what's "unsubstantiated" is your lack of understanding... someone has to vette them, and he made a purchase, you did not,... duh
He made a claim and is unsubstantiated. He claimed that he paid for the order he placed. So in order to substantiate the claim, he needs to provide a proof of payment (a.k.a. ID transaction).

BTW, NO I am not posting my bitcoin transactions, so stop asking. It has nothing to do with whether CTS Miner is legit or not. This is not about me. It's about sharing information with the community for the benefit of all. We all want to profit from mining and we are trying to help each other to do that. So, if you are not going to help, just read the information and decide for your self. Maybe even do a little of your own research.
OK, fine. So anyone can safely assume you are not providing any coherent information. Your "sharing information with the community for the benefit of all" is just bullshit talk. The community certainly do not need more unsubstantiated claims for their decisions.

Still waiting for your proof of purchase maui. Also if you would be so kind as to post your KNC eBay sale that would go a long way to prove that you are not totally full of shit like I think you are.
Below are some pics of my orders from KNC & CTS Miner. As well as the message from ebay. They deleted both my listing because of the 30 day policy. I sold them both before eBay deleted them. Don't ask me for anything else, because you are not going to get it. If you don't believe me, I don't care. If you think CTS is a scam, then don't buy one. https://i.imgur.com/lTkmJuQ.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/qO0n7B2.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/ATkR4GD.jpgBTW, I found another possible location, but it's so far from the road, that it way too blurry to read. It looks like the CMS logo, but really hard to tell. Look for it yourself. What is the ID transaction for the payment you made to CTS Miners? Without this information your "pics" are meaningless and only proves you know how to use Microsoft Paint.

wow Augusto...lol "mmwin" just asked "where is their fabrication plant you said?"
mmwin.... ROFL at that vid... loved that show
Ok, so what you are trying to prove with the links? Are you assuming the supposedly 20mm ASIC microchips are being produced in UK?
|
|
|
Ok, explain what you mean by providing the above links.

not if you call during business hours... it's 930pm there, and a weekend....lol and you were just told otherwise, by someone who DID call, and reached someone.... moot, lol
In case you are not aware, I am living in London in the moment. So when I said I called during the working hours, it means I called during the UK working hours. The answer was an automated response asking me to leave a message. In case you also do not know, Saturday is also a working day in UK.

Here is a scenario. In a small country with a brutal dictator inflation is rampant. People switch to cryptocurrencies to avoid confiscation of their wealth. As they don't know any better they use government ID's in conjunction with the system. Some day the mechanism is compromised and the government obtains all records of people using bitcoin in the country. the people are arrested and thrown into jail.
better to think more about what the consequences of actions are. would bitcoin developers compromise security in poor nations to get some added benefits in rich nations? the world is a pretty big place.
Bro, no one cares about your role playing game scenarios. We are not playing Shadowrun here, we are discussing technical solutions for a security issue in the Bitcoin P2P network.

They gave us a phone number. A couple international calls is all it'd take to resolve a lot of this.
The telephone number provided by "Crypto Technology System" lead to an automatic answering machine. Judging by the similarity with the telephone number provided by "Cambridge Microprocessor System Limited", it is reasonable to deduce that both entities are using the same service (which provides automatic answering machines with telephone numbers). It was not an automated voice. It was the voice of a real person. That is moot. It is an automatic response with the voice of a person. It is impossible to determine if the person is real or not by merely hearing the voice. What really matter is for what purpose the telephone number is being used. By the way, I called the number during working hours and no real person answered the call. It was answered by an automated system with the voice of a (real or ficitional) person.

Once I thought they were legit, I purchased two of their 5TH units (so far) because the numbers are just too good to pass up. 5TH for 1100 watts is industry leading efficiency. THEN, I posted my validation findings and will continue to do so, whether it points to them being a scam or a legit company.
Some of you are so vested in this being a scam, that you refuse to change your mind no matter where the evidence leads. I also acknowledge, that now since I spent some BTC, I am now vested in this being legit as well. BUT I am still not closing by mind to either possibility. All evidence must be reviewed and analyzed.
So, please, show the evidence of your purchase. Let's see if you have balls of steel and if you walk the talk.

Very nice work...anybody still thinking of buying into this SCAM deserves to be scam...so they were preying on people misspelling the BSF domain name...they were really looking for fools.
Thank you. The domain butterflyiab.com is not yet active, but I believe if it was there would be for malicious purposes.

Do you recognise that your solution is completely counter to the trustless distributed nature of bitcoin?
Bro, take a break, chill out. Mike's solutions in no way affect the "trustless distributed nature of bitcoin" because this is laughable nonsense. There is no such thing as "trustless distributed nature of bitcoin". Bitcoin is a software which allows users to form a P2P network where they register transactions in a distributed ledger. There is no "nature" being distributed. There is a ledger being distributed. No, it is not "trustless". Unconditional trust is still required to form the P2P network. Each client have to trust each other in order to work. Transmission of the unit of account (a.k.a. BTC or XBT) requires consent by the user signature (private-key). In other words, by using the Bitcoin software a person trust that a bunch of random people using the same software is going to validate his/her transaction.

UK.Gov seems to think they existed for quite some time... you have proof otherwise? https://i.imgur.com/fzSG1YM.pngOr you guys too busy whacking off to Rebecca's pic to investigate, and would rather just troll? We all predicted the "unknown" asic companies secretly developing...and here they are... now you chastise the secret development, when it's a key component to any high tech business, and when it unfolded just as predicted? http://www.ctsminer.com/about-us/ABOUT US
Crypto Technology Systems, the team behind the CTS Miner, have been established in the microprocessor industry since 1975. CTS are an elite group formed internally from a world-class microprocessor engineering company at the forefront of Embedded controller design and manufacture, supplying products for a wide range of applications including Aircraft Testing, Remote Switchgear Operation, Stock Control, Instrumentation, Oil and Petrochemical Exploration, Marine Science and Environmental Control.
We have been following the cryptocurrency industry, and particularly Bitcoin mining, for the past year and a half. In May 2013, a team was put together to work on producing Bitcoin mining ASIC chips to be used in miners. Our small management team have had the backing of 50 full time microprocessor designers and engineers here in the UK. Over the past 8 months, we have worked tirelessly to build a group of products which outperform all competitors that will be available at a price which is un-matchable. The "Crypto Technology System" is not a subsidiary of "Cambridge Microprocessor System Limited". They are completely different entities. The first entity is fake and unregistered, while the later entity is real and registered. The people operating the first entity is misrepresenting the later entity. They are providing false information to instigate a false sense of confidence among potential customers victims. http://www.ctsminer.com/contact-us/Unit 17A Chelmsford Road Industrial Estate Great Dunmow Essex CM6 1XG United Kingdom Telephone: +44 1371 606056 http://www.cms.uk.com/cms_contact_us.htmlCambridge Microprocessor Systems Limited

Telephone: +44 1371 606050 Facsimile: +44 1371 606051 The "Crypto Technology System" is using a very similar address and telephone number used by "Cambridge Microprocessor System Limited". Notice the slight difference is the zone letter for the address and the last digits for the telephone number. A research using domaintools.com Internet page shows the domain ctsminer.com was redirect from the IP address 185.8.106.66 to the IP address 199.188.201.252. In accordance with the above evidence, the Internet Page was host in the IP address 185.8.106.66 from 13rd January 2014 to 17th January 2014. An examination of the IP address 185.8.106.66 reveals some interesting results, such as: https://www.virustotal.com/en/ip-address/185.8.106.66/information/The WHOIS record on 19th January 2014 for the domain butterflyiab.com matches exactly with the WHOIS record on 12th January 2014 for the domain ctsminers.com: That means it is very likely the same person operating the domain ctsminers.com is also responsible for the domain butterflyiab.com. Both domains were first directed to a hosting service located in Lithuania. One domain is being used to perpetrate a fraudulent scheme and the other was registered to prey on people which misspell the official domain from Butterfly Labs.

Yet another attempt of fraud... Scam, obvious scam. Pfffft... You said the same thing about KNC, and I made 5x my investment. I never said KnC was a scam. You are completely confused. KnC lacked some good methods of communication, but that is all.

Take a break, dude. You are going nuts. Bitcoin is just a software, not a new religion.
For many of us this is a religion. It's something we hoped on and worked for more then 10 years. (Older active cypherpunks even longer.) We are not allowing corrupted and compromised developers to take this innovation Satoshi gave us, not them, to be taken away. Satoshi did it for the people in the world, devs do it just for their income. WOW. Much delusion! DOGE is going to save you, brother.
