Nobody wants Jurgen Klopp to leave so soon, especially with his performance with Liverpool which is still showing good performance. But that is the choice he has made and at the end of this season he will relinquish his status as coach of Liverpool.

Chelsea inconsistency in term of performance comes into play yesterday, they won their last three matches I was hoping and expecting the team to play a draw against Liverpool unfortunately they are shadow of former self, they allowed the home team to outplay them and scored four goals, I believe Pochettino has a long way to go in building a formidable team that can march all the top premier league club, in yesterday match Liverpool had a whooping 28 shots on goal with 13 shots on target that really exposed Chelsea lack of capability to withstand pressure from a very formidable opponents thus Liverpool deserved the win and I think if they remain consistent like their yesterday performance they would win the league.
I mean to be fair Liverpool is a much better team, so it doesn't really matter at all and Chelsea could lose to them and not really feel guilty about it and that's it. I can see that we are talking about something that would be acceptable for them, there is no need for Chelsea to get the win there. If you are playing the team at the very top then you could lose and it's fine, there is really nothing that worries anyone, just make it be, and you should be doing fine. I feel like the best thing to do at this regard would be just not really pressuring the team into winning these games, and just make them win the games that are against worse teams. I think it should be as it was before, basically that's the job of the referee team, to check out what's going on, and interpret the game the best they can. Antonio Conte has had his biggest achievements with Italian teams in his career so far. Especially with Juventus. Now it is nice to see him back in the Serie A again if this news is saying the truth about this transfer.  He has managed mostly Italian teams and two English teams. He generally has a successful career. I think there would be a good chemistry between him and Milan as well. But first as you said he should be allowed to make the needed kind of transfers for this team. Because I also don't find the current squad strong enough to be competitive for the league title. After that Milan can return to their successful times again hopefully. I do agree that it will not be a simple thing, and it will take some time, so we should be considering that as not a valid option if you ask me. I think it's clear that we are going to see Conte end up getting the team better, but how much better is in doubt. If the team doesn't start getting some good players then even with Conte they are not going to do all that well. Squad is not terrible, but it is also not as great as it should be in order to win the league as well. I believe that as long as we let them have the similar level squad then even Conte can't make them winners. They will get better with him for sure, there is no doubt about that one, but just because they could get better, doesn't mean they will be better. |

I do like xabi and this guy has proven his worthiness by helping leverkusen to go up from the bottom. I do appreciate this caused by xabi has been starting with very limited resource. This is also making the situation even worst for liverpool coz klopp has been a part of so many golden moments of liverpool. Many of liverpool fans are disappointing his decision to leave from the club but the fans can do nothing about this. Klopp has been deciding what he wanted to do. There's no reason for people to prevent him from temporary retired being a coach for the football club.
