Nunes is too intimidating for Aldana, she just watch Nunes do her thing. At 35 and with two belts still with her, I think its also a good time for Nunes to retire.
The only solid strike Irene Aldana was able to connect was in the first round, there was a moment when i thought Amanda Nunes would gas out but Irene Aldana did not pick up the pace and it is sad to see that Amanda Nunes announced her retirement as i wanted to see the rubber match between Julianna Peña as she is the only person that could defeat Amanda Nunes.

Australia nailed the coffin and won the World Test Championship final and the Indian players can complain about the fatigue after playing a long IPL season for the loss  Cheesy. I doubt whether winning the toss would have made any difference and Australia played well especially Travis Head who was attacking at run a ball and the patient innings of Steven Smith.

Positive aspect about India is that Ajinkya Rahane played a well after returning to the team after a long gap.

P.S. Ruud vs Djokovic tomorrow guys! I will be betting on Djoko.
Novak Djokovic is looking to capture his 23rd grand slam title and with the form he is performing throughout this tournament he will be etching his name in history once he wins this tournament. Historically Novak Djokovic has defeated Casper Ruud in their previous encounters and has a 100% win record and hence the odds are staked against Casper Ruud.

Manchester City is indeed the favorite for the UCL final this time, even on the handicap bet, to get at least x2, the bettor for Manchester City must be willing to choose -1 for Manchester City. Of course, all of this isn't unreasonable, this can all happen because Manchester City did perform beyond expectations, they won the PL, then won the FA Cup. People think that Manchester City will not waste the chance to get the treble winner, that's why Manchester City is the favourite.
Manchester City is the favorite to win but i have seen huge bets placed on Inter Milan to win in some of the gaming sites. I am thinking about placing a bet on both teams to score as both teams have a scoring record and Manchester City has conceded goals in their past 5 or 6 away matches, so i think it is a safe bet to make rather than looking for money line.

Anyone who is supporting him in this better stop. Because this was certainly a very international post by him, doesn’t matter what he says. We all know about how Muslims are treated by India and also in India they often force Muslim people to say “jay sree ram” and if Muslims do not say it, they actually torture the Muslims, and even after saying that the Muslims do not get away because they end up murdering Muslims. India is always trying to be the best people in the world, but their action says otherwise. And this guy is nothing different. He has pure hatred towards Muslims and Islam and that’s exactly what was shown by that post.
That is a broader statement because i am also from India from the Southern most part and there is no issue we are facing like you mentioned and more over there is not much right wing influence in my part of the world. I am aware of the propaganda that is been brewed by the BJP government and there is attack on people of other religion in the Northern part of India but to say that these are taking place everywhere is not true.

Australia should be the winner considering the situation they are in right now. And I also think that Australia will hope that India tries to score really quickly like tried in the first innings. Because that is going to give Australia more chances to pick up quick wickets. Australia is in a very dominating position right now. The lead is already 320.
The lead is closing towards 400 runs and it is becoming an impossible target for India to even think about chasing. The seventh wicket partnership between Alex Carey and Mitchell Starc is creating the headache for India as they have already build a 62 run partnership and keep on moving forward until they declare the innings and India will be planning to play the long innings for a draw which is highly unlikely.

After this defeat of UAE against west indies will shift the series from 2-0 to whitewash, current performance of UAE is not enough to servive in Cricket world they should need a lot of improvement because they can't even score above 200 in ODI format and just lose most of his wicket in early stage,
Previous two matches performance was similar disappointed results hope they will learn after participating in his own league and some international event appearance,
Currently west indies performance show how they love power hitting, still they have dozen of over left but they chased down the small target before 30th over...
If you thought UAE was a strong enough team to face a team like West Indies, then you are mistaken. If they play against another associate country then you can expect them to score above 200 runs and win matches but not against full member teams.

West Indies is also having a fairly young team and yet UAE is not able to compete against them which shows their level.

Idk what their metrics and guidelines in scoring would be, and even if they come up with one, how sure are we that it's something that can be standardized anyway? It's a futile effort to push sex as a sport, or even think about gambling with it.
When i saw the post, initially thought it was a joke but on searching the metric for judging is really funny. It will be fun to watch as the participants will be selected like a reality television show like Big Brother and it will be like an adult movie and the major rule they will be following is the Kama Sutra which is an ancient Indian text on sexuality, eroticism and emotional fulfillment in life.

This is the rules and metrics they are following on judging different criteria.
289  Economy / Speculation / Re: SEC Lawsuit Against Binance Is Likely To Hit Bitcoin Price on: June 09, 2023, 03:49:43 PM

SEC can't just stopping firing at all exchange companies they suspect fishy activities. Don't forget that Coinbase and Coinme are also victims, and there court case is still active.
It is evident that SEC is after the cryptocurrency market, they are targeting tokens that raised money and now they are targeting Tier 1 cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance and Coinbase because if they are able to drag them to court and defeat them then it would be easier for them to go after smaller business entities that are handling cryptocurrencies.

Do you think SEC's lawsuit case will create more damage to the BTC price ?

Is it possible for all crypto exchange companies in the US to avoid SEC's trouble ?.
Even if there is a correction, it will be momentary. The government has to pass a new bill for cryptocurrencies.
290  Economy / Exchanges / Re: SEC sues Binance and CZ on: June 08, 2023, 11:00:44 PM
I'm not familiar with the legalities here but what I can't seem to understand is why is CZ still running Binance.us with everything that has been happening with BUSD and the CFTC lately.
It is evident that the SEC Chairman Gary Gensler is targeting the big leagues with the claim that cryptocurrencies are securities and they sued coins earlier when they targeted XRP and now they are targeting exchanges. If they back down and move out SEC will start targeting other smaller exchanges and crypto related businesses, Let the big teams fight for the rights rather than surrendering.

Thier main batter look tired due to consecutive 2 month of IPL which result in quick early dismissal before adding any significant runs in this important match, curry India are in big big trouble the only thing they have to just hold the wicked and build big as possible partnership....
May be a long IPL season might be the reason for the disastrous performance by India. The partnership between Travis Head and Steven Smith took Australia to a good total but the way in which the Indian bowlers came back was incredible but then the batsmen were a big failure and the only hope is Ajinkya Rahane and if India losses another wicket then they might even be forced to follow on as they have a weak tail end.

Indian players do not handle their own social media. There is always a PR team that works on it. For him GT would provide that PR team. If you want to blame someone then blame GT. The rivalry that was created between Kohli and Navin was all part of PR. It's unfortunate that a political issue was posted from a IPL players Instagram handle. The first principal of a player is to be always remain away from politics. The reason behind cricket fans only have one religion and that is cricket.
He is playing for Gujrat and the narrative is clear from which source these hatred originates. Who knows whether he was forced to do so to retain his place in the squad and then come up with the normal narrative that the account is hacked  Grin.

But I don't think that Yash Dayal has this luxury. He is yet to appear for India, and his IPL contract is worth just ₹3.2 crore per year. I don't think that someone else is managing his account.
Are you saying that someone earning ₹3.2 Crore annual plus addition monetary benefits by playing domestic matches and advertisement revenue wont be able to keep a management team to manage his account when some of the small time models are appointing management teams to maintain their social media pages Cheesy.
293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should cryptocurrency be banned in a country with a population of 240 million? on: June 07, 2023, 07:35:26 PM

I myself have decided that I will not sell my Bitcoin but I have transferred my Bitcoin to my hard wallet where I believe my Bitcoin are safe, because I think that Bitcoin is a great choice for investment, here my capital is safer and more profitable than in a bank.Despite the ban, I will hold Bitcoin because Bitcoin is the best investment.
That is the best decision you can make rather than selling off the coins when your government decides to stifle the growth of cryptocurrency market. Even the Indian government implemented a 30% tax with additional 4% cess and 1% TDS tax whenever you sell any cryptocurrency assets. If a country implements these strict regulation major players will move to safer markets.

Nunez struggled to win over Pena in their first fight when Nunez decides to fight standing. Doing it again with Aldana will be risky as well to which Nunez will likely lose as well against a striker with luck.

Without luck, victory will be with Nunez still. Aldana has less than 50 chance of wining against the tested Nunez.
I am rooting for Amanda Nunes to win the fight against Irene Aldana, there is a recent resurgence from Mexican fighters winning championships but i am not sure about her training camp. Against Julianna Peña Nunes gassed out pretty fast as Pena was countering her strikes and not backing down and in the rematch she was calculated in her attacks and i am expecting the same against Irene.

Australia is in a good position even though they lost Usman Khawaja for a duck, Travis Head is counter attacking and scoring at run a ball and on the verge of scoring a century as he is one run short of his century and Smith played a patient knock. India needs to break this partnership if not Australia will run away with this match.

Edit: Travis Head scored his century.

I absolutely understand what is owned by whom and still one of the most valuable aspect of European soccer is the deeply rooted culture. You won't make baseball the number 1 sport in Europe and you won't make soccer the number 1 sport in USA. You can buy the fastest camels and start a camel racing league in Europe, but it won't go anywhere compared to soccer.
Football is already the favorite sporting event for Arabs in general not only in Saudi Arabia for the entire Arab region. So you do not need to ignite anything to make it popular.

Soccer has already been the most popular sport in Saudi Arabia and yet it is where it is. Money can do a lot, but if you can't copy and preserve the culture it will unsustainable in the long run. A Saudi buying a club in Europe has more fun than a Saudi trying to build a European club in Saudi Arabia. Do the maths.
Saudi started to become liberal recently and hence they are welcoming major events and opening their door to global sporting events. They are not keen on generating money from the public, they already have enough wealth to sign major players irrespective of the profit they earn, that is a major difference from other sporting nations.

Your last point is about the Chinese Asian market and yes that is a very valid consideration. But there is still some cultural identification and that is why European players really never liked going to Chinese clubs because we are so different and that is ok.
I never mentioned the Chinese market, it is one aspect of Asia, there are countries like Korea, Japan, India who have a major fan following in Football and there are over 50 leagues in Asia alone. There is a reason Chinese clubs are not signing European players because they are not willing to shell out the money considering the profit margins but Saudi has the money and they are willing to spend and develop their league and that is the major difference.

You can't just buy one Messi per team and say you have a great league. Just as an example, try to calculate what it would cost in salaries to build a 2015 Real Madrid and Barcelona in the SPL to at least have a clasico that the whole world will be watching because it is the highest quality soccer you can get from clubs. Then you need persistence, so let's say you build those two clubs and Atletico to keep it extra exciting and all three clubs for 7 years. Only salaries.
They are not trying to replicate el clasico but to have a world renowned player and get mentored by them is a huge deal. With time they will be able to build up a team well enough to compete on a global scale.

PSG is playing Al Nassr next month in a friendly match, why do you think that is happening. They have the ability in their pockets to invite European clubs to view the matches they wanted to see.

That's a problem, remember one time Harsha Bhogle was sacked from a commentary gig because he criticized Dhoni, which Dhoni & his cheerleader didn't like. There were a couple of other reasons too but this was one of the major reasons he got axed.
Even during the match against GT when Dhoni took the route to delay for 4 minutes, Harsha Bhogle made a comment saying that they should have a cut out time for the time of play rather than the overall timing so that no captain can follow the same route to bypass that restriction  Cheesy.

~
You are a biased fan  Tongue, which is fine and I've no problem with that. Maybe if David Warner or Aiden Markram were up against Dhoni in exactly the same situation then maybe, just maybe lol you know.  Grin
If it was any other player then the Indian media and the fans would go against him. MSD has a place in the hearts of fans and there is no denying the fact that he was the best captain and a finisher and so is the reason fans are travelling whenever he plays.

Not watching a match live but placed a bet on Afghanistan anyway, odds were too good to ignore at @14.50.

Not expecting much from Afghanistan as a target is quite high, which is above par and the longer the format becomes it gets tough for a team like Afghanistan despite their t-20 bravado.
The odds are too good to ignore but if the top order could take the team closer and if Rashid Khan was in the team then there was an opportunity to challenge Sri Lanka. Unfortunately they lost too many top order wickets now as they lost their 6th wicket for 160 runs and it is a daunting task and it is a matter of time the Sri Lankan bowlers finish the tail and level the series.

Lionel Messi never wanted to prove anything to Paris Saint Germaine fans because of his soured relationship with them. The fans of the club had spent almost all the just concluded season bashing and attacking him. So he just wanted to play out his current contract with the club and peacefully leave  he French capital
Lionel Messi is not happy with the club and the management for a long time and the fans are not happy and it is reflecting in his performance and the entire clubs as they are not able to play as a team in some of the matches.

I actually did not expect PSG to loose the match after leading the score 2 down and i have seen huge bets on the match and full credits to Clermont defenders as PSG was on attack mode most of the time and yet they were not able to score after the 21st minute.

300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has Bitcoin Lost it's Fervor for Percentage Gains? on: June 03, 2023, 06:00:16 PM
People seem to have become millionaires in previous bull cycles with modest investments in BTC & ETH.  If I invested in 1 BTC, is it enough to make me a millionaire by the next bull run, or are there an elite number of alt coins that could help me safely achieve what BTC & ETH once did?
If you are looking to become a millionaire investing in coins other than BTCitcoin, then luck is a major factor. Couple of months ago there are users who invested in Pepe coin which was a meme coin and majority who had the guts to take a chance made a fortune. There is even some topics regarding that about someone who invested $250 but missed out on making a fortune because he sold them thinking it was a scam.

So luck is a major factor when it comes to making a fortune if you are planning to invest in coins other than BTCitcoin.
