As a matter of fact I am going to probably let them go just go escrow instead, but that is a good idea. why not skip the escrow and have them send you the BTC ahead of time? I don't want to hold it. |

Here's how I see it: You have to verify that pirate:
1) paid back 100% of the borrowed principle
Pretty easy. His passthrus and direct investors will state whether or not they received it all. If he scammed them, we'll hear about it pretty loudly and pretty violently all over the forums, and they'll be able to provide proof of their investment as well. Not difficult at all to prove this. 2) paid 100% of the promised interest
See above. 3) and paid 100% of the debt holders according to 1 & 2 above.

We're working on a new investor proposal right now for manufacturing. As I mentioned before, I'll post when there is something to post. No matter who started it (that piratesomething), and why, but we're facing the end of Bitcoin. I see no way that this crash would stop. It'll go down, below 1$ and no-one will have any interest on mining, or using Bitcoins anymore. So I want to thank you all for these years, we had a good run, but maybe the world was not ready for this yet. Later we can find out what went wrong and maybe some day try again.
