2981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc ban and fud its also financial market manipulation on: December 30, 2021, 05:54:36 PM
FUD is different from fraud and you can't stop that from happening in the market. If you're looking at the most manipulated market, look at the medical supplies and drugs. We're in a pandemic and people are also talking about how manipulated it is. As for bitcoin, it's not just the FUD that has been said that manipulates it, also it includes the miners, the news and most of the time a few talks from those well known people that seems to be a path finder for the people as they invest in bitcoin.

FUD will always be a part of any market, not only in crypto.
To avoid being affected by this, you need to educate yourself about the real happenings in the market.
Learn what are the facts surrounding a specific project and you will understand that most FUDs are baseless.
Small cap coins are the ones that can highly be manipulated but btc for example, are hard to manipulate as you need huge money to move it at least a percent in the market.
Educate. Learn. That's the secret of not getting panic in this market. The more you know about the project, the better decisions you can execute.
I agree that FUD is everywhere and there are those people that would like to make FUD for everyone to panic. And if the majority panics, they're successful in what they're trying to do for their advantage. Just like in bitcoin, most of the FUD that has happened in the past came from those popular personalities, and later on, little did we know, they're already stacking a lot of bitcoin to their own advantage. They speak ill against bitcoin but it's for their advantage so that they can buy at a cheap price in favor of them and as result of the FUD they've made.
2982  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do if Bitcoin reaches 100,000$ on 31 Dec 2021, 11:59 PM on: December 30, 2021, 04:53:51 PM
Will sell a portion of my holding and will continue to hold the rest. If ever that happens I think that I'm probably busy. But since we're just assuming things to happen, I'll really have to take profit from that time if ever it comes and I'll spend it wisely this time to generate more profit so most likely, I'll re-invest it somewhere to another business that might be stable and profit there shall be used again to buy bitcoin.  Cheesy
2983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forks failed in 2021 on: December 30, 2021, 11:33:07 AM
Well, you don't have to think of them anymore. This bull run has just proven what the people like to invest and if they didn't pump, it does mean that the people are not investing into those forks.
If you still hold those forks from bitcoin and you've missed the profit during their run, it's for you to decide whether to keep on holding them and wait if there will be a time that they'll move up.
But if you want to, just take the free money and forget about them.
2984  Economy / Economics / Re: The link between Bitcoin and the economy on: December 29, 2021, 11:34:13 PM
The role of Bitcoin in an economy can not be overemphasized as it is important for both individual users of the overall economy is very vital. Bitcoin as a decentralized currency serves as a stabilizer of the economy its role may not be outlined in the economic policy but again no nation can deny it a positive impact on the overall economy.
I don't think that it's a stabilizer if it's too volatile at all. But it's a fact that countries and governments that sees the value of bitcoin, they're all aware of the impact that it can give to them and that's why the starter of making it as a legal tender, El Salvador has done it. And we shall see the impact of it for the next years to come and if the president's decision did it well for his country. Although there are countries that have became crypto friendly, there's also impact from deciding to be a crypto friendly country without any need to declare bitcoin as what El Salvador did.

2986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com & responsible gambling? on: December 29, 2021, 08:15:19 PM
I think most of the casinos does that if they want their users to stop receiving promo emails from them. It's an automated email every time they have promos.
They're giving that option for those that wish to not see them anymore and they can control it and block it on their system if someone requests it directly to them and they should honor that user's request if it's a serious gambling addiction.
Actually stake also has an unsubscribe button at the bottom of all their emails I think, I am saying that because I am a player at the casino and I get annoying emails too haha but there's an option to unsubscribe.

I have captured the screen to explain it better - https://prnt.sc/250e23w

But it's really unprofessional of stake to keep sending someone marketing or any type of emails when the player has complained them about his problems.
Yeah but OP has a different and reasonable explanation about it. He can simply unsubscribe if he's too annoyed with those.
I get and understand that there are customers that are thinking of their welfare and if the casino does that issue answered right away, the customer will keep on complaining despite the solution is already in front of him. The team just have to remove him from the automation of sending of their promotions.
2987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My plans for the next bear market on: December 29, 2021, 07:12:46 PM
My primary plan is to be able to predict where the bear market begins and ends.
We all want to predict when the bear and bull market begins, although it's really possible to be predicted but we don't know how exactly our predictions going to happen.

Because that is the most important issue. It's really disappointing to see that a coin that you thought you bought at the lowest price went down to much lower prices. I don't want to experience this Smiley
I feel you. When we've got too much faith to a project and then eventually it's not going up and it's only going down, that's really disappointing but can we do something about it? Yeah, if you still believe on that token, you should accumulate more and take the advantage of it.
2988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: NFT for beginners on: December 29, 2021, 12:28:32 PM
My friend is into veve and as well as Axie Infinity. With Axie Infinity, they also have their own wallet. Aside from bridging their token into erc20, they also have their own ronin chain and ronin wallet.
You should add that since you've mentioned them and AFAIK, they're planning to be like the place for any other games that will run under their chain. So it isn't just going to be about Axie but also other games that will be built under them.
2989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: please visit our exchange on: December 28, 2021, 03:39:49 PM
AND CAN YOU GIVE US SOME EXAMPLE
Just go through the different threads on this section and see how they've made their announcement threads. Just a little review to your exchange, I find the advisory needs to be proofed-read. There are some capitalized letters that shouldn't be and some signs that shouldn't be there too. It's a little thing that I've seen but it doesn't look professional from that look.
2990  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com & responsible gambling? on: December 28, 2021, 12:41:17 PM
On most gambling platforms that I have played to, they have an option to opt out of future promotional emails. I know Stake.com has it as well, but if they still sent you some emails even if you opt out of those promotional emails here and there, then perhaps you can make a case for it and file the necessary complaint.

I am going to agree with that as even you are not active on their site, you were still receiving emails from them. I have that experience, a little bit disappointing seeing those emails flooded in our inbox and only the best thing to do is block them. But I think we don't be angry why they keep sending us as they also think that we also need new updates, especially promo updates. We only need to have their support team know that we don't need these things and explain why?
Well, you can stop them on your own as there's the stop subscribing/unsubscribe as mentioned. But if you're on the situation of OP, you'll really be disgusted as you're going out and eventually there are these announcements from the casino that you're avoiding.
All of a sudden, you'll remember what you're trying to forget and avoid and the fire would come out again just after seeing the reminder email.

2992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is your most anticipated project for 2022 on: December 28, 2021, 02:44:44 AM
So....2022 maybe will be a crazy wolrd with Ntfs ,METAVERSE,SANDBOX,MOBOX,etc. All new names for a new year.

Are some projects and games that move some hearts .

Post yours .

NFTs, many are into the P2E scheme and that's why it's on trend today. What I'm anticipating by 2022 if the P2E projects are going to stay. It's known that metaverse will take over.
But it's still unsure if they really are going to take over despite very common to see those projects get up and continue. We don't know if a new trend would come out from these existing projects and trends.

Basically this is like an ann thread for your exchange, I'm about to advice that your thread should be on Exchanges.
But as soon as I've seen the token that you're selling on your website and you're not yet a whole exchange, I think it goes better that this thread should be on Service Announcements (Altcoins).
2995  Economy / Economics / Re: Dont just borrow money but for the right reason on: December 27, 2021, 09:38:14 PM
There's nothing wrong with loaning or borrowing but, to be honest, it's better if we'll not borrow funds to expand our assets. Crypto investment is profitable even metaverse but borrowing to invest more has huge risk and might only lead you to regrets in the end. It's better to save before investing so you'll have all the control over your investment without any pressure.
It's becoming wrong if the responsibility that you've taken after taking that loan is making yourself a downfall. It's always better to get be debt-free because that's what really matters if you want to get up from your financial situation.
The whole market is truly profitable but if you're going to combine it with a debt that will increase interest if you're not responsible to pay it off, you'll suffer and bring that problem in the future.
Yes, crypto is profitable but since there is no fixed time when we will see profits, then it will make it even more risky if we are pressured to pay for its monthly due. Crypto is a good investment but knowing how volatile it is, sometimes our expected profits are even turned into losses when we least expect it. So better invest with our own money and with the amount we can afford to lose.

Although borrowing is more common even to old investors, but make sure if you attempt to borrow for capital, then you should have other sources to generate an income when crypto investment is not making profits.
That's what needed the borrower to have. If the borrower has the guts to borrow money for investing in the crypto market, he has to make sure that he can pay it.
But if he's going to depend to his profits because he have seen people making money from their crypto investments. That's a wrong move and decision that will create him a big debt.
2996  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Help btc,eth wallets on: December 27, 2021, 06:12:20 PM
I think I've encountered this type of problem before with a forgotten exchange, I can't remember its name but I understand that problem really exists. One manual solution is this:
For instance, if they have $100 in ETH and want to withdraw $70, you can recommend them to withdraw $80 and empty their balance instead of leaving a temporarily non-spendable amount of $10.

You have to recommend the users to withdraw as much as possible all that they have and put a reminder that remaining funds might be at loss so they'll be forced to withdraw all of it. Well, this is for the manual part and reminder but technically, it goes to the devs part.
This wouldn't be a solution for a centralized exchange. Users have the right to withdraw whatever they want. A minimum or maximum withdrawal is just limited by the platform. But can't force them to empty their wallet. This problem shouldn't exist anyway. As I told above, OP needs an experienced wallet developer or exchange developer who can solve it. The fund should move hot or cold wallet entirely from the user's wallet and withdrawal call should happen from the hot wallet. Otherwise, it's quite impossible to run an exchange. That's the reason actually why exchange requires high fees than actual network fees.
It's just a note though and they still have the decision to withdraw the amount of it. It's like giving the users a warning that they can't retrieve the remaining funds and they're honest.
But the catch, after these traders knowing that fact on this exchange that OP is developing, they might never comeback since there are those traders that are leaving some amounts on their wallets.
2997  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin upgraded my financial life on: December 27, 2021, 05:12:14 PM
We're all happy to know about that. Now, the next part should be about you managing your financial life. Having a background of financial background will make you manage it properly.
That's the next thing that you have to do and that's how you're going to manage your finances properly. While you're getting some help earning bitcoin, as you have the money, your part is to manage it depending on your lifestyle.

2999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is better to invest your funds in if the alt season starts? on: December 26, 2021, 10:46:47 PM
My choice is Alts with their own blockchain, such as BNB, Matic, ADA and Solana, because the need for crypto players for a strong and fast network will also increase, so I don't think my choice above is not excessive, if I want a 5x increase in the coming year.
People those coins as "solid" altcoins. I've got nothing against with them but they could be right since they're promising and they're proving their worth as they're at the top.

Actually there are several choices of meme coins on my list, but I don't dare to talk about it before doing a more in-depth study about it.
Are they from the early stage of their project? Give us a clue on what they are so that we can do the same research as what you're with them right now.
