I know these lies regarding the scam accusation are coming. Who else would try to scam me by having a time travel (knowing that Jackpotracer will tag me)? And why would they tell me on telegram that they just had tagged me? This all proves who is the impersonator.

Anyway, I'll move on. I dont have any proof of my claiming except a screenshot where the scammer on telegram told me that he tagged me from his main account. If this proof is enough, I'll create a scam accusation. Otherwise, I'll move on and possibly remove the negative tag (will turn into neutral) as I don't want to abuse the trust system (I barely put neg tag without reference link). I tagged him instantly without a reference link because I wanted to alert community so that he can't scam anyone else.

That, sadly, sounds very circumstantial.

Nonetheless, perhaps there's something on that screenshot that can give a hint. Do you mind to post it? Perhaps in a new thread with no specific mention to a user to avoid baseless accusation and to keep this thread clean [as this one seems like a completely different topic]. Or shoot me a PM with it so I can get a better understanding of it, if you're rather reluctant to start a new thread just yet.

Thanks

And yea when i was reading the guide on how to upload images it said that newbies had to pay o,O

I forgot to add all my deposits/withdrawals went trhough my personal binance account which kyc is way better than betcoins

Hmm... quite interesting answer. Which guide is it that you read? If you don't mind me ask further.

[...]
I hope people can notice that your answer makes no sense at all, this is the worst answer I got from any sportsbook since I started placing bets like 8 years ago

Umm... why would they selectively scammed you if the same amount that's being denied from you were generously given back to their gamblers?

In a sense, they're making a point. They can't provide their findings here due to security and privacy concern. Thus, they take a long way around this by making a statement, as above.

[...]The Scam Accusation board was created to look out for the community, and it has become a tool for extortion. Which is why many of the top sportsbooks don't even reply to these any more.[...]

Regarding this part, as I've been walking around this section for a while, may I offers another perspective: that it still do its job to look out for the community?

One [bad] user from another thread accused me of being in favor of casinos instead of the community because I gave benefits of doubts to casinos, seemingly oblivious that --as I explained to them-- casinos' accounts here are also part of the community. This board doesn't necessarily shift from the previous "role" where it's more to cater people coming to warn others with findings of questionable projects and their proof to [for a lack of better words] a "tribunal" to extort sportsbook.

On the contrary, so far, from time to time, it proves as a good tools for casino to invalidate an accusation, helps thwart malicious attempts toward casinos, be it extortion or smear campaigns, where the overseers [and the casinos themselves] provide proofs that invalidate the accusation.

Further, from my own perspective and opinion, these scam accusations on this board actually works as a testament of the casinos' reputation. I observed that big casinos and those that provide appealing promos are the ones that most targeted by malicious actors, and their swift response proves their trustworthiness. I mean, I'd like to think that one glance at my list will give players [and future players] an idea of how good certain casinos at handling problems, and allows them to make a decision to stick with one casino instead of others.

And that list is built from these... cases.

What happened:: This is the weirdest thing, I made my account on march 3 and I have been placing mostly nba player props since then. On April 2nd I hit 14 ltc on my account (1.4k$ ~)

https://i.ibb.co/4Wk5f9Y/image.png

so I tried to withdraw and it went great...

https://ibb.co/NW7BHM9

So Im dumb and I trusted this site and I wanted to place 4 nba bets tonight and I needed more funds so I deposited around 300$ more and split the 1k$ in 3 bets and I ended up with 2k$ again and I tried to withdraw, my withdraw got held, I sent my kyc documents and my account got disabled.

This doesnt make sense at all

https://ibb.co/jGYXdQQ

As you can check the first withdrawal that says "16 hours ago" was the 7 litecoin that I got in my binance on April 2nd

After that you can see that I placed 3 bets:

0.4691 LTC On Draymond green under 0.5 blocks (lost)

4.20 LTC On Hartenstein under 1.5 blocks

2.30 LTC on Adebayo under 2.5 steal+blocks (im not sure if im confusing these 2 won bets but these 2 won)

So after this I wanted to place on Sabonis blocks and you cna see on the image that I deposited 5.6928 LTC

And I placed 5.6928 on Sabonis under 0.5 blocks(won)

I won all my bets but the small one so My account hit 19 LTC again , I tried to withdraw exchange it to usdt and play again and this time my account got withdrew and I had to do some kyc verification, the next morning my account gets disable and now they tell me that im a multiuser which is not true , If i were a multiuser I wouldnt even deposit again after withdrawing the first time I can videocall/sharescreen my monitor or anything to tell them that this is my only account and im the real owner

284  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: STAKE IS SCAM ($12,000) on: April 04, 2024, 05:42:40 PM
i am having trouble getting documents sorted per requirements. i do have bank statements with deposits labeled from my job, but my bank statement does not have my name or address on it, only my account number. i contacted the bank to get more information but they told me this is how the system is configured unfortunately, they cannot change this as it is how it's coded

i also have payslips, but the company i work for does not include addresses on payslips either, this does have my name. i don't mind including the information of one of my superiors from work so he can be contacted to verify this if need be as well

also want to add that i have significant crypto holdings that have gained value over the years, which i used to fund my stake account

any tips on how to proceed?

Does the previous documents you provided, all of those bank statements [credit card, credit line, consolidated report, etc.] have a table or any part on the document's body that shows the account number are belonged to the name and address of yours? If any of it does, is it allowed to provide two simultaneous document [the bank statement and that document with such details] to validate each other?

Please explain why you did not answer why you used the ding ding ding and the picture you added as answer to @Pmalek?

@holydarkness
Just tag me when you tell him. I just want to see the red text one more time and you being called a disappointment.

[grin]

Regarding your question, I am very sorry, but I still do not understand what you are asking. please try more simple and ELI5, thanks.

I will try to answer part of your question so maybe it will help. Yes, the free tournaments are free rolls IMO. They were real but free rolls with USDT prizes. USDT prizes are real money. Let me know what else I missed to answer your question. What does the answer tell you?

I can only repeat that I discovered the timer exploit and since I used it only once in an exaggerated way, I could not win any money as the owner of Blackjack.fun is accusing me. He still did not show any proof which could be very easy for him and therefore I am still very surprised that besides the license lie why does nobody ask to prove that I cheated them out of the big part of 24 USDT? He could easily prove it and all would be over long ago and I would be the declared big scammer of the big part of 24 USDT and everyone would be happy.

Your answer actually explains enough. Thank you for that.

What does it tell me? Well, given in your opinion, it is a free roll and there is no one suffering financial loss by joining the game, nor sacrificing anything, it can be safely inferred that no one is scamming anyone. Not you, not other players, not blackjack. It's free roll. The prize is real money, but no one suffers anything by joining the game.

This should invalidate your scam accusation thread against them.

It was previously [and repetitively] asked what the scam is. You refused to give straight answer, only pointing to general direction that your problem were: [1] the bug in their free roll tournaments, [2] their 100 USD bug bounty and your current balance --which you kinda refuse to accept-- and [3] your demand to turn the funds into giveaway... oh, and [4] a request to re-gain access to the platform to test that bug.

Point number 2 and 3 kinda explains itself, that they're invalid. One can't be said scamming someone else because that someone else did not provide a return address, nor complying to the demand of creating a giveaway on that someone's behalf.

Point number 4 has a very clear solution that JollyGood nicely provide: create another account, test that bug, record everything, provide it here. Granted, it'll be against their rule of multi-acc, but given you're just want to test it and does nothing else, which means you'll be in and out in five minutes or less, with little to zero fund being involved [and thus they can't confiscate due to a breach in ToS; multi-acc], I think the general consensus here will be that there is no harm in that, and that it is perhaps the first and probably the only one case where multi-acc is "encouraged". You refused that. So, we're clear on this one.

This leaves the only point in your case: bug and tournament. Given you're agree that it is a free roll, etc. as said above, this also clears and invalidate the accusation.

Explained as above, it should means everything in your thread against them is resolved.

ELI5: I just wanted to cross the T and dot the I, make sure it's valid and agreeable to mark your case as resolved [previously and currently marked as "invalid"] on my list.

[...]
I have already asked @Little Mouse and @holydarkness to open the scam accusation against me and prove the disgusting and unjustified accusation. Let him prove it and as I wrote before he can never prove it because I did not do it. I am still waiting for his scam accusation thread and if he does not open it I will open it but I am not sure if I can open a scam accusation thread in his name against me. I will check it and worse case I can open a reputation thread regarding this specific case and I want to see the proof which he doesn't have. Lets get ready to rumble @Little Mouse and @JollyGood

Me? Why? I don't have any issue with you, financially. Unlike specific someone that I am sure everybody can easily mention here, I am not we are not interested in opening a baseless scam accusation and goes on a wild goose chase, building strawman, throwing muds, you name it, just to justify the accusation build from the hurt feeling.

@Pmalek I am already crying and tears are running down my face if you really leave the thread again forever. I cannot believe you will stop spamming your signature.

Pmalek, you bad bad boy!!! Look what you've done! You make your snowflake cries! Apologize, now!
286  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [warning] Pineapple Telegram Poker Game on: April 04, 2024, 11:20:42 AM
OP, I'm curious of the amount being confiscated by this platform. I don't think you've mentioned it? Or did I miss the number?

They always played together, hence the relatively similar login and logout pattern. They played on the same table, as they intended to compete against each other. Thus, same gameplay. And the transaction behaviors... well, that's kinda self-explained.
The amount confiscated was only 24$ and one more thing I missed to mention is I made the withdrawal order right after their servers were down for few minutes (about 10 minutes).

Thank you for the number, I'll add that info to my list.

I didn’t always play with my friend or only with him, we shared few games together the day before I tried to withdraw my money and surprisingly got banned from them without even leaving an explanation.

Collusion means cheating when two or more players secretly working together against others while we were competing against each other.

This is my understanding too, that those findings they found are there simply because two players are friends, who share time and wanted to enjoy some game together, instead of deliberately trying to collude. Especially that now you've add that you've been around for a while and plays on other matches alone, and not exclusively always together.

If they found strange behaviour on some of the matches where one [perhaps] deliberately lose to the other, and very visibly guiding the winner, on empty tables, I believe it's simply because:

Please ask a very clear question and I will be happy to answer it, be it a yes or no question or a question that needs a little more explanation for better understanding.

Oh? That question is not clear enough? Okay then, my apology, I think other people will understand it quite easily. Nonetheless: regarding the free tournaments on their platform, and in relation to your course of actions and decision during your stay there, do you consider them as free roll or are they a serious and real, given real money are being involved?

it looks you are still with @Pmalek on the same page  Angry @Pmalek is a Shame and disgrace for this Forum
 Grin

What? Where do you infer that from? I've told you that I think you were right, that there is something fishy here.

I am always in the mood to answer serious questions and not April Fool's questions.

I extremely sure that is not intended as an april fools' question, given I asked that three weeks before first of April even come. I should have known the best that it's intended to be a serious question... given I'm the one asking it.

If you had read all my explanations, you would not be asking these questions and you would even have learned a bit about the Blackjack game. I have explained to you and @JollyGood many times what happened and how it works, but it looks like you want to continue the witch hunt and defend the Scammer Blackjack.fun owner. You are welcome because the truth is with me.
BTW, why did you all even jump into the scam accusation discussion if you never played or even watched their blackjack games and it anyway looks like you do not even have basic knowledge of the blackjack game? the only answer to that is that you are the official Blackjack.fun owner's defenders/lawyers.  Angry

Perhaps I don't get it. Do you mind to spell it out for me? For us all? In a very short, yes or no answer, if you may?

Fair enough, and in this case I repeat that I am very happy to see a member like you have the balls to change his mind and admit it. IMO it is always better to try to solve scams, cheats or other problems together instead of fighting each other.

Yes, I say and repeat that I have not contacted or scammed or even tried to scam @LM onTelegram.
He is always welcome to open a scam accusation against me wherever he wants.

Since you're apparently in the mood of answering questions, can you perhaps help us by also attending this post of mine that's left unaddressed? If it's too long to address at once, you can focus on this one below first:

[...] In relation to the point above, I'd give you a chance to make your stance clear on this matter: it is a free roll and thus when you do what you did over and over [though you're not coming as the winner of that match], it is not taking advantage of anyone because there is no one suffering a loss, since they did not sacrifice anything to join the game, or is it a real money and real investment because even though the prize money coming from the owner, people are still investing their time on it, as such, when you did what you did, you're placing someone at a disadvantage because by manipulating the bug, you're denying someone of the chance that they win something, made them lose their time investment, and not to mention the moral and emotional damage branching from a frustration?

Also, he is acting like he didn't know it wasn't allowed, but with the second account he used multiple new IPs different from the original one, why would he do that if he didn't know the no multiple account rule ?

Not trying to sway your final decision about OP, merely trying to add more depth and possibilities to be ventured [and perhaps a broader knowledge to learn] but... if OP [or some other players] consistently have different IPs, isn't it possible that they just happen to have a dynamic IP?

Was OP's original account also accessed from ever-changing IP, or is it a static one?

Oh, and please don't post in consecutive, you can reply to multiple user through multi-quote, and if you want to add something after you made your post before someone else made a post, you can add them through "edit" feature. Consecutive posting is frowned by the forum

Just to understand more about this. The reason you stated on your email to them last year to disable your account, it's this? You happened to mention to them that you need to close your account because you gambled too much? Or you simply [as the casino wrote above yours] asked for it to be disabled without specific reason?

Unfortunately yes, I had pushed a bit too far and just wanted the account closed. There's no malice in any of this, the only real issue is that I got 2 max wins on 1eur stakes and I'm being punished for it now. I think the owner has made it his mission to make me look bad here, but I've been honest at every step. You also mentioned about multiaccounts/bonus users, but I've always been strictly raw balance, so I've never even taken advantage of any offer.

Actually, no. You only wrote and ask them to disable your account, without specifying the reason behind it, as proven by a screenshot provided by their representative above, showing your correspondencies with them. You simply said, "disable my account."

I previously asked if you specifically mentioned to them that you need your account closed because you gambled too much to know if they act according to Gamble Aware regulation, where any respectable casino will not and should not cater another account being opened by a gambler for whatever reason, if he requested for a self exclusion.

However, it seems this is not your case, as you simply wanted a break, and you did not ask to be excluded [if they have any feature like that on their platform].

I'm sorry, but multi accounts are NOT allow at our site.

It is clearly mentioned at the T&C, you should have read the T&Cs before opening a second account.

I actually looked at the ToS [and smiled a little because it does written in red]. If I may...

though you're the one that knows best what's your ToS about and the nature of each clauses in it, may I argue that the no multiple account terms were to enforce players to "play fair and square", to discourage any attempt of abuses of bonus and/or limitation, thus it's written in red altogether in one sentence.

Departing from this, and if OP is proven to only have one active account at a time, and that the previous account was permanently closed for no harmful reason [it's closed simply because OP needed a break], can it be argued that OP does play fair and square, and as such, he does not breach your ToS.

Can you perhaps mull over this and considering to give OP an exception? Given, again, he technically does not breach your term and/or does any harm to the ToS. His only mistake here was asking for his account to be disabled when he needed a break instead of just leave the account be.

My two cents.

Very confusing now, because if I understood you correctly, you advised @icopress to open a scam accusation thread against me.

Nope, I am not advising icopress to raise a scam accusation against you, only LM. I simply asked him to exercise some caution in the following days. There's never any harm in practicing extra caution against any attempt to scam by anyone, is there?

But... those green text I snipped, you're saying you're not the one contacting LM?
294  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BetCrypto.cr, won big now feeling scammed on: April 02, 2024, 04:20:31 PM
I asked for the account to be disabled last year because I had been gambling a bit much. I admit this part was stupid of me, but I've been honest every step of the way, I'm not pretending my mums aunts cousin used my computer. I just feel that this is beyond harsh... I finally hit it big...

Just to understand more about this. The reason you stated on your email to them last year to disable your account, it's this? You happened to mention to them that you need to close your account because you gambled too much? Or you simply [as the casino wrote above yours] asked for it to be disabled without specific reason?

They can always open a ticket to close their account.

His original account was disable by his request so far we have proof of just one extra account but we don't know if he has more,  that's why multi account is not allowed

Also, we pay him 9k euros before his account was flag, and we have ALL the evidence about the other account he opened

We are sorry, but this is nothing new, multiaccount is not allowed at any online casino and each account counts

You don't know he has multiple or you can't find more because he only have two [the one being closed and this new one being opened]?

A bit out of context, but to clarify, some casino actually allows multi acc, as long as it's not used with malicious intent like bypassing limitation or abusing bonus.
295  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit account locked (Closed with 2.3k in it) no option for withdrawal. on: April 02, 2024, 11:34:07 AM
Yes, I have to say that I agree, given OP breached a ToS for a while and managed to make some profit about it. Nonetheless, Razer's reply here with the findings might help seal the case, so I can officially mark it as "resolved" on my list.

I think this already is considered resolved, no? Player states he did KYC with UK info and got banned as a result, making a $2k profit in the process. I don't even think there's any need for Razer to share anything more here as I don't know what could be added?

Basically, yes. With OP admitting that he breached their ToS by accessing Rollbit from restricted area, there should be nothing more for Razer to address. But from time to time, Razer surprises me with his decision, as a good gesture. So probably, he'll surprise us too with this one, where the case can be marked as resolved with OP locking the thread and editing the first title [i.e. OP agrees that the case is resolved as well].

Although... even without Razer's reply [which is justified on this case] or that he come with a similar decision as we currently have, that OP is already in profit and Rollbit will not spend another cent for him, I think I will change the status as resolved after 24 hours, as I am just waiting and see if Razer will want to say something.

Let's just say I much prefer every T's and I's are crossed and dotted.
296  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit account locked (Closed with 2.3k in it) no option for withdrawal. on: April 02, 2024, 11:20:30 AM
I will try to inform Razer about this, see if he has certain approach for this case and [perhaps] allow you the rest of the withdrawal and permanently lock you up right after. But personally, I think, if you're in overall profit, they wouldn't settle with allowing you to withdraw the rest of them, as those fund will be allocated to cover their loss due to the breach you made.

There is no reason, and should be no further attempts to give this user any more money.

That is awful. Sorry to hear about that bud. And I do appreciate you sticking up for me. Turns out the hunches of everyone who ever left a feedback for him was correct. I'm thinking a flag is probably warranted at this point but its late here and I'll have to take a closer inspection of the situation tomorrow. We now know we are dealing with a game-protect level sociopath who will stop at nothing to make a dirty buck in the sleaziest of ways possible. Possibly the worst type of characters that the forum has to endure.

Depending on the situation on LM's case, and under what condition and/or reason did he send USD 600 to JPR, I don't think a level 2 or 3 flag can be issued. No one enters a written or implicit contract with JPR. Best case scenario will be a type-1. It can be argued to be based on this situation [which he failed to address]:

[...]

Unless... a simple fleeting thought that I still have to take a deeper look at, but currently I think blackjack.fun can actually raise a level 2 or 3, a breach of agreement from the ToS side, as below, which he violates when he deliberately use the bug for his advantage [a petty revenge to other user] and effectively [3.10.] manipulate the market or element of the service in bad faith [the petty revenge] and/or [4.1.5.] disrupt and affect the activities of other customer and BJF's service, and [clearly] didn't make them whole with the whole accusations JPR made inside and outside the forum

For this to be true, though, we'll need to know if that's the ToS that JPR entered and agreed upon sign up and not an updated one that take into effect only after he left the platform.

Regarding the license, I don't consider it that important of an issue to negatively tag someone for it. It's misleading and deserves a neutral tag at worst if you ask me. If, of course, they lied about it. The major concern is whether a casino is or isn't scamming its players. That's why I am not asking about the license issue anymore, like JollyGood is.

TBH, I've left that matter quite a while too after taking another spin at this whole situation. What I base my opinion from, is that [the reputation of Anjouan aside] during the absence of license, there were no one reported or complained of being scammed by them. So yeah, misleading at best, but I personally am not interested to pursue this matter as it [far as I know, based on current narrative] doesn't cause someone to suffer financial loss.

I asked them to clarify it simply [if I may be honest] so we can cross it out of the list and address the more on-point topic that OP raised: clearing their name against JPR. Of which... Amongst the muds he sling, one can be easily cleared by clarifying the situation of that timer-bug exploit.

On a different note, has this degenerate now started scamming people? Little Mouse posted unreferenced feedback that he scammed him out of $600. I am guessing on Telegram or some other chat service where you can easily impersonate anyone.

I have been scammed by him ($600). He impersonated Shuffle founder on telegram. [...]

Do you mind to create a thread on scam accusation board about this? So it will be well documented and, upon supported by evidence, he can be tagged? Lest other campaign manager fall into the same situation.

If I may ventured a guess, he probably targeted campaigns who work with users who are against him. icopress, you might be interested to take a note about this attempt and be a bit more careful in the following days?
300  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: sportbet.one Has Scammed me out 2000$ on: April 01, 2024, 05:01:53 PM
Thank you for all the comments . I Do not have to post any images now. I would like to say ThankYou to Sportbet.one for doing the right thing. I woke up this morning and honestly was surprised to see my account was funded with the full amount of $1781. They know they messed up somewhere and solved the issue. Believe me if i would have done something against their bonus terms i would have said “ that’s on me” . Thank you For fixing this mistake.

Ok, this is a quick one. I was about to update my list and marking it as "invalid" while waiting for you to submit the supporting evidence, and it got resolved. Guess that indeed solves what I should write on the list.

Anyway, lock this thread, please? And mark the thread as resolved by editing the title of your first post? Thank you
