1321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will FTT token everly hit it ATH again? on: November 11, 2023, 01:26:46 PM
Honestly speaking, it's just like the few juices left that can be dumped by whoever is holding a huge bag of it. I wouldn't want to catch those falling knives because for sure that many are hoping that they'll get a lot from it. I advise you to do your due diligence before going with the hype or else you'll be the one who's part of the crowd that's going to catch the falling knives. Don't get on it through type and there's no more hope with FTX and so does this token.
1322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins would you invest $ 1,000,000 in? on: November 11, 2023, 11:26:02 AM
~snip~

It is not like buying real world assets and storing them in their custody. I think what they are doing is investing in various RWA projects that offer tokenized property and other assets to earn a yield. Banks actually do something similar with their customer funds but in crypto these projects are offering higher interest than banks. This is a trillion dollar market so if we can connect it with DeFi then it can be widely accessible to a larger audience.
Yeah, the concept is very the same with banks and other financial institutions and companies and I think that's what we're going to see mostly from projects that are on this niche with RWA. They are extending their assets through acquisitions of real assets and then reinvesting it to the project per se and then scatters it again, so it's like a cycle that we're likely seeing.

Although it is still unclear what will be the regulatory approach will be for this industry, right now it is a good opportunity.
It's not yet hot to the eyes of regulators but we will see how they will react if it's already noticeable on their end.
1323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can anybody help me debunk the Tether risk? on: November 11, 2023, 09:53:21 AM
Unsure of holding it because it's likely that they can point out to any address and freeze it as their own desire. I think with this feature, it's also available with other stable coins that we have in the market. What I think of contributing to the pump that we've got now is also that you've mentioned that there has been another printing sequence that's been made by Tether, so it was likely injected to the market again. And that is typically happening whenever another series of printing happens.
1324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to keep your money in bank? on: November 11, 2023, 08:21:31 AM
I consider the bank the worst place to keep money currently, considering the circumstances surrounding the banks globally, it is not comfortable with me.
If you're uncomfortable with them, that's fine because not all the banks are giving the best customer service and banking offers. Many of them even have the terrible unusual sucking of people's money without even giving the security and right reason for that. Even if the customer didn't do anything and not connected to the mobile and internet banking, they still have some unexplainable issues that happens. Also, sometime in the future when an economy collapses and you've got money in the bank. They are eligible not to allow you to withdraw money because that will add more damage to the economy and that's what happened in Lebanon.
1325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum and BlackRock on: November 11, 2023, 07:27:30 AM
Is now the right time to buy Ethereum?
It was when it's around $900-$1000 last year. But if you're longing to ETH then it sure is the right time to buy it. Consider how long you are going to hold on it. If that's going to be until 2025 then there is a bigger chance that the price might be higher from the current. I am not giving that guarantee and it is not a financial advice. You invest based on what you think about Ethereum but it's known that it's the 2nd top choice of the majority of the investors and with the news about BlackRock applying for an Ethereum ETF, so the chances are there.
1326  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often is your luck in gambling? on: November 11, 2023, 01:16:44 AM
As much as we track other people's performances, we also need to track ours as well.
And if we track our performances, sometimes it's hard to extract and absorb all of those results that we're getting because at most times we don't get the luck that we are thinking that we deserve.

This is more important, so that we will know if where we go wrong and what we can do in order to improve them.
Even if we have done the mistake and we're wrong with the move we did for our bets. We are going to be in denial for so many times just for us to satisfied ourselves based on the results that we've got. We don't want to look at those bad results because it will tell us on how bad gambler we are and luck isn't with us and that's why if you track your own performances, don't be biased to yourself because it happens mostly.
1327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for Crypto 30x projects in 2024? 🔥 on: November 10, 2023, 11:36:14 PM
Solana did really moved up and I think that's possible that after hitting the ground, we can see that it's moving faster than any other cryptos.
So from the bottom that it has got for the past years, it's $9 and moving 30x for next year will cost it around $270 and that's what was the ATH that it has reached. Actually, even more than that. If the movement of it is going to be as-is and will be the same by next year then that's very possible that it will be reached to that term of crypto 30x. LOL. Nice term but many projects can grow more than that, maybe because of luck and also because of the bull run per se.
1328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Find web3 bitcoin games on: November 10, 2023, 10:39:04 PM
There are a lot of websites that you can search on your own to see what are the lists they have; so these basically just popped out when I google searched.

There's more but they're the top results.
1329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your Favorite Altcoin and Why? on: November 10, 2023, 09:35:28 PM
If it is what I use, I use these following altcoins either for transactions and for my own personal holdings;

  • ETH
  • BNB
  • LTC
  • Doge
  • Polygon
  • Tron

I've got a lot of them but they're just dust amounts so I won't mention those because they're like a total garbage on my portfolio.
1330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins would you invest $ 1,000,000 in? on: November 10, 2023, 08:47:57 PM
What i am seeing is MakerDAO becoming one of the most recognized RWA projects in the industry. They are diversifying their portfolio with real world assets and have already invested in few projects that are trying to connect real world assets with the crypto industry by tokenizing them.
That's good if they're doing that actually. Investors are investing into a project that they can see what it has projected and it's happening in real life. If they are distributing like this and buying real world assets, that's just necessary for them if they have been into this niche as a project. Tokenizing assets and backing it up with the real one is a strong contender on this market where investors will find it interesting to get in.

MakerDAO is a veteran in the crypto industry and they have an experienced team. It will be wise to track what they are doing in terms of development.
Yeah, I'll start doing that because it seems that they're doing a good job on their development.
1331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blackrock Ethereum ETF Filing on: November 10, 2023, 07:41:17 PM
From BlackRock? Most likely that it's gonna be approved. But is it just me what if these are just like gimmicks of the institutions when they've filed for ETF because they know that the market will obliged to follow these news and will result to an increase trend and demand for specific cryptos which we've seen with BTC and ETH. I was only thinking about that but I know that these are for real and the institutions such as BlackRock are already for Bitcoin and ETH. I just want to see on who's going to be approved first but it is most likely to be Bitcoin since the filing came first from it.
1332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins would you invest $ 1,000,000 in? on: November 09, 2023, 11:34:55 PM
If we keep BTC and ETH aside then my choice will be projects that have a real use case throughout the industry like MakerDAO, LIDO finance and other projects that are fundamentally strong. These are really long term investment but for the next bull season my choice will be from Web3, AI, Decentralized social media etc
I am seeing MakerDao being more active in their development and hiring more people to get onto their community and I guess that's the part that they gets serious with more people getting on them.

1. SOL
2. ADA
3. ARB
4. ETH
5. DOT
6. KAS
Interesting list, SOL has been one of the coins that I have ignored for so long but looking at its gain now. I have people that are focused on it and that's what's entirely on their bag and happily sharing that they've gained that much. KAS is one of interested POW coin that people can still into it, looks like it hasn't got into any ATH as of the moment but just now based on its chart.
1333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Government's actions against crypto on: November 09, 2023, 10:25:09 PM
Some of the governments just wanted to save their people from scammers and Ponzi Schemes because when people are still learning about crypto and others in their country are still ignorant about it, the scammers mix real information with their schemes and encourage their victims to invest in their project like the old cloud mining we once had in the internet and it was the most trending at that time when there were no ICOs and other. right now, people need to have proper knowledge about crypto so that their government will have no problem opening the opportunity to invest for them.
It is understood that governments like to save their people from scams. But with their actions, even the legit ones are also affected and that's how they take the issue.
And people can't do a lot with this because they might go against the government and it's always their final say that will be followed by the law. Just get the positive take on it that they're also driving down the scams and tracking the scammers to serve the sentence that they deserve. At least that's a good consolation for one to take.
1334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $300 Million Crypto Scam in India. on: November 09, 2023, 11:43:42 AM
A lot of scams is everywhere. And if this has taken for so long before they've been finally arrested, there is a potential huge ring that circulates from there. The ones arrested are just likely the rats that are being commanded by whoever is at the top of their scam chain.
And for the people that have been thinking of multiplying their money, the best thing is to keep unstoppable researches so that they won't be a victim anymore and set some signs of red flags so you can flee as early as you can.

Authorities find hard to stop this scamming operation since there are so many people doesn't learn from other people mistake that's why there's a lot of money taken by this scammers from many people in that country or even outside. That's the reason why people need to be vigilant and help theirselves to gain knowledge about those scams so that they will not fall on any to good to be true offer that they may encounter in future.

To many same like incident happen also to many warning coming from government and to those people who experience a huge scam on their life so better from those people still thinking to invest on ponzi scheme to stop so that they would not became a new victim of those syndicates.
There's no way to stop them but they can be cracked by the authorities if they want to. Why I'd say that they won't be stop? Because they will just reproduce and the same schemes will be made.
They won't stop because they all know that there will always be the victims that they can fool and no matter how hard the authorities crack them, they will keep on re existing because of unlimited tricks they can make.
1335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: November 09, 2023, 07:43:41 AM
Let's make this thread alive again, as Bitcoin has pumped to $36,000 once again and getting closer to the 3/4 of the ATH on 2021. ETH is also doing well.
As of typing this, $1900 is its current price and just a few more steps to get back to $2k and I think from there then it's going to be easy to reach the next price points of thousands like $3k on wards as we're about to enter into the bull run.

1337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is the Bear and Bull Markets for Altcoins? on: November 08, 2023, 09:55:24 PM
Some of the Altcoins are good to invest but most of us are not aware of that if they are good because there is no bull time for them. And the way I see at them they are just going along with bitcoin. So some of the Altcoins are waiting for the next bitcoin bull market. So my humble question is there no bull market for Altcoins? If yes, there is, then when is the expectation and if no why?
Usually, they're first to go on a bull run than Bitcoin.
That's what I have noticed on them for the past years when we're approaching for Bitcoin's halving and bull run. But definitely, we tend to see the bull run of Bitcoin and then majority of the alts are following it. For some instances, there are the altcoins that are moving first just as I have said.
Looking and knowing for those is unknown.

1339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market warms up, what altcoins can help me rich? on: November 08, 2023, 07:52:34 PM
...But it's not odd anymore to see someone out of nowhere asking what he/she should buy for an specific altcoin to make them rich.
That's always the reason why they wanna buy and they're passing the burden to other person but guess what, we don't care at all.

I think that newcomers have an erroneous opinion that forum participants know everything about cryptocurrency and therefore they know exactly which coin will increase in price and which will lose its value.
Yeah right.
I agree with that. They seem to think that everybody knows what will happen the market whether it's going to be on the rise or on the dump and that's why the questions are the same about getting rich and which coin they should invest.

It should take enough time for them to realize that no one can know what will happen in the market if he does not have a crystal ball.
Exactly, I couldn't agree more.
1340  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do Not Lose Everything Youve Gained in One day, or One Trade on: November 08, 2023, 06:52:15 PM
Almost all business now is at his own risk, and before a person can achieve some success goals, he must pass through risk for him to achieve what he wants, but some people in terms of trading don't go through the skills of trade for them to acquire much knowledge about; some will just jump in to trade with the amount they cannot afford to lose, and some lack emotional strength, which is not proper.
And those are the people that are having the conclusion that trading is easy and it is for everyone. Honestly, it is not for everyone to do because you'll never know if it's going to be working for you and if you're not good in decisions and analysis, you know where it is heading.

Sometimes strength comes from gently letting go of what you most want to hold onto.
Strength comes from experience and it's up to you if you're going to apply that to your next trades.
