Till last year, there were several exchanges in India that made millions from crypto deposits/withdrawals and now most of shut down. The Government is trying to stop any possibility of money laundering which resulted in demonetization and then it was reported that over 50% of Indian money is stored in Swiss banks. They wouldn't allow cryptos for this obvious reason but they could easily choose to regulate the currency by introducing strict policies but they don't want to take any effort.

The CEO doesn't even know what he is talking about and then had to take back his words. Like some people have a doubt that Binance has lost even more funds that they don't want to disclose and he is very well aware that even other exchanges have been hacked but never such a thing like a rollback has been ever talked about. It's foolish of him to even make such a statement.

Note: Google translation is a tool used by people who don't know the language and who can translate it in their own language. It cannot be used for commercial purposes and not by people who understand both languages they need to translate. It can definitely be used as a reference but not as the only source. No point in correcting Google translated text as then Google should be rewarded instead of the translator.


I am myself not a professional translator and may be am nobody to point fingers on others but when I find somebody cheating to earn money and putting in no effort in their work, I feel bad and hence helped OP in verifying the translation. How did the hackers get access to 2FA and even the API keys? This sounds so unreal especially for an exchange like Binance that has been the top most exchange and I wanted to trade few of my coins there. Now if this exchange also can hacked that means all other exchanges are just small fishes and there won't be any exchange left then.

Glad that they are willing to reimburse the customers but like Cryptopia, this is also going to take months and till then users will be stranded. Why do these exchanges act like they are doing a favor on users by paying them back? It's their duty to do so.

ICOs always demand to send the transactions using high fees as sometimes ETH network is slow due to traffic and many times transactions fail or are bounced back despite of adding a normal fee. I usually add 4-8 gwie and my transaction gets confirmed in less than a minute. Gas limit is 100000 if you are sending too many tokens else half the amount would be absolutely fine while sending ETH. Last I paid $0.02 in ETH transactions.
