2321  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blame Game in gambling on: March 17, 2022, 09:06:53 PM
Gambling addiction for an underage may have high responsibility on the parent, it's has become hard for parents to control the actions of their kids and since we are in the computer age kids have access to games through many means.
There's a study that when kids have been into technology at an early age, it could lead them to brain damage. Well, the actual damage isn't all about damaging the brain all along but about the change of attitude which will make them angry if they can't get what they want like for this purpose.
There could really be some short coming from the parents but it's not always the case for the others.
2322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The new star of the stock market is APE COIN!! on: March 17, 2022, 08:05:30 PM
The much-anticipated APE coin has finally been published on the Binance Exchange. The adventure, which started at $1, increased 670% up to $7.60. There is an expectation of over 20 dollars for this coin.
It's the opposite, $20 was the launching price then it has dumped to $7 and I think that there will be more to come. Those that have been hyped on this coin probably are lost.
While those dumpers, they've probably taken it somewhere or with what I've read an airdrop. I don't know how they've taken it through an airdrop but, it's always like this every after listing.
2323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will NFTs be available on Instagram soon? on: March 17, 2022, 09:35:01 AM
I think I've read it from Mark himself that he should have not announced it but gave some hint that they're really working on it. Well, a nice developing feature that would make everyone use instagram.
I don't use instagram and maybe that will make me use it in the future after observing those who are making a good run with making their NFTs through the platform. Who knows? but this is an interesting feature to wait for.
pretty good news....Mark must have realized that NFT still has a large market to dominate, besides that NFT can make Instagram more attractive and maybe it can bring crypto adoption closer.  if want to start it then mark must sell NFT which is circulated soon on Instagram at a low price.
AFAIK, he's aware of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies since a few years ago but he didn't shown it to the public. As a matter of fact, IIRC the name of his pet was bitcoin or close to that.
I guess that he just seen the disruption of NFT in technology and that's where he's going to focus more rather than with the application and adoption of cryptocurrencies on the platforms that he owns.

We know markets will crash and huge deflation...and economy will melt down...
Do you mean to say inflation instead?

Theoretically, a market crash without subsequent government policy to negate the effects can cause deflation.

Remember that deflation means lower prices, less demand for stuff, and a market crash would do exactly this, lower prices for shares for once and fewer returns as companies try to consolidate or avoid bankruptcies, an exodus of money into more secure stuff triggering further sellout, and poeple far less inclined to spend money on goods. The great depression is the perfect example, we had a market crash, assets were liquidated by cash-strapped companies, nobody had to buy them, ending with an average of 7% decline per year in prices.
Since he has mentioned about economy, I've thought of inflation instead. When the market crashes, inflation is what I've been thinking of but with that theoretical explanation, it's right and I've understand about the meaning of it. Prices would decrease and that's the deflation that he's telling and I'm thinking of the other effect for the economy. Well, either of the two as long as the effect would be giving negative impact to each individual, it is what we don't like to happen but it's inevitable.

2325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine passed law to Legalize Bitcoin what does it mean for Bitcoin? on: March 16, 2022, 11:43:08 PM
Another good news, this might be the news that have triggered the market positively.

The impact might not be seen happening immediately in the market but significant impact will definitely come.
There are news that would have to take time before we see the effect and this includes this news about Ukraine and its adoption to crypto. But lately, the market had been green and this really might be the reason why we're seeing some positive movements again not just for bitcoin but for the whole crypto market.

Make a lot of source of income from different businesses and investments that you have. And another one, if you're employed, don't leave your job so that you have a secured and expected money to come in every 15 days or monthly or weekly while working with those businesses that you have.

This multitasking is where we are now, business at the same time working from the government. Challenging but when you see all your hard works are coming to fruition, all those wordiness and tiresome schedule fades away. Aside from having a stable income and an additional earnings from business, we have learned many things in entrepreneurship, meeting with different kinds of people. Another positive side is while the economy is slowly falling, we still can manage to buy the things we want. If we solely rely on government's payroll, we could still survive, although we are preparing for the future, saving
for emergency funds, whatever might happen we should be always ready right.
Even in the private sector, you can do it at the same time while managing and operating your businesses or just one. By experiencing such, it is going to make you a true entrepreneur because you'll experience hardship and probably a couple of losses by doing so.
It's part of running a business but you can deal with it since you have other source of income that can help temporarily to sustain the business that you're running.
2328  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: March 15, 2022, 10:21:54 PM

Nigma lost twice against OG and on top of that, They picked Invoker for Miracle. Lost my bet though, I was kinda expecting both teams to take 1 game each but honestly Nigma to lose both game even when they got Invoker lol. Kinda had my hopes up when I watch the game but OG with their complete roster plays like a different beast compared to when they were in Gamers Galaxy
Yeah, it's like a retrieving match for both teams. Although the fact that has been said that whenever the tournament is LAN, their plays are changing.
This time, it's online but it's still an important tournament since it's DPC points that they're trying to fight for. Anyway, good start for Team Secret and OG for winning straight 2 wins.
2329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: March 14, 2022, 09:32:40 PM
Tomorrow is the opening game for the first week of WEU DPC and we will have two big games for it

Liquid vs Secret
OG vs Nigma

Some facts on this, Liquid was the winner of the previous DPC and Secret was kinda bad throughout the last LAN tournament in Gamers Galaxy. As for Og and Nigma, Nigma won 2-0 against OG on Gamers Galaxy but yeah Nigma is just a beast on LAN tournament so this time it could be different though
No doubt with that for Nigma. Although there would really be the times that they're kind of offset when it comes to LAN tournaments but we can see how consistent they are despite how good the teams that are being matched to them. Two teams got in through qualification from Division 2. Team Brame and Entity. I'll watch out for the games of Brame too, this just made me remember the old team of Ad Finem.

We know markets will crash and huge deflation...and economy will melt down...
Do you mean to say inflation instead?

but is there any good ways make good profit out of this chaos? Other then just betting on short positions ? Any other ways to benefit of this global crashes and bankcrypcies around the world?
Right now we know we can do a lot shorting the market but what else gives nice profit ?

2331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Huge Future Bitcoin Holders! on: March 14, 2022, 02:09:59 PM
And think of it that a few of those millionaires are aiming to hold not just thousands but millions of bitcoins. This is applicable for those companies like Microstrategy.
They doesn't seem going to stop buying and would like to hold a lot of bitcoins and that's a firm decision that they will be holding in the future without any definite decision until when they're going to hold.
2332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What stable coin are you into? on: March 14, 2022, 11:05:48 AM
Between BUSD and DAI stable coin which one would you prefer and why? One is centralised and the other is decentralized is there anything else?.
If I'm trading in Binance, obviously, I'll choose BUSD.
But if I'm going to retain my wealth in stable coins, I'll choose DAI and that's for sure. If it's about the concern of fee because of DAI's running through Ethereum's smart contract and it is an ERC20 token, it's starting to drop these days. I've been checking it at all times and for the past week, I can say that it have really been cheaper unlike the past months.
2333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling in METAVERSE on: March 13, 2022, 11:48:16 PM
Well, I confess that I'm a newbie in gambling, I bet sometimes just to have fun and pass the time.
I've been analyzing gambling in Metaverse, but my question is... will this even be possible? will it be worth it?
Possible? Yes.
Worth it? Maybe.
We all have different ways of having fun. Metaverse is something new that many might try at the very first time. We are all for it and as long as it's not going to compromise the cost of gambling and our budget, there's nothing wrong to look at it.
I confess that this kind of debate is something interesting... Anyway, as the Metaverse is something new nowadays, I believe it is even a disruptive technology.
I believe that each person can adapt in a different way to a type of technology, this will vary... Let's see how this immersion in the Metaverse can provide us, including in gambling and other types of games.

Can there be people who will be reluctant to the Metaverse? Yes, I have no doubts about that, I believe that even Bitcoin and other crypto assets are going through this currently, maybe by people who imagine that it won't work, elderly people who have an aversion to technology among others, but this is the future, and human beings are heading in this direction.

This is a type of segment that's a "little bit" explored and that has an extremely huge potential for growth in the future.
Well, it's an entire technology that can really disrupt how we perceive things through the web. And with such interactions, we'll be able to see other adoptions that can go through with it.
That's not just for gambling but with other marketplaces as well we're everyone can have social life through that metaverse and gambling and casinos are just another place to go.
2334  Economy / Economics / Re: Donate to Ukraine on: March 13, 2022, 10:49:29 PM
Until now more than 400 bitcoins were donated to the Ukrainian address but they all had been used to purchase military equipments and not only this but many government also helped them with money but this is leading to any difference in this war?
It's true that the latest that I've seen being donated to them is $200M by the US. There's no other priority that they're going to use with those funds but through military equipment to counter the assault being done by Russia.
I guess that's the best that they can do with those donations but I'm sure that there's a budgeting and allocation for those funds but how we'll know? I don't know but if there's any, for sure there is.
2335  Economy / Economics / Re: The economy is important for a family! on: March 13, 2022, 09:49:45 PM
It is a good idea to show kids how cryptocurrency works and get them educated in blockchain technology either through schools. This area is still fresh for learning and development. And depending on their age, we can show also investment not only on cryptocurrency but how to make wealth. If we want to invest on behalf of our kids, I suggest top rated coins starting from bitcoin.
This is becoming these days that kids have been taught about on how to become wealthy whilst they're at their young age. Teaching them about cryptocurrencies and blockchain is a good head start while they are learning other things from school.
Since curriculum for the younger ones doesn't include cryptos and blockchain, that's an additional learning from them and you have the purpose of doing so. It's actually recommendable to those people that have their kids at the right age to learn more about technology.
2336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Alts Follows Bitcoin's Fall? on: March 13, 2022, 08:49:20 PM
Because bitcoin is the mother of all coin and bitcoin investment holding maximum part of marketcap.  Thats the main effect when bitcoin fall marketcap getting low and price fall normally.
It is affecting the market itself of crypto because it is where it all started. Although the volume for the highest isn't from bitcoin but on Tether, it is going on still for bitcoin.

But every time bitcoin dump some altcoin also dump more than bitcoin dump ratio again it also increse more than bitcoin in bull market. Also there is maximum pair of holding in altcoin pair also in bitcoin then if bitcoin price go down then also effect on btc pair and price go down as well!
That's the trend for the market, all of the altcoins whether they are pair or not with bitcoin. When bitcoin has started to dump, all of them will follow the same trend for bitcoin.

This is something that made me a little pensive, as a matter of fact what gambling with the metaverse will be like!!
You can imagine you're in a virtual reality and you see Las Vegas in front of you like 3D design.
2338  Economy / Speculation / Re: No FUDs will win the market on: March 12, 2022, 10:20:12 PM
FUDs are something that will exist forever. People will spread FUDs and people will fall for FUDs. There is nothing we can do. We can't stop people from not fearing or panicking. Those fears and doubts are very normal to have.
True. They are not going to be gone and every market cycle, there's going to be a new FUD to send the market done if it's too high. Giving and spreading the right information to the people is what we can do and that's the only thing that we can do so that everyone is informed about bitcoin and this market. Because the first thing that makes someone panic is by having no accurate information of what he's standing on specifically on bitcoin's market.
And they still never win, that's what I saw this time and OP got it right. Hearing them is just a normal thing, we don't mind them either. Perhaps, people had already learned what gonna happen to them once they got affected by this nonsense stuff, it will only create worry and uncertainty. Now that we know how this is being rolled out, I guess it was time for us to ignore them. This never gives us help, but this will ruin everything we planned.
Yup.
We just have to let them say what they want to say. That's what will happen at most times, they could say anything that will bring the market down. And even if they become successful with pulling the market down, we know the attitude of bitcoin and how it works.
It will just recover eventually despite all of the FUDs that has been said by them to everyone. We tend to see rush recovery and that's what makes us chill even there have been too many FUDs out there.

2340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin value more if no Altcoins or not on: March 12, 2022, 10:20:48 AM
Either way, we'll find some truth in that point of view. I see both its independence and its connection to the rest. It is clear that crypto is much more than just BTC. Well, it will probably be good value, but with it also doing well, the rest of the altcoins are dealing with it. The market has grown to this day based on many factors, even though it is the dominant one, but only on what it has been able to maintain until now, I believe it is not possible to see the popularity as it is now. It is possible that people will still only look at BTC for nefarious activities.
For now it is because the market's total capitalization is divided not just for bitcoin but also in the altcoins. And that's what's settling in with the current situation that we have with the market. I disagree about it's only going to be bitcoin that will be used with those illegal activities although it is the most desired because of its value and worth. But, scammers and people that are involved in those type of trades are going to take anything that they can as long as it has monetary value.
