2621  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the strangest Fiat currency you have seen? on: August 11, 2020, 03:43:22 AM
From my point of view, Philippines peso is the strangest fiat currency that I have ever seen because every decade the bank central of the Philippines always wanted to change the physical appearance of our currency that it makes it a little bit weird, and it makes difficult for people who has a visual impairment to identify the coins.

2622  Economy / Economics / Re: Btc and gold can now be called "safe" on: August 11, 2020, 03:17:54 AM
Not sure how you can call a cryptocurrency that has more than 5% volatility safe....

Sure, it's probably safe from being banned by most governments, and we can be pretty sure it's never going to crash to absolute zero, but it's definitely not a safe haven investment in the slightest.

It's still high risk, high reward, and it's a long way from being anything different.

The OP probably meant that Bitcoin is among the few assets that can be considered safe from confiscation by the government authorities. Since Bitcoin doesn't exist in the physical form, it is very difficult for the authorities to seize the holdings from anyone. I would say it is even difficult to establish that a particular address belongs to a certain individual. You can't get the same advantage with assets such as gold or real estate.
Bitcoin is considered as a safe asset because there is no way for the government to shutdown bitcoin due to it's decentralization, that is why government in other countries have attempt to ban and restrict bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Also, bitcoin and blockchain technology have save our assets from collapsing during the pandemic, and now the bitcoin market shows the most stability and growth. Unlike banks and stocks, they have been struggling because of the corona crisis.
2623  Economy / Economics / Re: In the pandemic economy, tech companies are raking it in on: August 10, 2020, 03:03:30 PM
The epidemic is affecting the economy but not the technology there is a lot of improvement in terms of technology from sitting in the lockdown everyone is leaning towards online work. Even though big companies have closed down many have found a source of income through online work digital platforms have improved a lot and transactions are happening much faster that is why the demand for online work is increasing.
It's true. Tech companies have more chance to be more productive and learn more through online during the pandemic of COVID-19 because they have more time to do their works. It is also the reason why online stores and online sellers have their increased numbers in other countries, so they could provide the daily needs of their families during this crisis.
2624  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: August 10, 2020, 01:23:18 PM
In my own opinion, newbies or people who are new in cryptocurrencies should try to trade in cryptocurrency because here they will understand how the crypto markets moves, and how do they get a high and low value. Trading is difficult for everyone, especially for newbies that makes it risky, but it will help them to have a discipline and to control their money at the same time.
2625  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Recommended Trading Bot. on: August 10, 2020, 01:02:22 PM
If you are a newbie, don't use trading bots first, because newbies need to learn a lot about trading.
Manual trading is the best choice for newbies, but if you are an advanced user you can use a trading bot.
There are several recommended trading bots for advanced users. Like Cryptohopper, 3Commas and Shrimpy.
Keep in mind that automated crypto trading doesn't guarantee you can always be profitable when trading.
Manual trading is better than automated trading. That is why it is not recommended for newbies to used this kind of tool in trading because they will not learn how to analyze the charts and how to trade properly that they will only depend on the trading bots. Trading bots will definitely not help you to make a successful trades, but it will help you to manage your portfolio while you are away because trading bots are automated computer program that will help you buy and sell in a right time.
2626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some people stop their crypto project? on: August 10, 2020, 12:40:16 PM
From my point of view, the reason why projects suddenly stops because team members and developers didn't manage and innovates their projects very well that investors lost their interest participating and investing their money. Unlike other projects, they continuously developing their project to make it more successful to attract more investors and to have a good value in the crypto market.
2627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If War breaks out between China and the US, can China hack Bitcoin? on: August 08, 2020, 02:54:15 PM
IF war with China should happen this summer with the UNited States,,, could China hack Bitcoin if it had to regardless of cost?

If war breaks out between china and america china will never be able to hack bitcoin although china is far ahead in terms of bitcoin usage there is no third-party control over bitcoin. It is impossible for china to hack bitcoin without strict measures to protect it although everything has improved through blockchain technology the country's economy has been hit harder by the epidemic and the likelihood of war is much lower.
Indeed. Bitcoin cannot be hacked by China or other countries because there is no third-party control over bitcoin due to it's decentralization that bitcoin's price is only being controlled by it's supply and demand. There are also no war that will happen between US and China because we are in the middle of crisis that a lot of bad things are happening in this world besides the pandemic of COVID-19.
2628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots in Online Casinos on: August 08, 2020, 02:33:48 PM
I think it is more complicated. Online word is a lot different when you play it on actual. You can’t even tell if you’re going to win. Because we all that have feeling when we will win, right? But in online? What if they program it that you’re not going to win. Well that’s just my thought when they bring it to online world. I said that because it happens to me. I always bet in that particularly gambling in real life and I actually played it and I won all the time. Then they bring it to online, it is really hard to win. I think I lost 100$ in online. It is really different.

You're lucky if you won all the time in offline casinos, but I do think it is still base on your luck. Slots in online casinos are or should be provably fair, if you doubt it, then you can check everything if the casino that you are playing is fair or is cheating you, simply as that. Of course, when you play slots in a traditional casino, it makes it more exciting and as I have said, their is still the element of luck in your side that's why you didn't lose. But the law of probability will catch on you, specially slots that you are playing has this X chances of winning X number of spins.
I think whether it is online or offline gambling, you will always win in gambling due to luck or chances because even you know a strategy to win in a gambling game, if you are unlucky you are unable to win. But there are still casinos that are not fair, so that might be the reason why offline gamblers sometimes experience more losses in online gambling than offline gambling.
2629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it worth paying to advertise your ref link? on: August 08, 2020, 10:48:40 AM
It is worth paying to advertise your own referral link, if the referral rewards of a gambling site is good enough. But inviting or offering to someone else your referral link is sometimes difficult, especially if they are not into gambling. So posting it or creating a video review about the gambling site could get people's attention and make them to used your referral link when they sign up.
2630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why most people think Bitcoin is a scam? on: August 08, 2020, 10:12:43 AM
From my point of view, we could not change other people's perspectives towards bitcoin because not all of them are really interested to buy bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies due to false news that bitcoin is all about scam and fraud, and only a waste of time and money. It is why we should ignore other people's opinion about bitcoin because it will not benefit us or make us rich.
2631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why only Bitvest and 777Coin on: August 08, 2020, 07:51:28 AM
Bitvest and 777 coin are really one of the long-term signature campaigns in this forum because they are obviously earning profit from their own gambling site, since they are one of the famous gambling site in this forum that makes them last long and pay their participants with fairly low amount of rewards.
2632  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sending BTC as a gift to someone who doesn't have a wallet on: August 08, 2020, 07:22:55 AM
Why not send her a Bitcoin Gift Card, she does not need to have a wallet for receiving the gift card. There are a few websites that provide such a service. You only need to select the denomination, enter a few details, and make the purchase. The gift voucher is then emailed to the specified address, it is that simple.

You can buy Bitcoin gift card here
Sending a friend a bitcoin gift card would be fantastic. But I think it is much better if you will help your friend to create her own bitcoin wallet or buy her a hardware wallet because maybe someday she could buy more Bitcoins as her own investment and buy other cryptocurrencies.
2633  Other / Off-topic / Re: Chinese products are junk on: August 08, 2020, 04:33:29 AM
I think most supplier and manufacturer are from China, even the famous or expensive brands like Nike, Apple, Canon, Adidas, etc because the items that are being used are cheaper in China. It is why most products nowadays are made from China, even their products are not durable enough they are still cheap.

2635  Economy / Economics / Re: there is one thing onely that can save the usa dollar on: August 07, 2020, 09:06:22 AM
foregin investors getting off the usd, usa dont like this!

there is only one thing what can save the usa dollar its a war the usa last hope.

the war if its start it will start before the  covid second wave crisis.

I don't understand why war is the only solution that you have think to save the US economy? Do you know if the US would start a war a lot of countries would get affected and the situation could get worst. So the best way to save the US is make a vaccine, and governments and citizens should work together to stopped the active numbers of virus cases.
2636  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without losses? on: August 07, 2020, 08:45:21 AM
Preventing not having any losses is really difficult because without proper analysis and a trading plan, it will be impossible for you to have a successful trade and not having losses. So if you want to avoid having losses, you need to learn how to analyze the market, make a trading plan, and you can also use a stop loss tool to minimize or limit your losses.

so basically I lost $100k+ and I need to recover it someone especially since much of that were loans I took out.
This is quite huge losses and I can't even imagine how much this value could be done to my life when I get a 100K USD. The scammer was very luck having that fast and easy money. Anyway, I am also interested on how will other users react to this post? I know that this might be not true but if this really happening then what could be done here by this user?

Damn, that was huge, assuming that his narrative was true. Anyway, what else can be done than to move on? Bear in mind that, bitcoin transaction is irreversible, so there's no chance of him getting it back, not unless the receiver are willing to pay him back which on his case won't be happening.

Well going back to OP. The music seems uplifting enough, at least for me. I don't know if listening to it would work for the others though but it is good anyway. However, benefits there are just temporary it might heal what has been damage but still there's no progress happening, and so the best thing to do is to move on and get back to work (here, you'll be able to get your money back, little by little)   Wink.
Indeed. You have no chance getting your money back, and listening to music is not the best way to move on with your problem because you will always remember the money that you lost. So making yourself back to work or daily grind is the best way to move on because you can easily recover all of those money that you have lost in a short time, and you will forget it if you've got your money back.
2638  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What difficulty do you face on trading bitcoin? on: August 07, 2020, 07:49:25 AM
The difficulty that I face in trading bitcoin is the same as trading with other cryptocurrencies is managing my portfolios properly and preventing not having huge losses. But the main difficulty that I face in trading bitcoin is the high fees because if I trade a higher amount of bitcoin the fees will also get higher, that is why I sometimes experience a difficult time setting up my trade.
2639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Become Universal Money? on: August 07, 2020, 07:28:13 AM
I think there is no chance for cryptocurrency to become a universal money while fiat currency is still existing because the government will still support fiat currency over cryptocurrency. Also, there are still countries who banned bitcoin because it is being used in illegal activities like scam, so it would be impossible for crypto to be used worldwide.
2640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sometimes late bounties can still pay rewards on: August 06, 2020, 08:14:34 AM
It's why I don't like new projects that hasn't been listed on exchanges yet, they take too much time to launch and getting listed again will take extra time like months, it's better to promote projects that are trading like Oikos Project or ARCS from bounty detective
Being a bounty hunter needs to have patience because it doesn't mean that the bounty program of a project has ended, they should now payout or reward their participants as soon as possible. It really doesn't go that way because it takes a lot of process for them to get listed in an exchange for your token to have a value, before they distribute it to their bounty hunters. So don't blame the new projects who makes late distribution.
