Shakira and Butler had dinner at a restaurant in London.

I think it’s a little more than that. For them to comment on their relationship I’d say it’s gotten to the point that they’re hanging out quite a bit. It’s been a while since the playoffs, where she was spotted watching the Miami Heat. I’d imagine if they weren’t already hanging out back then, that’s when they exchanged information and have been seeing each other for at least several weeks, not that it matters.

An official offer from Miami for Dame has been made. Tyler Herro and a few draft picks. We’ll see what happens there. The big news of the day out of Miami though is Jimmy Butler hooking up with Shakira. I wonder how that’s going to impact his offseason training. Usually famous women don’t have a positive effect on athletes…

Getting sick from all those woke, anti-white, transgenders, political correctness bullshit these days.

Jezus.. Disney really wants to go bankrupt even after $900 million mega flops.

What's next; Mel Gibson playing Martin Luther King, Morgan Freeman as Nicola Tesla.

Really tired of this shit.

I also think Disney dont think so much on money they are pumping by the goverment and $oro$ and other peoples who push that narrative.

WE also have other problem with ton of new "degree" people who come out of the university with their head full of that pop, so they do it for free.

As a Disney shareholder, I’m pissed. As a member of society, I’m pissed. I don’t know what the hell Disney is thinking or how long it will take to right the ship, but right now it looks like they’re destined to destroy their business and ruin their reputation. All for some virtue signaling political nonsense.

It seems like there is always a reason for the government to need to print and give away money to someone. The truth is that the economy has been a total shit show since 9/11 and the only way to keep things rolling on for society is to find one reason after another to justify massive government debts and why we should pay them.

Blackrock has gone full Bitcoin promoter now that they’ve filled their bags and are getting ready to release their ETF. Their CEO was on TV this morning promoting Bitcoin and saying it was going to, “transcend any one currency.” Those are pretty bullish words. Hang on to your coins for dear life. The Wall Street pump we’ve waited over a decade for is upon us.
2806  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 14, 2023, 04:14:33 PM

With Fidelity filing a second amendment to their spot ETF proposal you can be sure that they’re working hand in hand with regulators to get this ETF approval. It seems like we’re probably only a matter of months away from a spot ETF for Bitcoin becoming a reality. I suspect this is what will kick off the next bubble and it’s coming.
2807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What could make you get into a fight with your fellow gambler? on: July 14, 2023, 03:55:25 PM
I heard of a story about two gamblers that got into a serious fight on the grounds that a bet they merged an amount of money equally to place  using the online account of one person among their two. Luckily for them the bet won. But something happened, when it got to the sharing formula of the total amount won the owner of the account  insisted on taking a lion's share since it was his account that was used in placing the bet. The latter refusing to accept it that way they got into a serious fight. How pathetic!

What could make you get into a fight with your fellow gambler? And would you agree at anytime to double cash with your fellow gambler to place a bet using his account, on the notion of increasing the potential win.

I can sort of understand the position of the person whose account it was. Surely they’ll owe quite a bit of taxes on a big win, so splitting the winnings equally would be like not winning anything at all. These are the types of situations that can result in fights or loss of relationships and why having a good agreement that covers all outcomes is crucial when having a partner.

Reports are coming out stating that James Harden is done in a Sixers uniform. Apparently he has had some disagreements with the GM of the Sixers and doesn’t want to play in Philly anymore. Shocker, Harden and Kyrie Irving can’t find places to be happy… People close to Harden are saying he has his heart set on playing for the Clippers this season.

This guy is just ridiculous.

He chose his player option to basically stay in Philly but now he hates it AGAIN and wants to go. He had the choice to become a free agent. These clowns are having contracts they signed. How dare them requested trade after trade. There should be a rule that teams may terminate contracts if players do that.

Players expect to get paid, so the team can expect performance and not some diva behaviour.  3 trade requests in 3 years, when will teams finally wake up and give him a minimum contract, he is not worth the trouble in my eyes.

Yes its the way their are, not matter what they claim their are, they dont have any modesty. They are 100% Ego, and they want like a crybaby all in the way they want, and if this its not happening they start to make this things.

Really sad to see so good players wasted for this behavior.

I guess that will happen once you are already seeing the horizon in the midst of the sundown of your career and yet, you still don't have any chip on your shoulder, so now, you will be moving as fast as possible because you just cannot feel that you can have what you want in your present team. But the thing is, not everyone is destined to be a champion even if you were once a monster in your younger years.

And that is what happening right now to James Harden, he just wanted Philly not because he see his chance to win the championship but because he just wanted a way out from the Nets, and now, he wanted to be in the right team that can provide him what he wanted. But I doubt that will happen though, he is becoming a liability instead of an asset.

Part of James Harden’s complaint is the way his contract negotiations were handled by the GM. He alluded to being lied to about signing a deal and getting a trade and now feels he needs to force the situation a little bit. He’s like a mini-Kyrie though. He just wants to play with friends and make millions. I guess I don’t blame him but I won’t be surprised when he retires without a ring.

Sounds like OP has been on some wild rides. It’s best to think of this sort of gambling like a roller coaster. You’re paying for the highs and lows and you got them. You must enjoy yourself or you wouldn’t continue to do it, so I’m assuming your entertainment didn’t make it “countless failures” but countless entertaining moments.
2810  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you handle borrowers? on: July 14, 2023, 06:52:55 AM
The trick is to dress like a homeless person and drive an old car, then nobody asks you for money. It works for me pretty well. Although I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be able to pull that off given my desire for a Tesla. I wouldn’t call people borrowers though. You should never loan money to friends or family, only give it to them.

And again monthly goes back to Eddie xD
I can't understand why slots behave differently during bonus days, like over 3000 spins no bonus. Even if slot goes bonus round, it doesn't hit over 50x.

It’s just the way luck goes. If everyone won then Stake wouldn’t make any money. I always seem to win at first and then nothing for a while. It’s most likely just human emotion and using limited personal experience to try and base an overall opinion about it though. I don’t think the odds change based on the time of the month.
2813  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The fight between Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk. Who you betting on? on: July 13, 2023, 11:23:42 PM
Musk does not have a good body. Also, I've seen him smoke pot before on a radio show.

This made me laugh pretty hard. Thank you for this. If every fighter who smoked pot lost their fight though we wouldn’t have any winners. I agree with your conclusion though. It seems so obvious that Elon isn’t a fair matchup for the younger and in better shape Zuckerberg. I’m the end, we’ll have to settle for Twitter kicking Facebook’s ass.

It looks like he’s now sending United States reserve troops to Europe to assist in this war. I wonder if they’re going to be able to keep the media from using term like World War 3 in the upcoming United States Presidential election… Like with the definition of women and recession, I think the definition of world war is about to become a moving target.
2815  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou Boxing October 28 on: July 13, 2023, 11:16:57 PM
I never think that Tyson is going to win and he always seems to. I saw a sports science episode where they showed that he has super human reaction times that help him dodge and counter punches at a level other boxers can’t compete with. I’ve never watched one of his fights closely, so I may have to pay attention to this one.

Some more market news. It looks like with Ripple winning their court case that Coinbase decided to immediately bring back XRP listings on their exchange. I didn’t think that Coinbase was team Ripple so I find this slightly surprising, but less so when you see that Coinbase is complaining about regulators. Seems like they’re poking the bear a bit.
2817  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will you sell...next bull run? on: July 13, 2023, 07:43:11 PM
I think selling some at $65K, $130K, & $195K would be smart if we get that high. Rather than focus on the price though, I think focusing on the market cycle is the smarter way to go. Looking for a top in the second half of 2025 to me is the winning plan, and I hope I’m not tempted out of all my coins before then as the price rises.

Everyone talking about Ja Morant and thought neighborhoods or lack of role models is absolutely crazy. He grew up in a rich neighborhood, went to private school, his parents are still happily married and judging from the pictures of them growing up, their household was not in any way gangsta. This being hard stuff happened after they all got money and wanted to play pretend Scarface. That’s why he has teenagers at his house he’s bullying. This is going to end badly for him if he keeps playing a fake role and it won’t be loss of sponsors.
2819  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2023, 07:37:49 PM
Looks like we have a breakout on our hands. After a couple weeks of straight sideways even this little move upward of a couple percent seems significant. It seems pretty clear now that $16K was the bottom and the train is starting up to get ready to leave the station. I wouldn’t want to be on the sidelines right now.
2820  Economy / Speculation / Re: The ideal price of bitcoin is $557,714.00 on: July 13, 2023, 01:35:40 PM
Sounds good to me… I’ve considered $200K as the target price for Bitcoin for quite some time now and I’d have a hard time buying above that price. I do think my best case scenario has the price of BTC around $800K though, so it’s interesting that this number falls right in the middle. It’s nice to think about, especially if it were to happen this cycle.
