you if you have completed your weekly task. it is the basement of your income when the campaign has successfully completed.
2544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacked wallet on: July 26, 2018, 05:32:20 PM
Nowadays people complain about their account being hacked
We need experts here to give us some tips on how a wallet can be secured from being hacked
Your submissions will be welcome
Cheers!
hardware wallet is better than using online wallet. that's why I prefer to use nano ledger to hold my funds than using myetherwallet and metamask. I feel safe that way.
2545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If your coin increased 40% - 200% in value over night. What would you do? on: July 26, 2018, 05:15:53 PM
Do you continue hodling or sell? A lot of people say to hold no matter what happens and I'm not advocating daytrading but I think in a situation like this, it'd be advantageous to sell.

Thoughts? What would you do?
I will sell it immediately of course, the sense of holding is to wait for an opportunity to sell it at higher value, so if its value has increased 40-200% there is no way that I will hold it still.
2546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is ICO? on: July 26, 2018, 05:06:26 PM
an ico or initial coin offering is being conducted to raise funds for the project, these funds is being used to fund the project and do some improvement for their product. it is a type of investment which they provide a product in exchange of investment of their investors.
2547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHOULD BUY BITCOIN NOW? THE PRICE IS HIGH? on: July 25, 2018, 03:13:36 PM
Please tell me your opinion?
as you said, its price is high, its better not to buy now because anytime the price of bitcoin will probably go down. so its better to wait for that opportunity, dont buy at high value, but if you can take that risk, you can go for it.
2548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coin do I need to invest in on: July 25, 2018, 02:44:55 PM
Please I want to invest in some coin but it seems that the market are red which coin should I buy now
you dont need to find an altcoin that you need to invest, you should want it first, there is no requirements for anyone that says that you need to invest on some altcoin. and if you want to invest, you are free to choose among those thousands of altcoins in the market.
2549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your plans with your Altcoin? on: July 21, 2018, 10:20:17 AM
Hi guy

Are you still holding your altcoin?
Have you sold all your altcoin?
You are looking for oppertunity to buy more altcoin?
You are waiting for price to go up?
Which altcoin you are holding?

May I know what are your plans with your Altcoin in the future?
yes I still hold my altcoins, I dont sell any of them since the bear market. I just bought some altcoins lately since the market goes deeply than it was last month. the only thing I've been waiting is for its price to go up.
2550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scams on: July 21, 2018, 09:57:06 AM
Is there a possibility of a scam if my tokens have no value for 2 months? I already have the tokens for 2.5 months and they keep telling us that listing is a laborious thing to do. Is that a normal thing to happen when your coin doesn't have any value for 2.5 months now?
it depends from the project, because there are some situations like that before, actually more months longer than that before they even listed the coin in an exchanger. but as long as the project is still updating about the progress of their project, just trust them.
2551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is a game of whales on: July 21, 2018, 09:38:50 AM
Do you believe that Crypto currency based on whales . and they make market circles. they can do what ever then.

I personally believe this , i think you too agree to this

- Its peer to peer currency then how come natural market circles ,

- Its an artificial things and manipulate the markets

I think it is, big whales has the most control in the crypto market, since they do have a huge amount of holdings of every altcoins. they can easily manipulate the market if they want to.
2552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Strategy on: July 20, 2018, 07:02:19 PM
Hello friends,
I am going to participate in bounty signature campaign. Can you guys suggest me some strategy. Like which bounty should I choose, how can I speculate what bounty is good for earnings etc.
thank you.
it would be better if you choose a bounty campaign with a good platform, you should check also their team information if its legit or not. just find the information you needed, think of yourself as an investor, convince yourself from their platform.
2553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Your Money Safer In Crypto than at the Bank? on: July 20, 2018, 05:12:39 PM
I think no, there's no safe place for money, because in just one mistake, your money might be lose in an instant. even at banks. even if many people are saying that cryptocurrency is safer than banks, there are still some hackers/scammers who still find a way to get your money at your own hands.
2554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you feel like quitting? on: July 19, 2018, 11:49:15 AM
The market has been down for too long. Do you feel like quitting cryto because you ve lost much?
For me, am a die hard fan of crypto. I will be a coward if i run away. I will stay till the green light shows. What about you?
same here, I will stay until the market will recover, I will not quit even if all crypto will drop their prices higher than its fall right now, because I know that even if its price will fall, it will go up again, but it will take time, so I just need to wait for that moment.
2555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How I lost my coin. on: July 19, 2018, 11:38:28 AM
I have lost Hugh amount of bitcoin, and I believe some person's here too have gone through same. Can we please share our experience and lessons.

My story :My wallet was hacked, by God knows who. That was 2017 may. I logged in to my blockchain wallet to notice that 0.9  btc I have been accumulating Since 2016 has been taken. Leaving less than $5 worth of bitcoin for me.

My lesson :  don't trust anyone with your crypto, laptop or password. Because I believe someone close to me did that.
you know, when it comes to that, you must not let anyone to know your passwords and some important things, you should be the only one who has the only access to you account especially in your wallet, that will be the lesson for you, you must not let other people know about such information.
2556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much time does it take to make it your full time job? on: July 19, 2018, 11:08:38 AM
When it comes to crypto, we all come here with different experience, for someone it is a hobby, someone has turned it into a really good income)). But what if you are a newbie and already want to make it a full time job? What kind of projects do you get involved in and what is the % of bounty & social media  to other work done (if you work 6 hours a day), so in total you can start from a stable medium level salary?Surely it depends on what you are good in,but generally is it very hard to change normal office lifestyle to emotional crypto days living or not? Also take into account scamming, failures and losses.  Wink
its really hard for a beginner to do full time in crypto, we all know that if you're just a newbie, its kinda hard to understand how to earn or how to relate yourself from different kinds of discussion about crypto. if a beginner do a full time in crypto, he might lose interest right away. so its better if he just focus himself studying or learning about crypto.
2557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency on: July 19, 2018, 10:12:32 AM
yes I do, if I dont believe on cryptocurrency, at the very first beginning, I will leave and forget about it. but no, even if its price fall down, I still continue to believe that crypto will be the future, crypto will continue to grow and someday it will become more popular that it was before.
2558  Economy / Gambling / Re: New btc roulette - Sport, Dice, Casino - BetKing.io on: July 06, 2018, 09:37:20 AM
Had a lot of requests to bring back our old invest feature to let anyone be part of bankroll.

Anyone here interested?

Having that invest feature surely makes investing easier.

(does anyone use this forum anymore or should I just stick with Telegram?)

Most serious people here rarely posts, but they still read. Using this forum and Telegram at the same time is still the best choice, although time and effort consuming.

I can't access my account Dean.

Nice dice game  Grin Good job!

That maybe the reason why they are one of the most visited/played at dice game site now. Can you share which part did you like best?

btw.

Welcome to bitcointalk. Assuming you are a new user here, please let me advise you that it is always better to be specific or on-point to what you wish to say.
For example, you said: "Nice Dice game. . . .", adding more details to why you think Duckdice's dice game is good. In that way, your post would be informative.

This thread may be helpful to you.

2560  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BetKing.io did not give me what they promised. on: January 08, 2018, 07:05:01 AM
Hi
I have receieved your message and email and actually responded in the site chat this morning to you.

I will get back to you regarding the bounty.
Most of the bounty payments were completed between September and November. Any requests coming in now regarding bounties are obviously low priority compared to players support requests or any site issues.

I will respond later today or tomorrow after checking your details to see if you were eligible.

Thanks

Thanks.
