1261  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.GAME trying to SCAM BLATANTLY!! on: August 17, 2023, 05:57:01 PM
What exactly was the "violation", winning bets? Betby is full of scummy traders, I hope you can switch your oddsprovider ASAP because it will ruin your reputation even further.

You encounter 2/2 same issue on different casino that related to sportsbook. One from Bc.game and the other one is from Dexsports. You manage convince BC.game to pay you at their own expense by pressuring them using this scam accusation but I wonder how come you will experience same issue on different sportsbook if you really doesn’t violate the casino ToS.

I don’t know what you are doing behind but you have something shit going or else you will not have any issue. Your account was created just file a scam accusation to the casino that you have problem. Are you using the forum to get sympathy and pressure casino to get your way?

This is actually part of the reason why I asked BC.GAME my question. I'd like to know if there's more behind this case, if we need to take OP's cases with grains of salt or if OP is one of the unluckiest person on earth. Is it true that OP's KYC is locked and why is that?

BC said that, other than a case of violation of sportsbook on the part below that I snipped, dragged cases like OP's happen when they've been repetitively given explanation by CS,

[...]
This may seem like a long running case to you but you have to consider that players typically only resort to posting in forums after their issue has already been decided and they have been given an explanation by the CS, many times. Then, after spamming the support and support stops responding... then they find other avenues. [...]

but if we give OP's explanation of the situation a benefit of doubts, then this case is actually a case of negligence from BC's side.

OP reached them to inform them that he can't do KYC as it's locked --bug or whatever-- and based on what we can conclude from the current narrative, their customer service informed him repetitively but no solution was given or made. OP's KYC is still locked. I can only assume that they require KYC as a preliminary step of sportbetting abuse, so it rather doesn't make sense if they locked OP's KYC while they tried to find a ground on OP's case.

Meanwhile, from the other side of the table, if we take weight on Dexsport's explanation on the other thread, that OP violate their TnC, it'll be a recurring theme of OP.

Thus, I'd like to ask BC.GAME --I think this question does not and will not jeopardize their security algorithm of fraud detection, so I don't see why they can't answer this-- is it true that OP's KYC page is locked, in spite of him --according to what's implied on your statement-- been trying to solve it by repetitively reaching your customer service? If so, why is that?

Is there any way for members to get paid for their loses if they can prove they have coins stuck in whirlwind?
[...]

There's an ongoing discussion on their ANN about considering using funds escrowed by MJ to compensate what's lost by this... incident, but I think [if the idea is approved] the priority should be compensate those who deposited on whirlwind first, and later on to the campaign participants
1263  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.GAME trying to SCAM BLATANTLY!! on: August 17, 2023, 09:56:20 AM
I can say there was a clear violation of the sportsbook ToU made by the OP but after many conversations with the third-party risk management team, we decided not to comply with their decision and fixed the situation at our own expense. In the future, I hope the OP will read the terms of the sites he is using before making these types of accusations.
If there was a clear violation term of usage, there is no reason to pay players who violated the conditions. I assume you have paid this user; as you said, you guys fixed the situation at your own expense. The community cannot force you to pay someone who violates the rules. If a player does not accept the rules, he should not play on that platform.

For clarity, can you at least reveal whether this user gets paid? Sometimes accusers leave the thread silently, and the community never knows what happened. Let's say he was paid, but the thread remains unsolved. Opposite is possible as well.

The violation was not of our terms and conditions. This decision was made by a third party risk management team. We ultimately decided that we don't always agree with other platforms terms of use. Since a player was affected by this through our platform, we felt it was the right thing to do. We are able to learn and change so this type of situation will not happen again.

Wasn't the initial problem that OP raised is a KYC situation? OP tripped over a KYC trigger, which I assume --based on your explanation-- was triggered by a third party risk management team, and when he tried to submit the documents, he can't do it because there is no button to submit them?
1264  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Flip.gg deleting deposit Referrals on: August 16, 2023, 07:34:11 PM
Having read the back and forth on this Flip.gg issue here, I think it will be better to summon the casino if anyone knows the handle to its customer care or an active SM handle where they can be expediently reached. OP, I understand your plight and I know how annoying that situation can be. Let me play the devil's advocate here by assuming that by any chance flip.gg has a modus operadi of moving  referrals to a different section of their site once they make deposit? Have you ransacked the site to check if they actually moved your referral that way and that it wasn't a deletion?

Flip.gg is not on this forum, they don't have any ANN, as well as --far as I know-- any account or community manager that can represent on their behalf. So there's no way to summon them. If they're here, I'll be more than happy to bring this matter to their awareness and invite them to address this issue.

As been repetitively informed, their clearnet has been down for a while, their tor version is still up and running though. Charles-Tim already gave you a guide on how to use the tor site from the other thread. If you're still unclear about how to use tor and want to try to access their tor site, I can guide you step by step. But, the current advise for the time being is to refrain from depositing until the pending transactions came through.
1266  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Dexsport.io HUGE SCAM on: August 16, 2023, 11:12:30 AM
You have posted an image where it is mentioned that you have multi accounts. Multi-account cant be considered the maximum of the platform. If you really have multi accounts then they are not scammers. And if you don't have a multi-account then you should prof that you don't have a multi-account. You should provide KYC documents and others for that.
It is mentioned by who? Them lying out of their teeth to simply refuse paying?  Cheesy
I have only used Dexsport.io ONCE and they are lying thieves. You probably work for them or something. There are A LOT of bad reviews about them online which I missed to read before using them this week.
Their wallets are EMPTY and have no activity either.

First of all, I'll post the BBcode version of the [currently] only image you provide so anyone can see things easier

with that made visible, I'd urge you to edit the opening post with the format and more evidences than what the image above provide us, as logfiles suggested. This board runs on evidences, it'll be very much appreciated and helpful if you can give proper materials to back up your claim for the DTs to tag them [you do aware that you can tag them yourself too, right?] if they're proven to be the wrong side here, because the current evidences you gave is... very limited and didn't give us enough insight.

I will also urge you to inform them [preferably after you edited this thread with proper format] about this thread. Your post on their ANN did not direct them to this accusation thread and they probably didn't know where to address your issue. I can do that for you if you want to [though I don't see why], but I'd prefer to do it after you made this thread "complete".

And lastly, no, I am somewhat sure that shasan is not working for them.
1267  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betnomi scam exit & past winners must be careful with Betnomi-branded wallets on: August 16, 2023, 09:54:04 AM
No need to think too much about how to deal with these issue, just don't accept the wallet or not participate at all, the possibility that the wallet is already tampered is already high considering Betnomi is confirmed to be a scam already. The only problem now would be for these people to continue to trust them which none of us can't stop but at the least we've warned them about this. From what I can deduce from all of this, I will be predicting that we will see someone post a topic in this board about how their funds are stolen from their Ledger wallet and then will say that it's a gift from Betnomi.

Three things. One, no one can "not accept" the wallet as it's been sent months ago, the receiver already received the wallet, it can't be undone. Two, no one can participate on the free-raffle/giveaway anymore as it's been done months ago, the events are no longer exist. And three, if you bother to read at least one or two latest posts --if not few more-- to get a better grasp of the latest situation and development of a case before posting, you'll see GazetaBitcoin Grizzly-ta-Bear-coin gave a very nice summary of his very long and extensive due dilligence on the other thread about the ledger.

Sup?
Look at that, it seems I found another name for you, LOL

1268  Economy / Reputation / Re: Haunebu and 3kpk3 - merit system abuse on: August 15, 2023, 08:31:10 AM
I'll quote this one as it summarizes the latest exchanges of communication. Has someone suffered a damage or financial lost caused by the user you mentioned? Or, does the user you mentioned poses a risk of causing other user financial damage?

Do you think fraud is only about money? I have provided evidence of cheating. Are you defending someone who deliberately wanted to cheat the community?

They're [arguably] abusing merit, I'll take your word for that and won't bother to crosscheck, but do they cheat the community that warrant a negative feedback? You requested us, the DTs, why doesn't we leave them a negative feedback. And you've been repetitively asked, "what scam?"

Perhaps I should invite you to reacquaint yourself with what trust feedback said and dictate,

Do the users you mentioned poses a high-risk to the community if they trade with them? If you can provide arguments backed with evidences that they poses such threat --thus will potentially scam the community-- I'll probably consider about leaving tag. Otherwise, it's a case of merit abuse, not a scam.
1269  Economy / Reputation / Re: Haunebu and 3kpk3 - merit system abuse on: August 15, 2023, 06:03:32 AM
...Merit system abuse!

Is it a scam or not? Say it straight and we'll all know what to do whit it

It's not.

If a DT member tags you for something stupid involving merit (ie. probably anything less than selling merit), then they're not going to be a DT member for much longer.

If theymos says this, don't expect much from the DTs in this regard.

Congratulations! You just justified every merit scam!  Grin

I'll quote this one as it summarizes the latest exchanges of communication. Has someone suffered a damage or financial lost caused by the user you mentioned? Or, does the user you mentioned poses a risk of causing other user financial damage?
1270  Economy / Reputation / Re: Haunebu and 3kpk3 - merit system abuse on: August 15, 2023, 03:41:19 AM
[...]

As I wrote earlier, this is information that has been found by other users. I don't know how these two accounts managed to avoid the consequences of this scam. I'm guessing this is just an oversight.

I don't understand this part. Which scam is this? The merit abuse? Or did you find another evidences [that you're yet to present here on this thread] that they scammed someone?
1271  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SPORTSBET.io falsely accuses me of multi-accounting, and REFUSES to pay my money on: August 15, 2023, 03:15:07 AM
Well I hope so, because with my KYC there are no more accounts, and I made a legal use at all times of your casino and complying with your policies, I hope you unlock my money fast. thanks to all.  Undecided

On that case, if your story is what actually happened and it's a simple mix up, you can rest assured that SB will sort everything up. For the time being, I noticed no one asked you yet if you're the only one accessing SB in your home. Are you?
1272  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Whirlwind.money - withdrawals are not being processed ⚠️ on: August 15, 2023, 03:01:00 AM
Thanks for the heads-up for the community. It is wise to wait until we get some feedback from their representatives and the service gets back on track before using it. There is not much you can do except wait and hope that the service will resume its normal operations soon. I suggest that you avoid using this service until the situation is resolved. I hope you get your money back soon.

Given the complexity of the situation and the potential risks involved, it's recommended to follow the advice of LoyceV and exercise caution when using the Whirlwind.money service. It would be prudent to await further communication from the service's representatives and to gather more information about the ongoing issues before making any further deposits or withdrawals. Always prioritize the security of your funds and stay informed about the latest developments.

I think you're a bit behind on the development of the entire whirlwind's situation. There's already a reply and explanation made by Hhampuz on their ANN thread, which also quoted by Logfiles on post #14 of this thread.
1273  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SPORTSBET.io falsely accuses me of multi-accounting, and REFUSES to pay my money on: August 15, 2023, 02:15:56 AM
There were not enough evidences to conclude your situation here to determine what's really going on. I will try to reach SB's representatives and see what he thought about this matter and give SB's side of the story. They are very attentive and handled cases fairly if it's proven to be a simple misunderstanding. Please give more time and wait a moment for my PM to be notified by them.
1274  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How to check hardware integrity of Ledger wallets on: August 15, 2023, 02:09:57 AM
You've made tests which mean the products haven't been tampered. It's asking for big trust from ppl if they're using any thing given by Betnomi it's a risk they shouldn't take. Users shouldn't use them because if their balances became empty they won't forgive Betnomi.

Conclusion

Having these said, I guess that the owners of Betnomi Ledgers can relax now, as their products are not tampered with. Those which want though can perform the above steps for checking their wallets' hardware integrity on their own. However, I don't recommend this, unless you don't care if the device gets fully damaged or unless you are used to opening electronic device / fix them / etc. Smiley

It is very sad that icopress is having a huge loss because of Betnomi but, at least, they were not that evil to tamper the devices they raffled on the forum.

Pretty much sure the post you quoted just proven the exact opposite of your comment. Gazeta Tabloid spent a lot of time writing the post, and even longer time figuring every details and doing every steps needed to check the ledger's integrity, and they came clean.

Yes, people is advised to exercise caution when they use the ledger and they could do what Tabloid did [dismantling the device] if they want extra security, but it's proven that the ledgers are not tampered. Thus, if the balance became empty at one point, it's not necessarily Betnomi's fault. You do aware that there are a lot of malicious entities out there in crypto-space who perpetually tried to steal other people's fund, right?

By the way, supp...?

1275  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crashino.com Scam $80 winnings were not paid. on: August 14, 2023, 04:42:01 AM
I didn't get what the OP's saying about $50 deposits or free spins. The only part I've understood was he's owed $80. OP's said he's received $150 but his balance was $230.19 so he's $80 missing.

The screenshot of the conversation explained it quite clearly, OP deposited 50$, got a promo bonus of 100 free spins from that deposit, and won 110 USD from it.
1276  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crashino.com Scam $80 winnings were not paid. on: August 13, 2023, 11:48:14 PM
I am trying hard to understand [I guess my brain is in slow mode today] so please guide me down the road slowly. I understand correctly that you deposited 50 USD, and won 110 from a free roll bonus given from that deposit, and then you played another game, Kraken's Sky Bounty, and won 112.28 USD with free roll from it, as referred on your game replayable here?

1277  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com Do not trust the Marketing and Promotions team. on: August 13, 2023, 10:21:56 PM
I can see that OP is online earlier today and didn't comment further about the issue. I think OP now understand what's the promotion about and the misunderstanding that happened. OP, as this situation is clarified and cleared, can you please lock this topic and mark them as solved?
1278  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: August 13, 2023, 01:08:16 AM
[...]
Here's my theory. I don't know if you have seen a Black Mirror episode, "Smithereens", but what's happening here with Betnomi might be similar to the events in that episode, [...]

If I am not mistaken, the crisis in that episode ended in less than one day, if not mere hours, and definitely not weeks. And if we take a second to suppose that's what happened, Sorsis took a month-off, it still doesn't explain the other situation where the entire website slowly dissipates into void, admins of tg goes frenzy, social medias followed the website into the void, etc.
1279  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com Do not trust the Marketing and Promotions team. on: August 12, 2023, 06:00:38 AM
[...]
Thus, in a way, OP is not even eligible to enter the contest as his answer is wrong, he didn't enroll his own account, he enrolled Stake's.
It's indeed doesn't display the username at all, unfortunately, but below the "stake" username column there is a wallet and visibility icon which is a common privacy feature on many platforms. I'm not Stake user, is it possible that the username can be hidden which means the OP really sent his own account picture?

I think you still understand it wrongly. First of all, I am sure you understand now that Stake's promo is to reward the oldest account which enrolling to the competition, not to point out the oldest account known. For example, if bitcointalk provided the same competition, I should enrolled mine, registered on 3rd of February 2016 instead of pointing and "enrolling" theymos [registered 9th February 2010], I can not and may not enrolled theymos'.

OP's case, he misunderstood the instruction, he pointed out "theymos" instead of enrollling his own account.
1280  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com Do not trust the Marketing and Promotions team. on: August 12, 2023, 12:15:18 AM
I think there is a misunderstanding here!
The wording of the question is a bit confusing, especially for non native speakers. I think what they meant is not "what was the first account ever registered on stake?" , for which the answer is obvious. Rather, they meant" which one of you (followers) owns the oldest account?".
If my understanding is right then you didn't win as your answer was not valid.

I agree with what rat03gopoh said above, though. Not setting a precise deadline leaves room for manipulation.

I am seconding this, reading the details in the opening post --and before reading khaled0111's comment-- gave me an impression that OP hit a language barrier. The promo was about rewarding oldest user by asking them to provide their account's name and age, not Stake's own account. Thus, in a way, OP is not even eligible to enter the contest as his answer is wrong, he didn't enroll his own account, he enrolled Stake's.
