Also, the managed profit miner profit switching keeps sending my gtx 980 to x15 on nicehash (0.09$/month)

I have a profile for my card, the default NH zpool and mining hub with benchmarks. If I deactivate the x15 algo in the profile it still does x15. Also switched to the unbenchmarked default nvidia GPU profile and it still tries x15.
If you right click on the miner and select View Detail, and look at the Profit tab, I assume this list with profit per pool looks fine - it's just that Awesome Miner for some reason isn't able to pick the top pool and start mining on that one?

cant use the cloud services for more than 12 Hours now cause it says its expired.....
How can it expire when it auto renews?
Also wrote an mail to support no answer yet.
I've just answered one e-mail about this topic that was sent about 5h ago - maybe that one was yours? Previously the Cloud Services only allowed up to one extra day when a subscription expires. What I think happend here is that it was some delay in the renewal. For the future I've changed the implementation to allow use of Cloud Services for an entire week after it expires, to give more time for any auto renewal payment to be processed.

Another little bug, AM doesn't show more than 8 gpu temperature in the status column even if I have 12 gpus in the summary and I can see all gpu temperature in there.

Yet another one, the miner view always goes back to Compact List after closing/reopening AM instead of staying to List as set, Very annoying.
1) This is a hard coded limit in Awesome Miner to only display the temperature first 8 devices. Some ASIC's can have a very large number of devices, and showing temperature for 20-40 devices  wouldn't look too nice.

I could bump it to 12 at least.

You can also configure Awesome Miner to display the highest temperature instead of all of them (in General section of Options dialog).

2) If you have Performance Mode enabled, Awesome Miner will force you to use Compact List for performance reasons. Do you have Performance Mode enabled, and if that case, how many miners do you have?

It's possible to add internal wallet of Nicehash in Balance system ?

It depends on if the wallet is a public wallet on the blockchain.  A lot of exchanges have an internal wallet system that is not accessible on the public blockchain, so it's impossible for a blockchain explorer to report it's balance.

Not, i use internal wallet, to decrease fee.
But the API is available :

Like this :

https://api.nicehash.com/api?method=stats.provider&addr=1P5PNW6Wd53QiZLdCs9EXNHmuPTX3rD6hW

https://www.nicehash.com/doc-api

I try to add in manual but doesn't work.

I use an app on iOS, but i will probably develop mine, to respond at my need.

The Wallet Balance feature in Awesome Miner is currently only supporting a couple of Block Explorer API's that give the balance for public addresses. There are currently no support for showing the current pool balance or the Nicehash specific balance. There might be support added for this in the future, but the challenge is that most pools have their own API's and ways of reporting this information.

Hi again! I love AW!

Do you plan to improve the work with overclocking profiles?
Now it is possible to save the profile for only one GPU, but in the Template I must applied the profile to all GPU at once - I can do it since I have a little different video cards on the rig.

It is necessary to create a one overclocking profile for the whole RIG at once which will contain different settings for each GPU.
Thanks for your feedback. I've been getting similar requests so there will probably be some improvements in this area for future versions of Awesome Miner. I fully understand the scenario you describe here.

I have no idea how I could manage 110 L3+ miners without this truly awesome piece of sw. One thing is needed to change tough. The temps shown on antminers are the board temps, not the chip, which is completly useless, could you change it, as there is 10+ C difference in between the two.

Have you checked in the summary tab for your L3+ ?

thanks!

Well, the point is, especially at large scale to see from the main menu if any miners temp is above desired level. In the summary tab indeed the data is there, but it would be reasonable to show the chip temp instead of the PCB temp, innit?
Awesome Miner is actually quite flexible here. If you want to display chip temperatures in the list of miners, you can configure the Progress field to do that. See the final example on this page:
http://www.awesomeminer.com/help/customizefield.aspx

Also, the rules that you use to detect temperatures supports both the PCB temperature and the Chip temperature, as buckrogers pointed out.

I'm seeing some issues with getting balance updates for Litecoin.

I configured it through the interface and left the API URL untouched (so it's http://explorer.litecoin.net/chain/Litecoin/q).
However, when I request an update it fails, and when I look into the logs I can see requests to Blockchain.info being made for my LTC wallets.
Code:

What gives? :-)
The next version that will be made available within 1-2 hours will correct this. Thanks for reporting it.

If you can't use more than 1 instance of AM security option is useless. At least you need to make authorization on web page.
The multi-user feature is mainly intended to be user with the web interface, where you can have different users logging in and only see their own miners.
You are correct that it's currently not possible to run multiple instances of Awesome Miner at the moment. That might change in the future, but will require some significant implementation changes. But it's on the long term roadmap.

so weirdly, I tried it again today to get you the screenshots... and its working. so no idea what was up with that.

also, can I add significant digits to the display of currency for bitcoin, so I can see exact number of satoshi for profitability?
The next version will at least show 8 digits when the numbers are very small, because in current version i only displays the first 4 digits, when it in fact might be a very small number like 0.00001.

I think i got it working

Is there any way you can support this as i can only let it run a preconfigured bat file. so i cant let it jump pools wich would be nice.
no reply on my last post?
This one is not fully command line compatible with sgminer, but what you could try is to go to Managed Software in the Options dialog, select Sgminer and put in --neoscrypt as a "User defined command line argument" on the line for neoscrypt. If that's not working, it will not be possible to have full support for this mining software until it's officially supported by Awesome Miner.

Good morning, xmrig has added API support for their Monero miner, will you be supporting it sometime soon?

https://github.com/xmrig/xmrig/releases/tag/v2.4.0

Thanks
Hi,
I've been getting some requests about this mining software recently. I will try to look into that soon, because I agree that it would be nice to include support for this one.
3532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner]- Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 5000 miners on: October 13, 2017, 08:10:31 PM
Just started using this software today and been playing with it getting it set up which I think I have now done properly.

When I set my 2 rigs running to leave them overnight I noticed it was mining xmr on Supernova on both rigs, the problem with this is I didn't add Supernova as a pool!!!  Undecided

Is this a Dev mining fee or is something dodgy going on???

If it is a mining fee (which I'm fine with as it's free and seems like it could be pretty awesome) then it should definitely say that's what it's doing in the interface as it just says 'Interface offline'.

Is this legit or has it been hacked?
I have the same. I think this pool is hardcoded in AM.
That's why we need to know who put that pool into the software, the dev or a unknown 3rd party!  If it is the dev then like I said that's fine, but he really should put a message or something on the interface to say so.

Maybe it is a little developer's fee in free version Smiley
Awesome Miner does not have any dev fee or hardcoded pools.

If you see Suprnova in Ccminer I think it's the default pool of Ccminer rather than anything else. I don't know why that one is being used, so please try to run the diagnostics to see if all pool parameters are set correctly to the mining software. It could be that Ccminer reverts to this pool if the pool configuration was incorrect.

When I start a miner as localhost in the latest version (4.0.6) which is running locally I get an error Interface Offline but the miner appears to work and mine to my selected pool, though it chooses the most inefficient algorithm (X15). I have managed profit mining set. Diagnostics and logs look clear.
Maybe you could share the log file with me via e-mail? Also, if you right click on the miner and select "View Details" and look at the profitability information. Does it looks correct?

How can I exclude one of my GPU's from mining?

I have tried to create a rule but it does not have an effect.  Here's a screenshot of what I've set:

http://prntscr.com/guzzzk
This is unfortunately not supported.

First of all, it's only some mining software that can disable GPU's, and if I remember correctly, it's Sgminer and the Claymore miners.

The trigger in Awesome Miner will not indicate which GPU that was too warm, so your action cannot target the specific GPU from the trigger. As you can see you can manually enter the Device ID's, but the Device ID is actually the ID number that the mining software uses to identify a GPU. It's 0, 1, 2 and so on, which is what you also see when you have selected a miner and then select the GPU tab at the bottom.

I do understand the concept you are asking for here, but it's currently not possible to disable a single GPU like this.

Hi!
Some problems with awesome miner
https://www.screencast.com/t/dPjYMW8MfU
Hi,
I managed to play this one in IE. It looked very strange - can you please explain a bit more? You don't have multiple Awesome Miner (the main application) connected to the same Remote Agents, right? (that's not supported). Can you save the API report (toolbar: Tools -> API Report) for this miner a couple of times, and try to get both combinations of information that is displayed. Thanks!
3537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner]- Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 5000 miners on: October 08, 2017, 08:46:56 PM
How can I use webhooks ? Can I insert there SendMessage method using Telegram API like:
Code:
https://api.telegram.org/bot<Bot_token>/sendMessage?chat_id=<chat_id>&text=ALERT!!
 ??
You can use webhooks GET method and paste that link but "Target URL" field is limited to 100 characters so unlikely it won't work for you since it's longer than that.
You can use POST method and paste
Code:
https://api.telegram.org/bot<Bot_token>/sendMessage
to "Target Url" field and
Code:
chat_id=<chat_id>&text=ALERT!!
into POST body. However this method doesn't work too since it's adding miner's description string to the end of body and telegram API returns error.
Thank you!
So we must ask the author to fix it in some way.
1. Do not add a miner's description string to POST body;
2. Or fix this according to the Telegram API instructions.

Today, this is a much more popular and useful method - alerts via Telegram.
Thanks for all feedback on this. I will increase the max length a lot in the next version.

Anyone ever have issue with Awesome Miner itself constantly crashing when just open.. i have uninstalled it and downloaded it again and installed with no change. Little confused what is causing it to crash. Its the only software crashing on the computer.

Update:

I have narrowed it down to what is causing the crashing event to occur, so for some reason Profit Miners cause it to crash continuously, i noticed this because when i got mad at it crashing, i decided to start deleting stuff i recently added to the software to see if one of those things were bugging it out, as soon as i removed ALL profit miners from my miners list, it stopped crashing is allowing me to continue to use the software on managed and external miners actively running. The minute i add a profit manager and do nothing else, it will crash a few minutes later and occur over and over tell i remove it again.
Welcome back, and I'm sorry to hear about the other problems you been having.

Please sent me the log file for Awesome Miner (toolbar: Tools -> Log File) and let me know the time of the problem. It's not common that Awesome Miner itself crashes, but when it happens and I get a log file I can typically fix the faults very fast. Thanks!

nsgminer.exe: --algorithm: unrecognized option

Hi im getting above error in diagnostic when running nsgminer.
i cannot remove the parameter as it must only say "--neoscrypt" not "--alogrithm neoscrypt"
then I believe nsgminer will run in awesome miner.

nsgminer.exe --config awesome.conf --text-only --algorithm neoscrypt

or is there an option to remove or customize this?
I'm not really familiar with nsgminer, but it looks like you are trying to mine neoscrypt with it and that algorithm isn't supported? Is this a Managed Miner or Managed Profit Miner you are running? Are other algorithms working?

Patrike,

Feature Request

Is it OK to ask for a secondary Profit Profile to be added to the program ?

If so, can I post the info / details here and get feedback from others in this thread ?

Or should I contact you direct with this ?
What is the expected behavior of a secondary profit profile here? You can add your own profiles in Options dialog, Profit profile section. A single miner can only reference a single profit profile.

You can share any ideas in the thread here, because it's always good to get opinion from more people on these kind of ideas. Thanks!
