1281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After BlackRock ETF application, which layer 2 project will pump in sync? on: November 18, 2023, 10:49:42 PM
Other than Matic which project do you think or those reading my reply should pump in the bull run?
I hope that Ronin shall pump. I've got a few of it and bought it when it's few. I know that many of the folks here have also Ronin. It's still not that much to think of and way below the launching price but it seems their ecosystem is on the development and likely to have more.
What's good on this is that they're trying to revive the community that they have and once it's established again, I think that we'll be able to see the difference of it in the past. It also haven't pumped a lot unlike the other projects that have their own chains and other L2 projects.
1282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How quick do altcoins pump in bull run? on: November 18, 2023, 09:50:20 PM
in my last bull run I usually set a profit target if the profit had reached 5-10x.
That is a nice strategy that many misses to take profit when they can. If you're setting 5x-10x of the portfolio profit that you have and you're taking it, that's better than having nothing. Because the others are exaggerating it and thinks that it should be 100x or more.

Like it or not, I had to take profit from the coin and sell the coin because I learned in the past that I was greedy and got something more instead of making a profit, but instead made a loss.
Yeah, learning in the past will make us realize that we need to take profit as much as we can. Not going to be greedy this time because if we're like that, we're going to miss the entire thing when the bull run comes again.
1283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run within Q4 of 2024? on: November 18, 2023, 01:13:41 PM
Maybe or Maybe Not. Q4 stated, some whales start their work, although this is not complete bull at all even It is still different to predict. Some speculators think after btc halving done, its value will start increasing as bull session will come then. If so, then altcoins also start increasing. Some speculators think, even after btc halving, it will take long time for bull session.to be occurred.
We've got some clues that it's likely to happen by 2025 if we'll follow the 4-year cycle. But if it's going to be on Q4 then that's likely the end of the year for 2024 and some entry with upcoming year of 2025. Who knows if by that time we get more confirmations about it.

But in my opinion, after halving there will still 5months to be end of 2024. So it is possible that bull session will be occurred before end of  2024, otherwise may need to wait a year more
Possible but we'll never know until we are on that time. What we all have in common is that, after halving it is for sure that the bull run is gonna be wild again.
1284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is there so much interest in popular cryptocurrencies? on: November 18, 2023, 12:26:13 PM
Why does the cryptocurrency world focus so much on highly capitalized projects, to the detriment of more promising and lesser-known ones?
That is because with high volume and market capitalization projects has assurance that there's liquidity and you'll have no problem when you're about to trade them.

What is more important to you in the world of cryptocurrencies - their prominence or their potential to make a real impact on the industry?
The real use case is what many likes to see for most of the projects. The impact that they give to the industry is a big thing that everyone wants to see from most of them.
1285  Economy / Economics / Re: Agriculture vs oil on: November 18, 2023, 10:53:11 AM
I think both because one can't maintain world economy. Because every country don't have agriculture or oil. You can see Bangladesh is agriculture country beside you can see Saudi Arabia which can give oil. Both country depends on both for agriculture for feeding in Bangladesh depend for oil on Saudi Arabia.
Both are important and we don't have food if we don't have agricultural products and we can't cook foods and generate the agricultural lands if we don't have oil.

Agriculture and oil both because both are depend on other country for that that's why I will go for both.
Most middle eastern countries are dependent on their oil as their main source for their industry and economy. While in other parts of the world, they're for the agriculture so it's a tie for every country has their own main niche and products that they're dependent.
1286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BABY SHARK INU - x100 on: November 18, 2023, 09:31:08 AM
I am surprised to see that this inu meme has got some volume. We're all done with the inu projects that we're seeing in altcoins kingdom. What's going to be the next project that we're going to see? Mommy shark inu? dudududu? Cocomelon Token?
Enough is enough. We're done with all these shits but yeah, you guys made money out of it.

And I just believe op is doing this marketing to hype the shit and preparing it for the next cash out during the next year bull. We are having so much of inu with no proper and steady gains because they just shit as we see. Anyway, inu is just made for the hype to go for the quick profit and not exactly for the long run. Just put your hands on the buy and sell button  Grin
It is obvious marketing for him and he's part of the team with this project. There's just too much inu projects in the market but if they think that they do better than the rest, well that's a nice competition for them.

I am surprised to see that this inu meme has got some volume...

A volume of $15,000 can be done by a single participant if desired. In the end, he will lose only a few dollars on commission. And given the fact that several people are usually involved in such teams, it will not be difficult to make such a volume in order to attract others to buy this coin.
You're right, can be done by one person to put up some volume on this. But for an individual, that's a lot of money to do to show some volume to their potential investors.
1287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why people are always interested in altcoins on: November 18, 2023, 08:31:31 AM
First, they find Bitcoin as expensive already and that discourages them in investing on it. And the actual name of altcoins, is an alternative to Bitcoin and that's what they think suits them. Despite that many of the choices that they can get with it, that makes them more confident investing on it.

Out of 100% I invested 10% in Altcoins and 90% in Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the best investment for me.
People that likes to invest in altcoins should never forget to put to their stash and part of Bitcoin. But the mistake they do is they wholly get into the altcoins without investing back to Bitcoin. Yours is a good percentage mate.
1288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins Also faces Congestion? on: November 18, 2023, 04:35:37 AM
Now a question arises again in the mist of the bitcoin network congestion. Since Altcoins are depending on bitcoin on any necessary upward movement, does it mean that altcoins network also congesting to produce high transaction fees?
It happens for specific altcoins like Ethereum. The rest, if they experience network congestion the fees won't be that much but I think that the delay will be terrible.

This has been in my mind for sometimes so I decided  to ask it today. Have you heard of it because I have not heard of it. Or the congestion is for all the cryptocurrencies?
Several years ago, it happened with Ethereum and the fees were too much and the network was so slow. We are seeing it with Bitcoin but the good thing is that it's not happening anymore on it but the fees is still quite high compared before the glory days of it has come. That's why some networks have managed to solve that problem for having cheaper fees.
1289  Economy / Economics / Re: Entrepreneurship and women on: November 17, 2023, 10:53:21 PM
Indeed the presence of women is very influential, women often show high interest and involvement, especially in a financial context.
In terms of finance, those women that are into this type of business and offers various products and if they're attractive. They have a tendency to attract more customers to their business if they are the ones that endorses it. Admit it or not, this is happening for many business and they are finding success if they do it so, in that term, woman on a business and have a facial value definitely attracts more money.

but in terms of business, maybe that's not all because some of them dedicate their lives to raising their children and husbands as their main duties as mothers and wives for all or have different aspirations, so it cannot be assumed that women's full participation is the main key to success. entrepreneurship.
Women empowerment, they can do a lot of things and multitaskers so if they're a wife, a mother. They can also be entrepreneurs at the same time.
1290  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Im short trader Im new here but been long time in trading on: November 17, 2023, 09:49:49 PM
That’s good to hear that you successfully do trading with your secret strategy and I hope that your group is really winning because trading is too risky, and depending on someone’s strategy is not ideal in long term.
And for someone who endorses a specific group might even get into controversy because from what we've known from these trading groups that are establishing themselves, the majority of them are just for the membership fees and not really in building their community.

Again, if you see someones offering a free group about a winning strategy in trading, better not to join because there’s a hidden agenda there and you might lose more if you easily fall on that trap. It is still better to have your own strategy that can work for your own timeline.
That's always been the case. there's a hidden agenda for most of them, whether they're free or paid, you can simply skip them and don't be curious what are those strategies. Because if they are for real, they make themselves winnable at all times first before anyone else.
1291  Economy / Economics / Re: Real estate vs cryptocurrencies vs business on: November 17, 2023, 08:35:08 PM
Each of the above business forms has advantages and disadvantages. What they have in common is the potential for large profit expansion. Whether you have a lot of money or a little money or a thought to do business, you must at least have knowledge about it, learn about it and be dedicated to that type. If you want to invest in real estate, you must learn and research about it, similar to crypto.
Someone who gets into any business, investment, buying assets or even Bitcoin without having the knowledge about those are just buying for their own satisfaction and don't understand what's on it. They're likely to sell everything at losses when they can't contain the risk that they have.

No one succeeds without failure, I am not a successful person in crypto but I do not give up. The reality is that I missed many opportunities but I always persevered to achieve better.
Well, this is true and you're saying pretty much everything about establishing an investment or a business. We have to experience those and learn from the failures.
1292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is right time for investment ? on: November 17, 2023, 07:31:51 PM
Did anyone used OPs swap? It looks like that it's the whole thing that this thread is intended for if not for those people that are answering the title itself.

The simplest way to start investing is when altcoins are experiencing a decline, and of course the target coin must have good prospects and fundamentals, but it's best before starting to invest in crypto, it's best to study all aspects related to the coin we want to if you are careless and not careful then you will risk losing your money,
It's always been the best time when everything seems to be cheap. But did most of us do that? I don't think so because when we're in the lowest, people think that the market won't recover and that's why they have never been into that advantage of the bear market.
1293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex was hacked (Security Breach Discussion) on: November 17, 2023, 06:40:59 PM
If you're asking if there's someone who's a white hat hacker here or any color variant of it, are you expecting that someone's going to outright answer you that they are? Because I don't think that a real hacker will reveal himself even on the forum or if they do, they're going to do that to actual hacking forums that there have been a lot of it existing on surface and deep web. Usually the ones that are on the surface web could be script kiddies, etc. and the real ones won't speak that much whether on a private or online forum.
1294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Shiba inu get to $1 on: November 17, 2023, 04:06:49 AM
One interesting thing about the volatility of Memecoins is that you can’t really predict where they are going unless you can predict the hype that follows it.
Yeah, you can't predict what's going to happen for them but let's set a real thing here and just only the reality that it is very unlikely for shiba inu to reach $1. Look at the most popular meme coin which is Doge that didn't even made it to $1 but so close from it.

And even if it weren’t true, isn’t the next bull run too close to think that it’ll be the one to shot up Shiba to such value.
If it happens, congrats to the holders. But if not, then just settle with the reality that it's far from actual thing that people should move on and see that it's not going to be reached.
1295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This time for meme coin? on: November 16, 2023, 11:59:03 PM
Scammers are just present to lured us into scam projects. Memecoins are the best coins to invest on because they stand a chance of making one richer 10x of the initial capital deposited without wasting any solid time. Every strategy results in profits in the system, we should thoroughly take out time to examine the market and ensure we're into the system to milk it at every slightest opportunities we get and not the other way round. I've seen investors who are keen on investing in a project, they become frighten and won't invest in it until its late and when they finally decides to invest, they witnessed losses and scam projects.
And that's what the scammers are taking the advantage and popping the market with a lot of meme coins. Not just one or two projects that they make but as much as they can. Because they know that as long as there are still investors in the market showing interest with altcoins, they will never stop. The money is on there and that's the reason why they will continue to develop like a lottery system for them in the form of the meme coins. They won't just stop even if the obvious is there because a lot of new comers are coming and investors are still flocking with meme coins, thanks to those that keeps on hyping them up.
1296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solona Airdrop Season on: November 16, 2023, 10:56:10 PM
Solona or Solana?  Grin change the title if it's the latter.
I really like this coin now because of how it moved and reached $60. I guess my interest is the same with the others that they become activated depending on how they move.
So upon participating into those airdrops. Are they going to drop Solana or it is going to be their token that just worked under the Solana chain?
1297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is exchange based tokens worth for hold? on: November 16, 2023, 10:18:08 PM
Cake didn't perform well if you're going to take a look at it. Actually, most of them are not but we don't know if they will be at their best shape during the bull run. That's how it goes with these tokens for sure because the known the exchange is, the better that they'll have as an impact to their tokens.

I don’t support holding exchange coin for long as those aren’t suppose to be worthy for me. As you already mentioned, some same of altcoins and the incident that happened you to! Meanwhile i check those exchange based tokens and most of those are dumped more than expectations because those tokens only give you some facilities in exchange, and those are valueless outside their platform. I think exchange tokens are risky, even this statement is also eligible for bnb also! Don't forget FTP was also top exchange coin
You have a point about it, only a few manages to be big but they won't get out of the market if nothing happens just as what FTX did. But even so, look at its FTT token, it's still there.
1298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Crypto to buy for 2024 ? on: November 16, 2023, 12:30:52 PM
Analysis says that Ethereum will reach 10k. 20k is not easy in the short period.
I'm holding onto this with Ethereum. $10k is like now the goal of many and it's already 20% away from that. $20k? I don't know if that might happen but it can be on the next 2nd or 3rd bull run that we may have.

Near is also not looking good at the moment and I am comparing this token with Dot. we should look for another coins instead of both these two.
These two are interesting for me, Matic is quick and with less fees while Near seems to be focused with its own ecosystem and development that can be applied in real world.
1299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't buy altcoins because they are top altcoins on: November 16, 2023, 06:58:15 AM
So what I want to emphasize here is that projects that have no development or are stuck without any new progress will not last long
Leave those projects that have no progress at all. You get nothing from there but if you do, it's just all about taking profits.

because in crypto which is still new, every year development will continue to occur, so projects that do not have innovation will be left behind.
Many of the new projects are active in development but you see them delay or becomes slow in the midst of their development. And that happens when they seem to reach their first goals of having investors on their back but then, they're breaking their expectations.

It's also nice if you can make a thread about this scam exchange and post it on the Scam Accusations board and don't you forget to include what's on the Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly).

This is the format:
