Exchanges will love it...more volume, more fees for them to collect ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Strange thing though, usually volume like that meant 200% increase, not 20% The 200% increase is on it's way Next time, maybe

Do you have Custom memory strap for new Micron memories in MSI cards? I heard these can push beyond 30-31 on RX470 Mining Edition but cant find the straps.
I can pay if it works.
You can try my strap from rx560 maybe, if its the same micron memory

I have no idea what that is. And immmm ffffaaaaaaaarrrrrr from Balkan area lol Well, if they succeed, you'll just have to wait a bit longer for free electricity...but meanwhile you can still sell KWhs you get by holding MWATs ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) They plan to go global ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ficodrops.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2018%2F01%2FRestartEnergy-Roadmap.jpg&t=663&c=se05PRqa_6IoXg)

Ok so with a situation like this. You are mining expanse because of the low mcap and potential price increase, along with staking. Why not just mine a more profitable coin, which is usually not expanse, and buy expanse that day, week, month etc?
1. I can mine it with my 2GB cards too 2. I don't have tons of hashpower, so I'd have to wait a month to hit ETH payment threshold 3, its simpler this way, directly to exp wallet instead eth to exchange, swap eth for btc, swap btc for exp, send exp to wallet That makes sense especially cause most of the time its really not a big difference in profitability. Yes, everyone uses whattomine and hashing power transfers fast from coin to coin and everything evens out pretty fast

I'm mostly mining EXPanse because it mines fast and its easier to hit payment threshold on most pools unlike ETH Also, today EXP was more profitable, too ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Do you like expanse as a project or do you just think that it will pump harder than any of the other potential candidates to mine? Well, seeing how its both low value and low cap, yet pretty good at developing stuff, I hope they'll skyrocket sooner or later. But their PR has a lot to be desired (for example, almost noone knows they're both POW and POS coin), I guess we'll see next few months Seems I'm not the only one https://twitter.com/needacoin/status/969329368031023104

Do most of yall have day jobs and use your USD to pay for your bill or do you guys sell crypto to pay thus decreasing your potential from the profit? What are your guys strategies?
I personally sell crypto for bill and haven't had the best strategy when selling crypto. Im thinking Im just going to get a day job and be a slave to society for a little while.
I pay it from daily job, but soon MWAT coin will pay for my electricity...I'll even have some to spare to sell to neighbours ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I prefer other ethash coins instead ETH for small rigs because on most pools you have to wait longer for payment...and if you started mining to Poloniex wallet like I did, its even worse, have to wait for 0.5ETH for coins to land on your wallet

To everyone who is hesitating to BUY the mining BIOS. If you already invested in your graphics card, this investment is really a NO brainer. Got my rates up significantly. This is easily one of my best investments for mining. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Hi, can you say how much of a difference you are noticing? Bad memory chips I get 27.5 mh while samsungs can get 31mh... if a Great BIOS timing can get me +1mh/s I am happy... if I get 0.5mh then I am not sure its worth the trouble? Well, if you have 1000 cards, 0.5MH/s per card is still worth as 3 full rigs ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I noticed GPU-Z reports a VRM efficiency of just ~70% for my newest cards (MSI 580), all while my MSI RX 470 report a VRM efficiency of ~90% it's not something I've paid attention to before, but it seems the reported VRM efficiency drops when you undervolt.
It's possible this is just calculations being skewed by the undervolt and not a real efficiency drop, I've not tested at-the-wall impact.
Interesting...maybe easiest way would be to ask GPU-Z developers how they calculate that value ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Someone asked so here it is...this BIOS is for this card only (not v2, which is worse, but you can probably try same strap with lower hashrate) https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-RX560GAMING-OC-4GD-rev-10#kfBIOS link: https://goo.gl/QikERJYour result may vary (silicon lottery, worse cooling - because I replaced thermal paste with Arctic Cooling MX3, as original one is not good at all, etc) I played a bit more and managed to get hashrate to flow between 16.5 and 17.1 in Phoenixminer, but with some memory errors in HWinfo , so I consider this the best I managed to get) ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FnH9eXir.png&t=663&c=KZ1L_5x4A4L4dg)

80$ for Maidsafe withdrawal from Hitbtc exchange. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FxeEL6Ki.png&t=663&c=LaZ-zeiJnh_0cA) Incredible...why people keep coins on that exchange at all if withdrawal fees are so big? Or is it maidsaefcoin alone with such big fee?

i think ripple will go up again in the long term but litecoin has more potential
Litecoin failed to deliver with litepay, hence going down a lot last few days

I think so we wont see any pumps. We are glad to be doing the airdrop. then we have no gain. We are having trouble accessing the wallets, the stock exchanges are closing themselves. Nobody gives us the earnings we deserve. They are always trying to make a problem
Actually you should never store any coins in exchange-wallets anyway. You'll always get your airdrops and if the exchange gets hacked or shuts down you won't lose all of your coins if you store your coins in a cold-wallet with access to your own private-key. Many people lose their keys and wallets because they're lazy, not doing backups etc Or lose it due to some natural disaster...or someone hacks THEIR computer/mobile phone So solution is to use your own wallet, but also put much more energy into keeping it safe, which is hard for not tech savvy people

Expanse EXP seems to be mining #1 mining altcoin right now on every GPU. Is worth to try move all rigs there? Or can be another Pump and Dump?
If you sell immediately part or all mined coins for BTC or fiat, then of course, its good idea to mine EXP I also think its good long term project, so one more reason to mine it ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) This could be reason for price jump (guy has lots of followers, and EXP is low cap project) https://twitter.com/needacoin/status/969329368031023104
