Are the new bets on the BSFL Cup Finals and 3rd place available yet ?

I can't seem to find them anywhere on SB, or will they only be available once the previous ones from last week playoffs have been settled ?
382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the highest amount of money you've ever bet in a single game? on: February 26, 2024, 04:37:19 PM
I think my biggest stake would be 1 million Naira in my local currency, that was for a single ticket parlay, that was back in 2020 IIRC, I'm sure it was before they called an halt to all NBA matches then because of the COVID-19 widespread, the bet was on 4 game parlay on NBA matches and it was around 5 Odds or thereabout, as of this time the USD equivalent of 1 Million Naria was approximately 400 Naira per USD, so that bring my stake to be about $2,500 precisely.

Over the time I've spent on this, I can say I've literally learnt about at least 7 different sports / esports and I now follow them very and know so very well about them too, at least well above average to say the least, and all these is courtesy of how innovative Sportsbet.io have been about these sports competition to begin, it really drive even a barely curious and knowledge seeking person to want to no more. NFL, LoL, UFC, Tennis, amongst others, NFL and LoL precisely have always been like rocket science too me whenever the cross my screen, but now, I'm following Tennis for a 500+ ATP and WTA, and I don't even miss certain sports which isn't football, a debate I'd have strongly disagreed with some years back. Now, it's time to learn and know more about F1  Cheesy

QQ for Trofo: If someone makes transfers with points, does it count towards weekly prize for that GW?

Yeah, points hits get deducted from your points for that specific game week not your already accrued total points.

Went -4 points again, replaced both Foden and KDB. City has a rough run of games coming up, and now with all of them available it will be a cointoss who will play.

Going the same route, but Foden is the last player I'd replace from that list if I were, going by his current form and I don't think he has the most ownership of the 3 mentioned players, if you are speaking of differential, but I could be wrong about the ownership numbersas I didn't check, and it was all just a guess.
388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 26, 2024, 12:27:25 PM
We're embarrassing piece of shit, can't even win against Liverpool generated AI players without names. ffs.

Guilty as charge!

Despite your team tryna use your billions to rob them of a very legal and valid goal (please don't insert some china wall of BS text of flimsy excuse as to why the goal is correctly disallowed).

Secondly, Endo obstructing?? There is no obvious error for VAR yet they meddled. This was again a case of referee making up for the earlier VAR mistake.

I don't get you, are you that was the right call ? Endo wasn't obstructing no one, all Endo did in literal terms was stood his ground in a position he had already established, If Colwill wanted to make a play on the ball does have to go through Endo with the field that wide ? he could gone left or right ways but he chose to pass through Endo, was Endo supposed to disappear from a position he his simply because an opponent is coming his way ?

The bet on the playoffs is still yet to be settled anyways, I guess there is need for proper confirmation. I've submitted my picks for the round already, if you up against me this week, you better pray and hope very hard, because you'll be needing all the luck in the universe to win against me  Tongue Tongue

Wohoo, I survived the relegation. Not sure why Im so happy to survive this because basically the fact that I got into relegation means Im suck the whole season. Well here is another season for me to try again to go back to division 1

I'm glad to have backed the right horse this time around, Congratulations buddy!

Now all eyes on LTC_btc, come on mate, let's go get this win!
391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 25, 2024, 04:40:36 PM
I mean, that's a clear offside even from the image you shared  Grin

I guess he'd have nothing to say about Van Dijk's disallowed goal, The Chelsea players indeed knew it was clearly offside and didn't need VAR intervention to make the call initially, but what's wrong with Liverpool's goal, Endo standing his ground and not moving at all need to be punished was he supposed to disappear because was trying to run through him ? BS!!!

You guys seem intent on making me $250 poorer in March. Cro2 will have a busy week, after all haha. But us friendly people should just check our own scores, not worth bribing compensating cryptofrka for only 1 mbtc...

How about you just forgetting to make to submit your answers ? That'd be pretty dope, I reckon!

-------------------------------------------

The English Premier League VAR system is nothing but an absolute joke!!!

I've seen a lot of terrible decisions and all that, but how in hell is Liverpool's goal disallowed ??!!! This is definitely the height of it freaking Joke!!!

But it's OK. Even if I lose this friendly, I'll get my money back against Harkorede next week Grin

A bit of advice mate, don't you get your hopes up at all. My team are just going to compound your misery, trust me! So, the last thing you should cling on to now is hope, because your expectation will literally be cut short with my team in a very high spirit.

Poor buwaytress, I have a feeling he's playing 10 friendlies this week.

You'll need to ping me for these friendlies, there are really a lot of them this week. No rest for the organizers, eh? Grin

Just imagine him having a flawless round ? It's going to be completely typical to finishing in a decent position in league table right ?

PS:

I have 2 friendly matches:

1. 1 mBTC vs Buwaytress
2. 2 mBTC vs slackovic

Anyone else, just tag me here for 1 mbtc each, I will pre-agree.

It's been a while we had a match right ? So, bet taken! I'm in for a 1 mBTCTC sidebet.

............................................

I guess finishing 3rd place isn't enough for the stadium expansion journey that my club want to embark on, as it barely contains 50,000 home fans, and the fanbase is growing drastically every other game week, hence the need for an expansion to an ~100,000 capacity just for the home team. My team will be playing with 12 players in every home game next season.

Look like this playoffs will go all the way to the last question or even penalties, quite a sensitive and nervy atmosphere we've got here, damn!

@Harkorede I decided to accept 2 mbtc friendly. I was gonna wait to see if I win against LTU_btc, but it doesn't matter. If I lose the game, I'll just get my money back against you Grin

Alright then mate, it's game on!  Cheesy Cheesy
397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BC.Game 🦁 Fantasy Premier League Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: February 24, 2024, 05:39:58 PM
It really doesn't get better, does it, I have Douglas Luiz on the bench for Pascal Gross, after spending multiple hours, I still left him on the bench, I knew Alvarez or Foden wouldn't start the game, I just don't know which of them, now I can only hope Alvarez doesn't get any minute off the bench to get Douglas Luiz as my auto substituted player.

I was going to go all in on Crystal Palace defence  to keep a clean sheet against Burnley, so I had 3 defenders from them, but I switched at the very last minute before the deadline and go all Arsenal at the back

I just should have trusted my instinct, that's 18 points + 2 bonus points for Richards and 15 more for Douglas Luiz whom I left on the bench Sad

Arsenal had better come up with a plan to render Newcastle harmless, or my game week will be in complete jeopardy.
398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BC.Game 🦁 Fantasy Premier League Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: February 24, 2024, 01:42:36 PM
Phew! Finally I'm forced to give up on my team's tweaking over and over again by the deadline, I've spent nothing less than 3-4 hours literally just transfer in players in an out, I've tried nothing less than over 20 different formations and options because my Free Hit was in play that's the only way to get rid of the points hits I have incurred already. I was going to go all in on Crystal Palace defence  to keep a clean sheet against Burnley, so I had 3 defenders from them, but I switched at the very last minute before the deadline and go all Arsenal at the back, meaning I'm still without Saka, and since it's a free hit I tried to go for as many differentials as I possible could, I hope it does pay off 🤞

Leeds trailed by a goal from the 15th minute into the game but then, they scored 3 goals in the final 10 minutes to runaway with a 3-1 victory, what a complete turn around that was Shocked

I'm also open for a friendly next week if there will be a round. I'm not picks so it can be a team from any division. I need to see if anyone from my youth academy is worthy of being promoted to the senior team.

I'll take the friendly match my team needs a good game before the new season gets started, are you game for 2 mBTC ?
400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BC.Game 🦁 Fantasy Premier League Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: February 23, 2024, 09:45:31 PM
Hojlund, being the most transferred in player for the GW is now out for at least 3 weeks, damn!
I will never get why people make some transfers. This week among top 4 transferred in players Hojlund and Salah. Both will not play a single minute this week, and while it is new injury to Hojlund we know that Salah does not have a fixture for about two weeks.

Early transfers are always a risk. I felt bad when I took Solanke for Darwin just now. I did it to save 0.1M but I would still feel better if I could have waited till the deadline.

Yeah, I'm people! I don't have Salah and don't intend for a while more, but I got Hojlund in very early for Nunez, because I would be losing on both ends of the budget, If didn't early enough. In my opinion, most of those who brought back Salah might have two free transfers and need to be rid of premium or mid priced forward into order to bring Salah and some other player and leave Salah on the bench since he's back, I'm only part of the bandwagon that brought in Hojlund early too, for early transfer is usually for things, the beat price (not often my reason for it) or secondly so as not to forget before the deadline, after checking my final result for game week, I often do arrange my in team for next game week in advance, especially captaincy and substitution order of priorities, I tend to leave the transfer for a bit late into the week if I'm still second guessing myself, but If I'm sure that I'll be rid of a certain player who is likely to have an high transfer out for a player that would be heavily transferred, I tend to do that quickly so as not to lose price on former, and at the same pay higher for the new one, sometime you get to save 0.2m that way.
