2561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is ico secure ? on: September 07, 2018, 12:31:52 PM
There are some ways to make you investment safer including the ICO which you will have to do researching about the team. Most of the time though I rely on what people are thinking here in the forum and if I saw some high ranking users who join the ICO and making inquiry in the ANN thread or the bounty campaign, I tend to also make some research about the team.
2562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: your favorite Exchange (without KYC/Verification) on: September 05, 2018, 01:55:49 PM

Those two didn't ask KYC but they might really ask sooner when government are going to pressure them. I have hitbtc and cryptopia which is why I am also trading there. But I'd probably just stay on DEX later on when they soon do it.

At the present, There are so many exchanges. Here are the few of it,

1. HitBtc
2. Okex
3. Idax
4. Idex
5. Tidex
6. Binance

and etc... But personally, I'm really like to trade with Okex and Binance. These two are great for me. There are high-quality features and very fast works. Both platforms are looking amazing. Besides, there is high-security and nice volumes.

Binance asked for KYC as far as i know, they were requiring users to submit documents.
2563  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is cryptocurrency so difficult to understand on: September 04, 2018, 06:43:19 AM

Youtube videos can simply make you learn to understand it well if you are not into reading pages from the web. Cryptocurrency is easy to understand as long as  you are guided as to where you should start. The best way to understand it well is probably learning about blockchain and then bitcoin. The next would be the altcoin projects.
2564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto advice for newbie on: September 03, 2018, 02:34:24 PM

Best advice would be get in now while its not too late. Buy BTC, its the only thing that you should have before it takes off. Owning even just one BTC in your life will be worth than having thousands of useless tokens kept in your wallet.  If you have BTC, keep it and the time you look for more of the tokens you will be interested in.
2565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔴[ANN] DESICO - The world's first platform to issue and trade security tokens🔴 on: September 03, 2018, 02:31:10 PM

Can the team lists some tokens that right now is considered security tokens?

If the exchange will be up and running, I don't see a long list probably as I have no idea to be honest which tokens. but its a good idea though, maybe the project will always be referred by new comers in crypto when we see someone wanting security tokens.
2566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum has begun to show positive trends on: September 03, 2018, 02:26:20 PM
There is a fork that will happen soon, I think there will be an uptrend but I'm not sure if it can go $500. The price seesaw since last week. It doesn't really look like its a positive trend. WE already like it being in the $250-$300 range, We'll see if there is a slow growth every day as we see more people are trusting this coin due to the tokens using the ethereum network.
2567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀 🔥[ANN][DAO][COINSALE] | EtherInc Blockchain (eInc) [ ETHEREUM FORK ]🔥 on: September 03, 2018, 12:58:33 PM
can I remove EInc name from my telegram username now?? . I applied for telegram airdrop then and I'v been keeping it since then
Will my airdrop token be affected if I remove now?
I think you can remove signature, telegram username because bounty is over and now team is negotiating with exchanges.
You will receive airdrop and bounty hunters will receive their rewards after EINC exchange listings.

Yes, you can remove signature (actually several weeks ago). Does anyone know which exchanges they are negotiating with?
Well EINC will be trade able on Exrates, you should follow Exrates exchange for future updates.
https://twitter.com/Exrates_Me/status/1035566964859645952

A good exchange to start with. Not particularly going there though but at least there is a chance for this token to at least rise seeing how much volume it got everyday. We all want the token to be in the best exchange where it can be seen by big traders, either of the top 3 will make it to have a big chance to be there. Binance, OKEx and Huobi will be great. I know it may take time and money to get it listed. Didn't they get the hardcap?
2568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS (EOS) price on: August 31, 2018, 11:21:47 PM

Its not just the EOS that has taken a dip, all of the coins. Why are you so surprise when it already happened before the mid of the year?
Some have even bought EOS at he price of $14 before the snapshot, didn't complain but got tons of airdrop coins.

Because it's centralized, inflationary, buggy, and your coins can be seized against your will with no prior notice. It barely deserves to be valued at 5 thousand. 5 billion is a joke.
Remember EOS developer has raised more than 2 billions on their crowdsale and it looks suitable to see the price of EOS right now rather than see the price of EOS worth more than $15 and that was a joke for me. People are still betting on the buggy blockchain dude.

ETH started with countless bugs, anything can be fixed with $2B. Given a time a motivated coder can fix them in less than a week.
2569  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for freelancers and deal posters to join our group - Make some money on: August 31, 2018, 11:01:13 PM

A fresh work on deck, if you are from china, japan, sweden, norway you are mostly needed in our group thanks

Just post the jobs here.

Seem like you are only creating a telegram group just to collect more uses to spam. If you are really making some offers for the freelancers, just post the jobs and see whether it got their attention. There are lots of jobs sites like seoclerks and xbtfreelancer that is already up and where jobs are posted not in a group where an admin can simply spam.
2570  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Offline websites after token sales on: August 31, 2018, 10:54:08 PM
What a long list. Never really heard most of them, maybe they are only in the bounty platforms. You have to be wary when it comes to ICO, there had been lots of scams since 2015 we have already seen them but ICO is just a very god business for these scammers. But its also satisfying to reveal them in public when the hardwork they've done to create such ICO sites and make it believable for the audience.

If you have been in crypto for a long time, you would have noticed that most of the legit once are here in bitcointalk not on those bounty platforms and are only found in facebook. If they are confident they would have create an ANN thread here which open themselves for investigation. If they don't have an ANN thread chances is that they are scam. If they have an ANN thread, some of the users here are going to ask and judge whether the team are real.
2571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Strategy for buy and hold on: August 30, 2018, 09:20:19 AM

For investors who wants bonuses upon buying during ICO, they do want to also dump knowing the bounty participants are also going to dump. There are some tokens that are best to just buy on exchanges when there is a pump because is a sure profit. For some who intends to keep profiting they will just stick to BTC, buys BTC when it dips and sell whenever it tries to dip again.
2572  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Main reason behind crypto currencies red market in 2018 on: August 30, 2018, 06:26:05 AM
2018 has so far seen the highest funds jointly raised through ICOs.
This has a minimal effect on bitcoins value, a lot of other factors also have effects in the price.
There has been very little real possitive news for the most of 2018.

Is it? I thought 2017 was the highest amount of raised funds through ICOs that may never be repeated again because most ICO developers have already scammed millions of $ from the community. The community is wiser now but also out of BTC and $ to burn lol.

I wouldn't be surprised in 2018 is the year when ICO raised a lot of money. I think there's ICO born every minute so its possible that they attracted more investors. The problem is scammed ICO ares still present and I assume that its one reason why the market is also down, investors doesn't have the full confidence and they are getting intelligent and smarter today as compare to last year.

I would be surprised, if you ask me. Its now a bear market, everyone is dumping their tokens with losses and many people in the community who are left holding are already scammed. Theres no more money coming in anymore lol.

Not true. Those money that were poured in crypto last year will be poured again at the right time, it all just need a push are they are all going to come running after the price. A seasoned trader will even chase a trade knowing the price doesn't indicate overbought. Once a person realized how much he gained after dumping last year, he will soon be back wanting for more.

2573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When do you know its time to sell your altcoins? on: August 28, 2018, 03:54:16 PM

Its time to sell when its time to sell. When you find the price is at its peak, its time to sell. I do wait longer and I can wait til the price surpassed the ATH but for someone like me who is in crypto who are just trying to get rich but striving, I can sell whenever I need the money. Altcoins doesn't rise so much unless the project is real good like ETH or probably a fork of good coins.
2574  Economy / Economics / Re: New report on wash trading scares me on: August 28, 2018, 03:47:30 PM
Hey guys, so i've read a new report on how much of the exchanges volumes are just wash trading and the numbers are way too high for what real users do>.

This is pretty concerning, since the market might not be nearly as stable and mature as we think, it might all be manipulated.
What do you think of the current state of big exchanges and price manipulations that we experience?

my source: https://www.blockchaintransparency.org/reports/

Everything in this world is being manipulated by some powerful people out there. So, the crypto market is not all different from it and it is more prone to manipulation since it is decentralized.

And so decentralize is a two edge sword. But I do believe what the above users said, there is just so much demand for BTC that it doesn't matter whether the manipulation of those exchanges are true.  If the market has been manipulated for a long time, I guess they are also responsible for making us all richer. I say thanks to that. There must be a fight over who manipulates better among those who wants to.
2575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bulleon -🔶UNIVERSAL DIGITAL ASSET ECOSYSTEM🔶- on: August 28, 2018, 03:12:52 PM
Boulleon promo tokens swap 1 to 1 per Bulleon tokens? And what about last year's tokens Boulleon? They do not need to be exchanged?
Where does this change one to one? Having sent the 365 BULLEON PROMO, I received the 0.10 BUL. This is just an advertising campaign, to increase interest in the project.

Well that makes sense which is why I got some of it. I did see some tokens in my account 14 hours ago. They certainly got my curiosity but I'm not sure if it will also get the attention of some people who they spam. Is the token really have value? It looks like they are abusing the spamming method in blockchain but they must have paid huge amount of ETH by doing it.
2576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buying more: XSPEC or MONERO? I love both as Trader :) on: August 27, 2018, 01:12:40 PM

I use to have XSPEC because I have bought some of it on cryptopia, it felt really great when it spikes sharply. XSPEC will have a lot to grow but you'd have to also see that popularity of XMR will also get you more profit. Is there any merchant right now that accepts XSPEC? I have no idea right now but I see monero to be stronger in this aspect.
2577  Economy / Economics / Re: Weak Hands lose money, strong hands makes profits in this game! on: August 27, 2018, 01:01:10 PM
I have been through this time and time again. We go through a dip and everyone is running for the hills or selling their coins.

The trolls come out of their caves and the panic nanny behaviour kick into action, triggering a massive sell off amongst the weak hands. <Newbies & Speculators>

I woke up yesterday and I saw the price was just above $9000. My first thought was, "Damn, I need to buy quickly, before this goes up" and I did. ^smile^

Most people woke up and the first thing they did was to fire up a browser and to read the comments of these trolls and media shills and consequently selling their coins in a state of panic.

The weak hands will lose money and the strong will thrive in this game. Hodl on people! <Buy the Dip>  Grin

I can agree with you because most of the people who get lost in here are those who are soft hearted. No offense but I do not say that beibg soft hearted people is a bad thing but it is just a bad habit if you are applying it into your business especially here that only tha toughest will remains because there are a lot of challenges here like scams and price falls but it is up to you how to handle it how to became successful after all.

Truth is that those who learned how to panic but buys back when the price dips are the ones that will survive more than those who just hold. So don't just HODL! dump when necessary because that is when you find out whether you can survive solely in cryptocurrency. There are lots of people who were already regretting why they hold when in fact they could have sold everything.
2578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cobra fights Jihan Wu, and scammers Roger Ver, and Craig Wright like #NO2X on: August 27, 2018, 07:15:10 AM

And so they are going to do it again?  Shouldn't be surprising, its easy money of course forking their own will once again give them more coins. They have the freedom of course so they can fork it forever and cash flows still even if they do it a hundred times. There are certainly bigger fish to fry than forking, if they try to look at ETH, it certainly is a big threat so what they might have to get busy with is a smart contract.
2579  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will the Bear Market End? on: August 27, 2018, 07:05:47 AM

Like they say, it may happen when no one expect it to happen so its possible that it may happen before the year ends of perhaps in December of next year. But there were already speculation and news of some tokens about thier development which can make them explode in q4 of this year. If we only speculate bitcoin it may took months and month but for some tokens who are ready to release their product it could already be mooning before the year end.
2580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Competition between altcoins on: August 26, 2018, 06:37:10 PM

I guess we can look at it sooner not as digital currency but an investment like stocks or shares but can be used to trade, buy product and services too. I agree there are lots of them right now and there are more coming which are more advance than just a store of value. Some of the represent a company and a utility token that can be used inside its platform. I don't think it all compete between each other but they go along side together which traders can exchange.
