Why many top European club are complaining that the Saudi Pro League is causing an inflation and rise of price for players, more players are still on the verge of moving into the league and the match against Al Nassr and Zamalek in the Arab club champions Cup has shown that shown that the introduction of top European players into the league would help most club to build a stronger team and have a better performance than others and when it acquiring new signings Al Nassr have been very busy in strengthening various areas of the club right from last summer when they brought Cristiano Ronaldo into their squad as well buying about 5-6 European players in different areas this season including introducing a new coach, if you noticed the European players played a better role in helping Al Nassr qualify from the group stage into the round of 16 and Ronaldo would be the most grateful person to have Sadio Mane playing along side him in Al Nassr and they'll both likely have a successful season together with Ronaldo hopefull of having good assists from him.
4122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: August 04, 2023, 09:38:08 PM
Dembele is the player about whom people are talking about the most. But we shouldn't forget about Goncalo Ramos transfer which is about to be announced soon also. Ramos is a quite young player now maybe but he has a lot of potential. He has been an important part of Benfica for a while by scoring so many goals so far.

PSG have been in search of a decent centre-forward with or without Mbappe's departure. He is staying for this season as well probably so we can see Mbappe leaving his position in the lineup to Ramos.

It doesn't matter where Mbappe plays in the attacking line of course. Because he has a playing style for himself and he keeps it wherever we see him in the lineup.
In fact, PSG are doing the maximum they can to recruit players and build an independent attack line from Mbappe. They want the team to not rely on Mbappe so they can leave him in the benches without any active role so he regrets not renewing the contract and not moving to Real Madrid this transfer window.
Actually I think this is a form of self-defence for PSG.
PSG realise that now their relationship with Mbappe is not going well so they have to look for other alternatives without Mbappe because sooner or later Mbappe will definitely leave.
It was the right decision taken by Enrique because it was also forced to include Mbappe in the plan with conditions like this I think it will not be too good so inevitably they have to try to create a new scheme without Mbappe in it and actually it's not much different if you see a friendly match it's just that the finisher is still not good.
Enrique has been very busy in the window and so far he's had successful window by bringing in quality signings from different European teams since the departure of Ibrahimovic and Cavani from the team the club has not signed a better top 9 player though Mbappe have been deployed in that area and used as a  top 9 player, but with the soon arrival of Ramos from Benfica it  means the club would  have a top striker that would led the line and allow wingers to be deployed from their preferred wing instead of being tried several from the front line.
So far they been able to recruit new players that would help them with a better competition and also sign Dembele as an alternative for mbappe in case he finally leaves the club this is a perfect move by the coach to frustrate Mbappe for trying to force a transfer out of tge club and refusal to sign a new contract it's obvious that he might not be in the plan of the coach this seaso.
4123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: August 04, 2023, 09:21:12 PM
I agree! these are completely unfounded rumors, Milan currently cannot afford a player of high economic value like Osimhen, the valuation given by Napoli is around 180 million, an excessive price for any team in Serie A. I also think that Osimhen will never want to leave Naples to join another Italian team and as he himself said in an interview he will leave Naples only to go and play in the Premier League
Italian teams cannot afford the high price asked by Napoli and regardless of what the player express regarding playing in another Italian team, I highly doubt Napoli will let him play with their direct opponents!
For Juventus, it appears they figured out a way to bring Lukaku from Chelsea although rumours are still mentioning an eventual swap deal with Vlahovic.

The story of Lukaku's transfer to Juventus now seems like an endless soap opera, but I'm starting to think that before the transfer market ends, this deal will be done, and it will be strange for Inter fans to see the one who declared his eternal love for the black and blue colors go to play with Juventus' bitter enemies, it's a pity only for Juventus that to get Lukaku they will have to sell Vlahovic and in my opinion they will lose a striker who could become a decisive player in the Italian championship
According to the news it is said that Romelu Lukaku has accepted a 3years contract with juventus and both parties are waiting patiently for a deal to come through before the end of the transfer window, his pending departure from Inter shouldn't come as  a surprise to their fans because it is normal for players to declare their love for a particular club and end up moving to another club in the next transfer window this has become a tradition amongst players and most of them end up going to bitter rivals of their departed club, so the case of Lukaku is not a new thing, left for me I don't think Juventus would had replaced Vlahovic with Lukaku they should had given him another chance to try recover his form and help them challenge for the title and win it once again, but if he  end up leaving it could likely be a swap deal between Chelsea and Juventus, also there a rumour that Tottenham coach Ange Postecoglou wants to sign Lukaku on a loan if talk between Bayern Munich for Harry kane come through, well only time will tell if Lukaku would move to Juventus or move elsewhere.
4124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 04, 2023, 09:03:27 PM
This offer is final from Bayern, and they're hoping Tottenham will decide quickly. If not, Bayern is ready to move on and target to other player.
I'd be surprised if Daniel Levy agreed to this offer, he and Spurs have received countless offers from different clubs for Harry Kane, but Daniel Levy has rejected them all, and i expect this offer from Bayern to be likewise rejected. I think if Harry Kane wants to leave Spurs, he'd have to force his way out of the club by handing in a transfer request, i don't know if Kane is only trying to be loyal and respectful to Spurs and that's prolly the reason why he is yet to hand in a transfer request, or if he isn't just ready to leave Spurs because he is a few goals short of being the all time leading goalscorer in the history of the EPL.
I just still think if Kane leave Spurs this season,it will be that he has betrayed the fans that loved him so much, and it will also be that he has betrayed Totteham entirely.Kane loves Spurs no doubt, the only issue I think he has is the fact that they havent won anything for years now,and are only playing in the champions league every season without really achieving anything.Yes i understand it from his point of view, but I still think he should consider the fans he has always played infront, the love they've always shown him,and how they normally place him as a very important player to them.I still believe the reason why they don't want to sell him is because they know how important he is to the team, and losing him will be a big loss, but at thesame time,it's not good to keep a player whose mind is no longer at the club,It's better you respect his wish and let him go,and use the money gotten from his sale to sign a marquee signing that can still do the work that he was doing at the club.
I don't see it as a betrayal, because let's be realistic if you're in Kane's shoes would you rather remain in a team out of love for the fans or move to a better club where you stand a chance of playing top European competitions and offers you atleast one or two trophies before the end of your career, Harry Kane has really tried for the club because  he's been in Tottenham for over 10 years without any Premier league trophy to his name or regular participation in the Champions League, he's not getting any younger and I believe this is the time to move on with his career to a better club, a player like him that has the ability to score up to 20 plus goals should be playing for one of the top teams across Europe.
Tottenham Fc are definitely going to miss him if a deal between Bayern Munich happens before the end of the transfer window and I believe they'll try their possible best to keep him for another season but that would be a wrong  decision because he's already set his mind on leaving by having a negotiation with Bayern Munich and accepting terms with them, also if Tottenham keep him for another season they could lose him for free next Summer if he fails to renew his contract, therefore why not let him go for a bid close to their demand than losing him completely next summer.
4125  Economy / Gambling / Re: Without money, does it still qualify as gambling? on: August 04, 2023, 08:18:06 PM
Have you heard of Superpicks on DSTV? where you can make predictions and win money without staking your money?

if you have not, check it out. Superpicks.com

My question is can it still be called gambling if it is not played with money?

I think yes as you are predicting the future and predicting the future it is called gambling because no one can predict the future correctly always, sometimes we see and choose the favorite team to win in a sport event but most of the time everybody is on a losing run.

This can also increase your desire to start real gambling with real money once you get used to it so even if it is not called gambling in the beginning,it has super high chances leading you to gambling so I would put this in the gambling category.
This is kinda funny because how would you say that "you predicting the  future and predicting the future is called gambling", what if I predict that there is going to be rain tonight and the rain eventually falls which means I have predicted the future but does actually mean that I have gamble ? Answer=NO, because gambling has to be involved with taking of risk and predicting an unknown outcome with a possible result of you losing something that is involved which is the risk so even you predicting games with no risk involved is actually not gambling.
You're right, @ Mr. Suevie it is the act of risk taking in a prediction that makes it qualified to be called gambling, according to Wikipedia, gambling is referred to as the wagering of something of value ("the stakes") on a random event with the intent of winning something else of value, where instances of strategy are discounted, moreover in superpicks you're not wagering any money or something of value to make your predictions.
However superpick is a sports platform where you're allowed to play free games online and win money and also you could predict the exact results of 6 impending matches as well as answering tie breaker questions in different rounds of the game therefore since it doesn't require you to make predictions with money or any valuable items then it can't be referred to as gambling but a free online platform for making predictions.
4126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there real sports bet groups on: August 04, 2023, 06:54:07 PM

Even if a few of their signals turn out to be right, it doesn't mean that they are the ultimate experts in the sports betting industry. The research and analysis that they maybe do, can be done by an individual as well if they have an interest in a specific sport that they are willing to bet on.

The difference between paid groups and those patronizing them is that research and analysis which they have devoted their time on to do because they want to sell it out. It is laziness on the part of most bettors that make to to use such means otherwise if they put in time for more research analysis, it is the same result they will get and that is the result of winning some and losing some. No betting apps or telegram betting group gives an accurate result of 100% back to back, because it is not possible.
It's actually pretty stupid how someone would feel that some group out there in the internet will actually provide an 100 %  sure odds tag to deliver them victory because I for one certainly know that they is no such channel and the crazy part is that you actually gat to pay for such service. I was personal invited to one of these groups and I instantly blocked it because I am very certain that all these groups operate same way we do because no one actually habor any hidden secrets to a match before it's kicks off.
I think it's desperate people that are so unfortunate or unlucky to be able to gain financial stability and has taken gambling as the only alternative where they could make quick money that would there's a group or person that gives 100% sure bets I mean is that even possible, people should know most of those punters that are successful from gambling have put in effort to master a certain skill or strategies that enables them to suffer less losses, there's no proven strategies yet that guarantees 100% success in gambling if it's possible making platforms would have gone bankrupt because of numerous huge winnings from bettors, even the punters too suffers losses but what makes them different is that they're high stakers and they stake of low odds that's got better chances of winning and even with their good strategies sometimes it takes luck for them to win a bet and when they do they win massively because their high stake makes it possible for one or two wins to cover up their losses, if you wan to benefit mostly from those group you need to be okay financially and be able to stake high as them so as to have good chances of winning more from the betting platforms but note that a 100% success is never guaranteed.
4127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Legality of Online Gambling in Different Countries on: August 04, 2023, 01:14:18 PM
In my country most online gambling sites are licensed by Curacao and operates in several countries like the UK, MALTA, CYPRUS and across several european countries, and also gambling activies are allowed whether online or local gambling shops, apart from the illegal gambling activities like dice rolliing,  which is been carried out on the street by mostly touts or street guys, but so far a company obey the regulations of the government and pays their taxes then you'll be free to operate in my country.
However there are some religious traditions that restrict people mostly women from caring out gambling activities due to the fact that they find it indicent for women to participate in risky activities since they're home builders, but anyways the online gambling platforms have made it easier for everyone including women to gamble secretly without the notice of the religious leaders or lawmakers, also not all platforms would permit the use of VPN by bettors from offshore so before you use an online from offshore maybe due to relocation, be sure that it permits the operations of the country you relocated to, because some platforms would gladly permit you to deposit and bet on games but frustrate you on withdrawal for bridging their policy.

4129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been threaten to stop gambling on: August 04, 2023, 11:55:23 AM
This actually happens if there is a similar thread I'll lock this thread.

My friend invited me for a round of drinks just last night to confess something, and that is his wife threatened to leave their house and file for legal separation because the wife just discovered that he's spending a lot of time gambling, she thought that he's just playing games but she discovered his logged because the idiot has his password in the browser, so the wife check his withdrawal and voila his losing a lot of money and she also discovered that he won big money in the past but didn't tell her.

I guess that blew her patience for not telling his winning, so he threaten that he should stop gambling or they part ways, my friend choose his wife so he cannot play until he can convince his wife and promise her to tell her if he won big. Cheesy

How about you have you been threatened by your wife, your girlfriend, or your parents, if so tell us your story.

This usually occurs when a family member discovers that you've been spend recklessly and that in return is affecting your financial stability therefore would come up with different strategies or ideas even it means involving emotional blackmails to help change the person, but in that case his wife is right because as a man and head of the family it's your duty to be financially stable to cater for your families needs and spending recklessly or losing alot of money to gambling when you have a family to feed is not fair, it unnecessary and uncalled for because if you go bankrupt it would really have a negative impact on the family.
I think most times it's people that have affected their families with their gambling addiction that are mostly threatened to stop, when they don't have any other options or way of  helping them change, and in my own case im not an addict and barely give all my attention to gambling cause i have other important activities to carry out, anyways when i got my first profit from gambling i disclosed it to my siblings and they where shocked at first that i was able to make good predictions but later advised me on the negative effects of gambling and not to take it very seriously.
4130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's safe to say - gambling is a guy thing. on: August 04, 2023, 11:36:53 AM
Hey y'all...Seriously, I've been having this running through my mind.. maybe it's been discussed but this is on a diverse objective.
Why is it that we tend to have alot of men inclined and addicted to gambling than women? Is there any mystery guiding that?
I mean, You ain't gonna telme that everyone isn't roofed by this economic crises - both gender to speak of - so what's so special about men gambling?? Alot of cases has been reported several times too - and y'all end up realizing that MEN are usually involved in very many critical cases... What's that validating? That men are really taking the whole thing personal??

Sandra 🧑‍🦰
In the history of gambling it's been noted the number of men is greater than that of women when it comes participation, right from time men have been more involved in it and there are many factors that has hindered the involment of men to gambling than women so it would be very okay to put into consideration that the number of men that suffer from gambling should be greater than that of men based of the difference in their population sizes, however gambling is not generally a men thing but for both genders just that men take it more seriously than women.
Also when it comes to risk taking men are better risk takes and would always look for possible solutions to settle their financial needs since it is their duty to provide for both women and the  family at large, and if you do some findings you'll under that most women get the money used in gambling from men and it's even the men that takes their women to casinos and provide funds they use to gamble sometimes, i feel on of the reasons why men have a greater population than men is because when it comes to entertainment women have other better options they feel they could get entertained from like movies, music, or even gossip with fellow women lol.
4131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling experience using loan money on: August 04, 2023, 11:15:36 AM
You know, I got really mad at one of my co-workers who is basically a gambler who seems to have lost his mind. He was totally addicted and had even taken risks I could not have imagined before to fulfill his gambling passion. Recently he took an online loan to fulfill his desire to gamble, but what I regret the most is that he secretly entered my cellphone number as collateral so that the service would give him a loan.

He really was crazy about gambling, but that was his part. The problem is I highly regret that he has involved anyone else in fulfilling his desire to gamble, he did so not based on my consent until the service contacted me today because the loan was in trouble (failed to pay on time).
Geez, your co-workers really don't think about the consequences of borrowing money from online loans.
He really has lost his mind borrowing from that online loan, using your cellphone number as collateral.
I'm curious how you explain to the online lender about this mistake, but hopefully, you won't be chased by the debt collector.
That's what happened to a gambling addict who had a severe gambling addiction to the point of sacrificing his friends to get money to gamble.
Hopefully, the case can be resolved properly and your friend can get out of gambling but it must be really hard.
Going to the extent of taking loans from online lending company shows that his friend is really deep in his gambling addiction and if care is not taken could reach the level of stealing or committimg series of crimes just to satisfy this gambling desires, really bad and at this stage he really needs some therapeutic aid to help him recover, because at this stage i don't think an advise from friends or family could do anything to help him recover since he's soaked deeply into it.
It's in your best interest to seek the help of his family to try aid him in coming  out of this bad habit because if care is not taken you could imagine what he could no next after involving you as his collateral without your concep, maybe he could steal your valuable items to settle his debt or use a families valuable item as collateral to settlle his debt, I've seen cases where people are arrested and jailed due to inability to pay their debts and i just hope his case doesn’t get to that, it won't really be easy to change him immediately because gambling addiction takes a gradual process to change totally and going for a therapy is the best solution.
4132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 on: August 04, 2023, 09:17:01 AM
Morocco were very aggressive from the start as their main objective was to reach the knockouts. But due to luck, both Colombia and Morocco reached the knockouts. Because the number of points in their point table was 6 points. The win against Colombia increased Morocco's points, and the goalkeeper did a lot to prevent a Colombian goal, but the defenders had bad performance for the time. But Colombia missed several attacks that failed to succeed.

The victory by Morocco made Germany eliminated from the group phase and from that group Morocco and Colombia qualified to play in the knockout round.
Seeing Germany unable to win against South Korea was quite strange because they really controlled the game, and it showed an unequal match not only in terms of ball possession which Germany did control but in terms of the accuracy of ball passing South Korea was not as good as Germany.
It can be said that Germany has experienced a decline in performance from the first match where it won with a landslide score but the second match failed to win over Colombia and could only draw against South Korea which did not show them as one of the stronger teams.

German striker Alex Popp will actually compete with Japanese midfielder Hinata Miyazawa in terms of top scores because both of them have scored 4 goals, with Germany already eliminated, the Japanese player will have the opportunity to become the top scorer at the World Cup especially Japan, performing quite well so far, so she will have the opportunity to continue to add to the number of goals.
The team that's really got me suprised is the Japanese team, they're my least expected to go this far or have such good performances, they've qualified for the round of 16 finishing above Spain in group C,  toping  the table with about 9 points and 11 goals which means thaf they've not conceded against any team yet and I think they're currently the only team with such record, they start there winning streak in their group with a 5-0 win against Zambia, 2-0 against Costa Rica, and 4-0 against Spain to end the group stage and qualify for the next round of the competition, so far their midfielder hintana is among the top goal scorers in the competition and with Germany disqualified it means she stand a chance of coming top if she gets a goal against Norway tomorrow in the round of 16, the Japanese women have turned out to be very strong contenders of the tournament and if they continue with this form and get a win against Norway it means that they'll stand a good chance of reaching the finals, at the beginning of the tournament odds for them to win the trophy was about 100 but currently it's 33 that's means they stand a good chance however I still believe the win of the tournament would be either England/USA  if Japan fails to win it.
4133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why this Altcoin called Worldcoin could have a huge potential? on: August 03, 2023, 11:44:04 PM
Ive been seeing this Worldcoin trending lately. So, I decided to make a little research on it because of that.
First of all, the coin is founded by Sam Altman who was a partner of Elon Musk in open AI. Apart from that, he is a Billionaire also. So, If you look at this coin from this point of view, It actually looks great with that. So, after checking the whitepaper, I see that's its an identity and Financial Network. And its also secure as described in the whitepaper. With this technology, you can scan your eyes to prove that you are a human being also. After seeing the coin ($WLD) trading on several exchanges like Binance, Bitget OKX and more, I feel more confident about the project and coin and I see huge potential in it. So I feel like sharing it here to see people's opinions also.

I knew about the coin from the alternative board and I was surprised it's this popular as big exchange has listed the token. It could give a very good short term profits because it's about AI and they're becoming a trend recently. The coins also has alot of marketing going on and this will make alot of people interested in the project so it could have a huge potential and worth investing into.
AI projects will do very well in the coming bull market because AI is the new metaverse and it'll be hyped as more AI focused project are been developed. This project just launched recently but already on big exchanges while other projects are still struggling to get listed. The project is also backed by billionaires so they can always call in a favor to get listed and increase publicity.
The hype of the project won't last long therefore everyone investing should be careful for how long they hold, I won't be holding the project for long, I'll just be buying it for short term gain because the marketing is too much and many whales will be buying them as well to dump when it starts getting more recognition. The price is very affordable and the market capitalization is low as well, that's the potential.
4134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waiting patiently for the next bull run... on: August 03, 2023, 11:27:35 PM
[Since the hype of meme coins, lots of new meme coins has existed but that doesn't mean that all of them would survive or even reach the success when the bull season approaches. It needs hype and manipulation just like what happened to some meme coins but if you seek assurance, better stick with potential coins with strong background and foundation.
Do not rely only on meme coins because they don't have a concrete assurance of surviving all the market conditions. Top coins will still be the best options where you can generate even a better profit when the bull season comes.

While you shouldn't depend on only memecoins, you shouldn't depend on only top coins as well because cryptocurency market is volatile as the tables can turn anytime and coins that were considered to be top projects becomes low volume project that nobody wants to invest into anymore because they're no longer giving profits as the trend they depended on has gone out of hype.
Some of the defi coins that were hyped and made their way to top positions are no longer there because defi project stopped getting the high attention they were getting in the past bull market. Don't depend on any project that they'll be among the top projects forever. All coins can die in bear market if they lack the ability to convince their investors to trust in their building process.
Altcoins that build during the bear market are the project we should be interested in investing into because this projects will do very well when the bull market starts. While you're waiting patiently for the next bull market, you have to be accumulating coins as well so you don't miss out on the potential profits that the market will give to those that invested into it during the bear market.
4135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How are your exchange tokens performing at the moment? on: August 03, 2023, 11:17:03 PM
this year has been quite turbulent for some altcoins, especially exchange tokens. I've invested in a few and performance-wise, only a handful of them have shown decent growth throughout the year. How about you? Do you have any exchange tokens in your holdings, and what are your thoughts on their market performance this year? Let's discuss our experiences and perspectives on how these tokens have been faring in this volatile market.

I had some kucoin tokens before the start of the bear market and they have done very awful but that's because the market is bearish for all cryptocurrency so I'm not bothered but I'll be selling them to buy more BNB, the current value of BNB is very attractive because BNB is a good project as it has utility with Binance exchange as you can use your BNB to pay for less fees.
Also you can use BNB to get slots for Launchpad projects and Binance exchange has some of the best launchpad project because there are many investors waiting on the exchange to list the launchpad project so they can buy and hold. All launchpad project on Binance does very well when they start trading and this add more money to investors of the projects.
All exchange tokens will be performing badly as the rest of the market is performing badly, now isn't the time to look at how a coin is performing but a time to use in accumulating all the project that you have interest in because during the bull market they'll do very well and if you didn't buy them now, you'll regret when they're giving big profits to those that invested in them.
4136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's the best Altcoin for this moment to accumulate right now? on: August 03, 2023, 10:22:03 PM
I want to find a good Altcoin to invest in before the bull starts, also have a non-custodial exchange. This means, that we have complete control over our funds. If there is, please help convey it, because a lots of new altcoins was born every day.

ARB arbitrum is one of my favorites coins at the moment, it's a layer 2 coin with scalability solution so it'll be very helpful in the coming bull market, Ethereum hasn't gotten everything in order and will need help with its Blockchain scalability problems and that's where arbitrum comes in. Arbitrum is similar to polygon but far more superior so alots of project will need it.
Arbitrum also has a very good circulation of tokens available to the market with just above 1 billions circulations supply and it's also among the top 50 popular altcoins by market capitalization and has room for growth to take it to top 20 or top 10. It has a market value of a billion plus and can get upto 10 billion in the bull market which will take the price to $10 and above
Arbitrum is already listed on some of the most popular exchange which means it would be hard for them to be a scam project and has a higher possibility of them lasting in the market and having a similar market capitalization of Polygon. Arbitrum has projects already migrating to their blockchain and they haven't recorded any major setback on the blockchain.

Apparently things are going very well with Dwembelé for PSG , I think it's strange , However if Luis Enrique wants him in the ranks of PSG I think he's fine , he's a very good player, I just hope Barcelona doesn't regret leaving him player, I would not have come out of Dembelé , he is a Player who can do things very well at any time, now he has to show his best Performance at PSG because Luis Enrique if it does not give him Results , Luis does not put it in anymore, besides zero that He is a very good Signing , for me one of the Best.
PSG and Luis Enrique were seeking for a good replacement for Mbappe before the season started; perhaps that's why they went for Dembele, because I never anticipated Barcelona to let him leave this season after his outstanding performance and contributions to the team's La Liga victory last season.

Nonetheless, this is a terrific signing for PSG because the player has a lot of experience in other European Leagues, and I am confident he will have a positive impact on the club and help PSG achieve their goals, including winning the UEFA Champions League.

But how can you compare Dembele with Mbappe or consider him a good replacement for a potentially leaving Mbappe? Dembele can nowhere get near the performances that Mbappe does. Don't all the clubs always say how sad they are when a player leaves them? Dembele had a special clause allowing him to leave Barcelona for 50 million and I think if Dembele was as important to Barcelona as some here think, the clause would have been much higher than 50 million. I don't remember Dembele as this crucial player who helped Barcelona win titles. I think the number of important goals he scored is close to zero and to say that after six years at Barcelona, it is not an overall impressive performance.
Let's be realistic Dembele was a very good prospect before he came to Barcelona and it was his performance that triggered Barcelona to buy him for a huge fee from Borussia Dortmund he had a good passing ability and was very skillful and good at both flanks though he might not be compared to Mbappe when it comes to finishing, and performances for both Club and Country side but let's not deny the fact that he's a talented player, Barcelona is one Club that would always scout talented prospects and go for them and if he wasn't they won't had gone for him.
If not for the injury spells he's had over the years at Barcelona he  would had been one of the most talked about players in the world because he was a young prospect and looked very promising, if you noticed about 2years ago his release clause was very much higher than 50 million and I think Barcelona had to consider his long injury spell before letting him leave for that amount if not they know his importance and how skillful he's, so what I'm trying to say Is that he might not come close to replacing Mbappe at PSG but if he can recover his form and improve on his fitness he'll make a better player, coming from the flanks for PSG.

Luca Modric is not a cult name of Real Madrid, but with experience and ability to keep the rhythm of the game and accurate passes, few people can match. And the age problem makes him no longer maintain the full physical foundation as before. I hope next season. He will guide the young generation of Real Madrid to continue to thrive in Europe.
I also admire his personality and loyalty to his work. Although he does not stand out in terms of talent, he is one of the top people in terms of work ethic. We'll see him play for one more season. I wish him all the best at the end of his career.
Modric is still something that keeps staying at Real Madrid because he is still good. It's not about how old he is, it's about the fact that can you find someone that is better to clearly bench Modric. I can say that they are trying, they have some young midfielders, tchouameni, camavinga, jude, arda, valverde, they are all midfielders but to be fair Valverde sometimes plays at right side as well.

So, when you consider it like that I could easily say that they are going to one day be able to replace Modric without getting too bad, but they are still developing those names and not really doing anything that could be better than Modric just yet. Knowing this, Modric said no to Saudi money because he was still needed there.
His refusal of moving to the Saudi league even with the huge money offered to him show that he's very loyal to the team and his love for the Spanish gaints has shown that everything is not about money, he's happy and is loved by his coach team mate and fans and would rather stay for another season to fight and reclaim the champions league trophy.
His presence is highly beneficial to the team and one thing I love about him is that, despite his age he contributes alot with his experience and even performed more than some youth players in the team, he knows how to read the game and is a very big threat to oppositions, he's one player that Real madrid would miss dearly when he departs and replacing him might not come easily but hopefully Jude or Arda would develop into a better player in the near future.

Friendlies are friendlies, no need to put too much meaning into them, it is not going to mean anything until the season starts, even then the first few weeks do not really matter all that much and should be considered differently. I know that it will take some time for teams to adjust and be a lot better.

Tuchel has managed to do something that will benefit them as long as possible and as well as possible, which means that we are talking about a situation that will be a bit different in the end. This will result with them not being any different on the long run, but it will certainly be an important choice for sure. Just focus on what you can do, and you could bet a lot more carefully if you realize it is friendly games and not important.
Well the pre-season friendly is just a friendly to most the various club fans but to some top coaches it means a lot because it helps them take note of the weak areas of the team and places they might need to work on or sign new players for before the transfer window ends, some coaches use that period  to change and improve new tactics and also take not of the performances of their players and how they'll suit the new tactics in various areas of the squad.
It is also very important for newly introduced players as well as newly introduced junior team players and those who didn't have much playing time in the previous season, because they'll try to impress the coach with good performances and also fight for the first team spot, well as for Thomas Tuchel he's a good coach and would try his best to improve the team to be better than they were last season, if you notice they almost lost the trophy to Dortmund but were very lucky due to Dortmunds 2-2 draw in the last game of the season, but the new season is by the corner and I believe they'll have a better performance than the previous.

The Chelsea Football FC have had a brilliant performance in their pre-season match they have a good performance today against Dortmund and equalised in the late minutes of the match to end the game with a 1-1 draw, this has shown that they're ready for the next season would likely go back into the top for of the EPL table, being left out of the top European competitions would help them against fatigue to have a good challenge next season, but only time would tell if they're ready to have good games against the big teams in the league.
They've sold alot of players in the transfer window and are still on the verge of strengthening other areas of the team before the league ends and one area I feel they'll be looking forwards to strengthen is the goalkeeping position, according to the news today, it is said that They've had a agreement with a rival team Brighton & Hove Albion Fc for their keeper Roberto Sanchez, and that's would be a very nice decision if the rumours are true because Sanchez is a very good and proven goalie with better experience in the league and would easily make the choice keeper for the team due to his performance.
