Yup, "1 address = 1 loan" is good. However, you should take care of impersonators. It is not that hard to find who is lying. I personally like to use 1 address for all loans except if borrower ir escrow asks it.

I haven't used Mycelium on iOS before but I have it for Android. Are you able to change the fee amount, like on the Android version? On my phone I'm able to click the box underneath the "Miner Fee" text to switch it between Economic, Normal, or Priority fees. I suspect you should be able to do the same. It might be a good idea to post a link to where they have posted their PGP public key so people can quickly find/import it.
Link to PGP key is in ANN post and most people don't post PGP public key here, they only post the link. So I think, as long as link to PGP key is in ANN post, there is no need to add link to a post.
