Not really in terms of their performance, but taking everything into account, No doubt Newcastle did well but I option for PSG as one of the big name teams that most supporters would not want to see leave so early but want them to progress in the competition ,even to the final game stage. Personally, I prefer to have PSG stay in the competition because I can spare time to go watch PSG games than I will think to spare time to go watch Newcastle games.
that's your opinion and It's alright, but I know there are many fans that will want to watch Newcastle play in the champion's league everyday. For someone like me I don't take PSG anymore serious than I used to as they have been really disappointing in the champions league previous competition's, you see them raise fans hope from the beginning only to get it shattered in the middle of the competition with the manner of squad they have always possessed in their team.

If teams like Newcastle could come to the UCL for their first visit and do better then I think many fans will love to watch them play and with time should they revisit again next season with a better squad than they have right now Newcastle will become a team that everyone would want to watch.
I would say that Newcastle fans would be ok with everything as long as they can see their team doing fine. They were fine with a guy who murders journalists who are against him, and do that in foreign lands, and just overall be the king that doesn't allow anything good to happen in their nation and just takes everyone's money and owns everything, if that happened in England there would be riots, but they are fine with some other nations king to takeover, as long as it means they will finish up better than other teams.

So if they were playing UCL games everyday, even if it meant breaking the rules, they would be fine with it as well. Football is important, but never this important, not in my life, I do not see how that would be possible.
442  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we see repeat of 2017 or new trend? on: December 14, 2023, 06:55:52 PM
This is like a metaphor for people who miss their train because they are waiting for a cheaper train. In fact, if everyone wanted to buy Bitcoin with minimal capital through several stages, of course there would be no feeling of regret or disappointment because they didn't buy beforehand. Because everyone doesn't know when Bitcoin will experience a decline and when Bitcoin will experience an increase in price, so everyone will only take advantage of the moment from time to time when they want to buy Bitcoin, although there are also those who buy it just to save it as an investment.
That's why monthly investments are the best way to go with bitcoin and has always been like that. I never cared about what the price of bitcoin was at the moment I buy it, I have always bought bitcoin as soon as I got my salary first of every month, some months I do not have enough money to do that, but whenever I do, the moment I get my salary, it goes to bitcoin.

Not all of it of course, just a small portion for investment purposes. I did this back when it was under 3k, I did this above 60k, I have done it anything in between as well. This isn't exactly DCA, because DCA means buying cheaper than your initial investment, I just buy, buy whatever the price is, and I aim to do this for 20 years and then retire with it.
443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: December 14, 2023, 05:45:32 PM
Finance has always become the main factor why some clubs were dominating the league. Take a look at EPL which has been dominating by manchester city. We do know that city has owned by billionaire and this proves that if money was everything in the football.
As long as you have money and you can build the club whatever you wanted it. You can but lots of good players combined with good coach and management. Money is the main reason why people are also playing football.
Become the only biggest club in the french is PSG. It has everything they need caused by it has been supported by unlimited money. that's the reason why the club with good financial was always dominating the league.
The same thing is just happen in bundesliga.
Unfortunately that has been true for some time, teams that spend the most money end up getting the best players out of every other team, and they just build squads that would be able to beat everyone while making the other teams weaker. Look at Monaco, they are third right now, but since 2018 have they won a single title?

Mbappe was from there and he played for Monaco and he was sold for a record breaking amount, I think it was something like 180 million or so, and yet Monaco never got any better after that. That's the power of money, you pay a lot to get a player and then other team still can't find any player as good so they get worse even if they have some money, because there is also possibility that if they ever do ,you would just buy that too and move on. I think it's not an easy job to be opponent of a team that already has a huge amount of money coming from the opponents and you should always be careful about what you are doing before you could move on.
444  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 14, 2023, 05:02:53 PM
Bayern Munich can always get talented players from rival teams and they have done that for many seasons. I think it's not surprising that basically Bayern Munich always dominates the Bundesliga title results because they always get what they want. It is possible that Bayern Munich will still strengthen their squad in the January transfer window to bring in players from rival teams such as Leverkusen and Dortmund.

Talking about Thomas Tuchel, he is quite an experienced coach and perhaps Bayern Munich were interested in bringing him in because when there was a commotion the root of the problem was not clear and actually Julian Nagelsmaan was still a good choice at that time but for some reason the director's decision to fire him was a regret that many people regretted.
It's about the fact that when you win, and you keep winning then you get the financial help, and the reputation, and the love of players as well all at the same time. What this means is that, after you are champions for 10th time, any player would want to play for a team that would likely to be the champions again, so it's easy to convince a player, then you also get paid, both from the league and also UCL prizes as well, so you do have the money to get that player, and you also feel like you could convince other teams too, because you both have the money for it and the player wants to as well.

That's how it works, then you just build the best squad you can, and spend any money that you want to spend and that's the true result of being champions for a long time. I get that it's not all that easy, and I get that we may not do anything that's too crazy, but we need to realize that the best thing to do in this situation would be allowing people to do just fine.
445  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Risking 1% in Gambling on: December 13, 2023, 06:59:31 PM
I don't follow that procedure nor will I call it a strategy. I will gamble depending on my self-decision at that moment. In gambling, either winning or losing, both can bring out the eagerness of the gambler to just continue. Any supposed percentage of the money won't surely be followed properly because of that eagerness. Even if we already reached that said percentage as a limit, it won't give an assurance that we will stop from there.

Just try to force ourselves to stop at a given point where we think shit is now happening and the bankroll will soon be wrecked.
Agree with you, there is no percentage strategy in placing bets when gambling, because it has no effect on the winning results that we will get. In my opinion, the right strategy is the right behavior by being able to control yourself appropriately and being aware within yourself that winning and losing will definitely happen.

If a gambler bets with only 1% of his money but plays continuously, he will still suffer huge losses due to the lack of good control when gambling. So what you say is true, trying to force yourself to stop when you have spent a lot of money or have won, in my opinion that is a good strategy or step in gambling.
That's true and I agree with that too. I think it's clear that some people would prefer some situation where it would be wiser to just bet lesser and that's true, but in a bankroll sense and not result based sense. If you want to gamble lesser because you want to avoid losing all your money quickly then this idea would work, if you are gambling lesser because you think betting less would be easier to make a profit from then I think it should be important to remember that you are going to end up with a lot of issues.

I think it should be reminded that we are going to end up with some situation that should not be all that easy and it could definitely cause a lot of trouble for you on the long run, hence you need to be careful about it. I get that it may not be all that simple, but it is going to end up with some amazing situations for the long term.
446  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Biggest risk of P2P trade on: December 13, 2023, 06:08:52 PM
We know alrready how dangerous centralized exchanges can be = not your keys not your coins
But what are your most dangerous risks of P2P trade?
And how can we avoid it?
We all know that there are lots of scammers that do take advantage of P2P to scam people, and their main target is newbies. They believe they are the ones who will easily fall for their trap, so if you see any advertisements about a P2P platform, then avoid them. The platform might be created by scammers just to defraud people, so make sure you always make use of reputable P2P platforms. I do use exchange when making use of p2p, and when using exchange, the risk involved in it is kind of low. If you follow the guide lines set by the exchange, in case you notice any suspicious moves, you can easily appeal, and the exchange will take care of everything.
I think when you are using P2P the "exchange" doesn't really do much, it doesn't really end up with anything at all. You should be realizing that p2p will always be risky and some people like that risk and they do end up with doing as much as they possibly could, but some people avoid it like it's plague.

I have been one of those people, never done p2p aside from my very first transaction, and aside from that I have never even considered it. Binance and my local exchange is good enough for me and I will keep using them as much as possible and I will avoid any other place or method. Why? Because I know that the yare legit and they do not need to scam me and they will do their absolute best to provide the greatest service since that means millions of dollars in profit every single day.
447  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 13, 2023, 05:44:22 PM
Some Manchester United fans are saying Harry Kane would have been a better choice than Hojlund but to me I don't see it that way, Man UTD don't have what it takes to feed the England number 9 to get goals for the club.
They lack maturity in that team, everyone on the Red devils team are feeling too big and it won't make any difference if Harry Kane was a United player, that individual play will still continue and it won't have worked out well the way we are seeing Kane banging goals for Bayern because at Manchester United the services are not there.
I don't even see Manchester United getting a comfortable game against Liverpool this weekend, it would be another disappointing fixture for them and Klopp would make sure he gets all 3 points.
your observation is correct. Man United didn't have a game that looked like a team. There is no figure at Man United who is the driving force for other players to play well. they only play individually to show off their own skills.
when Man United players can really realize that, and change their playing patterns to be able to play better as a team. maybe they can end the season better. If not, perhaps there is nothing to expect from the Ten Hag squad this season.
Ten Hag has to really figure out what to do with this team. I saw their game yesterday and it was so disgusting. Their fans was really behind them cheering them up, but week in week out this team keeps disgracing their fans. Now that they are out of the champions league, they have to focus on making European football next season. This team looks lost at the moment.
I do not think that Hojlund is the problem, United is having an awful season and it's mainly about the midfield as well, why? Because they are not really having any strategy that would allow them to get better, it's not really all that easy and should be considered something bigger than that.

If they had a proper midfield, and probably better wings, then they would have a chance where they can feed Hojlund or others and score easier, but they are having trouble against good defensive teams since they do not have any player that could fix the issue and they should look for the situation as different and not that easy. If they get some good players there, they could actually provide some good results and get some more goals.
448  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: December 13, 2023, 05:05:22 PM
If it was last season, one would have certainly predicted that Napoli would comfortably win the game against Cagliari. But Napoli's performance has declined to the extent that their games are becoming very difficult to predict. Cagliari was fortunate to win the game against Sassuolo. They only took advantage of the exhausted Sassuolo players after Tressoldi got a red card in the 62nd. They had to mount pressure on the visitors until they were lucky to get two goals in the extra time.

I don't think the second yellow card on Tressoldi was justifiable because he went for the ball with his leg while Gianluca Lapadula put his head and they incidentally had contact.  Sassuolo also lost a man in their last game against when Boloca received a red card in the 63rd minute. Against all odds, I think Napoli will be coming strong after qualifying for the round of 16 by defeating Braga.
I still consider this game as easy win for Napoli, maybe it's just me and I do not see anyone supporting me on this but I think they are not as bad as people make them to be, sure they had a tough schedule after the managerial change, but I think they are going to be fine.

We need to realize that they are doing fine and should not be considered all that bad, they are doing fine at the moment. I get that life is not all that simple for most of these people, and I get that it is going to take a while for them to get better at this, but they are doing fine and should not be considering the situation all that crazy. We need to realize that they are still fine and not really doing all that terrible and could be considered a profitable team that can win against Cagliari.
449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: December 12, 2023, 05:38:43 PM
I hear rumors about Zlatan Ibrahimovic becoming a coach of AC Milan and replacing the current AC Milan coach. Is this true?
Ibrahimovic doesn't have any experience as a coach and such experiment would be extremely risky. I remember other AC Milan legends like Clarence Seedorf and Gennaro Gattuso being appointed in this position, but they failed and AC Milan was in a crisis for a long period.
My bet would be Inter winning this season of Serie A. I don't see any good competitors of Inter. Maybe Juventus is the only team, that can challenge the dominance of Inter, but I'm not sure about it.
It is true that there are many rumors circulating that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will replace the position of AC Milan coach Stefanoo Pioli, but all of this is still being planned and is still being discussed by the AC Milan owner, because the truth cannot be confirmed. However, I think it is impossible to change the coach from AC Milan, because what you say is true. Zlatan Ibrahimovic doesn't have any experience as a coach, all of this will be a big risk, it will definitely fall apart in the future, and not only that, he also still has a very high level of selfishness within him. So it is impossible for him to become a coach and replace the existing coach. I think it's better for him to become an assistant coach to accompany him, from there maybe he can learn to be a good coach and develop with his team. I can't predict who will lift the trophy and win this Serie A, because Inter Milan and Juventus look very good in attack and defense. So let's see and wait who will win Serie A this season.
Ibrahimovic never seemed like a great coach to me, not a manager, but not even a coach, it feels like he just built himself a physically talented football career, what is he going to tell his players? Just go work out? Go learn ne w moves? I mean maybe on coaching level he could be great mentor for some kid, probably someone with some height as a striker, because he has done that and he can help teach some other person how to do what he did, not that they would be capable of just because Ibrahimovic is helping, but surely wouldn't hurt neither.

However, a managerial position is not something you should consider for him, that dude has absolutely no way of communicating without breaking some souls, and I doubt that would be good for business, there would be a lot of players who would love to leave as soon as he gets there, he will not be too kind, and he will hurt feelings and these are multi-million dollar year athletes, they wouldn't want that at all.
450  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Investors Confidence in Bitcoin💪 on: December 12, 2023, 03:05:05 PM
Well the confidence of bitcoin investor is top notch  Grin because bitcoin gives surety to the bitcoin lovers and the investors. We all are aware with the price trendency of bitcoin and the market analysis gives us confidence to invest without thinking extra. Because it's give proves a lot if time. That proves gives high level confidence to the investor of bitcoin. The confidence come from the price analysis of the bitcoin.
Being the prime mover and then showing how good the price will be in the future, making huge profits, it's easy to say that investors are going to be happy with it and so their confidence is very high. I mean in the last 5 years, the growth of bitcoin is tremendous.

And we hear stories that there are investors who become so rich because they have stash a lot and then sell at the right time. With that, some of us trying to replicate that. The formula is very easy, buy low, during the bear market, and be a long term holder and then sell during the bull run to maximize your profit and then rinse and repeat that formula.
Where can we see the future price of BTC? So far all I see is its past and present price. This is the only thing that we got, but a person can be too optimistic by only looking at the patterns on the charts. They think it will be followed again and they already calculated if how much the value of BTC will be in the future. Not all that we see are true, especially online. So, be careful on replicating them. It could be possible that they are created for the people to FOMO in BTC.

And once those people realize that what they saw/hear and what they currently experience are not the same, they can quit on it (sell at a loss). That is how manipulators make money. There is a formula but no way it's easy.
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: coin memes don't have a project? Is it worth buying for the long term? on: December 11, 2023, 04:03:25 PM
the reason I bought meme coin was that I only took advantage of short-term profits. I think most people do the same thing. Apart from that, I feel that meme coin is not worth holding for a long period of time, because the risks are very large, especially in large amounts. However, there are some people who are holding some meme coins, and hope that the price will go higher. However, they only hold popular meme coins such as Doge, Shiba, and others.
Most meme are better to take advantage of in the short term, because you don't know the one that'll survive and reach long term. If you want to gamble your money for high profit, then meme is for you, you just might pick a good one that multiply your investment many times over, and if it does, it's better to cash out, because you don't know whether the more you wait, it'll become worthless. For long term investment and better assurance and peace of mind in crypto investment, I'll be very comfortable to rely on bitcoin, because it has proven to be very profitable if you hold for a long time, also any top altcoin, is good to put money into, because just like bitcoin, they're also reliable and profitable.
If new meme coins yes but there are also old meme coins which can likely last for more months or years but why not just go for the old non-meme coins instead? As their potential to pump during a bull run is much higher because they have a strong technology. Old meme coins will mostly rely on luck and if someone decides to manipulate and hype them again.

To become greedy is not good even for the non meme coins. We don't want to lose the chance and wait longer again. So it's better if we can just grab the opportunity right away. Besides, we can still buy at the lows again right after it, because for sure many will also sell and that can cause a dip in the price of the coins.
452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: December 10, 2023, 06:44:06 PM
Manchester United have not yet found the right coach like Alex Ferguson, but all the coaches who handle the Red Devils have shown their lack of expertise in looking for players who are worthy of being included in the Red Devils squad. In fact, Erik ten Hag brought his former players from AFC Ajax to Manchester United but instead to build Manchester United like AFC Ajax..

But none of the players he brought in brought Manchester United back to glory. In fact, in the months of big clubs, not only in the Champions League in the English League, Manchester United was so disappointing in every match. In fact, it became increasingly unclear what Manchester United was doing. This season..
To be fair it's not easy to find a coach that could get "Sir" title, we are talking about potentially one of the best managers in the world ever, and if not at least we all know he is top 5 in success and that's a big deal.

How could you find someone like that easily, it would be quite tough. If they can steal the manager from their city rivals maybe in a few years they could start to look good as well but for the time being they are not going to be all that great and they should consider the situation a little bit of a trouble for them with Erik Tan Hag, he is not looking like he is capable of managing a team this big, and that wouldn't be really all that unexpected, dude never managed any high level club before United.
453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: December 10, 2023, 03:34:33 PM
In the second half of the season, Juventus will actually be in a more difficult position. Because now they might win because they are playing as the host. But in the second half of the season, Juventus will have to face these strong teams again at their respective headquarters. Away games are usually more difficult than home games. And that's when Juventus will really be tested. Currently, Juventus actually does not have as good a squad depth as Inter Milan and Napoli. But Allegri is the one who always manages to make the Juventus squad perform optimally despite all its limitations.
I do not think that it would be all that chaotic, we are talking about a situation where Juventus is already better than 95%+ of the league, maybe Inter could be considered better, and only maybe and nothing is certain but aside from that I think Juventus is better, so away games will not matter. They may end up being good enough to just win the league all together and not have any trouble at all.

This is not sure thing, if they get any player injured then they may get worse and the results may not be good, but that will not be because home or away game difference, that would be because they may miss players to injury, if that doesn't happen and they are healthy then they are going to have a chance to win, and if other teams that are near their points end up with injury trouble then Juventus will eventually have even better results. This is why I believe that the best thing to do right now would be just focusing on winning the way they did all season.
454  Economy / Speculation / Re: What did you think will happen to Bitcoin before January? on: December 09, 2023, 08:20:23 PM
I think Bitcoin will still rise in January, and start to fall in February to March, and when the halving starts, because everyone will dump first and buy at the bottom again.
but my predictions could be wrong.who knows Grin
I know where you are coming from as we have not seen any signs of dip or massive sell off yet which was speculated and it's little bit difficult to predict this time because initially even I though Bitcoin will dump in second half of December but at the moment things looks more positive and we are expecting Bitcoin to cross $50k mark this month. I feel next two weeks will decide whether Bitcoin will retract back or prosper further in the month of January. Even though it looks like Bitcoin will continue to pump but the experience we had in the past years unfolds a different story.
I agree that it is not that simple, there are a lot of people who make a lot of mistakes but in the end we are talking about a situation that would not be all that clear, we are talking about a lot of people who know what they are doing and all the people here on bitcointalk are trying their best. I would pick anyone here, even a random person, instead of some influencer online, they make it up, people here at least try to find a data that they can base their predictions on.

I agree that fall could happen, we have gone up way too much, so a fall wouldn't be all that crazy, I understand why something like that could be what people are fearing right now, but I just feel like it is not on the books yet so there is no need to worry about it.
455  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What would you to like to see in a crypto investing bot? on: December 09, 2023, 07:44:49 PM
As crypto traders, we all know the struggle. Analyzing charts, monitoring news, and navigating volatile markets can leave most people feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Crypto trading bots have been extremely helpful in that regard, with the promise to automate the process and help us make informed decisions.
But let's be honest, most bots out there fall short. They lack the features we need to thrive in the ever changing crypto market. So, my question to you is what do you want to see in your dream bot?
Personally my biggest regret is the fact that bots are buying based on some data, and I can buy according to that data, if there is a both that can buy based on something that I can't replicate myself then I would consider that as good and understand that it would be my benefit, of course depending on the results, but I want a bot to be able to do something I can't do.

All the bots that we have right now, are software that does stuff that I can do too, but it does it 7/24 non-stop, that is literally all that it offers, be able to do it constantly non stop for things that I can do myself as well. I want it to be able to go beyond that, do something I can never do, have a higher grade of result that I would never be able to reach.
456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2023/24 Season on: December 09, 2023, 07:25:23 PM
Galatasaray spend huge amount in this season which is now giving them good return in shape of having good control in Turkish league table and also their chances are bright for the knock-out stage in Champions League even game against Copenhagen is not easy but their quality and confidence both are at the top, and they can achieve their best result like they have against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Even too many holes, but things are going good for the league, and we can expect good results in near future as well but right now the best hope is Galatasaray is going to for the knock-out or no but if they jump in then surely this will open new doors for the other clubs as well to improve their quality and performance good luck to them for the another good win at Copenhagen.
That's the thing about this season for them, they could end up with a title at the league because they look like they are doing fine, or they could be second place this season if Fenerbahce wins the title and when you have a squad worth 200+ million, about x10 more than some teams, and 2x more than the closest rival outside of Fenerbahce, they spent so much money on building this squad, so it is going to be tough for them to accept a second place, that could be terrible, on top of that they could be fourth place, it is quite possible, get a draw and United wins, or simply just lose, and united gets a win or draw, they could be fourth place too.

So what a team that could be last 16 at UCL and a title at league, could be second place and out completely as well, depends on a few game difference. They will do their best, this could be the most important game of the entire season for them, they need to get a win one way or another, they need to do something about it.
457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 09, 2023, 11:41:43 AM
Mark my words.

Hallan will go to Real Madrid and Mbappè will not.  Wink
I don't doubt this because Haaland has more open opportunities than Mbappe. We know that Real Madrid have almost given up on getting Mbappe and they don't want to be shackled with a player who is very difficult to manage. It is possible that Mbappe will still continue his career at PSG and will receive another big offer from PSG and he cannot refuse it anymore.

Haaland is definitely happy to get what he wants at Manchester City from all the titles to individual records and now he is only targeting the Ballon D'Or award. Therefore, with Real Madrid everything will be easier to achieve and I think Haaland is the striker figure that Real Madrid currently needs and from the support of the other players at Real Madrid, they are now completely strong enough to push Haaland.
How do we think Haaland will leave Manchester City for Real Madrid? In my opinion,I think this is not going to be a possible move, atleast not now that Pep is still the coach of Mancity.Haaland is one of the most important players Guardiola has in that team, and letting him go won't be a thing on his mind.He knows with Haaland,he can go another season winning the Champions league,so I think if Haaland wants to win the Ballon D'or,Mancity is the best place for him,he shouldn't think of swapping City to Madrid because if he does that,he will definitely have himself to blame.Real Madrid are just looking for a way to win the Champions league this season, but City are strong favourites for the tittle. They won it last year, and can still go ahead to defend the tittle.
Well considering he has a contract, if he runs down his contract and doesn't sign back up again, then there is a very valid possibility that he could do that. Plus, in a world where they do have both Vini J.r, Mbappe and Haaland, they would be the best team ensembled probably ever, and even if not, we can say one of the best and in history Real has built some of the best teams ever.

I think the only problem would be both Vini and Mbappe plays at left, so you would be forcing one of them to go towards the other side, which isn't a smart decision to be fair because the yare great at where they play and playing in another position may not be all that great. All in all, I do not think that they will buy any of these players, just get them when they run down their contract and they just pay them a salary, considering how much money they have, paying some more salary would not hurt their finances neither because they are very much in big profit right now.
458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 08, 2023, 08:50:53 PM
Judging by their past matchups, I find the Pacers to be the better team as they defeated the top two teams in the East. First, they beat the Celtics, and now the Bucks, so they should not be underestimated just because the Lakers are the popular team. The Lakers, on the other hand, beat the Suns and the Pelicans, which are not even in the top 3 in the West.

I understand that it's hard to predict, but I suggest you follow your own intuition as this should be a close match.
I think it is quite the opposite, Pacers are a fine team there is no doubt about that, but Lakers are doing wonders at a stacked Western conference, and that's a very good thing for them, they are looking like they are one of the better teams in the league.

I think Pacers will lose and I think Lakers will win this one. I am sure of just one thing and that is the fact that there will be a lot of betting on this game without a doubt, it is going to be quite obvious and we are going to see a lot of changes for sure. I think it should be important to remember that we are talking about Lakers and Lebron here, when it is the finals Lebron may not have wonderful record, but he does have plenty of rings to show how he plays much better on finals.

There is no doubt about the ability of Xabi when it comes to coaching,he has really taken Leverkusen to a greater heights, and if they can remain consistent this season, then the Bundesliga league is all theirs.Xabi brought in the likes of Xhaka of Arsenal during the summer becausee she knows the players has the quality and the experience of being a leader in his team. With what Xabi is doing, there is very possibility that next season, they  will be up their challenging for the Champions league tittle.

Bayern Munich will find it difficult to to turn the league title to theirs with the form that Leverkusen are,and I just think this season is not really for them.I will give it to Xabi Alonso's side who are so eager to be crowned champions this season.
I believe that it is not the Xabis managerial talents that would be in question but more like consistency of the roster. After all, we are talking about Bayern that would be all that much better and ready, whereas we are talking about Leverkusen who hasn't won any title in god knows how many years.

Obviously sometimes some teams shock the world, like how Napoli won the Serie A last season easily, and nobody expected them to be that good, Leverkusen could technically do something like that, but will they be still good when it is March? April? I mean they have been good so far and I think it is going to be a little bit of a trouble for them later down the line and that's a lot more important, to keep being consistent during that period.

Nice's chances against PSG are somewhat doubtful. Though they trail by 29 points, PSG's lead and form under Enrique make them a difficult opponent. It's true that the French League is unpredictable and PSG may struggle, but it's PSG. Their depth and quality are league-leading. Nice has played well this season. Do they no longer represent the underdogs? Their consistency, despite losses, is astounding. Nice might gain if PSG slips. A big if, though. PSG seems too powerful with Enrique in charge. The match will be fascinating, but I don't expect a major shock
I agree that Nice will not have that much chance to catch up, it looks like they are close enough, but by the end of the season that 4 point difference will be much higher.

PSG is always the best team here, and they do give up after a while and stop caring about the league so that's why it may end up closer than what people think, but last season it was only one point so they do not want to have something like that again and may have higher advantage. When you are leading the league with 10+ points to the second team, why would you care? And by the end if it is 5 points, and you already guaranteed that you will be the winner, you may just go up with youth team as well, you can lose all you care and it wouldn't matter.
