Yeh absolutely some of his crutial player are missing the big series against India, the player like Kane Williamson, Glenn Phillips, Trent Boult, Tim Southee, Ish Sodhi and many more who can contribute with team performance in order to prevent his team whitewash defeat against India in this ODI series. I don't want to say that India beat the team whose key player are missing but just I want to say that if these player were available for this series then it will be nail biting match and may be the result will be different.
Glen Phillips was in the team, New Zealand missed Kane Williamson without a doubt but do you really think that Trent Boult and Tim Southee could make a difference in Indian conditions. The first match was really interesting as Michael Bracewell took the team from an impossible situation to a near victory but then the rest were clearly one sided encounters.

He ended up cheating on his girlfriend and had a public spat with her and some relatives. Some videos actually posted subtitles. I don't think he will be returning as a professional commentator anytime soon.
Just because his girlfriend thinks that he is cheating does not necessarily means he is. If she had common sense, she would not behave like that in public and to slap him and now Michael Clarke should take all the blame because her lady thinks she cheated and slapped him in public  Roll Eyes. We should not bother too much into anyone's private life and get to a conclusion, even if he did cheat, why should he remove himself from Cricket or any role he does, as everyone else is in the moral high ground.

On the women's side, Swiatek has been knocked out by Rybakina, is anyone betting
on the women's side? I have only had 1 bet that's it, it's very unpredictable.
I lost a 10 match parlay because of this match, stupid enough to place a bet on the match against the Wimbledon champion as i did not anticipated this upset in direct sets and not just because of her number 1 ranking but considering Iga Swiatek was in great form throughout the week and she could not handle Elena Rybakina and to loose the match without much fight is disappointment. It is better to wage a bet on live matches rather than pre match bets.
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Australia launches stablecoin on: January 22, 2023, 04:59:30 PM
I guess that many will not like it but Australia launches their stable coin backed by Australian Dollars. There goes the CBDC from other countries like China and this seems is going to be the source of the money that shall flow for the next bull run and this trend might continue for next years.
Like many others, i do not think that a centralized stable currency will help the entire cause of having a decentralized currency, it might help if the main target is to pump and dump like we are seeing every rally but i really do not like the direction in which the space is moving forward. More control by the government and asset freezing will be the headline in a few years, it will help in countering the scams but privacy is at stake.

Nah, that's almost certainly not right and Ariel misunderstood and others have been reporting on that falsely. Jon Jones apparently got around 8 million for his full deal and Ariel asked Francis if that was the same he got offered and he said something along the lines of it was around the same but that will likely be for Jon Jones full 8 fight deal. There's no way Francis is getting 8 million per fight. Connor probably doesn't even get that and the most Francis got paid before was half a million. He can get a million+ for fights now but no way he's getting 8 million per fight.
The details of the contract details is exactly what Francis Ngannou said even in his youtube channel and with Ariel.

Half a million is the disclosed amount Francis Ngannou got from his last fight, according to Michael Bisping you get 4 to 5 times the disclosed amount when PPV amount and other revenues are calculated and since you touched Conor McGregor, the disclosed amount in his last fight is around $5 million published through the commission but he took home around $33 million for his last fight.

Surprized by Texeira vs Hill performance. I think I have underestimated Hill and overestimated Texeira. And I think a lot of people did the same. At least based on picks here and on sportsbet.io prediction competition.
Jamahal Hill clearly does not have the championship experience and if it was any other opponent other than an aging Glover Teixeira i think he would have been in trouble during the championship rounds. Glover Teixeira struggled to take the fight to the ground and when he took the fight to ground finally he was not able to do the damage, disappointed with the striking of Glover Teixeira as he is clearly slowing down.

easy money all in on Deiveson Figueiredo -

He has more power, better mindset and they do it on Brazil this time which his his own country.
Was waiting for this day to comment on this topic   Wink, Deiveson Figueiredo lost the first two rounds and the fight is live and for Brandon Moreno to come to enemy territory he should be really prepared after all the fights they had between them and the third round is also going with Brandon Moreno as he is dominating the round.

To change your title, there is two more rounds left  Cheesy . Deiveson Figueiredo is beaten badly in the third round as well  Cheesy.

Edit:
Doctor stopped the fight as Deiveson Figueiredo was beaten badly and it is time to change the topic title  Tongue.

But nevertheless, I am still very happy to see the century from Steve Smith. It was a very interesting century. The first innings were absolutely full of fireworks. The Batsman of Sydney sixers came out guns blazing.
Missed this match and have to watch the highlights of the innings from Steve Smith.

Watched the Under 19 World Cup between India and Australia, India had a really disappointing day with the bat but the Aussies struggled a bit with the bat even though they won the match in the end chasing a small total of 87, Indian captain was really disappointing with the field positions allowing them  to rotate the strike which eased the pressure.
608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 21, 2023, 10:35:05 AM
^^ After a competitive first ODI, New Zealand batting failed completely as they lost their 8th wicket for just 103 runs. Did not expect such a one sided match and the Indian fast bowlers were tearing the batsman and if the pitch gives the same returns when India comes to bat and if they are able to pick some early wickets then the match can be dragged for a little longer.

Most chances this will survive for long time because we have good number of test format lovers in few countries like England, Australia and India with this we have no danger for this format even domestic set up will also help this because still many players are love to play this because they are feeling they are better and have good technique and skills which are helpful for having this format in their first choice
There is no denying the fact that Test matches are dying, how many audience you see during a match, even during the recently concluded Test series in Pakistan where the matches are held after a long period, the crowd was not there as expected and hardly you will see a full house crowd during Test matches unless it is the Ashes or the level of competition is good and majority of the players retire from the Test format early to focus on the shorter format and it is a fact.
610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is FTX going for a reopen? on: January 20, 2023, 06:00:52 PM
As I was doing my usual Friday market check-in, I came across an unbelievable story about a new FTX CEO wanting to reopen FTX, and FTT token surged 30% on the news.

I'm really curious to hear your opinion about this. Is there something I'm missing? Why would anyone be willing to go back to FTX after what it did to the industry?
Do you really think that a company who siphoned customer funds will be able to regain the trust of investors. That ship has sailed and even if they want to re open the exchange, hardly you will see any investors trusting their funds with the exchange. First they need to refund the money stolen from the users and if they are able to settle everything which is highly unlikely they can open.

The interview with Ariel is well worth a watch for those who want to hear Francis' side of the story. It seems like he's walking away from a very large amount of money. What he was asking for wasn't unreasonable but I don't think the UFC is willing to give fighters those things. It looks like they tried to get him on a huge fight deal probably similar to the 8-fight deal Jon Jones was on but then he wanted a three fight deal which Francis seemed to think he could get done in a year which was optimistic.
From what i understand the contract given to Francis Ngannou was a 3 fight deal with $8 million a fight and then the PPV money which is obviously multiple times more than the guaranteed amount. The reason he rejected the offer is he wanted more freedom from his contract and he wanted to fight Tyson Fury or similar boxers and the UFC rejected that completely and he wanted health insurance all year round and we can say that he was doing this for the rest of the fighters but you cannot bend the UFC like that because if they bow down to his demands then the rest of the fighters will start demanding these.

We might see a fight between Francis Ngannou and Tyson Fury and it will earn him a huge purse, the problem will be, what will happen after that, none of the promotions will be able to match the offer the UFC gave and with a loss in boxing which is obvious, UFC will not match that contract even if Francis Ngannou wants to return to the UFC.

Fight fans look out for Sharaputdin Magomedov from Dagestan, he is a Middleweight fighter with heavy kicking game and counter strikes and refuses to go to the ground unless the opponent forces him. Finally he is signed to the UFC and look out for some spectacular striking technics from him and a title contender in a short period.
612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 19, 2023, 09:17:51 PM
If Tottenham ends up winning this game based on the current score line of 0:2, it means Arsenal will be 8 points ahead of Manchester City and the title hope of City will be looking more difficult for them to hold. Right now Manchester City coach needs to prove himself by bringing players that will bring changes to the score line because a very good substitution in the second half can bring a total change to the score line we see in this game.

What's your opinion on the current scoreline between Manchester City and Tottenham?
I was not expecting 2 goals from Tottenham during the closing stages of the first half but in the second half Manchester City has risen and scored back to back goals just like Tottenham did in the second half and the match is really interesting as Manchester City is attacking all guns ablaze and i am expecting more goals and hopefully we wont be seeing further defensive blunders from Manchester City.

Edit: Manchester City defense is giving huge openings and just now they were lucky Tottenham did not score again Roll Eyes.
613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Miss Universe 2023 betting. on: January 19, 2023, 08:51:08 PM
Hi guys, Miss universe 2023 will be tomorrow in my timezone. I'd like to ask if you know what bookies are offering the betting odds.

I have already searched from all the bookies I'm using but no betting odds are offered.
The event is over and R'Bonney Gabriel won the event, but you will not be able to see a betting odds that is judged without a criteria that is yet known to anyone as only a select few make those judgement and there are plenty of inside politics at play and no bookies will be able to give out a odds on that, if you found any which bookie was offering them, the same with Oscars but we have betting odds on that but everyone can review the movies and have an opinion.
614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Vs Cardano on: January 19, 2023, 07:22:46 PM
There's a high possibility for Cardano to take over the top spot only if ETH will remain slow and expensive.
Things are not that worse in ETH like it used to be, the fees have dropped down but it is still expensive but still people use them and as long as there are developers and investors invested in ETH it will rally.

Its actually hard to tell because many are still using ETH network despite of the issues with the fees and the slower network. Honestly, I don't want to choose because I believe both of them have a bright future so better to hold both than to choose on which one is better, time can tell but for now ETH is still the top choice of many.
Since it is a purely speculative market, you never know when some of the crazy investors start investing heavily in Cardano and once that happens the price would rally.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Fury pulls out again. His girlfriend is due to have her baby soon, not that he needs an excuse to run away from a fight Wink
How many times they will set this match up and even i am in the opinion that we wont be seeing this fight this time around as well, there should be a betline whether Tommy Fury would pull out of the fight  Cheesy. Hope there is something written in the contract that Tommy Fury cannot pull out of the fight until it is a major injury or the wise move would be to have a back up plan if the fight did not go as planned.

It will be great if some one help me by setting up a Blockchain Court of Justice ?  I think the legal matter and Justice need the decentralized, non government Blockchain Court of Justice, where any one and every can cast their verdict as Jury  after reading the case submitted by the Victims.
You want a kangaroo court for the entire cryptocurrency space  Grin. Better we have a reputation and scam accusation thread, if you have any issues with any project or individual regarding any scam accusation in the cryptocurrency space, you can post them here and with enough proof and validation the users who are anonymous will raise their opinion about the situation and what more do we need as this is the forum where everything about cryptocurrency are discussed.

New Zealand have been playing very well so far and the way they have been collecting runs they deserve to win this match, they now need 83 runs from 48 balls which is almost two runs per ball. If they play like this it is possible to collect these runs but I am afraid of their game and confused that they will be able to do it because India is a very smart team so it will be very difficult to play against them.
Michael Bracewell almost took the game away from India single handedly and one hell of an innings and if not for Lord Thakur yorker he could have taken New Zealand to a memorable victory. From 131 for 6 at one point and taking the team closer to the target is one hell of an innings and Mohammed Siraj was crucial by picking wickets at crucial times and i really thought Rohit Sharma messed up by giving the last over to Thakur.
618  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Influencers, affiliate links and scams on: January 17, 2023, 08:09:09 PM
Do you believe so-called influencers are concerned about investors? Do you believe their followers are genuine? I don't believe it, and I wouldn't believe them either. Yes, they may have some genuine followers, but when those followers are deceived by his affiliate links, they will unfollow that influencer. It's quite simple.
Influencers are basically scammers who take money from any company to advertise them and they literally never care about the reputation of the product and all they care about is how much they are able to earn by promoting them and there are a lot of self made influencers popping up on a daily basis.

As a result, we can conclude that they do not have genuine followers. Influencers are paid by the team as well as by affiliates. So they don't need to worry about his followers because he only cares about money.
The problem is, real celebrities like Floyd Mayweather, John McAfee, Tom Brady promoting scams and that is the biggest problem we are facing in this space. Hope everyone pays their price for promoting these scams in the form of huge fines and then they will think twice before promoting any scams.
619  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Argentina to Pressure Citizens on Declaring Their Crypto on: January 15, 2023, 07:38:45 PM

Citizens who declare their assets and tokens on the voluntary forms would be subject to tax at a rate of 2.5% unless they aren’t high earners. According to the bill, individuals who have under $50,000 worth of assets will be charged at a lower initial rate of 1.5%. "
It is a fair tax rate at this moment unlike some stupid governments charging 30% and on top of that a 1% cess on every transaction. once you declare the assets and if they raise the tax tab then the government has all the declared asset details and hopefully it is not a trap  Wink.
You can expect these sort of news around the globe as the government are planning to regulate the space and they would not want to loose on their prized possession in the form of tax Grin.

The match was just like kids play with pro Grin , so shameful performance for team SiriLanka, they lost Thier confident when they got such a huge target.
If you remember, in the first ODI India scored 373 runs and Sri Lanka in return scored 306 runs, so you cannot simply claim this pathetic performance as the pressure of the target but the pitch itself might be the reason and definitely the bowlers especially Mohammed Siraj even though unfortunately he missed on a 5 wicket haul in the match he ripped the Sri Lankan batting.
