Rumor has it that Asphyxia will be building something similar to masternodes to incentivize file hosting.  Just sayin' where did you get that? Discord. It's not exactly like masternodes but has the same user-merits and will benefit the network. Surely Asphyxia can explain it better than I can. I don't want to spread misinformation. But as I understand it, with the full-node development will come a way to incentivize file hosting. You will need a certain amount of coins, and it will generate passive income while ensuring certain files are being hosted. so like Sia, Storj?  |

Near-future roadmap released: NEAR FUTURE ROADMAP - in few days we should have a tutorial how to setup up multiple nodes on one computer if thats possible. - this / next week brings a new official website with made easy tutorials for setting up masternodes. - in coming weeks we will have a clear overview how to upgrade the existing code. this the first and foremost task at hand. we want to have a decent product and carved out roadmap before announcing anything on a larger scale. - cleaning up iCashOfficial Twitter account and putting up new designs - setting up development fund account for iCashers to invest in dev team - user suggestions channel on slack - more stable technical support on slack - choose solution towards what we will upgrade the existing code and then finalize the announcement.Longer perspective is to have a stable network we can build upon, a healthy outlook for investors, but the clearest focus goes towards iCash Wallet and how users can interact with it. More control over Your asset and more interaction with other people in the network. Polling system for network growth direction where everybody on the network can choose how they want to proceed. I wouldnt want to give away more of our ideas since it can put some limitations on our imagination as well. Everything is in early stages, but the team is working together great already so we are way too exited for this opportunity. OK need help with Masternode on windows.
1)If I put my internal ip (with port 11994 open) it start when I type masternode start
2)If I put my external ip (with port 11994 open) when I type masternode start I get the not capable masternode: could not connect error message
However, with option 1, I am not sure if it's really work, because I only received 2 payout of 2CHC in about 72 hours....
same problem here If you receive payouts it means you're masternode is working. I think the longer uptime your MN has the better chance it gets paid. Using your internal IP or external IP doesn't affect the amount of coins you get, that wouldn't make sense  |

so why are the team hiding their identity? showing just their bitcoin talk account and linkedin profile will help us check what they are capable. if we see they are not capable of scamming small amounts, we may invest few.
Agreed, strange is that they have their address on the "About us" page on their site. Still watching this although not too fond of anon devs asking for investments which is holding me back from spending a dollar on this one. |

That is one of our goals, but I think we are still too young and small. However, if anyone has connections there, it can help. Getting on Bittrex would be a huge step. Thanks for finding that  I believe submitting to bittrex is a start, they actively check new coins out and add ones that are worthy of adding. I believe XBY would be a good candidate. |

In masternode debug: Message "masternode started remotely" In Masternode list: "I see the list of Masternode e there is my Masternode Ip but i see only one, indeed I see others Masternode Ip duplicate that make me think they are more than a masternode" It would take a command to see my Masternode attvi. Does anyone know how to tell if my masternodes are all active? A masternode is active but I have the doubt that others are not how I can be sure of it? Is there a command that shows you your active masternodes? But no one has opened a telegram chat? Do we open it? Great Icash!!! Now 280!! Take off again!
I think you can use the following command tp get a full list of all masternodes masternodelist full or the following to get the status from your masternode masternode debug I've tested it out and when it says masternode started remotely means your masternode is already running so you should be good. Not sure what's up with the masternode list but I noticed entering my public IP into the conf file didn't work which would make sense offcourse. Running the masternode in the wallet you'd use for public IP the localhost (127.0.0.1) that worked for me and been getting rewards for the past 2 days. |

So looks like the icash revival is going great. I have access to the original twitter @iCashOfficial from back in the day that I created for icash which I restored since it was still tied to one of my emails, if any of the new guys running this want it, I'll send the details. It seems the twitter account was retweeting a different project called swagsociety recently, maybe thats the old dev and a new project of his, new team should contact them and see if it's him and maybe they can get the icash github as well. When you entered into the console Masternode start what message showed up? Yup needs 15 confirms I see those messages too but still my MN is working, the too low rank I believe is because your MN has been online long compared to other MNs. Right! Great! now I'm getting: masternode input must have at least 15 confirmations Before I had this not capable masternode: Could not find suitable coins! I had an extra .998 icash in the wallet and I removed that to get exactly 100K. I got the at least 15 confirmation message too then it worked after 15 confirms. How many confirms are left for the coins you sent for the MN? |

I see a lot of people are still having trouble with the wallet to configure masternode.
I don't the issue is configuring the masternode but I think the issue is knowing if the masternode is working or not. Not sure why we don't have a page on the explorer site that shows the list of masternodes. Anyone notice when Hasrate goes up to quick, diff is jumping and blocks are taking too long to mine? |

I think you will need to delete the whole blockchain (DO NOT delete the wallet.dat & icash.conf) and then sync again your wallet. I am also not able to start my masternode, how do you delete the whole blockchain? thank you Got to the Icash folder in appdata, delete all folders and files EXCEPT WALLET.DAT and ICASH.CONFRun the wallet client, it'll re-download the blockchain. People are picking up the pieces of this scam coin that was used to pump and dump with the dash wave..
it is hard to say it is skyrocketing.
