Unfortunately if you're getting no output from the psu at 110VAC I wouldn't expect anything different at 220 unless the autoswitching circuitry is wonky.

You should be able to power the controller and a couple boards on 110VAC. Are you disconnecting the I/O ribbon cable coming from the board(s) not being powered?

No preorders. I don't really like them. Some pre-ordering was necessary in the past when I didn't have enough money on hand to fund an initial batch, but you'll note it wasn't preorders in the traditional (within BTC hardware anyways) sense where your order money was used to fund development. That's unacceptable.
Anyways, 2Pac sales the last several months have made that no longer a problem. As soon as I have all the materials in hand and a robot freed up for a day we're gonna start batching these things out. Resellers I'm sure are going to eat them up, but we'll have individual full-kit sales open as well for low-volume purchases. I plan to make at least 500.

Absolutely. You're underpowering the miner and overloading the psu. I'd pick up another small psu and power one of the boards with that. Power the remaining boards and controller with the other. I'm running multiple thermaltake 750W psu since each cost only 60 bucks at frys! Mine on! |
