I am thinking about transfering 15 ether to bittrex to buy 300 Qtum. I dont know much about Qtum. Is it like NEO? I want to transfer most of my Eth and buy other coins that have potential to grow faster than Eth. What do you think about my decision to buy Qtum???
Hope you didn't follow through for your sake mate! Who can ever tell which coin will be the one to shoot in value, its such an unpredictable market. I have never heard of Qtum, is there any potential there? Well, did you notice it just went from $20 to $30 in less than 10 minutes? And 60 million trade in 30 minutes on bithumb? I have updated driver to the newest one 17.12.1 and now my rx 570 is stuck to 300 mhz core clock which cripples mining performance  Has anyone noticed something similiar ? I've had issues with radeon mining after the latest windows update, before the card would only do 19 mh/s eth max with blockchain driver, but now it's doing 6 which is completely not worth it. Not enough info, can't compute. What miner? What OC tool? Wattman works for me on RX560s and RX580s, so its you, not driver (although, drives DID broke claymore voldage, frequency and fans control, and temperature and fan speed report) Here's as much information as possible, This is asus rx 570 strix 4gb, bios modded to 1500 strap, using windows 10 1709 and 10.0 claymore's dual miner, I have tried using msi afterburner and wattman for overclocking, but the card stays in idle mode for core clock resulting in crippled performance - https://i.imgur.com/XLnuXHn.png I have applied atikmdag patcher as with all of my other cards, and had no issues until the 1709 windows update. Now I can't force the gpu to work at anything but idle 300 mhz, I have tried deleting adrenaline drivers and going back to the blockchain ones, but it's still the same. My biggest problem with Ripple is that the company owns so much of it and could easily kill the whole project. Not that they would, but it is possible. And with my risk management I am not willing to take that risk, and I would suggest you dont.
Your risk management should be more thorough, then you'd know what happened with remaining coins a bit earlier this month  |

All these people on this thread saying "Don't buy sia" without reason... Sia is for the long term. In Q2/Q3 their ASIC miner Obelisk will be released. I personally think the price of Sia will skyrocket in Q2 and beyond. I have a bag of Sia for the long term, not for daytrading.
And people saying to buy SIA because of the Obelisk are even more ridiculous. You think SIA value now is in the dumps? Wait until 2000+ ASICS are mining another 150k each a month. Add that to te current 31.3 BILLION SC in existence and do some math ... Price goes down, not up. Buy SC to become a bag holder for life -- like the rest of us suckers  In the long run, did ASICs ruined BTC price, or not? |

7 million is already burned by doing transactions...sure, it doesn't seem much for a suppy of 100 billion, but
keep in mind that its barely used compared to what will happen when big boys actually start using them
for transactions

Yeah Ripple should has a bright future. For example huge banks or financial institutions will need someting like Ripple for sure.
So if they will not discover something own, the they will need to use someting like XRP at lest. The main reason is the price of fee, electrycity and transaction time. Competitors are strong but the figuers show which one currency is more promising.
I am also pretty sure that we should not avoid the niche coins with the smal cap. I have found few very promising and in some cases way better that XRP...

ripple has great potential, but now that it has already been tested by the Swiss banks. and soon it will be Japanese ...

Dag fix is not included in this driver. My rx 470 suffers a huge hash decrease compared to blockchain driver.
I am not sure why they claim %15 increase in the offical release document. There are some cool gaming related features in there tho
1. DAG fix IS included 2. Your RX480 suffer because you didn't care to read documentation and see that you have to switch from Graphics to Compute 3. They claim 15% increase in some GAMES 4. Yes, finally we don't need fraps and similar tools to see FPS and more in overlay, have performance log, change settings directly from game etc |
