1361  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Crypto-friendliest country in the world? on: May 05, 2019, 10:58:21 AM
But at the same time people holding Swiss bank accounts are considered criminals for money laundering so how it's crypto-friendly when it is considered illegal to hold money in those bank accounts?

I know UAE is not crypto-friendly but they literally charge 0 taxes even if you have millions in your bank account and don't even ask much questions.
This was long back. Now these people too have begun to levy taxation in different forms. They aren't crypto friendly, as of now they are technology focused. Particularly they keep themselves into the development of integrating each and everything with the blockchain.

Ok, but what are UAE's tax rates then for crypto currency? I haven't found any information about this online and hence thought it is the same as their taxes for salaried people which is 0.
1362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NPXS time for invest ? on: May 05, 2019, 10:18:43 AM
Right now it's not worth investing in NPXS unless you plan to swap it for FX tokens as FX tokens are worth more $0.5 (few days back) and hence you can buy NPXS cheap and swap it then. Better to invest in FX directly if you plan on just trading it.
1363  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: New Payza Bitcoin API allows for automated payouts to BTC Wallets on: May 05, 2019, 10:13:07 AM

Thank you for the information and link.

How was Payza.com related to Payza.eu?

Why was Payza.com shutdown by the US law enforcement agencies?

Payze.eu is owned by MH Pillars Ltd (UK) and they are owned by a Canadian national called: Firoz Patel and his registered address is one that is available to rent for a few dollars per year. That address is shared by many individuals and companies just to fulfil a Companies House requirement to have a mailing address.

It all looks very shady to me....

Payza.com is not related to Payza.eu and the address given in this website is probably wrong as on the website it has 3 addresses that don't match.

And Payza was first called Alertpay and it was founded in 2004.
1364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: May 05, 2019, 09:54:20 AM
There is no swap but it's the token removal. NPXS and NPXSEK token holders are not affected by it. It will probably reduce the number of converted NPXS tokens from the supply.

So NPXS holders can ask for their tokens to be removed and in exchange receive FX tokens instead?

Is that how it works?

Not exactly. NPXS holders can swap their tokens for FX tokens while this token removal is a different case which won't affect any current holders.
1365  Other / Meta / Re: How forum detect automated translation? on: May 05, 2019, 09:52:41 AM
I can see many users using automated tools for translating content but since there is no moderator in the Indian section, nobody checks these posts. Reporting them makes no difference as some of them change two-three words here and there to make it unable to detect the difference. There are some translators who claim to have a team but those team members all use automated tools in most bounties.

Somebody asked me to check few ANN in Indian section to check whether they are automatically translated . (Unfortunately , I never looked too deep on it.)
But my initial investigation was pointing that in Indian section, even native speakers are doing automatic translation to save the effort required in manual translation.

Heisenberg_Hunter has mentioned the list of translators who have used automated tools and I also helped him out. Still nobody replied regarding this and plus don't know which moderator to report to as there is no Indian mod now.

Did anyone receive payment from bounty here?  Grin Grin

This project looks like Scammers even though their tokens are already listed on the exchange

Yeahh, Scams for bounty hunters Grin Grin, is the same as the Marginless project, there is no certainty of payment

Payment has not been sent but their 14 days deadline ends today so hopefully they send the payment today or max tomorrow.
1367  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] 0.0493 BTC [W] Preev.com + 20% PayPal on: May 05, 2019, 08:02:51 AM

I did not make it clear in the OP yesterday but I need preev.com + 20% via PayPal and not 1:1. Thanks for your offer though.
1368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: May 04, 2019, 07:44:09 PM
Is token removal is token burning? I don't know much about this,
and what are the benefits of removing NPXS and NPXSXEM tokens?

What happens to your tokens if you miss the swap date?

There is no swap but it's the token removal. NPXS and NPXSEK token holders are not affected by it. It will probably reduce the number of converted NPXS tokens from the supply.
1369  Economy / Currency exchange / [H] 0.2 BTC [W] Preev.com + 20% PayPal/10% Payoneer on: May 04, 2019, 07:39:07 PM
I have 0.167 BTC and wish to exchange it for preev.com + 20% via PayPal or 10% via Payoneer. My PayPal account is an Indian account so I cannot receive funds as a gift.

I have a right to choose the buyer and will only choose users whom I personally trust so no hard feelings.

Note: This thread is self-moderated and unnecessary replies will be deleted.
1370  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: New Payza Bitcoin API allows for automated payouts to BTC Wallets on: May 04, 2019, 05:53:56 PM

I never heard of Payza until it was mentioned in another thread.

Looks like it was a major scam...

Payza is still a payment processor but the URL is https://www.payza.eu/ and not .com. It's still legit but since payments can easily be reversed, it's nothing better than PayPal.

This thing is officially dead - basically no trading or movement. You win some, you lose some!

Agreed with you this thread is almost they are finding the way how to run away. I think they already spent all collected money and now they are not interested to keep continue further.

People just left the team or got fired. I'm afraid as I still hold 4k tokens and now they are useless and being traded at $0.01 which make them useless for me.
1373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Court issued an order for Craig Wright to produce his public bitcoin address on: May 04, 2019, 05:11:40 PM
Craig is a proven liar so no point of following his case too. He made such false statements that are not even proved and he claims it's impossible for him to provide any information about his BTC holding. He's a gone case.
1374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto thefts, fraud hit $1.2 billion in Q1 report on: May 04, 2019, 05:04:22 PM
Compliance with KYC/AML is not the problem but these exchanges despite of having to deal with billions of dollars, they choose not to have theft insurance or may be they have but don't declare it and ultimately it's the loss of customers. Also, when cold storage is proved to be secure, how can these exchanges be so weak and vulnerable to hacks? And also some exchanges DNS serves get hacked which is miserable.
1375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: May 04, 2019, 04:31:19 PM
Pundi X token has been at nearly the same price for well over a year: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/pundi-x/

Not sure why this token is not succeeding.

Please can somebody list what the actual assets this project has and what has it achieved (milestones etc) that it can consider a success?

That's why it's more profitable to swap tokens with F(x) as the price is high and exchange rate is not that bad as per the price. Pundi's value hasn't increased since May 2018 when 1 NPXS was worth $0.012 and now it's $0.0006. I received my tokens last year and did not sell them thinking they may be worth more. My loss.
1376  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: May 04, 2019, 04:27:39 PM
Why only BTC, LTC and doge wallets are online after the hack?

They have started trading of few other altcoins too so by the time they enable other coins, it will take 1-2 months more. Right now only these withdrawals are available while ETH may take long time as people have lost 100% in the hack.
