2041  Economy / Economics / Re: Taking loan during high inflation? on: May 27, 2022, 10:41:02 PM
The scary thing is, giving your money to someone for investment. Is there anyone who understands this scare? I don't know if it is just me. Like for example you are going to get a loan, and then give that money to someones account, so it is all traceable and there is rarely ever anything that would be easily figured out, and yet when you are buying a real estate, a house, it is obvious and simple and tens of millions of people do it everyday right? Yet I would feel scared when buying, I would be sending money and then what if they don't give me the house?
Buying a house is different from giving your loaned money for investment. There's the process for buying a house and you should have the idea on what documents must be shown to you before you purchase that real estate. It's your negligence if you don't know anything before you buy it and let's say that you've followed the process and complete documents are there, you have the right to sue whoever is that person you're talking to that don't want to give the house. You're confused and fear would really give you that headache.
2042  Economy / Gambling / Re: KEEP OUT from trustdice.win❗❗❗ on: May 26, 2022, 08:55:12 AM
The OP is gone and I guess it's safe to assume that he already got his money.
He's gone just for a day and maybe will be back again today or by tomorrow, anytime. I've seen a case like this that he's got a complain about his withdrawal but when the problem was solved, he just left and said that everything is okay. Maybe that's the case and it will be eventually be solved and OP will be satisfied.
Yes there are cases like that but I think with the ongoing campaign of Trustdice I think it's safe to assume that they already got a tip in this case and handle well already by the team. It's just $200 though and if the fault was really on them then it will be easily manage.
So, I'm right with that and OP has been back and will giving some updates towards his problem with Trustdice. And a good thing that came was there's an actual person who represents them and offering to solve it.
Well, I guess that we're going to see the problem will be solved very soon and maybe in less than a day OP will give an update that this thread should be closed then.
2043  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive income : Bank interest vs staking on: May 25, 2022, 11:59:13 AM
65% is actually high for a yearly interest but I've seen quite good projects that have almost the same rates. But the risk with that is you don't know if the same value will be made after a year or even half or a quarter of your stake.
What's better on staking is if you choose the flexible terms, you can get it anytime. The same with the banks, before it's hard to find those terms that are flexible but right now, I've been seeing offers that have flexible terms.
There are quite a few instances of single asset vaults offering great APY, such as Cake, Stella, BIFI, however, you should always take into account impermanent loss, market crashes, such as the one we're experiencing now, BIFI has lost over $300 in value in the past week. You'll need to be extremely patient, especially in periods of depression, while choosing the correct project is a strenuous procedure.
That's why I'm avoiding them, I've done that and got a serious impermanent loss and I don't like it. It is what I'm trying to avoid and even they're likely promising you with better gains.
I'm not buying that anymore, it's better to have a little gain with little risk than to acquire that impermanent loss and you'll never know if that's going to take a recovery or else, that impermanent loss will become permanent.
2044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any changes experienced within body - Gambling??? on: May 24, 2022, 10:13:26 AM
I've got no changes within my body but true about mental health. I am noticing that there's a sudden change on my mental health when I can't bear that much pressure to myself with those losses. I guess any of these changes, physically and mentally should have been taken attention seriously before it gets worse. Well, with what I do, I limit myself and place my attention to another thing like watching movies and playing games and so far, it's helping me.
I think people who have mental or other changes due to gambling are people who are already addicted to gambling, the desire to try to win is always there and when they win they will try to get more profit so that the greedy nature of the gambler is out and of course when lose instantly it will be obvious that the person is feeling depressed and hard to smile again.
It depends to the mental problem that they're experiencing. On me, it's about not really being addicted but some mental changes like being worrisome and other mental issues that one can deal with.
But if someone is really addicted, there's also some mental issues that would be a sign that they're totally addicted on it and that's a common trait we see from them.
2045  Economy / Economics / Re: What happens if BTC's price falls to $8,000? on: May 24, 2022, 08:29:44 AM
We're used to hearing those experts and known people telling bitcoin is worth nothing, we've it as a rat poison, as a worthless asset, anything negative, we've heard all of them. They can't tell the whole truth that they can't ignore of how much it is already and how many lives it has changed, well including those that have lost their life savings and blames it to bitcoin due to the scams that they've been involved. If anything happens and bitcoin falls under $10k, is there anything new? We'll just go back at that price and more bitcoins will be on hold because majority of us are going to hold since we saw $20k, $40k, $60k.
2046  Economy / Gambling / Re: KEEP OUT from trustdice.win❗❗❗ on: May 24, 2022, 06:49:53 AM
They can afford to launch a campaign so I doubt that they can't pay you your $200. If there's a complain like for this case and amount, always contact the heads of the casino and the same for complains with other casinos.

The OP is gone and I guess it's safe to assume that he already got his money.

I have phone phobia - I have difficulty attending phone calls and also I experience work anxiety.
So that symptoms may be trouble for you but the other one might not have- You should get rid of the habit for a better mental and physical growth.

2048  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Rising Popularity of Crypto and It's Growth on: May 23, 2022, 09:49:04 PM
Investors have learned and even there are various choices of projects they can invest with their money, they are now picky with which they're going to choose.
It's because of the recent fiasco with Terra's two projects and they won't just believe in on anyone who say that a project is good based on their opinion and even give them a list of it. Someday, the market will merge and will stomp all of those nonsense projects and will just have to focus with bitcoin and other top projects.
2049  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sideways huh! on: May 23, 2022, 08:58:21 PM
If the same trend we've got as last year, we will see a pump after this correction which we all usually know comes after these drops.
It's true that these side ways will cause one to doubt whether it's a good time to buy or sell but make sure that before you take any action, you know what you're doing and the decision you'll make. I like it more when bitcoin is like this, the slow-mo it got for its price.

In my opinion, currently selling is not the right thing because it will only make us lose.
Try to be a little patient and try to buy back bitcoin at the lowest price like now then the profit will be ours later.
But it all comes back to each of us because not everyone is able to survive.
Well, it's not the right thing if you're about to get more losses upon doing so. And that's why don't sell at losses and when the market is at its dip.
You'll see that there's no need in doing it and instead, you should do the opposite of buying if you think of this time as buying opportunity just like the whales do. Knowing the lowest price is up to you, you can buy during the said dip by most or buy during the dip of the dip, well, that's a meme that I usually see.  Cheesy
2050  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Aave (AAVE) vs Polygon (MATIC) on: May 23, 2022, 08:43:00 AM
I'll choose matic.
I am seeing more projects on the matic network than AAVE. And I think that the team is doing better in their PR than the AAVE. I don't know about AAVE but that's what I see.
Maybe I'm wrong but that's the opinion and the project that I'll choose.
2051  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't trade your Bitcoin like Laszlo Hanyecz on: May 22, 2022, 10:21:10 PM
It looks like what laszlo did was quite negative based on your explanation. The guy didn't even regret what he has done and it's the main reason why the exchange of bitcoin into other things has started and has come with a value.
And if anyone has to spend his/her bitcoin, there's nothing wrong with that. Satoshi did even make bitcoin for purchasing and for means of transfer/exchange so, it's okay to spend if you want to and do whatever you want like holding too.
Laszlo's purchase of pizza can't be considered something negative in any way, even despite the cosmic amount that those 10.000BTC are now valued at. On the contrary, this event had a huge positive impact on the entire bitcoin-community and it showed for the first time that for bitcoin you can buy something physical and tangible, which was not there before. This day is a push for bitcoin, without which everything would be different.
That's what OP is looking for based on his explanation about Laszlo's pizza purchase.

Why should Laszlo regret what he did? Those bitcoins at that time were worth very little, and he had a lot of time and opportunities to make up those BTC many times over. Also, most likely, there was a lot of time to sell those btcoins at one of the stages of the formation of this cryptocurrency.
It was also based on the interview that I've watched about him that he told it directly that there's no regret and you're right, the price of bitcoin wasn't that much before. And the best thing is that he has contributed a lot to the current phase of the bitcoin community right now.

2054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can a new sportsbook gain trust? on: May 21, 2022, 09:30:22 PM
Trust is something that takes a long time to get in this world. It can take months to gain trust from players, but it can also be completely gone within days. On the forum it is useful for people to give their opinion about the reputation of a site, it is very useful. Being active on the forum and paying players is the best way to keep your reputation high.
The forum is really helpful, especially for those bookies that are new and want to gain the trust of the community. They can hire someone who's really reputable that can help them bring their reputation goes up. That's the usual strategy of the newer ones as they don't just go without any strategic plan on how they're going to introduce themselves in the market that they're going to dwell in for a long time.
2055  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hope for projects building on Terra? on: May 21, 2022, 07:29:31 PM
but I think there might still be hope.
Sorry but, there's no hope on that project anymore. No matter how hard the developers would keep up with it, there's really no hope at all. The reviving plans, won't work so do the other projects that want to try to help it won't also work.
And if I'm a developer, I'll stay away from Luna network and will choose a better one that has a better reputation and can handle its own problem properly, SOL did that and it didn't make that much noise when they've got an issue.
2056  Economy / Economics / Re: Standard of living on: May 21, 2022, 09:49:01 AM
For now our life is very difficult, some years we are in a pandemic, we find it difficult to travel abroad, our travels are limited, I used to be very easy to travel, and earning income in other countries was easy, but now it is very difficult, everything is limited , basic needs are soaring, plus Ukrainian inflation, oil prices are soaring, now I just hope this all ends soon.
It's harder now, there were too many things that have happened in a few years. Speaking of traveling, there are people that can't travel due to the border closure of some countries but AFAIK, the majority have already opened. But for one to travel from here and there, requires a vaccine passport. It is known that there are still people that haven't taken the shot for some reason, it is understandable if it's a conflict with their medical situation. We can say that life has became harder for most at this time but fortunately, my life is in good shape trying to survive from day to day living.
2057  Economy / Economics / Re: A decision to make on: May 21, 2022, 07:42:20 AM
The answer lies in your current status. Are you living with your parents, right now? If that's so and you have no other obligation, that's what I'll do if I'm not a family person as of the moment.
But if I'm a father and have a lot of responsibilities, I'll secure them a house and still will invest in bitcoin through dollar cost averaging. No need to sacrifice my comfort living just because I want to invest because I can do both of them but in a slow manner.
You are right but if you are living with your family and staying on an apartment then you would be surely be thinking on having your own house so that you would be cutting off those expenses that you've been paying for rent and here goes for another problem that needs to be solved where you do need to invest at the same time on which you could able to sustain yourself not only for your daily living but also in other means.
Some might really be thinking on having their own house but their finances arent really making them to do so which is something that really puts up us on a hard situation.
That's less in monthly obligation if you have your own house but, that would really require a huge chunk from your entire life savings and portfolio if you're about to purchase a house.
So, it does depend on the situation that you're facing. Think of it that you shall suffer right now but in the future, you'll be having the best days and easy days of your life when you're settled or be the opposite.
2058  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto Bet: A wider Array of Altcoins are being usef on: May 20, 2022, 11:42:40 PM
Alts are becoming popular not only because of the low fees but because of its availability in the casino, they can also play small. Small timers have no problem using small amount of funds if they just want to have fun. Because if you will go to traditional casino, can you go there just having 10 bucks in your pocket? I think you will be hesitant to go inside, right?
Yes, there's a requirement if you typically go to the usual and traditional casinos. But gambling with crypto casinos has a wide various acceptance of cryptos.
They're the ones where gamblers can easily deposit the coins that they like. And those that usually use altcoins, they also have bitcoin but they don't want to spend it because the purpose of it why they hold it is for HODL.
2059  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Beginner-bitcoin smarter on: May 20, 2022, 10:43:57 PM
First time of hearing that. @OP follow what everyone has said, we've been too many experiences and seen a lot of exchanges turned into a scam and most of them were unheard and new.
Just like what everyone has told you, this is an unheard exchange and we've got plenty of those that are reputable and trusted for years of their operation so, leave that exchange.
