If it paid REALLY well, I would use such app Smiley
3202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The truth about the Bitcoin Foundation on: April 05, 2015, 02:07:47 PM
This foundation went from something terrible to a complete joke very fast. It's the same old story: the higher the shelves, the more useless they become.

I hope the foundation simply disappears once and for all. It has been causing too much trouble. The people who could push forward such initiative don't have the time to do so, and even if they had, they wouldn't like to have their names associated with a Bitcoin Foundation.

Also, it's a good time to stop crediting these guys and stop them from being news.
3203  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [2015-04-03] The 5,000Btc hidden treasure, and the key to finding it. on: April 05, 2015, 12:06:15 PM
I am owner of coin: resolute
It has some stuff written on the back but i wont make a picture. No reason to show my coin to strangers. I'll wait for the rest to put there photos online though :p

I do understand the reservations in taking pictures, but... if you don't take pictures to your own coin, how can you expect other will take pictures of their? Smiley Is not taking pictures worth the risk of losing out on 5000 BTC?

He has shown me evidence he is who he says he is. Am I a sock puppet too?
BTW: laser engravers and CNC mills don't leave the wood grain behind when they are used to carve designs: http://imgur.com/9C8j2ob,FFRWjzP,toHOwhj

Now that's something I find strange, he posted videos, but if he has further proof, why not post it?

He did post it. Not only was he banned from this forum that day (he unbanned himself with an exploit), but ALL of the videos on his youtube were reported and removed for copyright infringement, including the ones showing detail work because there was music playing on the radio in the background. In short he already went out of his way to prove his innocence to a bunch of stalker idiots here just to have his accounts shut down and was tired of playing games. Use your own eyeballs/brain instead of listening to the mob of neckbeards who harassed/negged him. Again, look at the picture I linked from the coin I hold. Show me where you can find a laser engraver or CNC that leaves the wood grains behind like that as if it was hand carved. That would be a pretty neat machine.

If he did post proof of his identity and exhibitions, I think I must have missed it, then.

As for his youtube videos, I've seen them, and they did not change my opinion about him: he makes pretty wooden coins, and that's all I care for, and I hope the folks who bought them are happy.

I have used my own eyeballs/brain, and I did not participate in any mob Smiley

As for the wood grains I didn't even bother searching, because all of the above...

And I am still curious to know if these 5000 coins exist Smiley
3204  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Vanitygen: Vanity bitcoin address generator/miner [v0.22] on: April 05, 2015, 11:37:55 AM
Bump. Anybody? Any help is appreciated.

Please help me! After I changed the directory, compiling started but still showing error. My graphics card is crashing too. Sad

NVidia drivers keep crashing constantly with vanitygen. I've tried with several, and they all crash. The crashes are random, so I can't really help in debugging as I cannot reproduce the bug... So I started assuming it's normal behaviour Cheesy Sometimes it even causes artifacts on the screen, and a reboot is required.

As for the error you refer, I've never seen it...
3205  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [04-03-2015] Looking Back On March: A Month In Review on: April 04, 2015, 11:17:40 PM
March was great, for some market action. Also for some buying, something I did when we were almost at the 300$. I don't have a crystal ball, neither very good predicting the market, but I always said we wouldn't go further beyond 300, and that happened Grin

Let's see what April has in store Smiley

If all the owners of the pieces could provide pictures, that would be great. Joining everyone would be expensive, and buying all the coins would be immensely expensive. Both infeasible as far as I can see... If this does exist, I don't see how it can't be discovered putting pictures of all coins, from all angles, side by side.
This is bullshit, not even worth wasting time. The guy is a fraud and he even came with his puppet ukcrypto to say he's a rich and famous artist.
His previous work has sold for millions... but he can't afford to buy a good lathe. He most likely doesn't even own a laser cutter, just sends the designs to someone who does.

I don't care if he's a famous artist, his trust core, or if he owns or not a laser cutter, CNC or shill accounts, as I don't want to get into that. What's up here is the possibility of finding a 5000 BTC reward. And yes, I do too think this is just a pile of crap. No proof of funds, saying he will disappear... All very odd. But taking a few pictures and joining them together on the Internet isn't all that hard for the possibility of a big prize.

Just my humble 2 satoshis.

He has shown me evidence he is who he says he is. Am I a sock puppet too?

Hard to believe that this site is still around with its ridiculous logarithmic multiplier. It's the most entertaining thing to see 1000x+ keep climbing and climbing.

Here is a list of the 20 biggest crash multiplier , I believe this is not updated yet
The biggest 20 crashpoints were:

Code:
7903.83
7910.22
8774.44
8960.85
8976.48
9782.32
11190.31
11431.40
13035.96
13674.83
15459.53
16480.74
16759.39
17000.23
19248.20
22472.95
27531.59
28661.33
273936.82
319256.83

you wont believe if actually there are players that managed to achieve a cashout at 50,000x

This site is probably the most enjoyable yet most frustrating bitcoin gambling site around. You guys probably all feel the same pain as me when you cashout at 1.4x and the game continues and doesn't crash until 30+x has been reached.... painstaking gambling, but so much fun too!

This is where the game is actually fun because it is unpredictable and it can go up to 6 digit multiplier, not really painstaking for me, but addictive and unique yes, and you wont actually believe it that cowbay managed to cashout at 50,000x

I just cashed out at 50,000x  Grin
https://www.moneypot.com/game/1174880

Big win, but still at loss... Grin I don't find it surprising that this game is still around. Fun, legit, addictive, big multipliers, and still turns profit to the operator. Win recipe Smiley

https://support.xapo.com/95219-What-fees-are-associated-with-the-Xapo-Debit-Card

O câmbio tem sido feito com valores atualizados, neste momento 1BTC=$254,74;

Enquanto o uso do cartão estiver em fase de experiência, não vão cobrar a ativação do cartão;

Na tabela mostra uma taxa mensal, mas eles dizem que a Xapo cobre essa taxa (esperemos nós que assim permaneça);

Em todas as compras que fiz em lojas, não paguei nenhuma taxa;

Vão-me contactar entretanto?

Smiley

NEW For the first 10,000 cards sold (users) there is no monthly fee! (The inactive fee remains). This fee removal combined with verification before April 1 will allow many users to get a free card!

I'll reply to everyone as soon as possible. Smiley

Looking better. I'll have to think carefully now Smiley

I've been searching and learning about the Bit-x card and about the competition cards... I've read official websites and FAQ's so far. I like what Bit-x is doing here (the exchange, the card and the signature program), but so far the competition seems a bit better than Bit-x, in what concerns these cards... Some of the competition doesn't charge monthly fee.

I am basically posting this to know what could convince me to opt for the Bit-x card Smiley Unfortunately the Bit-x card seems more costly, but there might be an advantage I'm missing here, and I'd like to give Bit-x a chance Smiley

Besides this, Bit-x card is MasterCard... Places accepting Visa are more common than MasterCard, as far as I've heard. Would a MasterCard card work on Visa terminals? Or it has to support both cards? I seriously don't know this, as I've only worked with Visa cards

Trolling a troll?
LMAO. and OP actually really took the time to write those

Not trolling anyone. If I was, I would simply ask someone to scan my avatar Grin

Just thought this was a funny thread. Obviously you can't buy a soul at a distance, I don't any soul shipping containers Cheesy

This all seems very odd. I don't care if he makes these coins manually or with a laser cutter (some of them are actually pretty nice, independently of how he made them), but after OP's recent surge of red trust... is it worth it joining the 10 pieces in the same physical place? What is there on those pieces that isn't achievable just by photographing them and photoshopping those pictures together? Also, why is he "disappearing"?

I don't see the folks who bought his coins joining themselves just to try and figure out this. But it would be epic if the funds were found, if this is a real puzzle.
3219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Legend of Satoshi Nakamato, FINAL STEP PUBLISHED.... 4.87 BTC GRAND PRIZE! on: April 03, 2015, 05:16:49 PM
Already analysed the image, verified hashes, made keys out of it, put it through an hex edit program... Nothing so far.
3220  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: April 03, 2015, 04:43:48 PM
that's odd.. I check my stats almost every hour and its always working as it should be

I don't check that often, but yes, it's quite odd. Checked now and it doesn't seem to have the same bug...
