Thank you for this contribution to the mining community : there is no such tools for NVidia GPUs users :-).

3 questions :
 1 - Are the sources available ?
 2 - Is there any fee ?
3 - Can you explain the OC features for NVidia GPUs
342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptonight Algo with Nvidia Cards - What are the Ideal Afterburner Settings? on: September 21, 2017, 06:22:24 AM
I read online that this algo is memory intensive but I'm told by a fellow miner that its core intensive and that my memory should be set to zero.  What gives?
You have to try.
Be carrefull what you read : Cryptonight is CPU and GPU mineable.
Perhaps when you read "core intensive" it"s whas about CPU mining, not GPU mining, and it's want to say "CPU-intensive".
Not the same as "Gpu intensive" vs. "memory intensive".
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore 5000 shares but none showing in wallet ? on: September 21, 2017, 06:18:13 AM
What pool have you been mining to? Is there a minimum payout threshold that you have not yet reached? 26mh only makes 0.169 ETH per month at current difficulty so you might just not have hit the minimum for a payout.

Not sure. Goes to myetherwallet
There is probably no mistake : your pool need you reach a minimum amount of Ethereum before withdraw this amount to your wallet.
Usually, your pool interface show you the progress mining, even you catch this minimum amount.
Why did you not answer for the pool name ?

Hi, how much is the total supply of the coin?

just visit this page = https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/zcoin
all information in their site

I only can see the circulating supply in coinmarketcap, I didn't find any information about the total supply cap in their website either.
XZCoin is mineable altcoin.
XZCoin is a very low inflation altcoin.
Then, total supply and circulating supply are the same : approximatively 3,000,000 XZC. It is a very low supply and a good opportunity for investment.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What to mine? on: September 20, 2017, 09:46:42 AM
Hi, I want to start mining cryptocurrencies but I don't want to buy anykind of hardware for mining Cryptos cause most hardwares are pretty expensive . So my question is what crypto can i mine with an average pc that will make profitable ? Oh, btw Electricity fees per kW is $0.06 in my country, is that good for mining?
Your electricity fee is very low in your country and it is a chance for you.
"What to mine" is the name of a website who answer to this question.
Look at tis website to know what to mine with your hardware.

Zcoin Dev Update 19 September 2017: Znodes, GUI, libzerocoin, MTP and ZEth

What’s Next in Development?
After the completion of the Zcoin core upgrade, this opens up a range of improvements that the team can now work on.

libzerocoin improvements
With the assistance of Tim Ruffing, he has identified several fixes that are required in the software library that underpins Zerocoin and Poramin has implemented them into our codebase based on 0.8. Work is being done to port these fixes over to the new core 0.13 and we intend to roll this out by the end of the month or early October. We believe this is the first major improvement to libzerocoin in a long while and represents a major step forward in providing a secure Zerocoin protocol. Our next step after implementing these fixes is to do a code cleanup and refactor of the Zerocoin code to make it easier to audit.
As our commitment to open source, we will release the source code for this that will allow other projects that are using Zerocoin to secure their own Zerocoin implementations. We hope other projects can contribute to the development of Zerocoin as well.

GUI Revamp
Besides the backend, we understand the importance of having a aesthetically pleasing graphical interface especially when it relates to the use of Zerocoin. Our next task is making the wallet easy and intuitive to use.
We also will have some commands to recover Zcoin that has been stuck in unconfirmed spends from the previous version so make sure you don’t delete your old wallets with funds. As long as you have the wallet where you did the original mints, your funds are safe.

Znodes
At the same time, work will begin on Znodes, the long awaited update that allows incentivized nodes to support the Zcoin network and makes Zcoin into a hybrid Proof of Work and Proof of Stake system. Znode owners will earn a proportion of the block rewards as an incentive to maintain a full node, keep it updated and maintain the network. A certain number of Zcoin will be required as a ‘collateral’ to start a Znode to discourage Sybil attacks. This number will be announced as we come closer to launch but we aim to achieve a balance between allowing people to participate while maintaining a decent profitability for node owners to keep them sufficiently incentivized.

Reusable Payment Codes / Stealth Addresses
We are considering between either implementing BIP47 Reusable payment codes or Stealth Addresses. The benefit of Stealth Addresses is that it can be implemented very quickly given that Poramin was actually the first developer to successfully implement it in a QT wallet in Vertcoin. However, BIP47 has certain advantages over Stealth Addresses in that it can be used in light wallets and they are not distinguishable from regular Zcoin transactions however thought has to be given to how to implement it in the UI and also development will take longer.
Currently there are only two BIP47 implementations out there being the Samourai wallet and the Dark Wallet while stealth addresses are well understood and implemented in many coins.

MTP Porting to new codebase
We will port our existing MTP code to the new 0.13 codebase so that we are ready to implement MTP as soon as we can after the researchers Alex Biryukov and Dmitry Khovratovich publish their revised paper with improvements to MTP both in the areas of security and performance. We will only be able to comment on how long this will take when extended a copy of the revised paper which is expected sometime in October.

Proof of Concept Ethereum Zerocoin mixer
Tadhg is currently well underway with coding of his smart contract for ZEth (Zerocoin mixing on Ethereum). We hope to deploy a functional proof of concept mixer for Zerocoin on Ethereum soon. We hope that this project will bring greater recognition of our project with the Ethereum community along with opening up synergies between the two currencies together with cross atomic swaps which allow decentralized conversion between Zcoin and Ethereum and vice versa.
Poramin and Riordant will be attending Devcon3 in November 1-4 and aim to have the proof of concept smart contract ready by then.

Hardware Wallet Integrations
Community members have started integrating Zcoin with Trezor and Ledger. The Bitcoin core upgrade now makes their task a lot simpler and hopefully will accelerate development here.

What for a lot of good news !
And speculators like these news too : ZCoin price is growing for 35% since this publication.
But ZCoin at 260 kSat is still very low : it's real price is 5000 kSat (0,05 btc) !
September will be a very good month for ZCoin holders :-).

You will get your 1000 ARTE piece per piece over the next 60 years and you can only sell what your address already have mined.

Piece by piece I can agree - but from what I understood genesis holder of Artmine can sell its genesis adress as well. Thats one of the diffrences with MNE genesis adresses.
[/quote]
Yes Artemine genesis holder can sell it genesis adress.
But each genesis adress is specific and it's principal characteristic is the ARTE mineable is it life (63 years).
ICO participant will receive each genesis adress with 0 ARTE at the beginning (or perhaps a few little, like teh MNE genesis addresses at the begining : it was approx. 10 days of mining, the delay between the Airdrop and the availability of the genesis address : dev, if you read me ;-)).
348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Minereum - First Self Mining Smart Contract - ARTEMINE ICO NOW LIVE on: September 20, 2017, 08:55:28 AM
We will see huge increase in price of MNE once the ICO phase is over. I do think there will be some updates on the features which were under developed and those will be cause of that rise. Minereum supply will be cut off to 1/3 by then this is my estimation seeing half of Minereum have been poured already into this project.
Difficult to say : all is possible.
I hope this increase in MNE price, of course, but in fact, we are no waiting for it since many weeks.
And we are still waiting...
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO on: September 20, 2017, 08:49:45 AM
research as much information as possible but mainly

-whitepaper
-team
-product
-use case
The capitalasisation is a good information too.
If the number of coins that multiply the ICO price is highe than major existing coins (for example then 10 first) : you are very probably in front of a scam.
Unfornately, there is a lot af scams.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Share where you invest on: September 20, 2017, 08:36:05 AM
Subject says it all. Guys which campaign did you invest in? That you joined in before or now and is it fully legit and safe.

I am asking this because Iam want to earn fast due to lack of money want to earn really bad.
If I have no Bitcoin and I have to invest like you say, the answer is very simple : I will buy Bitcoin and only Bitcoin.
Bitcoin will be at 5k, 10k, 25k $ and so on : not alts, even Etherteum.

When you will be a expert in altcoins, with a lot experiences, perhaps can you invest 5 oa 10% of your Bitcoins in alts.

Why is my profile stuck at 70 posts? More posts are not counted.
This is not your posts nimber but your activity.
Post number and activity are 2 differents things.
Your posts number is still growing 'see at your profil screen).
Your activity number is growing ever 13 days, never more than 14.

Hi All,

We will burn the first received MNEs in the ICO in the next few days! The received MNEs are currently worth around $1 Million (~50% of MNE's supply).

https://etherscan.io/token/0x1a95b271b0535d15fa49932daba31ba612b52946?a=0xcf24fa5606bbe4dab3ba24cb586b4353fe83094a

The ICO will continue as normal and we will periodically burn the next received tokens.

The MNEs will be sent to the Minereum Token Creation Service (will be automatically burned) and an Ethereum Token will be generated out of it.

We may use this created token just for Minereum/Artemine fans, we are not sure yet.

We may create a vote here on bitcointalk for the community to decide what to do with it, after all, the creation of this token will be worth about $1 Million.

More updates soon, stay tuned!
What about the token from the burning MNE ?
If at the end of the ARTE ICO, there will 600,000 MNE in the Ethereum ICO account, there will not really burned but transformed in a new token ?
And the question/pool is what we wants to do with this token ?
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]Artemine- First Self Mining Smart Contract 2.0 - ICO LIVE - 400% BONUS on: September 19, 2017, 09:55:06 AM
Wut Wut on the million bucks.  LOL

Say your sitting on 1000 arte with a genesis address.  Arte gets listed on Bittrex (lets make it fun)  the price goes to 1.00.  You want to cash out.

Can it be sold on bittrex?  Or will I have to sell on the genesis address site that Artemine creates?  I worry it may be hard to get customers there.  Can someone please tell me how that works.

You can't sell the entire address on bittrex, but you can sell your coins every day. I'm afraid however that 1.000 ART won't make you much money. I think ART could go to 10$, but with 1.000ART you'd still only mine about 0.04 of them, which gives you about 40 cents a day (1.000ART = 10MNE = 12$). You'd ofcourse be making profits after 1 month, adding up to about 12$ a month.

Now, in the first quarter of 2018 you'll be able to sell the entire address on a special Artemine platform. If we compare it to selling a business, you should be able to sell it for the gross revenue of 1 year, which is about 12$*12 months, so 144$ or about 0.5ETH.

I recommend you buy some more Art so that you can get a better income. Personally I've bought 10.000 so that, if my prediction comes true and ART gets valued at 10$, I make about 4$ a day, which comes down to about 1440$ a year in passive income.

It's still a question on what the purpose of ART will be for an investor. If it's not gonna do anything it's not gonna be worth 10$, not even 1$. I think they should integrate it with the lottery and the world app, but that's just my 2 cents
Intersesting mlathematics, thank you.

But if you've right, why the MNE is still in price now ?
There would be a "link" between ARTE price and MNE price.

whoever said this was a scam could not have been more wrong, also, the team has been very busy trying to help people that missed the switch from the old to the new rise get their coins back which is very commendable!
get it while it's still affordable Wink
Yes ? How do you know that ?
No news from my support ticket made 15 days ago.
This swap made a lot of people in trouble, even fans of the first hour.

I can tell you from my own experience. I purchased RISE when it was around $0.03 in May and I missed the swap as well. I was very disappointed.

I sent in a support ticket but didn't get any confirmation, which was even more confusing. But I received a response after 2 weeks. I had to verify my account with my passphrase and open a new wallet on the site. After verification my balance was sent to the new wallet and everything is back to normal now. Your ticket will get handled, they just need time to process the large amount.
Ok, thank you for your answer that reassures me.
It's seems there was a lot of problems with this swap.
I will waiting, no problem with that :-)

There is the RISE Coin and the RISE token ?
2 differents currencies or the same one ?

357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What GPU to get for a budget of around 2500$? on: September 14, 2017, 09:22:03 AM
nVidia GTX 1050Ti is a very good choice because it is 14 nm GPU when others are 16 nm.

They are some others advantage :
 - none PCIe connectors (except some with one, but only one)
 - very low heat dissipation (important with a 13 GPUs RIG)
 - very low electricity consumption (your PSU will be smaller than with 1060 or 1070)
358  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Bitcoin related Interview questions on: September 14, 2017, 09:16:28 AM
Ok, I'll be the genesis here...  Some theoretical questions I could ask are:
- What is cold storage and how does it work?
- Difference between POW and POS?
- From a technical standpoint, what's a smart contract, where is a smart contract, how does a smart contract work?
It is very beginner questions.
You can find all the answer very easely on the internet.

In few words.
 - cold storage : you disconnect from internet the system where yours privates keys are.
 - PoW : your return is dependant of the electricity you burn - PoS : your return is dependant of the number of coin you have
 - Samrt contract : the transaction is dependant of some external conditions
