321  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is not a lifetime job. on: April 14, 2024, 11:22:45 PM
I'm sure not all traders will agree with me but some could possibly be on my side...

Here are the reasons why;
 1. It is quite stressful - old traders will soon give up due to mental health problems
 2. It is not enjoyable anymore - nobody will stay long in a job that they no longer find themselves comfortable with especially if you are not earning well.
Most of the time we feel this during bear season.
 3. Trust issue due to Scam growth - traders never find it safe to use exchanges, even big exchanges.
1. No doubt that trading is stressful, if you happen to be a daytrader then for sure you're going to absorb all the toxicity in the market and you have the choice of whether you should absorb it wholly or just let it pass.
2. I disagree, it might be you but I've known traders for more than 5 years and that's their full time job and as long as you're doing good and you are making money, it's the best way to enjoy an activity and at the same time a very rewarding thing to do.
3. I doubt it that if you've been doing this for long you'd stick to a scam exchange or even projects.
322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Bitcoin reach 100k USD in 2024? on: April 14, 2024, 10:34:13 PM
Bitcoin is very bullish currently.
Not long ago, Bitcoin reached a new all time high proving its sceptics false.

Do you expect it is possible in 2024 for Bitcoin to reach 100k USD?
Not impossible.
We're 60% already on it and there's got to be a slow moving until we reach $70k back and $80k. The year is still long and we're still on the 2nd quarter so there's more to this year as this is the halving year. If it won't be reached by this year and put that hope on 2025 as what many are saying that it's likely the time that we're going to see that the market will peak on this particular bull run.
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is alt season likely to be? on: April 14, 2024, 09:31:04 PM
I plan to hold all my altcoins till this alt season when alt coins are performing better than Bitcoin and then start putting profits into Bitcoin.
You'll never know when it is because when you're up by 10x-20x or more, you're not going to sell them because you'd think of more that might come to this portfolio of yours. And when the peak comes, you'll not stop and won't take profit because you think that there's a lot more from that more that you've thought of before. Until you're start to notice that the drop has been a lot and the decrease won't stop further and the paper loss that you're having is incredible from the paper profits that you've got before.
324  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency impact on Economy on: April 14, 2024, 08:16:24 PM
~snip~

In crypto market, there are so many jobs that the young generation can explore with. Not only using it for payment purposes but for crypto-related projects, there are so many jobs created out of it. Just look at graphic artists, programmers and a lot more as I already mentioned in my earlier post here. So yeah, it will help those people get some jobs from this industry, if they just know what projects to tap and offer their expertise with.
True, many of the clients are now also giving that option for their workers to get paid in crypto because it is lesser fee and quicker and can be received within a few seconds. And having that kind of payment don't have to make you exchange anymore because that's a direct investment for the receiver or to the workers that are longing to invest on this market so, the clients just did their job quicker and helped them more to invest.
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana might be next leading, after Ether & bnb. on: April 14, 2024, 07:06:14 PM
Many said, its gone! But bounce back of solana make surprise everyone. And this time it becomes so developed than before. And it has everything now even it seems, people showing their interest about solana'r projects. That's why projects under solana chain, become so hit and most of the project get successful. Recently Memecoin WIF, BONk, BOME launched through Solana Ecosystem and now leading in crypto industry, even they made lots of people millionaires.
Yeah, the bounce back of Solana was actually impressive but when I noticed that, I thought that it was too late already. Too many of the meme coins from this chain have became popular and successful.

Is it coincidence or solana ecosystem is going to lead  After ether and bnb?
Possible but it may also try to break the rankings and become higher than the two. But the first one that it might replace is with BNB but it has a lot to do with Ethereum because with the comparison of what it's got for the market cap, it's far from ETH.
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to keep your money in bank? on: April 14, 2024, 10:34:37 AM
That's so contradictory, centralized exchanges can never be a better option to safe than through self custody, this exchanges are prone to getting hacked or bad ceo or anything that happens to them and all your funds and assets are lost, and worse they don't offer any guarantee if anything happens to their company like in the case of Mt gox and many others that has suffered from the crash of centralized exchanges.
Now that you've mentioned about being bad ceo. It's now a factor nowadays as a way to determine on which exchange you should trade. But if it's about keeping your money in the exchange or the assets that you have in crypto, it's never recommended in doing so. But I know that many of us have been staking and joining those launchpools because of the potential reward that we can get. If you are into it, I'll give you a reminder that you should only do that with an amount that you afford to lose because it's still risky, no matter what you do and whatever the name of the exchange that you're trusting.
327  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency impact on Economy on: April 13, 2024, 11:03:03 PM
the opportunity created by the use of cryptocurrencies is that more and more young people will be helped financially when they make good use of cryptocurrencies,
It's that the opportunities have become digital and many are paying in cryptocurrencies. And with those opportunities, I agree that many young people that are into technology might be aware of it and they can easily get something for them that will be able to help them not just financially but also add up some knowledge of what actually is happening on this scene.

just imagine if you knew about Bitcoin and bought it when the price was $1000 then now the value of the money you have has increased by thousands of percent, this shows that cryptocurrencies are an opportunity.
I've been there and glad that I was able to get a bit from it. It's true that whoever gets first will have the most advantage and the impact of being into cryptocurrency is certainly big not just to the country's economy but also to your family economy.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is LTC dead? on: April 13, 2024, 10:27:56 PM
Once, Litecoin was a very famous coin and it was called "Digital Silver".
But nowadays, very few people talk about Litecoin anymore.

Is Litecoin dead in your opinion?
No.
Although its overall move is sluggish, it's not dead at all. It's still a good alternative for transfers and the community that it has established is still supporting it. That's why I don't think that litecoin is dead at all, and I don't think it will come to that point because just like Dogecoin, there's already a dear community that's supporting it no matter how sluggish and slow it moves.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whatever happened to decentralized marketplaces? on: April 13, 2024, 09:52:04 PM
While the ideas that we've first heard and thought about decentralized marketplaces were so good. Applying them to the real world doesn't seem to fit the convenience that we all want. As some are still existing, we don't know if the actual use case of them will be patronized by most people on this market. As what we can see, this market is more of the trading of assets(cryptos) than of the use cases. We're too optimistic about usecases before but we don't know where they're heading now.

It's such a sad state tht it's been a long time since we forgot about the use cases or even what the project has to offer as people are falling for hype and just considering where it's listed and how it's performing without looking at what the coin has to offer on a longer run. People have lost it completely and soon they will even forget why crypto was introduced and what's the actual reason why crypto and Bitcoin came in existence. I think best market will the period when they will understand all these things.
I think their platform is also the main cause of why people are being pushed away because of some security concerns, they're always been targeted by hackers. It's not a joke when a platform has been hacked with millions of dollars in crypto that has been stolen by the hackers. And with the confidence of many despite being optimistic about the decentralization matters including these marketplaces, if there's a security concern, no one would like to get involved with that if the eyes of the hackers are all over them.

331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DONT BUY THIS $DUMB COIN on: April 13, 2024, 10:42:58 AM
Yeah, we won't be buying that dumb coin. It's just another project trying to determine if it will be bought by most people or not. But typically, if you get lucky and you get some volume congrats. But this is what actually I am not going to invest with my hard-earned money.
But nice try with the strategy of actually telling us what we should do because no matter what happens, we're not going to buy that but again, nice try.

Thanks my brother. We love your support and we are happy that there are still smart people in this world. Also, please keep your friends away from buying this Dumb coin. God bless you🙏

Borat explains why some people may invest though. You don't want to be one of them👇

Haha, you're doing it brother. Anyway, just as what you're marketing with this project of yours. Maybe if I've got some time to watch that video I'd do. But just one more tip, don't post consecutively replying all of the posts in here. Merge them all with just a single post because the mods might just do it and you might be surprised with that. Or before the mods do that, you can just copy all of your replies and edit your latest post and include it there.

333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for people to make a small cap meme coin successful on: April 13, 2024, 07:19:25 AM
Are you going to pay in altcoins? if that is so much better you move the thread to Marketplace (Altcoins)
Otherwise, if you're going to pay them with Bitcoin then it should be on the Services.
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your opinion about binance launchpad projects on: April 13, 2024, 06:14:36 AM
I appreciate more answers to this question, with the name of your preferred launchpad projects. Smiley

3. If you have any personal preferences, would you please share them? This is a list of binance launchpad projects, newest on top. Pick your best: https://www.coinspeaker.com/ieo/platform/binance-launchpad/

Thanks. Smiley

P.S: By "investing on launchpad projects", I mostly mean buying and hodling a token when its launch ended, got listed, and also has done its price discovery for a few weeks. Not staking BNB to get some tokens before it gets listed.
It's hard to determine which is good to hold after that it's been launched through Binance's launchpool and already tradable. But I see that you're looking at it in the long term and that's the idea of this thread of yours. Although you have already mentioned that you don't want to get some bnb and stake it for you to get it, I think you should just take that advantage if your sole focus is to get into launchpool as you'll buy them later on and that adds up to your potential purchase.
335  Economy / Economics / Re: Play to earn model vs move to earn model. on: April 12, 2024, 11:58:03 PM
I've been into P2E and they're profitable at the beginning but it's not a sustainable business model and the same goes with move to earn. But I think I like more the move to earn because it gives people the way to move their bodies and the main benefit of it is about being healthy as you need to move from here and there and you can just treat that as a favor to yourself and you're doing an exercise that's being incentivize but just do it mainly for your health.
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are the good days for meme coins gone forever ? on: April 12, 2024, 11:27:09 PM
Even influencers do not promote meme coins at all.
Are they obliged to promote them?

Are the good days for meme coins gone forever ?
Not yet. We can still see that they're around and the market is just experiencing some plunge and this may because of some people need to take cash, I mean the whales for whatever obligations that they need to have with their money. The memes are still there but if they're not going to flourish anymore by this year, we're going to see that.
337  Economy / Economics / Re: If being a graduate is the key to being wealthy, why are there poor graduates? on: April 12, 2024, 10:57:22 PM
Finishing your studies is not the key to achieving success in life.
I agree but it is a common ticket to become successful in a career.

It is just the first step that you need to build yourself and help you prepare for the obstacles that may come to your life.
This is it. Those that are starters, this is where they can start with and capitalize the diploma and the studies that they've done over long the years that they've dedicated learning. It's a way but it might not guarantee a person's success but at least, it won't be taken away from you.

It's one of the weapons you can use to fight with the reality in life. Now, once you graduate, it is up to you how you can nourish the things you have learned to improve yourself and become a better person who can bring you success and wealth. Some still fail even after achieving and learning a lot in life, but the key to managing on continuing the journey to be successful and wealthy is to never give up and continue to try again.
As someone graduates, the life that he's going to work on depends on how good he is and strategic you are as a person. With or without studies, someone can be successful and people might say life is unfair, which can be true sometimes but this is one good comparison of it to say that life is fair.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time for BSC memecoins to take over Solana? on: April 12, 2024, 10:30:13 PM
I hope that memecoins will be dead sooner or later
Well, whether you like it or not, they're going to stay but many of them will be dead soon once the bull run is done and we go ahead to the bear market. But I don't want to be quick with that because there's still a lot of time for this bull run to exist and I haven't taken that much profit yet, so with that. I'm waiting for the great moment that this bull run might peak or even before that, I will be able to take some profit and then the market can do its own thing.  Cheesy
339  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does trading belongs to everyone? on: April 12, 2024, 09:54:32 PM
You have to discover your place in crypto-space if you noticed you aren't making progress in trading then divert to investment and, you must know the types of coin you will invest.
I 100% agree on this one. If you think that you are for trading then proceed and continue, experience all of the gains and losses in there so that you become a great trader. But if you find yourself that you're not for it, there's still a place for you and that's to become an active investor and just do things passively when you don't have to actively engage in the market but you just do bulk buying and selling and whenever you have seen the opportunity knocks on your door.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: How to quickly identify an altcoin? on: April 12, 2024, 09:26:04 PM
Don't go along with the flock because doing that is going to make you blind being assisted by other blinds. My tip is always to take time before you invest, DYOR as we say and gather all of the resources that you can use for your decision whether to buy or not that altcoin you've found. Some of your friends or whoever you look up to might suggest something but don't be too reliant on them because no one has the control to the market and even with the shilled altcoins by them.
