421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 📒⭐👑 Jinbi Token ~ ‘The Golden ICO’ - Merging Gold With Blockchain 👑⭐📒 on: January 23, 2020, 12:38:38 PM

theres no way to contact the team ,you cant even post on thier telegram group even if you message the admin its useless. I registered on thier website and uploaded the documents needed but always failed.

For KYC you submitted the documents and failed? I passed the KYC but no use and hence am scared as they turned scam so they can leak the information now.

If someone living in UK could check their address whether it's still valid, it would be of some help:
7 Grosvenor Gardens
London, SW1W 0BD
United Kingdom

This is the only project that's a scam but still minting money.
422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IEO] bmy.guide | Connecting Travellers All Around The World 🛵 on: January 23, 2020, 10:40:00 AM

Already the coin is being traded-in Livecoin, then it is impossible to conduct another IEO, no one from the team is addressing the questions raised by the community. Did they announce how much money they raised through their IEO in the live coin?

As per the team, the coin will be traded on Livecoin from Feb onwards. On 28th Dec, they collected about $850 so in about 10-12 days, nobody knows the final amount raised in the sale. May be when the second sale starts they may share the results of the first one.

How is the token even in demand and last when I saw the price, it was $16 and now $108 on Livecoin with volume? they are still working on the project after scamming us. Anyone is in contact with them? They were still active on telegram till November posting nonsense articles.
424  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of trusted/recommended Translators on: January 23, 2020, 08:55:00 AM

My story exactly. I have done a lot of translations in the past while you could still get something from all those ICO projects. Lately there just isn't translation job opportunities that will get you money you can actually spend.

Now that you mentioned crypoji, I remembered they need to pay me for my work as well. I totally forgot about that but I believe they promised to pay in December. Now I'll try to contact them and see if I got scammed as well. Totally expected it but decided to do translation since I was home on some sick days and had time. They promised to pay in ETH so probably different project then yours.

I was also promised payment in ETH so it's the same project I guess - Epic Cash. They promised me $250 and I was contacted by
ChiNgadOr who I first thought was in the project team but he wasn't. It ultimately turned scam.

@efialtis: I was recently contacted by Murat for 24kcasino project and I translated the ANN thread. Will keep posting about new projects I get which pay in BTC.

I ask from their telegram group before but nothing answered... NO updates... I hope they can explain what happened, and update us here in the community.

They have already turned scam months back and nobody will get anything from them now. I also was scammed as I was the Hindi translator.

I just joined the website and could see the logo and "Create your account" text overlapping. Kindly check this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/qq6g52
I've already cleared my cache but it is still overlapping.
427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 19, 2020, 05:57:14 PM
Kohli winning the MoS was a bit weird as the MoMs were Rohit and Rahul. Rohit deserved it more I feel but overall their performance was good though expected them to get the required runs by the 40th over to recover from their first loss.
428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 19, 2020, 03:02:22 PM
I'm happy with India's performance till now. Though they couldn't take Smith's early on, they managed to out the other batsmen and Smith did not manage a big partnership after Labuschagne got out. Now Virat and Sharma played the best but Rahul failed to get runs. Happy for Rohit's century. Just 59 runs left so they don't need to take risks now and easily can manage with even singles.
429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 19, 2020, 11:04:20 AM
5 wickets down but still Smith on the crease with 99 runs. He may manage to bring the score to 320 easily. Ind need his wicket so that they can get the score below 280-300. And those misfields and over throws got them extra runs and leg byes too Sad
430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 19, 2020, 09:12:05 AM
Two wickets gone. Now Smith has to fall else he can easily take the score to 300+. That run out was fab and for Australia, it was the worst way of losing a wicket when there was no pressure.
431  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of trusted/recommended Translators on: January 19, 2020, 08:26:06 AM
How have you guys been doing lately when it comes to translations? Kinda slow these days isnt it?

Also, our list still needs a few translators for other languages, so feel free to pm good and trusted translators if you know any and refer them to our thread.

Some company recently needed translators for several languages and I gladly gave them our thread´s link. The goal is good business for everybody, companies and us translators.

No. Projects are mostly offering altcoins which are not traded on exchange websites while the trusted ones are not offering any decent pay like earlier. BTC/ETH paying projects are mostly NIL. Worked with one BTC paying project and because of not using escrow, got scammed (cryptoji).
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IEO] bmy.guide | Connecting Travellers All Around The World 🛵 on: January 19, 2020, 08:23:50 AM

When posting on bmy.guide, there's a part wherein a user can write some text describing his/her experience when visiting the place or location on the postcard, that part I think is supposed to be where a user writes their "review".
There's also a part wherein a user can rate his/her experience on that place via "stars"

I was suggesting a video review like the travelers post on Youtube (from their flight experience to the videos of the city they are visiting, malls, hotels etc. like a travel/tourist guide) so that anyone planning to visit a place can check out which places are worth visiting and famous there and save time on researching. Written reviews don't explain much unless it's like a blog while here on the site you can upload a album and write a review below which doesn't explain much.
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you sure crypto is the future currency? on: January 18, 2020, 06:38:09 PM
No! Crypto that depends on the internet can never be a secure future currency. There has to be an offline currency that can be used and adopted by everyone no matter if they have access to the internet or not. Also, except ETH, I don't find any crypto currency stable enough to be used as fiat. Maybe some country will come up with a better option that would be crypto-related and be pegged to fiat so that it's easier to trade and use.
434  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is on its best start-of-year streak since 2012 on: January 18, 2020, 06:31:50 PM
A little pump doesn't really prove bitcoin is really onto a good start as so many such pumps and dumps happened last year too. It was 9k in November too and I have received some bitcoins for altcoins when the price was 12k and since June, July it hasn't shown any improvement with just a downward trend.

ETH on the other hand is doing much better in terms of price. It's graph has been pretty stable and much more profitable for investors after 2018.
435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 18, 2020, 11:26:53 AM
I am going to pick Australia in the final ODI too. India batted well yesterday and if Australia was a bit more alert then I think they could win it too. At some stage it did not look that hard however we must admit that some of the bowling was very good from India.

I will create the pool shortly and feel free to join there.

India have comeback and what a comeback it was but they always need a shocker match to come back strong which was the previous match that was a shutter disappointment. I still choose India as it was not a single player that performed well overall the team performed great. They need to improve on their bowling definitely but Aus have shown their dependence on Smith as he was the only one to cross 50+ while the others were like guest appearances. After he got out they just managed some 80 runs and lost 5 wickets.
436  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum Balance Moved to a New Address on: January 18, 2020, 10:36:40 AM

So, you're just wanting to be able to monitor a single address and continually re-use it? Huh Why? It's bad for your privacy and the privacy of people you transact with (read the address re-use link above).

In any case, using Electrum to monitor a single address is no different to opening Ledger Live and viewing your balance... does it really matter if your X BTC is spread across 5 different addresses? Huh

Not only to monitor a single address but sometimes for verification purposes you need to prove that a particular address belongs to you so that's what I needed. But thanks for telling that the fee is not affected by having balance on different addresses so that would not be a problem now.

Aye!
There is no reward in coins.
But you can always clarify in DM on Pirate Discord/Telegram with First Mate +dreamTim.
Arrr!

I already messaged +dreamTim and he said there is no fixed reward but it will be a contest and the other translators who don't win may get altcoins as a reward.

India Vs Australia 2nd ODI match  India won by 36 runs. Great bowling today Mohammad Shami he taken 3 wickets
Now Series 1-1

So happy! Finally a nail-biting match to see where both teams were head-on and I had hopes that if Smith goes, Australia will then keep crawling and the score was too much to chase. Rahul was chosen as a  MoM but felt Dhawan deserved it as he hit 13 4s but they went on SR. Fair enough! 304 was pretty close and few sixes would have brought it down to the last ball. Alls well that ends well.
440  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 17, 2020, 03:34:00 PM
Smith has gone and now 6th wicket gone. It's now I feel confident that India have a chance.

7th wicket gone yayyyy

80 runs and 3 wickets 😊
